In a large wasteland stood a rather unique statue its base was a pillar of four mirrors and standing on the pedestal was a statue of a human man that's look like 15-year-old Ben from Alien Force with slightly tan skin with brown hair in a Sougo Okita style wearing a white dress shirt, grey pants, and black Jordan sneakers with his hands are on his hips standing proud. A plaque was placed at the foot of this life-sized statue while around it was nineteen statues of the figure's predecessors.

A scream could be heard as two figures fall from the sky and the two landed on the ground revealing the figures to be Itachi and Eva. Itachi rubbed his head and he was about to ask Eva if she is alright until he saw their surrounding.

Itachi said," A wasteland ." He notices that it is devoided of happiness, life, and freedom which is shocking.

Eva asked,'' Itachi where are -" She stopped as she see statues of some familiar warriors in front of her and Itachi.

Eva said," Are these the riders we read about?" She looked in awe of the statue of the warriors she came to respect.

Itachi said,' Yes they are." He looked at the nineteen statues in awe and wonder seeing the riders.

Eva said," Who is that boy with his hands on his hips." She pointed towards the young man with his hands on his hips.

" That a good question."

Eva and Itachi shivered as they hear a voice from behind them causing them to turn around to see a figure wearing regal yet demonic-looking armor, colored in black and silver. His body was mostly black with a giant watch band going from his chest down to in front of his legs. His shoulders looked like wings of an eagle colored black with silver patterns, and his arms were mostly black with sliver bands and slot-like wristbands. His matching legs were sliver on the sides, on the rim of his boots, and at the toe of the shoes, with sliver watch knobs as knee armor. A silver watch band went diagonally down to his left waist from his left shoulder like a bandolier, while the right shoulder, along with the right side of his chest, held black watch-like decorations. On his back were a large set of two hands of time: hours and minutes, acting as a cape. His helmet was black with a silver rim on his face, two silver hands set at 2:00 and 10:00 with three sliver clocks on the forehead, a silver symbol resembling NXO, with the "X" having an arrow pointing out, and red visor saying "Rider" in Katakana Japanese in a bold, sharp font, all of which protected by a spiked black and silver neck guard. On the right side of his head was a sliver knob, like that of an old wristwatch. Around his waist was a sliver belt designed after a watch with a red screen spelling out 20XX.

Eva stares at the being before her with fear for the first time as she senses the power from the man or can she even call this being a man. Itachi felt unease by this male before him as he can feel the power from him.

Itachi said," Demon King." He looked at the Demon King who is looking at him in amusement.

Eva said,'' Wait you are the reason for this world? You are the Tyrant that caused the world to be devoided of happiness, freedom, and life?" She looked at the Demon King in horror and fear.

The Demon King said," Correct on all count Eva." He spoke in an amused toned seeing her fearful expression.

Eva said," How can such evil like you be to exist ?" She looked at the Demon King who lets out a deep chuckle.

The Demon King said," Evil? There is no good and evil. There is only power... and those too weak to seek it." He spoke in a proud tone making Eva disgusted and Itachi was taken back by that statement.

Eva said,'' The Riders will stop you like they stopped all of their enemies." She pointed at the Demon King.

To Eva's confusion and anger, the Demon King let out a peal of dark laughter that made Eva seethe in anger at him at his audacity to laugh at her.

Eva asked," Why are you laughing ?" She crosses her arms looking at the supposed Demon King.

The Demon King stated proudly," The Riders no longer exist." He crosses his arms over his chest as he saw Eva pale in fear.

Eva said," No… no… no… can't be true. Itachi tells me he is lying." She looked at Itachi who is looking very stern.

Itachi said," He is many things but a liar isn't one of them." He looks at the Demon King with a stern look.

The Demon King declared," The legacy of the Kamen Riders has carried on throughout this era. As their powers are assembled, the curtain rises on them. One shall take their powers and ruled the world!" He sounded very proud but Itachi hears a twinge of sadness in his voice.

Eva said," Kamen Rider Chronos Spanner will stop and undo all of this." She pointed at the monster.

The Demon King said," Chronos Spanner that a name I haven't used in a long time." He spoke in an amused tone.

Eva said," What are you talking about? You can't be Chronos Spanner. Itachi tells me he isn't who he says he is." She looks at Itachi who stared at the Demon King before him until he sighs loudly.

Itachi said," You are or should say formerly Kamen Rider Chronos SPanner ?" He looked at the amused Demon King.

The Demon King said," Correct and I am now Chaos Chronos Spanner the King of Space and Time. I have brought you two are for one thing Itachi." He pointed towards Itachi with authority in his voice.

Itachi said," What is that ?" He raised his eyebrow at the Demon King with a curious expression on his face.

Chaos Chronos Spanner said," To test you to see if you are worthy of being Kamen Rider." He waited for Itachi to take out his Valhalla driver. He watches as Itachi places the driver on his waist.

Valhalla Driver Online !

Itachi cried," Henshin!" He inserted the Odin key into the driver, causing the driver's gate to open releasing the Phoenix.

Itachi is now Kamen Rider Valhalla and he summoned his blade then he charges at Chaos Chronos Spanner who looked amused.

Chaos Chronos spanner simply bobbed and weaved as Itachi thrust his blade about six times causing Chaos Chronos Spanner to chuckle.

Chaos Chronos Spanner laughed," You are quite the restless one?'' He looked at the younger Kamen Rider.

Valhalla growled," Quit… talking… and fight!" He swings his blade at Chaos Chronos Spanner who simply turned his body dodging the blade.

Chaos Chronos Spanner cried," Strike one!" He see Valhall swings his blade again only this time as a thrust causing the king to slow time allowing him to sidestep the thrust of the blade from Valhalla.

Chaos Chronos Spanner cried," Strike two!" He declared loudly making Valhalla growled in annoyance.

Valhalla cried," Fight back!" He growled at Chaos Chronos Spanner who looked amused by his demand.

Chaos Chronos Spanner cried," Very well." He grabbed the left side o his driver causing the numbers of 20XX to change to 2000.

Senshi no Toki!

Mighty Kick!

A force sends a kick towards Valhalla casuing the symbol of Senshi to appear behind as he flys back.

Eva cried," Itachi! She raced over to Itachi's side to see it the is okay while Chao Chronos Spanner standing there.

Chaos Chronos Spanner said," Show me that you are worthy of being a Kamen Rider." He crossed his arms over at Valhalla.

Eva said," You are a monster." Eva made her way towards the Demon King and she launches several shadow ninja stars at the demon king.

The Demon King simply freezes time and he just walks towards Eva making her pale in fear as he steps in front of her.

The Demon King said," You are feisty. I like that and you can have a place in my concubine."He about to play with Eva's hair.

" Leave … her… alone."

Demon King said," Ah so you are still willing to fight? I like your courage and how about you hit me with your strongest attack." He opens himself with his arms spread out in a mocking way causing Eva to look at him like he was insane but she moved out of the way.

Kamen Rider Valhalla cried," Okay!." He takes his Odin key and he inserted into the sword and he casuing it to be covered in its blazing aura.

" All-Father Slash !"

He swings the blade towards the Demon King who takes it to Eva and Itachi horror then the king launches it at Eva but Itachi jumps in front of her shielding her from getting hit by the blast causing him to revert to his normal form.

Eva cried," Itachi !" She goes down to Itachi's side as he is sitting upholding his side in pain with a look of agony.

Chaos Chronos Spanner stated," You have passed my test and you have earned the right to be a Kamen Rider." He see Itachi stands up with the aid of Eva who is looking at him in concern.

Itachi said," Thank your Highness." He sounded so humbled before the King of the Riders as he was defeated, outclassed, and beaten by him.

Chaos Chronos Spanner said, "You have skill and power there, young Valhalla. For impressing me, I shall bestow you two gifts, and maybe when you get strong one day, we'll fight again to the fullest." He sends Itachi a large golden orb and appearing next to Itachi it a bike that looks like Crow Hogan duel runner from Yugioh 5ds but with Vahallla's colors scheme.

Chaos Chronos Spanner joked," You can't be a Kamen Rider without a bike." He let out a chuckle causing Itachi and Eva to laugh.

Chaos Chronos Spanner sends them back to Deep Dive where they end up in Itachi's apartment with the motorcycle in a bike rack outside.

A couple of minutes later Itachi is walking down the street with Eva looking for a place to eat at but Itachi tripped over something making him look down to see it was a black wristband that looked like it was made of rubber and had chrome spikes.

Itachi said," What this is doing down here ?" He picked up the wristband and he looks at it with a curious expression.

Eva said," There is something off about the wristband but I don't know." She narrowed her eyes at the wristband.

Itachi said," I guess I will figure it later." He pocked the wristband into his jacket pocket and he along with Eva continued walking.

The pair stopped until they see Jessica Albert laying on the ground with a miserable, hungry, and tired look on her face as she laying on the ground. Itachi and Eva ran over to her to check on her.

Itachi said," Hey! Hey! Hey! You alright?" He shakes Jessica Albert who looked she is in pain causing Eva to look worried for Jessica.

Jessica moaned," The ...pain ." She holds her stomach in pain and she let out a moaning sound as she lays on her side.

Note: Here is the new chapter and we got a meeting with a Demon King. We got an apperance of a wristband and what could it mean and Jessica Albert appeared. Also, I need some ideas for quests for Itachi along with quest members so can you give me ideas for quests.
