Two days later…

Tohru and Elma had gotten more used to their predicament. Their arms had gotten a bit bulkier due to constantly using them. Their schedule was working fine, and they were working like normal people, almost like second nature. However, there were still a few hiccups along the road.

Tohru was preparing tonight's dinner. Stew and rice.

"Alright, the stew is almost ready. Now I need to get the meat cooked. Hmm, I wonder if I could sneak in a little bit of my tail… Hopefully Miss Kobayashi won't notice this time."

Tohru reached for her tail, but all she felt was Elma's lower back.

"Oh yeah… I don't have a tail anymore. Guess I'll just use the beef, then."

"Were you seriously going to feed Kobayashi your tail meat? You know it's poisonous to humans!"

"Hey, I was gonna remove the poison! I would never poison Miss Kobayashi."

"Didn't you try to use a love spell on her one time?"

"Where did you hear that from?"

"Oh, Kanna told me. We sometimes chat a little after you fall asleep."

"Huh? What else did she tell you?"

"She said that sometimes you use your perception blocking to spy on Kobayashi at work."

"Hey, that was one time!"

"Four times, actually. At least, the ones that Kanna counted."

"Ugh, I need to speak to that girl."

"You know, it's funny. Now that you're coming to work with me, you get to spy on Kobayashi all the time!"

"Well, yeah, but it's no fun when she knows I'm there. And I'm stuck under a table at work. I miss being able to get up real close to her and watch her work and feel her warm breath on my-"

"Tohru, the meat's gonna burn!"

"Agh!"

"So, what else did Kanna say about me?"
"Like I would tell you."

"Oh, come on! I deserve to know! If you don't tell me, I'll just have to stay up at night!"

"Alright, alright. Kanna says she looks up to you as a big sister."

"Oh, that's nice to hear. Yeah, I guess I do come off like that."

"You know, I've never had a little sister before."

"Oh yeah, your parents got one look at you and decided that they needed to stop."

"Hey! Um, anyway, I hope you don't mind sharing Kanna with me. She kinda looks up to me too."

"I don't mind, but if you make a move on Miss Kobayashi, so help me I will use this knife and cut myself off of you."

"And what would Kobayashi say about using knives on each other? She'd say, 'Tohru, I'm disappointed in you. I expected more of you. You're fired.'"

"Don't put words in her mouth! You wanna know what she'd say? Well, how about we find out!?"

"What's this about knives?"

The two turned to see Kobayashi standing right next to them. She was giving them The Stare-the dead-fish-eyed stare that pierced through your heart, soul, and other vital organs. The stare that could bring even the fiercest of beings to their knees. The stare that could rip the heavens and the earth open and plunge the world into darkness. That stare.

"Uh… M-m-miss Kobayashi… D-dinner's almost ready…"

"Y-yeah, It'll be just a little while longer…"

"What's this I'm hearing about knives?"

"N-nothing."

"That's what I thought."

Minutes later…

Kobayashi, Kanna, Tohru, and Elma were sitting at the table having dinner. Kobayashi had a blank stare on her face, as always. I'm surprised that Telma made it this far. I woulda thought that something would have gone wrong by now. I guess it's because I'm always butting in at the last second. Oh well, hopefully they'll cut it out soon.

Tohru and Elma were giving each other a concerned look. Kobayashi always knew how to break down a conflict, whether it be through quick thinking or that powerful stare of hers. What was it about her stare that gave her such a menacing power over dragons? Was she some sort of dragon whisperer? Probably.

Kanna was eating and working on a new art piece. She was drawing Tohru and Elma in their new combined form. Kanna had taken a special liking to Telma. Sure, one big sister was great, but now two? It was amazing. It was like something had awakened in her when she first laid eyes on them. It was so fascinating to see. And the best part: Elma was a great sister. Kanna would always stay up with her to talk about whatever was on her mind, and maybe share a few secrets, too. She never wanted this to end.

After dinner, Tohru and Elma decided to take a bath. Kobayashi was sitting on the sofa, checking her phone. Kanna was sitting next to her, working on her art.

"Hey, Kanna, is that Telma you're drawing?"

"Yep."

"Cool. I'm glad you're enjoying this, at least."

"I want them to stay like this forever."

"Forever? Kanna, you know they're gonna have to split up eventually."

"I know, but…"

"If you really like this, then just enjoy it while it lasts. And Elma is still gonna be around. Don't worry about it."

"Ok."

Tohru and Elma bust out the bathroom door, dripping wet and completely naked.

"There's no towels in here!"

"OH MY GOD, THERE ARE CHILDREN PRESENT!"

"I thought you said you put towels in here."

"You're supposed to check before you take a bath! And close the door! You think I wanna see your naked body!?"

"W-well, maybe…"

"Shut the door! I'll get the damn towels!"

A few hours later…

Tohru, Elma, and Kanna were all in bed. Tohru was trying to sleep, but Elma and Kanna were still talking.

"Harmony and order is the true nature of the universe. All organisms live and die, and are returned to the circle of life. All intelligent beings form themselves into groups and factions. That's why the Harmony faction is so great and the Chaos faction will never amount to anything except a steaming pile of-."

"Oh,stop feeding her that Harmony propaganda. Lemme tell you about the Chaos faction. You get to do whatever you want, and you don't have to feel bad about any of it. I mean, what are people going to do when you destroy their stuff? Humans and Spectators are too weak, Harmonies are complete pussies, and the Chaos faction just doesn't give a shit! You know what that's like, right? I mean, you were there..."

"Y-yeah…"

"Look, I'm going to get some sleep. Kanna, you should consider your options. And when I say consider your options I mean you should come back to the Chaos faction. It won't let you down."

"Kanna, how well has being part of the Chaos faction worked out for you?"

"I don't know, ok I guess."

"You maybe wanna give the Harmony faction a try?"

"I'm fine. It's just that I wish the factions could get along more. I wish you two could get along more."

"Huh? Us?"

"Well, I like having two big sisters. I like having someone to talk to at night. And I don't like it when my two sisters fight."

"Oh, ok, I get it."

"Can you promise me you'll get along?"

"Of course. Anything for you."

Elma rubbed Kanna's cheek lightly with her hand. She never had a little sister before. I guess I'll have to enjoy this while it lasts. She looked down at Tohru. She felt her own breasts and then looked at hers. Is she getting bigger than me? No way. I refuse to lose to her!

"You like her, don't you?"

"W-what? No way!"

"You were looking at her chest."

"No I wasn't!"

"It doesn't matter who's bigger. It just matters who can store the most elemental energy."

"Yeah, I know."

"So I don't think your chest is-"

"Kanna! Why don't you get some sleep! You've got a big day tomorrow!"

"Just imagine how much energy you could hold together. Just saying. Goodnight."

The next morning…

"Shota-baby! Come look at what's on the news!"

"What is it?"

The news channel was covering a special story today. They had found the apartment of a man who had seemingly vanished out of thin air. His room was covered in strange symbols and his bookshelf was filled with weird books. The neighbors said that they heard an explosion or some sort of storm coming from the apartment. On his desk, they found a mysterious book open to a strange looking page.

"Hey, that's the spell reversal book! And that page is for reversing the act of conception! The guy must have reversed the event of his own conception and birth!"

"I don't think that book is being returned any time soon. They're probably gonna keep it for evidence or something."

"I guess this means our friends are gonna be stuck together for a lot longer."

"Not necessarily."

"Hm?"

"If they have the book, then we'll just have to take it back."

"What? You mean break into the police station and steal it?"

"Right. Let's get to it, then."

"You're still completely insane."

"Don't be such a worrywart, Shota-baby. It'll be a snap!"
