The Time Lord stares at the screens in front of her, shock showing on her features, if only briefly. Quickly composing herself, she slowly takes a few moments to glance at the governor's taskforce. "Right, okay, that's good." she says.

"Good!" Captain Grover exclaims, clearly upset, "How is that good? He basically stated he's gonna drop more bodies!"

"I mean, yeah, that's not quite so good, people dying. But, he doesn't seem to know I'm on island, which is good. Because, if he knew, it's very probable that the murders would be more frequent. He craves my attention."

Tani and Junior stare at the strange alien in front of them. "So, if he wants to speak to you, why don't you contact him, it sounds like you know each other pretty well," Junior says, "What makes you think the killings would increase, if you reach out to him, he'll probably want to see you, and we can arrest him."

Commander McGarrett nods at the officer, "I would say it would work, except I know the Doctor. Nothing is ever simple with her."

Lincoln huffs out a small laugh, "Never a truer statement has been spoken."

"Okay," Tani starts, "But we can't exactly just sit around waiting for another body to drop, so, does someone have some sort of plan?"

"Doc, you know the guy, anything important we should know?" Danny questions, leaning against the surface table.

"He's changed a lot over the years. He used to like to disguise himself, a priest, a soldier. Liked to refer to himself as the master of disguise. He was a cat for a bit. Oh, and, New Years Eve 1999, he possessed an EMT driver in San Francisco, but then he was digested by the TARDIS. Ran for Prime Minister of Great Britain, won, and then assassinated the President... She then proceeded to cause an invasion of Cybermen. Turns out he originally created the Cybermen...I lost a good friend that day..." she trails off for a moment, glancing down in sadness. "Anyway," she suddenly proclaims, "He has tried to start a different alien invasion, destroyed the residents of our home planet, and turned their corpses into Cybermen. He seems to be back to disguises though. Is that enough?"

Adam nods slowly, "That gave us more background on him, but I'm more confused than before that?"

The Time Lady smiles at him, "Your friend, Jerry, wasn't it?" She gets a quick nod in return, "He probably has old UNIT files, if not, I can contact someone, but, that's unnecessary complications, if your friend has them."

"I'll send him a message, ask him if he has any old files for...what was it?" Junior asks, poised over the table

"UNIT, it stands for Unified Intelligence Taskforce, although, the files we need are from back when they were still the United Nations Intelligence Taskforce." The Gallifreyan states, bouncing on the balls of her feet. The Seal nods his head, sending an email to Jerry Ortega.

"While we wait for a response, Danny, why don't you, the Doc, and myself go visit Noelani, see if she got anything on the bodies." Detective Williams rolls his eyes, tossing Steve his keys without any prompting.

Captain Grover looks shocked, "What, you leave for a couple months, and suddenly you just let him drive?"

Danny shakes his head, "I'm not gonna fight him, he hasn't driven my car in a couple months, he was gonna take the keys anyway. It saves time this way."

Steve shakes his head, strolling through the door with purpose, Danny and the Doctor trailing behind.

The trio of time travellers arrive at the Office of the Medical Examiners soon after.

"So, I may not be used to American roads, and I haven't driven in several years, but I do know that you were not going the speed limit...not that I have any right to judge, seeing as I never drove under the speed limit."

Danny doesn't look surprised by the Time Lady's confession, he simply rolls his eyes, "Steve has never followed the speed limit once in the ten years that I've known him."

"That's not true, Danno, and you know it."

"Really, Steven name one time?"

"There was that time with the double date, you remember that?"

"You were going ten miles over the whole time."

The Gallifreyan listens as the two bicker like an old married couple following them into the autopsy room.

"Commander," Noelani Cunha calls, from her place near the giant white autopsy table. The room is large and white, a table takes up the middle of the room, medical equipment is spread throughout, on smaller tables, or carts. "I heard you were back in town, it's great to see you."

Steve smiles at her, "You too, Noelani, what have we got?"

"I'm actually not sure, Commander. Even after the autopsies, I can't tell exactly what killed them." Slowly, the medical examiner walks over to the bodies. She gestures at a visible burn mark on one of the victims. "I believe that they were killed by some sort of laser."

Danny looks at Noelani, than turns to Steve, "A laser, Steven, a laser. Do you remember when we had normal cases. Y'know, a dead man found in the ocean, or, gunshot vic on a roof. Now we have people being killed by laser blasts," the detective leans closer to his partner, "Laser blasts. What have our lives become?"

Steve shrugs, glancing at the Doctor. "This something your friend normally does, Doc?"

"Normal is relative with the Master. But, yes, he will, occasionally use his laser screwdriver to kill people, but, he also uses his tissue compression."

"Hang on, rewind," Danny says, "Laser screwdriver! Is that thing anything like your sonic 'screwdriver'?"

"Somewhat but more death ray-esque."

"Great, so we have a crazy alien psychopath with a death ray running loose on the islands." Steve mumbles, scrubbing a hand down his face. He turns back to face Dr. Cunha, "Okay, thanks Noelani, if you find anything else-"

"I'll give you a call," she says, looking a small bit disturbed by the death ray talk.

"Thanks," the trio says, as they exit the morgue.

As they walk back to the Camaro, the Commander's phone starts to ring. "McGarrett," he answers.

"Jerry sent the UNIT files, but we cant access them without an ID number of a UNIT officer. Jerry said something about them being top-secret, and impossible to hack."

Steve lowers the phone from his ear, turning to the Doctor, "You wouldn't happen to be able to access top-secret UNIT files, would you?"

"Oh, would I ever."
