"Wi-ll-pha-rma?"

Simmons turned to Claire who was holding a report on her last assignment. She was to stay relatively close to Simmons after her true purpose was dead.

"You just met the former head."

Claire looked up confused seem the soldier serum had a bit more negative side effects than intended she could be on par with Albert Einstein but simple words confused her and it amplifies the brainwashing so she wouldn't remember killing the fool this morning.

"I'm almost done, you may leave."

Claire put the paperback where it was and got her mask and goggles back on since near Simmons she didn't have to wear the mask or goggles.

In her room, Claire took her mask and goggles off again as the door locked its self the room had changed over the months instead of the small bare jail cell she was in for the first few months. The room was a bit smaller than a studio apartment room with a small bed, some books in a corner, and some board games staff had brought for her.

Laying down on the bed Claire stared blankly at the ceiling with nothing to do she had already read the 30 books she had with 5-page papers about what the book was about and most of the board games needed two people but even if she had a friend she would win no matter what.

*Friend? Could I have a friend? Would Simmons let me have one?*

Her thoughts were interrupted by a quick sharp pain in her spine and an order from Simmons,' Loading-bay now.'

Claire got her mask, goggles, and weapons before standing in front of the door waiting for it to open, once open she went straight for the loading bay where most of the vehicles the Connections had were stored, few B.O.W.'s, along with some viruses but never the anti-virus since they would just be killed.

At the loading bay, Simmons had just arrived along with a mysterious vehicle that had not matched any of the vehicles the Connections had, on instinct, Claire became combat-ready guarding Simmons's finger on the trigger of her M-16," Stand down."

Claire only took her finger off the trigger and loosened her combat stance but was ready to attack and kill at a moment's notice. The people in the vehicle stepped out revealing Wesker, Exella, and a new one wearing a cloak and bird mask.

Once the bird mask person stepped out they raised a gun right to Claire who immediately got back in her combat stance,

"Stand down they are friends."

"Jill, she's a friend, not an enemy."

Jill lowered her weapon but Claire didn't instead shoot Jill in her left forearm,

"I said stand down."

Claire pointed over to Jill who had a knife in that arm but the shot caused her to drop it.

"Is this the Red Soldier?"

"Yes, Miss Gionne I warn you she's dangerous don't approach her without me."

Exella looked the woman down seeing she didn't look like much of a threat looking harmless with the red hair contrasting with all the black in her outfit to Exella she looked inexperienced. Simmons could see Exella was not impressed,

"She may not seem like much but I do hope you heed my warning she protective. Follow me we have something interesting."

Exella followed Simmons as Wesker stayed staring at the soldier who gave him no chance to tell what she was thinking and Jill was confused as Wesker or Exella ordered her to stay close but neither did.

Claire pointed to the exit not saying a word but neither of the people moved. It pissed Claire a bit off causing her to shot at their feet and more aggressively point to the exit,

"What is happening?"

Claire pointed at the two seeming like a child doing so,

"Right, she will stay behind you."

"Could have said that in the first place."

Claire got pissed off again and raised the beretta right at the man and a magnum at Jill who barely lifted her foot off the ground.

"Stand down they are friends."

Claire slowly put down the guns one at a time as the two followed Simmons,

"We have made progress on the mold but a suitable controller is difficult to find."

"How many have you tried?"

"We're down to the C-series with about 9-10 each letter so 30."

On the other side of the glass a young boy was being infected with the mold, but just as he was infected he seemingly exploded causing Claire to pull out a small notebook and write ' I'm NOT cleaning that up again.'

"You won't have to clean it up."

Soldier's started filling the room and cleaning what was formerly a little boy but now a mass of mold.
