"Honestly, Mac, how can you be friends with this guy?" Raven asked as she and Mac walked through the Village of Book End.
"Admittedly, Bloo can be...selfish at times." said Mac.
"That I am aware of." said Raven.
"But aside from that," Mac went on. "Even if Bloo doesn't get what he wants, he still means well."
"And yet, he just left in a huff without saying goodbye." reminded Raven, whom Mac looked at, saying. "Why would I say goodbye to Bloo?"
Raven stared at her friend, realizing. "You're...not moving away, are you?"
"No. Of course not." said Mac. "What made you think I was..."
"Well, yesterday, Apple, Bloo and I saw those boxes," explained Raven. "And Mr. Herriman said..."
"No, Raven, I mean...I'm moving, but I'm not moving away." Mac replied. "It's just to another apartment in my building."
"But...what's wrong with where you lived?" asked Raven.
"There's nothing wrong with it, Raven." said Mac. "It's just that my mom got a promotion, and so we needed a bigger space so she can have a home office."
For a minute, Raven said nothing after hearing the explaination.
Then, she knelt down, placing her hand on Mac's shoulder, and said with a small smile. "Well, I'm glad you told me."
Mac smiled back. "I am too. But...I'm just worried if I told Bloo, he'll..."
"...kill you like he tried to do yesterday." Raven finished for him. "Trust me. Apple and I tried to stop him before your brother's voice did."
"I had a feeling that was you when Terrence's pants came down." said Mac.
"Well, I did what I had to do to protect my friend." said Raven. "But...suppose if you did move away, Bloo will be taken in by someone else, like that kid from yesterday."
Mac raised an eyebrow, saying. "Not unless Faybelle gets him first."
"Well, they do make quite a nasty pair." said Raven, who laughed alongside Mac, whom she, then, asked. "So we'll be seeing you at graduation tomorrow?"
Mac smiled. "Wouldn't miss it."
Raven smiled back as she led her friend back to Ever After High.
Male Narrator: So, it turns out that Mac's not leaving after all.
Brooke: What a plot twist!
Female Narrator: But little did Mac realize that evil was about to strike.
