"hey Tori so I know tomorrow is your birthday, but questions have been raised about why you shot that guy at the mall last month, I know he was armed and dangerous but still" says Mitchie pressing record on her phone
"he killed two of my autistic female classmates because they refused to tell him where I was, then he shot both Cat and Cally in the ankles at the mall to scare me, in that situation Mitchie what would you have done, let's get something straight I'm a good shot at the range but actually using a gun for defence is another world entirely, I aimed for his ANKLES not his heart, another thing, put yourself in my freaking shoes Mitchie, if Caitlyn was the one shot at to get you to give yourself over to him to prove to your dad that his morals are wrong, there were at least fifty people he could have also shot to prove a point, INNOCENT PEOPLE Mitchie, would you have done what I did to save lives, I never wanted him dead, I wanted to hear his reasons, his defence for killing people I was close to just to get to me and maybe kill me all just to make my dad fear further death so he would put the party's goals ahead of what he knows is right" says Tori as Mitchie ends the recording

"yeah that was more so testing the water to see if the rules would stick in the heat of the moment, they are allowed to kiss, neither of them have nether region access to the other, both of my lovely girls stuck to the rules last night and I couldn't be happier" says Tori
"is making out allowed, seems kinda odd that it would be" asks Mitchie
"Cat did have a rule prohibiting it entirely but she found that it just wouldn't work removing that aspect of the relationship entirely so she relaxed it a bit, there isn't really a time limit but a climax limit, when they feel their making out crosses a point where normal people would make love they turn their attention to me, they did that last night and holy cow I've never felt it as strongly as I did last night" says Tori

"you seem to have had the same understanding Caitlyn did then, why didn't you tell Cat that yourself" asks Mitchie
"because I didn't want to make her uncomfortable, I never asked Caitlyn to tell Cat that, I'd never ask Cat or Cally to do anything they weren't comfortable with, I'm fine with them kissing and making out as long as they're happy and follow the rules they agreed to, from the start of Cally joining Cat and I all three of us have to agree to rules or any changes or the proposed rule doesn't pass" says Tori as Jade walks in suddenly
"that's actually a really good idea, oh God Jade West just showed up" says Mitchie as she walks away

"look I'm sorry for just showing up like this, when the story of you shooting that killer came out in the school Cat went to with me everyone laughed, said it was what she deserved, I stood up for her and you and I haven't seen you since second grade" says Jade

"no, even though I do have feelings for her I don't deserve her trust, I got in a fight with someone claiming they'd finally be able to have sex with her now that she can't run away, I got expelled for that fight because I broke his arms in three places, I'm living here with my aunt now" says Jade
"ok no you definitely need to clear this up, Hey CAT YOU HAVE A VISITOR" yells Tori as Cat comes hopping over
"ugh why, I was so excited, why is she here" says Cat upset
"look I understand you hate me now and I was wrong to lie to you about how I felt about you, when people found out you and Cally got shot in the ankles they laughed, one guy even said great now I can finally have sex with her because she can't get away, Robin and I defended you, well as much as Robin could anyway, I got in a fight with that guy and broke both his arms in three places and I got expelled over it" says Jade

"but you don't love me do you" asks Jade
"I never stopped, Cally and I are with Tori, if you want in then ok but it would have to be gradual because Cally really really doesn't trust you" says Cat as Jade blushes
"well I… I mean… you and Cally don't …. You know play with one another do you?" asks Jade blushing harder
"no, Cally and I put our kittens out of bounds for her and I, only Tori can touch us down there and obviously we can play with ourselves but the rule states no kitten access PERIOD" says Cat
"how can I possibly gain her trust" asks Jade
"easy, treat us with respect, just remember she's deaf so her voice is a little iffy with her cochlear in, be patient with her, she was pulled out of school because people made fun of her being deaf and calling her names, ultimately if you want her trust show her she's respected, since you last saw her she's gained nearly twenty-five pounds because she can't get those names people called her out of her head" says Cat as Cally comes to see the visitor

"she beat up someone who was intending to rape Cat after word of the incident got to LA that she wouldn't be able to get away from him, she broke his arms in three places and got expelled for it" says Tori
"so I assume she's willing to be with us then, mad respect Jade" says Cally

"sis, come on she riskedd basically everything to defend you, that has to be worth something, at the very least it's a step in the right direction and shows she's human and more like Tori than she might be willing to admit" says Cally
"the difference between Tori and I is I wouldn't have needed a gun to break his ankles, when someone I love is shot at I get hyper focused and easily enraged, Family Values mean a lot to me, how old were the autistic girls he killed" says Jade
"fourteen, I was their math tutor, they couldn't rap their heads around the math problems so I was helping them understand the fundamentals of the equations, also they had only JUST realized they had feelings for one another, when they were killed they were with their parents picking out colors for dresses for a date in two days from the day they were killed, tell me how that's fair" cries Tori
"did you have any sway in how they chose to identify" asks Jade
"they asked me exactly that 'Tori is it ok to like girls' my response was 'yes but don't let me being gay affect what you choose, identify how you feel not what people want to feel' they ended the call then called me up an hour later saying they had their first kiss and that they were excited for the future, they couldn't help but giggle" says Tori
"I'm sorry for your loss, you were clearly close to them" says Jade as Tori's phone goes off
"shoot I forgot they were calling today" says Tori as she answers her phone
"hey Tori, their last words were to give you their tech, Rebecca and I went on the date they were supposed to go on and we ended up falling in love, risks of being single parents I guess, we were so excited for them, I know you didn't intend to kill him but because of Francine's skin disorder and Abigail being an African American we would have never trusted the courts to put him behind bars, our daughters couldn't have asked for a better friend, you helped them understand themselves and we are so grateful that you didn't pressure them to be like you, that what they chose was up to them" says Cathy
"they wanted to be cremated you remember that right, they both had a plan in-case they died" says Tori
"yes we remembered, they were cremated a few days after it happened, we had this whole funeral planned but no family wanted to admit they died, that attending a funeral would mean they admit there is a racial problem in this community, anyway Rebecca is coming tomorrow to bring a portion of their ashes and stuff they wanted you to have, they also had it written down that you can and should run their socials as a memorial account, our families ask that if there are any photos of them that we can handle that you share them with us, they were very camera shy so we only have a few pictures of them, also if there are any pictures of them in very little clothes that you keep them safe from the public" says Cathy
