Sandwiched from in front and behind and from six blasts, Mecha-Ghidorah was beginning to falter. Now, he could feel the heat.

Remembering their duel against Mechagodzilla, Godzilla fired his atomic breath at Kong's axe, causing it to radiate a bright blue.
"Guys, we better back up!" Goku alerted as the two Titans stomped their way towards the damaged mecha.
Acknowledging his warning, the six pure and hybrid Saiyans climbed, escaping the soon-to-be danger zone.
Preparing for an axe swing, Mecha-Ghidorah did his best to assume a defensive stance. However, to his surprise, Kong threw the axe instead. It cut through the air and sliced the right head clean off.
Climbing over Mecha-Ghidorah, Kong bit down on the neck of the left head. It too also severed from its neck, and Kong threw it away.
That left just the middle head. Spinning around 180 degrees, the metal jaws clamped on Kong. However, the king of Skull Island powered through the teeth, grabbing Mecha-Ghidorah and wrapping his arms around him. He struggled to restrain him as Mecha-Ghidorah flailed wildly.
Godzilla charged his atomic breath. One by one, his dorsal spines glowed blue. Eventually, it reached his neck and mouth, and a furious flame erupted from his maw.
The breath made contact with Mecha-Ghidorah's chest, burning a large hole. The heat was intense enough to melt Mecha-Ghidorah's mechanical parts, as well as the concrete buildings nearby. Even though he wasn't hit by the blast, Kong was finding it challenging to resist the intense temperature.
Mecha-Ghidorah was gasping his last breath. Any parts of his body that weren't melting spontaneously combusted and erupted in fire. He continued to burn and melt until there was nothing left.
Shouting in anger, Frieza flew upwards, back to his spaceship in the sky.
"This isn't over! Do you hear me?! THIS ISN'T OVER!"
As Frieza lifted his index finger, a small orange ball appeared over it. Raising his arm, it grew in size, eventually growing to a massive sphere. It almost appeared like a second sun in the sky.
"If that hits us, we're toast," Josh said.
"Shit, you think, kid?" Bernie asked figuratively.
However, Goku and Vegeta each fired a ki blast, causing Frieza's Supernova to dissipate.
Realizing the battle was lost at this point, Frieza retreated, and his fleet returned to space, leaving Earth… for now.
The Monarch base celebrated with cheers and hollering. The crew atop Mount Fuji jumped and down and hugged one another. Goku, Vegeta and their sons gave each other thumbs-ups. Kong and Godzilla faced one another, each Titan silently acknowledging the alpha before him.
A couple hours later past and things have calmed down. Godzilla returned out to sea while Kong retreated to the hollow Earth. Goku, Vegeta, future Trunks and Gohan each ate a Senzu and were bandaged up.
"Man, your mom would kill me if she saw me in the state I was in," Goku said with a nervous smile to Gohan and Goten. Then, father and sons laughed together.
Meanwhile, Vegeta appeared annoyed with his family.
"Oh, honey! Are you okay?!" Bulma asked worriedly.
"Yes, I'm fine, woman," Vegeta replied irritated.
"You and Goku did well out there, father," future Trunks said.
"Yeah, you kicked butt, dad!" kid Trunks followed.
"Shut up! I still wasn't stronger than Kakarot."
"Still though," Bulma gently said, trying to comfort her husband. "You helped to stop Frieza and his monster."
Both future and kid Trunks nodded. Vegeta could only growl with frustration.
Over the next week, everyone went their own separate ways. Nathan, Ilene and Jia headed for the Hollow Earth to look after Kong. Mark, Maddie, Josh and Ernie travelled to the Pacific to study Godzilla.
And Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, both Trunks and Bulma decided to head to Antarctica to train for Frieza's inevitable return.
At the Antarctic Monarch facility, Bulma began to construct a machine that would be able to transport herself and the Saiyans back to their own world.
Goku and Vegeta were busy shouting and exchanging blows when the Capsule Corp. head called them over. While working, she utlilized the help of kid Trunks and Goten, who were busy flying around and handing her different tools and gadgets.
"This better be good for interrupting our training, woman," Vegeta said with impatience.
"C'mon, Vegeta, cut her some slack, would you? Anything Bulma makes is awesome!" Goku said with optimism.
"Why, thank you, Goku," Bulma said, obviously pleased with herself. "Anyway, I've been doing some research, and I believe that we got here when Godzilla fired his breath at the center of the Earth, causing a disruption in energy. We're still in the 7th universe, but we were transported across space to another galaxy with another Earth."
"Normally, I'd use my Instant Transmission to get us back home, but the energy from Piccolo, Krillin and the others are too far. Even Lord Beerus and Whis are too far," Goku said.
"Precisely," Bulma said. "That's why this machine I'm making will transport us back to our Earth."
The commotion around the machine caught the attention of Gohan and future Trunks, who were also training.
"Hey, everyone," Gohan waved while Trunks sheathed his sword to his back.
"Hi, son," Goku and Bulma answered at the same time.
After learning about Bulma's machine, both seemed excited to go home.
Meanwhile, out in deep space, Frieza left his throne room. He walked down the hall and entered another room.
"How's my new monster coming along?" He asked a lone figure in the room.
So far, marvelous," the figure said. Stepping forward into the light, the person was revealed to be Alex Jonah.
"You do remember what will happen if you fail to live up to your expectations?" Frieza asked calmly with a grin.
"Anything to get back at Russell," Jonah said. " Anyway, the creature appears to mutate rapidly from the remnants of the Oxygen Destroyer-"
"I don't care for basics, Jonah," Frieza sternly said as he cut off Alex. "Will it be strong enough to destroy Godzilla, Kong, and those pesty monkeys?"
"Yes," Jonah simply said.
The two turned towards the creature in the tank, smiling at how they would believe it would, one day soon, disembowel and eradicate all Titans.
