"Well we interviewed the CM division, let's do CG today. If workplace jealousy is our motive one of them might know our killer if they aren't him," Gibbs suggested standing up.

The Italian nodded his agreement and followed Gibbs out of the stateroom. Before they even got two feet a barrage of bells rang out over the 1MC, "Engineering Casualty, Engineering Casualty, Major flooding in shaft ally. Engineering response team respond," the voice repeated the call as another round of bells rang out. The two agents then watched as one or two sailors took off running to help with the emergency. Updates on the casualty were given every few minutes.

"Well…" Rossi said as they continued on to CG's space.

"Old ship. Lot of problems," was all Jethro said in his usual gruff voice.

Rossi and Gibbs arrived a few minutes later with GMC Cruze there to greet them

"Chief," Gibbs greeted as everyone shook hands.

"Agents," Chief Cruze returned.

"We need to interview you and your division," Rossi explained as they walked in.

"You think one of my guys did it?" the Chief questioned with skepticism or anger Jethro wasn't sure.

"We don't know Chief. That's why we interview," David explained.

"Alright. Do what you gotta do then," he conceded stepping to the side.

The Italian and his cowboy counterpart took turns interviewing each member of CG right up to the GUNNO. The general consensus was that everyone hated the CM division with the exception of one GM3 Sullivan. Sully as they all called him, started out as a quadball before going to school for VLS. He was clean, almost too clean. Rossi and Gibbs decided to interview the GM after lunch.

"So your team…" Gibbs trailed off as they entered the Wardroom for lunch.

"They're like my other kids," the Italian finished the cowboy's thoughts.

"Same," Gibbs agreed with some hesitation.

"One member not like the other's" Rossi questioned knowing an interoffice relationship when he saw one. Hell Erin, their section chief, and he had been together until she was murdered by a serial killer, the replicator.

"You could say that," Gibbs admitted reluctantly.

"Name?"

"Jack Sloane," Jethro replied with a small shy smile.

"You tell her?" David asked, now smirking.

"Rule 12."

"Rule 12?" Rossi questioned.

"Never date a coworker," he explained.

"Ahhh," the Italian could understand that personal rule. After Erin… well he lived by it himself. Not that it was hard to since his third ex-wife, Krystall, and he had gotten remarried. He was a happy man now with a wife who understood his job, a daughter, and a step-daughter, plus a grandson. Five years ago David had none of those things, he hadn't know Joy existed because his second ex-wife had kept her from him citing his job as the reason. It was a valid reason despite the pain it caused him to admit that.

"Yea," Gibbs replied as they got their food.

"Everyone we talked to seems to like this Sully guy but the funny thing is, I don't remember ever interviewing or seeing him with the CM division," Rossi pointed out as they sat down.

"He's the ship secret keeper. Everyone tells him everything, he sees everything and yet says nothing," Gibbs guessed. "Man probably has shit on everyone."

"So maybe less like and more fear?"

"I'm thinking a little of both," Gibbs told him.

"Some fear and some like. Well I guess we'll see how much of a keeper he really is," Rossi as he looked down at his food. "I miss pasta…" he sighed.

"I miss fireplace steaks…" Gibbs agreed solemnly.

"Fireplace steaks?"

"Smoke a steak over the fireplace," he explained, "called a cowboy steak."

"Cowboy steak," Rossi repeated with a smile, "Sounds good."

"What kind of pasta?" Gibbs back tracked.

"Spaghetti a la Carbonara," David told him in his best Italian accent.

"We'll have to get together after this case," Gibbs suggested with a laugh.

"Family dinner? Bring the teams together one more time," David suggested.

"Celebrate the end to this case," Jethro agreed.

The old Italian smirked before digging into his lunch. The food really wasn't all that bad Dave just preferred to cook for himself. He liked to know what was going into the food he was eating.

"Wo-" David almost yelped as he grabbed his cup to keep it from falling as the ship hit a sharp turn. All the condiments by his arm slid in their little tub, they slid back towards him as the ship turned again. Gibbs had one hand one hand on his drink as he continued to eat like nothing was happening. The officers could easily tell who was NCIS and who was FBI of the two two agents.

Rossi went back to eating after taking a moment to gain his senses. Lunch was cordon bleu/ philly cheese steak, green beans, rice, and whatever they wanted for desert. David and Jethro both got the Philly Cheese Steak with all the fixins.

Lunch came and went without another possible incident. The boys headed straight to TER to locate GM3 Sully.
