Hey guys, sorry I'm a day late; I've been busy with other things in my life. Anyways, here is Chapter 6. This chapter will focus on Itsuki confronting Izumi and her past. Enjoy the Chapter everyone!
Itsuki jogged across of the uninhabited and depopulated Uchiha grounds, Tsunade had told Itsuki that she could exercise gently and lightly. She spared glances at the desolate houses that used to be blooming with life, life she put to an end. She did it to save her younger sister, her sister that she held dearly and loved her so much. She was willing to kill her parents to save her sister. But she traumatized Izumi in the process turning her into nearly herself having an emotionless visage and not a reserved, but a standoffish demeanor. From what she heard from Inochi, after a little prodding, she eventually broke and told him that she was a member of ROOT and completing her final mission for the now executed Danzõ. She would be put on trial for the attempted murder of the Uchiha sisters. She would likely be put to death like Danzõ. No...she couldn't allow this to happen to Izumi. Izumi was a considerate, strong kunoichi. She didn't want her to end up like her reputation after the massacre. She knew the old Izumi was in there somewhere, she just had to bring it out somehow. Itsuki had settled on visiting her in her penitentiary. She resumed her jog and made her back to her dwelling with Naruto and Sasuko.

Tsunade was reading through the information her teammate had given her through one of his spy network. The report she recieved from Jiraiya was cause for concern.
"So, we have three months before the Akatsuki show up and invade Konoha?" Tsunade asked.
"Yes, they were originally going do it in six months, but with the desertion of Itsuki Uchiha. They shortened their time because of it, and they will bring their full arsenal meaning every single member will invade" Jiraiya affirmed.
Tsunade fought back a wince from a headache she had from other problems in the village she had to listen to and an analyze as its leader. She shifted her worries to Naruto as the Akatsuki was hunting for him. If he were to get taken, she would personally lead the rescue mission to get back her pseudo brother back. But then she thought about the Uchiha sisters, if they were to get taken. Naruto would stubborn play the knight in shining armor and get them back. But another intrusion clogged her already cluttered mind.
"Do they know Itsuki is pregnant?" Tsunade asked the white haired sanin with a hint of worry.
"Itsuki is pregnant?" Jiraiya responded flabbergasted with wide eyes. "When did the elder Uchiha get pregnant?"
"He hasn't told you?" Tsunade asked surprised at the news being fresh for her perverted teammate. Jiraiya stood there thinking who she meant by he, within a few seconds it clicked who she was talking about. "Naruto is the father" he gasped when Tsunade nodded in response. "No, the gaki didn't tell me!" he said in surprise. 'Their kid is gonna be incredibly strong, having the Uzumaki vitality and the Uchiha's Sharingan. I wonder if he used some of my techniques to please her' Jiraiya thought with a perverted grin on his face, when Tsunade saw this; the veins in her forehead throbbed in anger knowing that grin he showed was the usual grin saved for his research. Still in a daze, the busty Hokage used this opportunity to sit up from her seat of power and deliver a wallop across the top of his head. "I would appreciate if you don't think about that while in my presence, Understood?" Tsunade said irritatingly while returning back to her seat. Jiraiya rubbed the top of his head trying to soothe the mark Tsunade left. "Right. To answer your question from earlier, its unlikely they know that Itsuki is pregnant, they think that she's gone rogue again. I highly doubt that they know she's defected here or even been in contact with Naruto." Tsunade relaxed at this news it was one less thing to worry about and could make the preparations easier. Jiraiya had come through the window and was about to leave the same way "I'm going to talk to Naruto about this and also figure out why he didn't tell me about being a father." Jiraiya ground out. "Unless you want some company" Jiraiya raised his eyebrows in a suggestive manner, he was rewarded for his troubles by his former teammate when she pushed him out the window as she went back to sit down she heard him crash into some debris below and allowed a small grin to adopt on her feminine face.

Itsuki walked down the corridor with Ibiki Morino making their way to Izumi's holding place.
"Are you sure about this?" Ibiki asked uncertain.
"I am, you may think she's heartless and devoid of any emotion and empathy, but I believe the old her is still in there, women are more inclined to forgive than men and if I hit just the right nerve then I can get the old Izumi back." she concluded.
"Alright, but there will be a guard with you, since you're expecting" Ibiki noted.
Itsuki stopped walking "That won't be neccessary, I can handle myself" she assured, not changing one look on her face.
"It's protocol." Ibiki reminded.
"I know, but this needs to be private; you can be sure that the rules will be followed and carried out." Ibiki looked at any signs of deception, but found none. He sighed "Alright fine, I'll let it slide this time, but if you're not out by the allotted time. I'm sending someone after you." Ibiki told her.
"Thank you, Ibiki-san" she expressed politely. "Second cell on your right." Ibiki opened the door to the main prison. Itsuki nodded and walked to the correct cell, she heard the door shut behind her. within the first few seconds she stood in front of the bars. She couldn't see Izumi, but could hear soft breathing, due to the darkness it gave off. She wasn't sure where to start. What could she say? She wasn't much of a talker to begin with and to talk with someone you haven't spoken to in years and not to mention thinking they were dead. Itsuki swallowed any apprehension she had and spoke.
"Hey Izumi" she got no response from the other side. 'Starting out with a friendly greeting with someone whose mother I killed, smooth' Itsuki tried another approach, she had to get through to Izumi, so she wouldn't lose her life over revenge. She tried the next thing that came to mind. "I-I'm sorry" Itsuki barely audibly choked out, her emotions getting the better of her. She received silence again from the obscure side, how was she supposed to talk to her if she wasn't gonna answer. Just as this musing crossed her mind she finally got a response "Sorry? Will sorry bring the clan back? Will sorry erase all the pain you've given me? The heartbreak? Will sorry give back the lives you took? But most of all, will sorry give me back MY MOTHER!" she growled out the last part as she ran to meet Itsuki face to face behind her isolation chamber. Itsuki was taken back at the speed and the distance she made in a short span of time. No doubt her training had improved her skills as a kunoichi. But also at her disheveled appearance, despite her unkempt look, she still retained her physical beauty, if only she had her great personality still in tact, Her enrolling in Danzõ's ROOT organization dehumanized her. She would try her best to get her happy side to come out.
"No...it won't, I wish there would've been another way to handle it, but it-it w-was the only option that was left. You don't think that it hu-hurt me to kill my fam-family and all of the clan? But they were going to overthrow Konaha and the The Third Hokage. Do you want me de-dead? Because if that's what y-you want? I c-can't do that. I'm expecting a child" Itsuki put a hand on her noticable baby bump."T-This is the only reason I'm living right now, maybe after this child is b-b-born I'll give you my life. Because I'm carrying all this pain and my legs are c-crumbling with the weight I hold on my b-back with the burden of people looking at me as a t-traitor and taking away my f-family and y-your mom. I just want you want you back Izumi, the old you, Izumi. The one who was always considerate and lending a helping hand to people. I dont want you to throw your life away and not have a chance to get back to your old life So please let go of your revenge, I dont want you to kill me, but if that's w-what it takes them I'll do it. Just not r-right now." Itsuki sobbed out uncontrollably letting go of all her repressed emotions she bottled up for 10 years.
Izumi's facial expression never changed once during Itsuki's outburst, the idea of just Itsuki willingly handing herself over for a pity kill was revolting to her and belittling of a kunoichi of Itsuki's status. Itsuki calmed down and asked her a question "Why did you join ROOT anyway?" Izumi didn't hesitate to answer her question "I had to do it to get stronger despite me hating him and he gave his final mission to me to kill you and if you think you just giving your life to me will solve, it won't!" Izumi said with rage. "I will kill you Itsuki Uchiha I don't care if I go to prison; I will have your blood on my hands, you made me this way and that's how I'm gonna be!" she said with rage now murderous.
Itsuki brought out her big gun, if this wouldn't do it, she didn't know what would do it. Itsuki would put a genjutsu on the room and pull out a tiny box she hid in her bra, a very unorthodox place to hide items, but effective. She pulled out of the box two sticks of colored dumplings, the same ones they had with each other when she first saw Itsuki in a while.
"I got dumplings" Itsuki try to put a smile on her face as she was still recovering from her crying fit from earlier hoping to trigger a happy memory for her. She ate one while holding one for her between the bars of her cell. The response she received was a slap to the stick she was holding. The dumplings fell to the floor which startled Itsuki at the sudden movement. Just as she was about to pick it up, the door opened and heard Ibiki calling for her that her time was up. Before, she got up and sighed "Good night Izumi, I'll visit you soon" Itsuki got no reply from her, feeling crushed internally. She walked out putting on her expressionless mask for Konaha, only taking it off for Naruto and Sasuko.
Meanwhile, Izumi's stomach growled, but she would rather starve than take food from Itsuki.
