Y'all I'm so sorry...
Previously...
I scanned the crowd, trying to figure out who matched the description Dream had given me. Suddenly, I felt hands grip my shoulders, turning me around to face a very tall blond man.
"GEORGE!"
George's P.O.V.
"DREAM!?" I exclaimed, eyes wide. He grinned, shushing me with a wheezy laugh. I examine his features for a moment, smiling shyly. He's even more handsome than I expected...
"Shhhh, you idiot!" He hugged me tightly, and I went on my tippy toes to return the hug. "You're so short!" With that, I pulled away, crossing my arms.
"You know what? I'm going back to England, bye-!" I turned around, Dream grabbing my wrist.
"Oh, come on." I glanced back at him, raising an eyebrow. "Here, I'll even carry your bag, I didn't park too far. Let's go!" He dropped my wrist, picking up my bag instead. I smiled, rolling my eyes playfully. There was just something about Dream that allowed me to push the utter exhaustion I felt away, even if it was just for a moment, and I was grateful. Dream was like sunshine after a week of cold, miserable rain, he seemed to brighten everything around him.
"You're such an idiot." I followed him out to his car, getting in while he put my stuff in the trunk.
"Gonna drive us home, Gogy?" Dream asked, smirking. I was in the drivers seat... I forgot that everything was all backwards in America.
"Shut up, America is stupid. Why would you drive on this side? It makes no sense!" I exclaimed, waving my arms dramatically. I moved over to the passenger side, letting Dream take his seat. The drive was fairly short, and before I knew it, we were parked in the driveway of this large, beautiful house.
"Welcome to my house!" Dream grinned, holding out his arms. I took it all in for a moment, smiling softly. Dream's house was pretty, the grass was slightly overgrown and there were gorgeous blue flowers in the garden.
"I like your flowers," I murmured, pointing. "Blue is my favorite color..." Dream looked at me, then at the flowers, a quiet chuckle escaping his lips.
"Those are pink, George," he ruffled my hair playfully, grinning. "But yeah, they're pretty. I wish you could see all the colors, I think you would love it," he mused, sighing. "Sorry."
"It's ok," I shrugged. It didn't really bother me anymore. "It's still pretty, though. I'm surprised you of all people have a garden." Dream put a hand on his chest in mock offense, gasping loudly.
"Why, Georgie, whatever do you mean by that?" I shook my head, giggling.
"Shut up." I punched his arm lightly, grinning. "Why don't we go inside?"
"Right, yeah. Here, I'll go grab your bag!" Dream ran back to the car, easily picking up my heavy suitcase.
"Wow, such a gentleman!" I giggled. He bowed, grinning at me.
"Anything for my Georgie," he replied. I felt my face heat up, and Dream smirked at my probably tomato-red face. He ruffled my hair again, draping an arm around my shoulders. "You're so flustered!"
"I'm not!" Dream fell back, wheezing. I raised my arms in defense, denying what we both knew was true. "I'm not flustered!"
"You are~!" Dream unlocked the door, laughing and bringing my stuff inside. I followed closely, crossing my arms defensively.
"I'm not."
"Mhm. You sure fooled me, Gogy," Dream chuckled, bringing my bag upstairs into a room with soft blue walls. "But here's your room. I figured you'd like the blue walls, plus it's closer to my room..." He trailed off, glancing to the side before clearing his throat. "Um, y'know, since Sapnap and Karl are staying in the same room-"
"Right." I nodded, smiling. There was a moment of comfortable silence before Dream spoke up again.
"Do you want the grand tour? Or, wait, you must be hungry, I can make us some food-"
"No it's fine, I ate earlier," I lied. I felt a pang of guilt for lying to Dream, but it's not like he would know the difference. "Why don't you show me around?" He nodded eagerly, showing me every room of his house. He had a nice backyard, similar to his front yard, overgrown grass and a small garden with flowers in it.
"These ones, they have to be blue!" I exclaimed, pointing at flowers that appeared deep blue. Dream shook his head, wheezing softly.
"Close. Purple." I sighed with frustration, shaking my head.
"Why don't you have any blue flowers for me, Dream~?" I fake pouted.
"Don't worry Georgie, I'll get you blue flowers someday," he chuckled, ruffling my hair. I grabbed his hand, looking him in the eye.
"You do that a lot," I noted.
"What, mess up your hair?" Dream grinned playfully, leaning down closer to my face. "I think you look good with messy hair, George," he murmured, voice low and firm. He backed away, just like that, smirking at me. I could feel the pink heat on my nose and cheeks.
"Ummm..." I glanced around, feeling a familiar dull pain in my stomach, the same pain I had been trying my best to ignore all day. "I think... I think I'm going to go lie down..." Dream's expression changed quickly, and he nodded. I stumbled inside, up to my room, closing the door behind me. Briefly, I considered locking it, but I didn't want to worry Dream too much. I was just tired, jet lag is a bitch. I just needed to get some sleep, and it would be fine.
