He will level up by doing activities in his daily life like working and working out. As he levels up he can pick new classes just like in Yggdrasil, and even race.
This is a story of a man living in a modern SciFi world, using fantasy-like power to get by in his life.

What if Ainz Ooal Gown (Guild) decides to not use Prismatic Ore on Rubedo but on their Guild Weapon?
Using Prismatic Ore, the Guild Weapon Staff of AOG become an unbreakable weapon with it's own intelligence and able to change shape into any weapon so Ainz can bring it as Momon as well. It will be Ainz adventure carrying his weapon around with his guild weapon giving him advice on what to do. Rubedo still strongest but through different meant.

What if Shaltear never gets controlled by Slane Theocracy?
When she about to get hit by the WI one of her follower who chased after her replaced Shaltear place, and as she is a Pop monster she can just respawn back in Nazarick so Shaltear kill her although it leaves a bad taste to attack her own subordinates. So she decides to kill the old hag who holds the world item and kill her. The other member of Black Scripture give up on fighting and use crystal to teleport. Bringing back the corpse of Black Scripture left behind and Kaire with WI, Shaltear return to Nazarick.
Chapter 24:
What if Ainz Create Greater Item can create a permanent item?
Just like with Create Undead, Ainz able to create a permanent item as long as he has a medium. The biggest treat for this is Ainz able to convert Gold in Nazarick into Cash Item with similar value. There for it will allow Ainz to further abuse his resource and done more research.
