Late afternoon had come, the first day was over, both Jennifer and Dan had headed all the way back home. Angela couldn't come home because she had to work late. Even though Angela was in college, she worked part time as a model. When they got home, it was just Rachel and Nicolas. Jennifer and Dan got home and got ready to eating dinner together as a family. a
Later on,at the dinner table, as the family were all eating their food, there were was silence. That was when Nicolas gulped down and finished what he was eating. Then he began to speak,
"So Dan, how was your first day at your sister's school?",asked Nicolas.
Dan looked up from his plate towards his father,
"It was interesting, I mean after I said who I was, everyone ran up to me asking me to be their friend."said Dan
"Well, good for you.",answered Nicolas.
"Well, that's because of us.", said Jennifer
"Jennifer, what's wrong with that?", asked Rachel.
She became curious about what her daughter has just said, "Nothing it's just I-I'm not hungry anymore." Told Jennifer as she stood up from her seat to leave the room as her family watched her leave in confusion of what had just happened.
