Damion-
"Guten tag," I said, walking up to Midoriya after his performance.
"Oh, hey Damion," he said.
"Um, who are you?" The girl who was singing asked.
"Ah, I'm Damion Rose, I might be joining your class, based on some test your teacher is going to have me take," I said.
"Who's that?" Midoriya asked, looking behind me.
"Ah, this is the person I told you about, meet Kurt," I said, as my friend who was visiting walked out from behind me.
"It is so nice to meet you," he said.
"Hello, so why are you here?"
"Well, I'm training to be a hero in America. I go to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and when I graduate I'm going to be an X-Man," he said.
"Oh wow, thought of a name yet?" he asked.
"Ja, Nightcrawler."
"Cool," he said.
"Vell, I'm going to go look at the rest of the festival with my class, our teacher has probably gotten into a fight. Logan!" he yelled, teleporting off.
"He does realize that he can't just use his quirk in public right?" Midoriya asked me.
"Well, in Germany and America as long as your quirk doesn't directly injure a person or is seen as violent you can use it in public. Seeing as they are students visiting from America he shouldn't get in too much trouble," I said.
"So, what's your quirk?" the girl who was singing, asked me.
"I call it Verbatim, it's similar to my cousin's Copy however I can use several and I can hold them and use them at will. For example, my friend Kurt used his just now," I said, teleporting behind her. "And because we used it in the circus together I can use it now. However it has possible drawbacks if I use one for too long or too much," I said, as my tail swished behind me.
"You got that from him then?" she asked.
"Ja."
"Oh, my name's Kyota Jiro by the way," she said.
"Oh yeah, sorry I should've introduced my friends," Midoriya said.
"Out of curiosity, how did you learn to play like that?" I asked.
"Oh, my family. I'm not all that good," she said.
"What do you mean, you're amazing. I thought you performed beautifully," Midoriya said, causing her to blush. I think that it's not just the comment, but who it came from.
"Yeah, you're a great singer," I said, I then noticed that she didn't blush at my comment. Theory confirmed, I thought.
"Oh, I should take you to the dorm to introduce you to Toga," he said.
"Who's that?"
"She's my girlfriend," he said, causing the rocker to look dejected. Poor girl.
"Well, I would but I was actually going to ask if you need any help," I said.
"Oh, sure can you help me with these ATA cases?" Jiro asked.
"Of course," I said, activating a strength quirk.
"Oh, I didn't see your tattoo before," she said.
"What, oh, no depending on the type of quirk a different mark appears, this just means that I used a strength quirk," I explained.
"So, what if you used mine," she said, motioning to her ear jacks.
"Well, I don't know too much about it, but I would probably feel heartbroken that my crush has a girlfriend already," I said, making her freeze in her tracks. "I won't tell anyone, and no I didn't use a quirk to notice, just with how you acted."
"We're going to talk later," she said, giving me a glare that shook me to the core.
Crap, I just made her super pissed.
"Hey, you said you could mimic quirks," a boy with black bird head said.
"Yeah, but mutation style quirks are weird, I kinda learn to use them with a different quirk as that limb or object," I said. "For example if I used arm boy over there's quirk then I would end up using a type of emitter quirk like Light Generation," I explained.
"Wow, that's a really versatile quirk," Jiro said.
"Also dangerous, if I use too many quirks at once in a fusion like that my body might start breaking itself down, killing me within minutes, it's why I have this," I said, lifting my shirt up, showing my chest with scars all over it. The one scar however was worse than the rest, the large explosion in the center of my chest.
"Oh my, what exactly happened?" Jiro asked.
"After I was fighting a couple of Villains in Germany as a vigilante primarily just holding them off till real Heroes got there I was using a couple of quirks to keep them from getting too close to the civilians. I felt a pain in my chest and let's just say if Kurt wasn't visiting with his friends then I would've died, my chest exploded and one of his classmates healed me. I wasn't arrested because Germany allows vigilantism to an extent, as long as you don't go searching for trouble."
"Oh, my god," she said, covering her mouth.
"That's when I decided that I needed to train, so why not the greatest school there is. I moved into my family's house here and started earning money to pay for school."
"Wow, you didn't care about your injury to protect innocents, so manly!" the kid with red hair shouted.
"Ja, mannlich," I said, lifting my fist up.
"Name's Kirishima, 1-A's Red Riot," he said, bumping my fist.
"You speak German a lot, why's that, kero?" the girl who looks like a frog asked.
"Ah, habits, I grew up in Germany so I just kinda speak it more often than Japanese," I said.
"Wow, bilingual at such a young age," the very obvious "smart kid" said.
"Actually trilingual, I can speak English just as well. I spent a year there before heading here."
"Oh wow," the pink Alien chick said.
"Yeah, but not as cool as when you took out Bishop," I said, joking about her appearance.
"Hey, I would have you know that that's my mother, I'm not that old," she said. "I'm Mina."
"Nice to meet you, I also know the question you all have and no I won't just add your quirks to my 'arsenal' as I call it."
"So, what name did you go by as a vigilante?" the boy who had red and white hair asked.
"I went by Geist which means ghost, but to you guys I'll be more of a Gast or guest," I joked.
"Dang, I really hope you get in, can't wait to see what this test he has you do is," Kirishima said.
"Why our class?" Midoriya asked.
"Well, simple because of you, a zero with a quirk has only happened once before," I said.
"Wow, but why work with us specifically?"
"As a child you would wait and watch from far away, but you always knew that you'd be the one that work while they all play. In youth you'd lay awake at night and scheme. Of all the things that you would change but it was just a dream!" I said.
"What?"
"Here we are, don't turn away now, we are the warriors that built this town," I said.
"How?"
"My grandfather and the first zero who had a quirk were brothers, they started this battle of villains vs. heroes. My grandfather was the first true villain," I explained, picking up three ATA cases and carrying them over my head. "Um, where do these go?"
"Just follow me," Jiro said.
"Ok, I'll tell the rest of it to you later," I said, following her.
"So, we both know you are going to tell no one what you figured out, correct?" she asked, one of her jacks right in between my eyes.
"Ja, but what are you going to do about it?"
"What do you mean, it's just a little crush, why am I talking to you about this?"
"Because I'm the closest thing to a stranger and I figured it out, I'm also guessing you haven't told anyone else."
"Ugh, I guess you're right, but you heard him, he has a girlfriend, who might I add was a villain but he has been helping get back into normal society. I first off don't want to cause her to go evil again, she's nice and helps out at the dorms. I just can't think of what would happen if she snapped."
"Well, let's hope it never comes to that, however with what I've heard she wouldn't just snap," I said, thinking about what Midoriya told me.
"Still, I-I can't just hurt them like that. It would just be better if I just drown my feelings," she cried.
"I speak from experience when I say that it will do worse than you think it will," I said, thinking about the year I spent in America with Kurt and the others. "When I was in America there was this girl in Kurt's class, he name's Kitty. I felt the same you do and today when I saw Kurt's class she wasn't there. Turns out she was captured by villains. I currently regret not telling her my feelings, just like you will if something happens."
"I-I'm sorry, I didn't know. But the difference is that she's single, he's dating someone."
"What if I told you the reason I didn't was because Kurt felt the same about her?" I asked.
"Then you thought you were doing it for someone else," she said.
"Exactly, however I've ended up hurting myself mentaly even more than I would've ever thought possible, just think about it for a bit," I said.
"We're here," she said, opening the door to the dorm. "Just put them by the doors in the back," she said.
Izuku-
Well, this is gonna be fun. We split into two teams and Damion was on the second team. One is 'villains' and the other 'heroes' and our 'hostage' we have to save is All Might. My team has Damion, Jiro, Kirishima, and Mina and we are facing Shinso, Bakugo, Sato, Asui, and Tokyami. We are the heroes and are currently trying to come up with a plan.
"Alright, if Damion uses a strengthening quirk we could then just smash them with the three of us," Kirishima said.
"Nien, you and Midoryia will be the power houses. I'm going to try to use your distraction to teleport jump over there, and if I encounter any one then I can fight with these," Damion said, activating my shadow blade quirk. "Jiro can tell us where they are and I can bring Mina with me."
"That sounds like the best plan of action," I said, thinking it over.
It was not. While I knew One For All was acting up recently I wasn't expecting my power to just explode as black tendrils that were wild. Luckily Damion used a sleeping quirk on me, but now I'm here.
"Hey kid, I'm Daigoro Banjo, a previous user of One For All," a man said.
Where am I? I tried to say, realizing my mouth is some type of smokey substance.
"I know, you can't talk right now. Well that power you just used was my quirk Black Whip. You will be gaining the Quirks of all the previous users of One For All. You were probably trying to capture someone or something because my quirk is perfect for that. Looks like our time's about to end," he said, as his body became smokey. "Just don't let it overpower you."
I gasped for breath bolting upright.
"Hey, are you good?" Damion asked, standing next to me.
"Y-yeah, just need to talk to a few people about that," I said, giving him a look to get him to see what it's about.
"Alright, well just so you know, whatever power that just was I kinda had to copy to keep it from getting me," he confessed.
"Well, let's get the hostage," I said, careful about my power.
In the end he just teleported next to All Might and then teleported the two of them back to where the class was.
While we were walking back to the dorms Jiro pulled Damion and myself to the side.
"What was that power?" Jiro asked me.
"Um, I-I don't know," I stuttered.
"Well, it looks like my great uncle Banjo's quirk black whip," she said. Damion and I shared a look.
"Well, it can't be his," I said.
"Yeah, just similar," Damion added.
"You know I can tell when people are lying right?"
"Ugh, look I would tell you but I can't," I said.
"Actually, I think you should, tomorrow when we have that talk," Damion said.
"I guess it wouldn't be a bad thing to have my own little circle," I said, thinking about it.
That night was the first time I had difficulties sleeping in a while. In the morning after breakfast I started walking up to the main building when Jiro came running up behind me.
"Think I would forget?" she asked.
"Think, no, hoped, yes," I said.
"Well, it could be worse," Damion said, walking from the front gates. "It could be that sprengsatz."
"Who?" we asked.
"The explosion boy."
"Yeah, I guess you are right."
We then walked up to All Might's office.
"Ah, young Midoriya and Damion, and Jiro," he said, questionly.
"I think it's best to have my own circle," I said. "And she's sorta involved."
"Well then, let's talk," he said, letting us in. "So, what all have you been told?"
"Well, I haven't told her yet," I said.
"I'll do it, I can even give some more insight into the power of One For All," Damion said.
"What's One For All?" Jiro asked.
"One For All is Midoriya and All Might's quirk," he said.
"What?"
"Well it started with my grandfather and his brother," he started. He then told the story but added that the transfer of power wasn't part of the quirk but his brother's Zero power.
"Wait, so Midoriya is the latest in a bunch of people to have this quirk which includes my uncle Banjo and now he is going to gain their quirks as well?" Jiro asked. "Did I miss anything?"
"Um, well actually no," All Might said.
"Well I guess I should add that you can't tell anyone, not a soul or I will come after you," Damion said.
"U-um y-yeah of course I w-wouldn't t-t-tell anyone," Jiro said, a look of fear on her face.
"Good, and so you know that is the only way for you to get on my bad side," he said , with a smile.
"So, what now?" All Might asks.
"Well, I say we practice with it," Damion said.
"I'm helping," Jiro said.
"There was no doubt about that, and I can help starting on Monday after I finish moving my stuff in," Damion said.
