Chapter 6
Crazy experiment
Piper held onto the hands of her sons as they arrived at magic camp. She let them go and kneeled down to receive her hugs from them. "Alright, be good and have fun." Chris wasn't paying attention to his mother's words. He wanted to run over to a group of other kids who were playing "flying sticks." The objective was simply to use telekinesis to make sticks move as far as possible, the one who got the furthest won. Since both Wyatt and Chris were telekinetic, it was one of the games they were able to play. There were several games, some every child could play, and ones only those with a specific power could play. Wyatt wasn't paying attention either as he had spotted his friends Olivia and Emily.
It was a hot day in San Francisco and the sisters nor their husbands had to work. They had gathered at the manor just to spend some quality time together. When Piper arrived home from dropping off the boys, the adults were looking through picture albums from the year 1998. Melinda, Tamora, and Kat were running around laughing over nothing. P.J. was playing with a rattle and baby Henry was napping in the playpen. "I forgot what it was like when we all lived here, which really wasn't that long ago," Phoebe stated. Piper swung herself onto the couch in between her two sisters. "Yea. So many memories were made here, good and bad ones." Nobody could argue with that.
"We fought our first demon here," Phoebe recalled.
"Jeremey, oh wow, that was a long time ago," Piper said.
"You thought you were pregnant with his baby," Phoebe reminded her.
"What?" Paige asked in surprisement.
"Jeremy was my boyfriend. Did I never tell you about him?"
Paige shrugged. She didn't recall having heard about the first demon or the fact he had been Piper's boyfriend. "Before Prue, Phoebe, and I found out we were witches, I was dating this guy named Jeremey. Turned out he was a warlock and he tried to kill us." Paige snickered. Phoebe was the one who was known for dating demons before she had met Coop. She had married a demon and had been pregnant with his baby but had lost the pregnancy when a seer stole him from her womb. It was funny to her to think Piper had a pregnancy scare with a demon baby.
"I met Leo here and we got married here," Piper recalled. She looked at Leo and gave him a smile.
"And I had my wedding here," Paige said
"Same here," Phoebe added.
"We met Melinda Warren here," Piper recalled.
"We reunited the power of three here," Paige remembered.
"I gave birth to Wyatt here," Piper recalled.
"We watched Prue turn into a dog here," Phoebe said giggling at the memory.
"I met my bio parents here," Paige recalled.
There was also so much that I wish I didn't remember, like when dad left," Piper stated. The mood now shifting from pleasant to darkness. "Like when grams died," Phoebe said. "When you moved to New York," Piper added looking at Phoebe. "When Andy died," Phoebe said. (Andy had been Darryl's partner at the police department and a close friend of the Halliwells since childhood. He and Prue had also dated.)
"When I turned into a wendigo," Piper recalled.
"When I was possessed by the woggie man," Phoebe recalled.
"When Prue died," Piper said. A tear slipped down her face.
"When future Chris died," Paige recalled.
"When demons kept attacking Wyatt," Piper said.
"zankou," Paige said.
"Wow we've been through a lot in the last 10 years," Phoebe stated.
"I know it started as: us discovering we were witches, Phoebe trying to reunite with Prue after moving back from New York, not even knowing about you Paige, and thinking Leo was just a handyman, us having no father, and me working at quake," Piper said.
"Then it was: reuniting with our dad, Piper opening P3 Leo and Piper getting married after the elders agreed, and after Prue crashed it, finding out our mom had an affair with Sam, Prue's horrible death, finding out about Paige, Piper giving birth to Wyatt, and me becoming the queen of the underworld," Phoebe added.
"Finding out Chris was Piper and Leo's future son, utopia, Chris's birth, the angles of destiny, Zanku, fake identities, Billie, finding Christy, finding out Christy was evil, Leo being taken away, Christy turning Billie evil, the ultimate battle, getting Leo back, telling Henry the big secret, Phoebe meeting Coop, my wedding," Paige continued.
"And then it was, my wedding, birthdays, Melinda's birth, the twin's birth, P.J.'s birth, Henry's birth, being friends with Darryl again, reuniting with Prue, well spirit Prue," Phoebe finished.
A few laughs filled the air as everyone reminisced over the past ten years that had flown by. Then only the sound of toddler feet running about and the shake of a rattle was heard. Phoebe suddenly shot up with a bright face. "I just had a crazy thought!" Everyone looked in her direction. "Oh no," Piper replied. "Why don't we find out what it would be like if we all lived in the manor for a week, and we don't only deal with our own children, we deal with all the children, and the catch is we can't back out," Phoebe explained. "Phoebe be real, it's a three-bedroom house, where would we all going to sleep?" Paige asked. "Simple, kids in one room, us sisters in one room, and the husbands in one room" Phoebe replied.
"I like a challenge, I'm in," Henry said
"It would be very interesting, I'm in," Leo said
"Me four," Phoebe said
"Well it would be hilarious I'm in too," Paige said
"Ok then I'm in too" Piper agreed.
The experiment started on Sunday morning at four in the morning, before any of the normal morning routines started. Leo and Piper and their three children: Wyatt (age 5) Chris (age three and a half) and Melinda (age sixteen months) were obviously still asleep. Phoebe and Coop arrived first with their daughter P.J. who'd be officially eight months old on the next Sunday. P.J. was sleeping through the nights now and was asleep when she and her parents arrived at the manor. Phoebe placed her down in the playpen in the living room next to Melinda. Coop joined Leo in the nursery where three air mattresses and had been placed down on the floor. Leo was asleep on one already, Coop laid down on the one next to him and easily drifted off. The ladies were in staying in the boys' bedroom where three mattresses had been laid down. Piper was asleep on one and Phoebe laid down on the one next to her. Wyatt and Chris were sharing their parent's bed. Leo and Piper thought it would be easier this way because there wasn't room in the master bedroom to fit Paige and Phoebe. Henry and Paige arrived just moments later with their children: Henry Junior (age one month) and the twins Tamora and Kat (age fourteen months.) The twins were placed down in the playpen next to their cousins though it was a tight fit. Paige orbed in Herny's cradle from home and placed him in it. She was worried his cousins and sisters would roll over and squish him if he shared the playpen with them. He was a tiny little baby. Henry joined Leo and Coop while Paige joined Piper and Phoebe.
Only a half-hour had passed before baby Henry awoke and started crying which woke up his sisters and his cousins, and through the baby monitor his mother and aunts. Piper and Phoebe went back to sleep as Paige got up and left the room. She walked down the hall and missed the first step of the staircase. She grabbed onto the railing to steady herself. She made it down the rest of the stairs without killing herself and walked into the living room and over to the cradle. Melinda and the twins were standing up in the playpen watching. Paige removed the infant from the cradle and carried him into the kitchen in hopes the other babies would go back to sleep. Holding the baby in her arms, she began getting his bottle ready. (Because her children spent most of their time at daycare, Paige had decided it made more sense to pump than to directly breastfeed them. Although, the twins had been weened off breastmilk a while ago.)
Baby Henry had fallen asleep during his feeding and had been placed back in his cradle. Melinda and baby Prue had also gone back to sleep but the twins had not. However, they were being quiet and looked as though they didn't need anything from their mother. So, Paige went back to sleep. It was five in the morning when Henry woke up again, waking everyone up. Piper knew her daughter was normally up for the day at this time, so she rolled out of bed too to get started on breakfast. Which extra kids in the house, she didn't want to wait until they were all up and complaining they were starving to death.
Henry got a quick diaper change and Melinda stood up in the playpen and started crying. Piper and Paige were the only adults up at the moment and Piper was busy. The agreement was all the adults would co-parent all the kids throughout the experiment. So, Paige rescued her niece from the playpen which angered her own daughters. They started screaming as they wanted to be let out too. Paige had a free arm, so she lifted Tamora out of the playpen and carried the two babies into the kitchen leaving her other screaming child in the playpen. Paige had already orbed in two extra high chairs. She placed Melinda in hers and Tamora in one she had orbed in from home. She then returned to the living room to retrieve Kat from her playpen, she brought her into the kitchen and placed her in the remaining high chair.
"Do you need help with breakfast?" Paige asked.
"You can give these to the girls."
Paige retrieved three colorful bowls of fresh fruit and delivered them to the three babies seated in the high chairs. The shuffle of feet was heard coming down the stairs as their sister and husbands joined them. Henry and Leo came into the kitchen while Phoebe checked on her daughter. Leo kissed the top of his daughter's head and started helping his wife with breakfast. None of the adults were hungry yet but the kids were always hungry upon waking up. Henry helped out by setting the table. He was working today but it was still way too early to get ready. Phoebe was on the couch nursing her daughter. (Phoebe preferred to nurse P.J. but had to pump for when P.J. was at daycare.) Melinda ate a few banana slices before accidentally knocking her bowl on the floor. She orbed the fruit back onto her tray. Tamora decided to throw a piece of strawberry at her sister making her start crying.
"Tamora, that wasn't nice," Henry scolded her.
It was shortly after six when Wyatt and Chris arrived in the kitchen. All the babies who had been fed were playing in the living room. The adults had started eating. Piper got up from her chair as the boys sat down at the table. She returned with their plates of fruit and yogurt. Wyatt started eating without a fuss but Chris decided he wasn't in the mood for fruit and yogurt. He pushed his plate in front of him. "This is yucky. I want pancakes," he said. His father shook his head. "Sorry, son. This is what mom made and so this is what you are eating." Chris didn't like his father's response. He threw his plate onto the floor and tipped over his cup so all his milk spilled out onto the table. Piper came over and took his arm. She pulled him off the chair and sat him on the time-out chair without a word spoken. She then retrieved some paper towels to clean up the spill. Coop had been sitting next to Chris and leaned down to picked up the food and plate off the floor. He took a piece of power towel from Piper and wiped up the yogurt. Banging could be heard as Chris kicked his feet into the wall repeatedly.
"I'm all done, mommy."
"Okay. Can you go get dressed please?"
"Yep. Can we go to the park?"
"Maybe later."
"Okay."
Wyatt got off his chair, pushed his chair in, and orbed his dirty dishes into the sink. He then orbed up to his bedroom to get dressed. "Chris, you can get up now," Leo told his son seeing it had been three minutes since he had been placed in his chair. "Sit down and I'll cut up some more fruit for you," his mother told him. Chris still didn't want fruit but had realized he wasn't getting anything else. So, he sat down at the table and accepted his fate. Henry, Paige, and Phoebe got up from the table and carried their dirty dishes over to the sink. Leo and Coop were still eating and Piper had barely touched her breakfast.
Wyatt and Chris were playing together nicely in the living room. Up in the boys' room, Piper pulled a yellow t-shirt over her daughter's head. Paige got Tamora's arms through a white dress while Coop struggled to convince Kat to let him put her socks on. Henry was changing baby Henry's diaper, and Phoebe had just finished dressing P.J. in a pink summer dress. Leo was downstairs in the bathroom. He only left the boys unsupervised for a few minutes. The adults came down the stairs, each with a baby in their arms, and Piper almost fainted seeing the condition of her living room.
The boys had orbed in a bunch of toys and toy bins and books too. Wyatt was throwing everything out of one toy bin which came from his room, as he searched for something, Chris was sitting in a pile of books, he picked one up flipped through the pages then tossed it beside him, the playpen where henry was, was filled with stuffed animals, Paige quickly went to rescue him from suffocating, Melina kept orbing out and orbing back in with a new teddy bear, the twins were surrounded by puzzle pieces and rattles, and P.J. kept beaming out of the way when she kept almost being hit by everything Wyatt was throwing.
"Phoebe, are we allowed to use your powers to help us during this experiment because I'm about to blow up two of my children," Piper stated. Knowing her sister wasn't serious, Phoebe laughed it off as did the other adults. Leo came in and his eyes widened at the sight. "Who did this?" Leo asked his sons. Wyatt looked guilty and Chris looked scared he was in trouble. "It was him," Chris tattled while pointing at his brother.
"It was you too," Wyatt stated.
"No."
"Yes."
"I didn't do this."
"Yes, you did."
"Even if you didn't do it, you will help Wyatt clean this up," Leo instructed.
Wyatt obeyed and started putting his toys back into his toy bin while Chris sat there refusing to help. Leo waited to give him a chance to change his mind but quickly saw Chris wasn't going to help. "Wyatt, stop." Wyatt looked up at his dad confused. He hadn't finished cleaning the mess yet. "Since you did as you were asked but Chris didn't, you can go play. Chris, you can clean up the rest of this mess." Wyatt happily got up and ran into the kitchen to go play in the backyard. Chris sat there refusing to do as he was told. The other adults followed Wyatt outside to let the babies have some fresh air. Leo stayed behind with his stubborn child. "I am counting to three. If you do not start cleaning this up you will go on time-out." Chris stuck out his tongue.
"1"
"2"
"3"
Chris still hadn't budged. Sticking to his threat, Leo pulled him up by his arm and had to drag him into the kitchen as the child started screaming and refusing to walk on his own. Leo sat him down in his chair but Chris got off and orbed out before his dad could stop him. Leo took a moment to sense the location and then orbed to him. He was at the park. He snuck up behind him, took his hand, and orbed him back home. "Knock it off or I'm going to bind your powers," Leo threatened. Piper would be pissed if she found out he had threatened their son with this, and Chris was scared. He knew what it meant and he quickly sat down on his time-out chair. (Piper had not approved when Paige had told her she had binded Tamora and Kat's powers.)
The babies hadn't been outside for very long. Melinda was crying because she was tired, the twins were also tired and were expressing it by hitting each other. Henry had already fallen asleep in his father's arms. When Phoebe noticed baby Prue was starting to fall asleep, it was decided it was naptime. It was too noisy and distracting downstairs, so they all went upstairs to Melinda's nursery to put them to sleep in Melinda's crib.
Piper rocked Melinda in her rocking chair, Paige held her daughters in her arms as she sang to them. Baby Henry was already in the crib asleep. Phoebe walked around with P.J. in her arms and gently rocked her as she walked. In just seconds, baby Prue was asleep. Melinda fell asleep next but Paige was struggling to put her daughters to fall asleep. It was a daily struggle with them. Finally, the twins finally gave in and fell asleep. Piper and Phoebe and adult Henry left the room as Paige put the twins down in their cribs.
Downstairs the boys and husbands were watching cartoons on TV. Wyatt conjured bugs bunny, but luckily Paige orbed him back in the TV before any damage was done, they didn't need a repeat of the conjured dragon. It was pretty quiet and relaxing until Piper went into the kitchen to make lunch. The babies all started crying so Phoebe, Coop, Leo, and Henry went to tend to them, Paige stayed behind to send more conjured Disney friends back into the TV.
Upstairs Leo was changing Melinda, Phoebe and Henry were trying to change the twins as fast as they could so they could get to baby Henry who was getting impatient, and Coop was trying to figure out what P.J. wanted after checking her diaper and attempting to feed her only to be hit in the face with the bottle which was her way of telling him she wasn't hungry. Coop gave up put his daughter in her crib and let her cry as he tended to Henry was in need of a change. Leo finished up with Melinda and orbed her to the kitchen where he gave her to Paige, who put her in her high chair and Piper came over to her and served her lunch.
Leo orbed back upstairs to see if he could figure out what P.J. wanted and Coop beamed down holding Henry junior and gave him to Paige to be fed, and took a permanent maker out of Chris's hand as he walked by with it. Leo orbed Phoebe, Henry and the twins into the kitchen, where they placed them in their high chairs and Piper served them lunch as well. Leo orbed back into the kitchen holding P.J. who was still crying and handed her to Phoebe who knew what to do. Phoebe snuggled her and rubbed her back and P.J. stopped crying.
"Boys lunchtime" Piper called.
Wyatt and Chris orbed into chairs at the table in the kitchen and Leo served them a sandwich. As the adults sat down to eat, Wyatt reached for a cup and took a sip, and unintentionally started a fight. "Hey that's my cup, go to your room," Chris said. He orbed Wyatt to their room but Wyatt orbed right back in. "I didn't know it was your cup," he said. "Yes you did," Chris argued. "No I didn't," Wyatt argued back. Wyatt crossed his arms, blinked at Chris's chair, and orbed away Chris's chair causing him to fall down. Before anyone could say or do anything, Chris blinked his eyes at his brother and sent him flying across the room. Before hitting the wall Wyatt orbed behind Chris, but before he could do anything Paige jumped out of her chair and orbed Chris to his room.
"Hey you bring him back right now, so I can kick his ass," Wyatt shouted at Paige
"WYATT MATTHEW HALLIWELL, YOU WATCH YOUR MOUTH YOUNG MAN, SIT YOUR WHITELIGHTER ASS BACK ON YOUR CHAIR AND EAT, YOU'RE LUCKY YOU'RE NOT ON TIME OUT TO" Piper snapped at Wyatt who immediately sat back down on his chair and ate. Chris orbed back downstairs and stuck his tongue out at his brother. His mother, who was losing her patience very quickly, glared at her son, but it was Leo who dealt with the child. "CHRIS PERRY HALLIWELL, ORB BACK TO YOUR ROOM THIS MINUTE AND STAY THERE UNTIL SOMEONE COMES TO GET YOU," LEO SNAPPED. "And what if I don't?" Chris sked talking back. "I'll blow you up," Piper threatened. The minute Chris heard this he nodded his head scared and orbed back to his room. All eyes were on Piper.
"What? Oh come on, he'd be fine, his white-lighter side would save him," Piper stated
"Interesting new parenting method, I could see it on a book" Paige teased
"Yeah a book called: How to blow up your half white lighter kids, by Piper Halliwell, the volcano witch mother" Phoebe teased.
Everyone started laughing even Piper, and then Phoebe got an idea.
"I have an idea," Phoebe stated
"Oh no, no more ideas from you miss "let's all move into the manor," Piper said.
"Relax volcano mom, this one is not a bad idea, we should write a parenting book on raising magical children. Imagine it, we are raising whitelighter witches, Cupid witches, half-mortal half-witch children, plus an adopted mortal child, lots of magical parents would love to have a book not only by someone's who's experienced it but also someone who has experienced it as a charmed one" Phoebe explained.
"Yeah that's not a bad idea Phoebe," Paige agreed
"Yeah, there must be other witches who have children like ours," Piper agreed.
"And we'll all write it, Piper you and Leo can write what's like raising whitelighter witch children, Coop and I will write about raising cupid witch children, and Paige you and Henry can write about raising half-mortal children and a full mortal child," Phoebe said.
"Bye, bye," Wyatt suddenly said
"Wyatt honey, why did you say that?" Piper asked
"Melinda orbed out," Wyatt said pointing to an empty high chair.
"I just sensed them, they're upstairs with Chris," Paige revealed.
Leo orbed upstairs to find Chris sulking on his bed and Melinda playfully knocking over P.J. "Chris, did you orb the girls up here?" Leo asked. "No, Melinda did it, can I come out now?" Chris replied and asked. "Are you ready to be nice?" Leo asked. "Yes, very nice," Chris said. Leo told him he could and watched him orb out of the room. Leo picked up the girls and orbed into the living room where he placed them in the playpen.
"Ok girls play in here, no orbing or beaming out," Leo told them and headed back to the kitchen
In the kitchen, Chris wanted some milk but couldn't reach it since it was across the table from him. He blinked his eyes at it and made the open milk carton slowly move towards him. Piper's eyes followed the milk carton and when it bumped into the salt and was about to fall over, Piper froze the room. Leo was frozen at the entrance of the kitchen, Adult Henry was frozen in the position of lifting his cup, Coop was frozen in the position up getting up from his chair, and baby Henry was frozen in the position of drinking from his frozen bottle which was being held by a not frozen Paige. Piper leaned forward picked up the frozen milk carton and placed it up right then unfroze the room.
Chris could now reach it and poured it into his cup. Unfortunately, the milk carton was a little too heavy for Chris and he dropped it, causing the milk to spill all over the table and onto the floor. The twins thought that was funny so they picked up their bowls of spaghetti which they had instead of sandwiches and dumped all the spaghetti on their high chairs and on the floor.
"Ok that's it lunch is over, boys take your sandwiches into the living room, someone clean up the double trouble," Piper said.
Henry picked up the twins and left the kitchen to wash them up as the boys obeyed their mother. Paige cast the vanishing spell to take care of the mess. "Let the object of objection, become but a dream, as I cause the scene to be unseen." The milk and spaghetti vanished, all the food, silverware and utensils also vanished. "What a great and quick way to clean up," Paige said "Oh really, you should just write on your forehead, personal gain come find me," Piper said leaving the kitchen.
In the living room Leo was trying to chase the white rabbit from Alice in wonderland back into the TV. Wyatt and Chris were laughing their heads off. Paige came in and took care of it, and Piper who had enough of TV conjuring blew up the TV and dramatically went upstairs. Paige rolled her eyes and orbed the remains of the TV to the dump. "Why don't we take the kids for a walk?" Phoebe suggested when Piper returned to the living room.
"Alright, now remember kids, no orbing, beaming, or levitating" Piper sternly told them. After putting the kids in strollers except for Wyatt and Chris, they left the manor and strolled down the street. They then saw Darryl approaching. "Did I catch you at a bad time?" Darryl asked. "No, we're just going for a walk, want to join us?" Coop offered. Darryl nodded and started walking alongside them. It was quiet at first before Phoebe asked him why he had been on his way to the manor.
"I got the name of the baby's biological father," Darryl informed.
"Finally," Paige said.
"His name is Christopher Mercer, he was in jail for stealing a car, he's 18, and he's the son of a very bad criminal, it's a good thing you took in little Henry junior here," Darryl said.
"And the other's?" Henry asked
"The one know as big W is really Walker Peers, the nurse is Rebecca Jason, both are in jail for kidnapping Kristina, you were right Paige, Walker's not a teenager he's twenty-five," Darryl said.
"And what did you tell Kristina's parents?" Leo asked
"Told them she was shot after giving birth, and that we got the shooter but Kristina didn't make it. A funeral was held for her," Darryl answered
"And about the baby," Paige asked
"Good news. Now that we know who the father is, there is no chance of him getting custody. You don't have to worry about losing him and the adoption is official. congratulations."
"Thanks, Darryl."
"No problem, in as little detail as possible, what really happened?" Darryl asked.
"Dark lighter shot her with a poisonous arrow, Paige orbed the baby out of her stomach," Leo described.
"Alright, well I told Sheila I'd pick up the kids, so I'll see you sometime," Darryl said walking the other way.
As the family continued their walk, Henry Junior, Prue, and Kat fell asleep. When Wyatt started complaining about sore feet, and Chris started complaining about being thirsty, the family went home since the boys would orb home and they can't stay home by themselves. At home, Wyatt dramatically flung himself on the couch, and Paige handed a glass of orange juice to Chris who sat down at the table to drink it. Phoebe, Piper, and Coop placed the sleeping babies in their cribs. And the adults all sat down in the living room and allowed Tamora and Melinda to crawl around on the floor.
Chris came into the living room and was not happy to find Tamora playing with his toy train. Chris took it away from her and she started crying. "Chris, that wasn't very nice, you have to share your toys," Leo told him "Oh alright, here Tamora, you can play with it, just be careful," Chris said giving her back the train. "Auntie Paige, can you read me this book?" Wyatt asked holding up the book. "Sure honey, Chris would you like to hear a story too?" Paige asked Chris who nodded. The boys sat on Paige's lap and she read to them while Phoebe, Piper, and Leo went upstairs to tend to baby Henry who was crying. Upstairs Leo fed Henry, while Phoebe and Piper changed the girl's diapers. Afterward, Leo orbed down with baby Henry, and the sisters had to take the long way back to the living room holding Kat and Prue.
A few hours later, Phoebe and Piper made supper. When everyone was seated at the table ready to eat, Henry laid down some rules. "Ok, to make this is a nice family supper, there will be no food fight, arguing, fighting, or power fighting, if you are mad you tell us and you can leave the kitchen," Henry instructed. The boys nodded and Paige orbed the food onto the table. Piper shook her head at this and started thinking of any possible personal game consequences in this situation. Deciding this was just harmless magic, Piper put it in the back of her mind and enjoyed the meal with her family. Once everyone was finished, the adults soon found the personal gain consequence, everything was glued to the table, even orbing didn't work.
"Look at that, personal gain consequence, I told you so," Piper teased as she passed Paige on her way out of the kitchen.
Everyone left the kitchen leaving Paige to solve her mess. Paige decided to use the vanishing spell which also backfired. When she opened the cabinet to pull out a bottle, she found the cabinet empty. Paige opened every cabinet and the fridge and found them empty as well. "Mommy said to say, strike 2" Wyatt told Paige and then ran out. Then he came back in and said "and it's coming out of your wallet," and then ran out again. Paige walked into the living room where Piper was grinning. "Very funny, sending in the kid to do your dirty work," Paige said as she sat down beside Henry. "Fine, you were right, I'll head to the store and replace everything we need," Paige said and orbed out.
While at the store, Paige happened to run into Billie. The sisters didn't see Billie as much now that she didn't live in the manor anymore. Most of Billie's time was taken up by her boyfriend and her college courses. "Hey, Paige what brings you here?" Billie asked. "A magic backfire," Paige whispered to her. "I see, ok well tell Piper I'll be by tomorrow for Wyatt's projection lesson, he's getting close," Billie said. Paige nodded and bought everything which cost her a lot. She orbed back to the manor with everything.
"Can I get a little help here?" Paige asked her family.
"Sure, cold food goes in the fridge, utensils go in the drawer," Piper said.
"Thanks for the help." Paige sarcastically said headed into the kitchen to put everything away.
It was now the end of the week. "Well, I guess we better start packing," Phoebe said sounding a little disappointed. Leo looked at Piper who nodded. "Paige, you've been looking for a new place now that you have baby Henry." Paige nodded although didn't understand why she had brought it up. "We can add some more bedrooms here. I know with all the kids it would be really crazy but I need my sisters close by," Piper said. "When has this family not been crazy?" Phoebe said. "Good point," Paige said.n"This family was made to be crazy, and we are the most protected here," Phoebe said. "Another good point," Paige agreed. "If you all lived here with us, you can have access to the book of shadows, and free babysitters," Piper said.
"Let's just face it, Halliwell's are meant to stay together, I'm in," Phoebe said.
"I miss all the laughs, I'm in too," Paige said.
"This place always feels like home, I'm in," Henry said
"So am I," Coop agreed.
"It's ok with us" Wyatt and Chris said.
"Then it's settled, we're all going to live in the manor," Piper announced.
Everyone hugged and felt happy and excited about this arrangement. After all, family is family no matter what life brings. The first question was how many rooms were needed. There were already three bedrooms in the manor. Leo and Piper would keep theirs. Wyatt and Chris's room would go to Paige and Henry while Melinda's room would go to Phoebe and Coop. An upstairs would be built with three rooms and one bathroom. One room for Wyatt and Chris to share, one room for Melinda, P.J., and the twins, and the third room for little baby Henry. It that was needed was a spell.
This home is just too small. Upon my powers, I now call. Turn this three-bedroom base into a six-bedroom place.
The next step was decorating the children's rooms. Starting with Wyatt and Chris's bedroom, which looked pretty much the same as their old bedroom. Their bunk-bed stood on the top left corner against the wall. A blue spiderman blanket on the top bunk which was Wyatt's bunk and white pillow. On the bottom bunk a blue superman blanket with a white pillow for Chris. Under the bedroom window stood Wyatt's brown dressed, Chris's dressed across the room. A grey laundry basket beside each dressed. On the right-hand side of the room was a double closet where the boys' shirts and sweaters were hung up.
Next up was the room belonging to the baby girls. There wasn't much space to work with since four cribs were required to fit in the room. The cribs were all located on the right-hand side of the room. The walls were white and there was a grey carpet. On the wall above each crib was a wooden letter making their names. M for Melinda, T for Tamora, K for Kat, and P for Prue-Johnna. On the other side of the wall, there were four changing tables. There was a dresser under the window, a dresser beside the door, and two dressers in the closet.
Baby Henry had his own room so his parents were able to do much more with it. The walls were a baby blue and the carpet was white. On the right-hand wall was his crib. There was a lamp in the top right corner and next to it was a changing table with a dresser underneath. In the top left corner, there was an armchair with a nightstand next to it. On the left-hand side of the room, there was a structure that had two cabinets on the bottom with two small drawers on top and eight shelves, four on each side.
