Barry and Kara were getting ready in the morning, Barry was going slowly at first, but Kara pushed him along.

"Come on! You wanna be late for your first day at work?" Kara yelled at him.

"Kara I literally went to work 5 minutes before time everyday." Barry shrugged.

"Well that was different. Here, even your appearance has to be impressive. You can't just wear…" Kara stopped as she saw Barry, and what he was wearing. "A single t-shirt and jeans. Rau, you have to be a little fancy."

"Everyday?" Barry asker incredulously, and Kara nodded. "So that's why you look like a California Dream Girl everyday." Barry smirked. "CatCo is good for you."

Kara suddenly blushed, before her flustered self tried to control herself. "Shut up and put these on!" she stammered out, shoving some clothes in Barry's hands and pushing him towards the bed room. As soon as the door closed, it opened again, revealing a chuckling Barry in a crimson red shirt and a brown tweed jacket, with a sky blue tie.

"Now there's a reporter for CatCo." Kara said, smiling ear to ear as she went and put her hands around Barry's neck. "You look good." She added in a low voice.

"Not better than you though." Barry smirked.

Kara giggled, before going in for a kiss, and Barry obliged with pleasure. After a few seconds, Kara quickly separated from Barry. "No we have to go, as much I hate to stop kissing you." She said.

"Yes yes, Ms. Danvers." Barry said, picking up a small bag.

"Move your butt, Mr. Allen. Let's go." Kara said, grabbing Barry's hand and dragging him along out of the apartment, as they sped off to CatCo.

.

.

Barry and Kara stepped onto their floor of CatCo, both with large coffees in their hand, the other hands intertwined. Lena came over when she saw the two enter.

"Hello Barry. Kara can show you your desk and the ropes, but if you do have any questions for me, I'll be in my office." Lena said.

"Yes, Ms. Luthor." Barry nodded.

"Please, Lena. Have a Good Day." Lena said with a smile, before walking back to her office.

Kara dragged Barry along, bringing him to his desk. "You'll be here. And I'll be right there." She said, pointing to her desk, literally two feet away.

"Close by. Good to know." Barry said, smirking.

"Well I'll be seeing you all day, but, meet up at lunch?" Kara asked.

"Can't wait." Barry said, before taking his seat. Getting to work. There were some notes on his desk, telling him how he was supposed to get started on his articles and he followed them as best he could.

Kara watched Barry start typing on his laptop with a fond smile. His hair was on fleek today, she thought, standing up just as it had been when she'd first met him and brought him to the side room at CatCo, back when she was still just Cat Grant's assistant. His deep, emerald eyes focused were looking at the screen, and she could see the subtle specks of lightning that were flowing inside them, knowing he was using his speed. Kara sighed, going to get some work done before she ended up spending the entire day glancing at her boyfriend.

.

.

Kara leaned back in her chair, rolling her head around, after a long day of work. She straightened up and opened her eyes to see Barry standing in front of her desk, two large coffees in his hand.

"Hey." He said, smiling as he put one cup on her desk for her.

"Hey Barr." She said. "You done with work?"

"Actually I've been done a long time ago. I just stayed so it doesn't look like I finished my work too fast." Barry shrugged, before a smile formed on his face. "Besides, looking at you for long periods of time tends to really make time go faster."

Kara blushed, pursing her lips, before playfully smacking a fist onto Barry's arm. "Shut up, you. Thanks for the coffee." She said, picking up her bag and standing up, taking her cup of coffee. "I just finished with my work, so, shall we go, Mr. Allen?"

"That's a great idea, Ms. Danvers." Barry smiler, offering an arm to Kara, who hooked her own arm around it, and the two walked towards the elevator, ready to go on with their day.

Kara's ears perked up, however, picking up crashes and shouting. She turned to Barry, who was already looking at her. "Sorry, someone is in trouble."

"It's okay. Go on. I'll get some donuts?" Barry smiled.

"Thanks Barr." Kara smiled back.

"Just call if you need me." Barry said, letting go of Kara as she hurriedly went into an alley. Barry walked on to the donut place as he heard a whoosh, and looked up into the sky and saw the familiar red cape flying behind Kara as she zoomed across the sky.

He smiled a little, before speeding to the store, and placing his order. He thought about his new life here, with Kara. He'd gotten a new job, he lived with the woman he loved very much, more so than he'd ever loved Iris, he could tell. He'd practically moved to this Earth. He wondered how Cisco and Caitlin and Wally were doing, back on his Earth. They were probably fine, but he made up his mind to regularly check up on them every now and then, to be sure.

Kara suddenly arrived at the store, back in her regular clothes again. She smiled upon seeing Barry, skipping to him. "Hey." She said softly, grinning.

Barry looked at her, fondness in his eyes. He put a hand on her shoulder, and went forward, tilting his face up and planting a kiss on her forehead, eliciting an adorable giggle from the Kryptonian.

"Hey, Kara. Donuts are on the way." Barry said.

"Yay! Let's get a seat." Kara said, dragging Barry to a booth to sit down.

A few minutes later, it was their turn, and Barry got up, reluctant to leave Kara's side, but going regardless to get the box of donuts he ordered, setting it down in front of Kara. Her eyes widened as she excitedly picked a donut and bit into it, letting out a small moan of satisfaction. Barry chuckled before doing the same.

"Donuts don't get old, do they?" Kara said, already moving on to her second donut.

"Never." Barry said.

Soon, after finishing their donuts, Barry and Kara were back home, Kara quickly changing and plopping onto the couch about to start a movie. Barry came and sat down beside her, and Kara could feel his nervousness.

"Kara, um…" Barry started.

"Barr, you know you can tell me anything. Just like I could with you. What is it?" Kara asked, putting a hand on Barry's shoulder comfortingly.

Barry smiled, nodding. "I… want to go back to my Earth every now and then, just to check on the others. I know they said they'll handle things by themselves, but still…"

"Hey it's okay. Remember, I told you I wanna spend some time on your Earth too. You wanna go today?" Kara asked.

"I mean, I didn't plan on today, but if you want to, then let's… go?" Barry said, some nervousness still there.

"Alright, Barry." Kara smiled. "So, shall we watch something for now?"

"Yes please." Barry said, relieved, putting an arm around Kara as she snuggled into his side, purring with satisfaction as they watched the screen, the words 'The Lion King' popping up on it.

.

.

Some hours later, in the late evening, Kara took out her extrapolator, and pressed the button to open a breach. Barry came up beside her, sighing, when he felt Kara clasp his hand in hers. He smiled lovingly at her, before the two went into the swirling blue ball of energy, hand in hand.

In the weeks he'd been on Kara's Earth, the cortex of STAR labs hadn't changed a bit, and as usual, he found Cisco and Caitlin at the consoles.

"Barry!" Cisco yelled out, throwing up his hands when he saw Barry and Kara leap out of the breach onto the floor. He immediately got up, followed by Caitlin as they went and hugged the two heroes.

"Miss us?" Caitlin asked, smiling.

"Of course." Barry said.

Wally sped into the cortex, pulling his cowl back. "Hey Barr. How you been?" he said, instantly going for a hug with his mentor.

"Good, man." Barry said.

"Not that we mind, but what are you doing here?" Caitlin asked.

"Nothing particular, guys." Kara said. "Barry wanted to visit."

"Aww, of course he missed his best friend Cisco." Cisco said, mockingly.

"Okay let's go home." Barry said.

"Hey!" Cisco cried out, before everyone broke into laughter. Barry smiled to himself. It was good to be back every now and then.

"Well, now that y'all are here, might I suggest hitting Jitters with the gang?" Cisco said, stepping back with a mock serious expression.

"Why, Cisco, that seems to be a wonderful idea!" Caitlin said, looking at Barry and Kara.

"Sure it does. Let's go then!" Kara said, grinning as she dragged Barry along with the rest of the group.

Jitters was the same as he'd last seen it as well. They grabbed a table towards the far end, and ordered five Flashes, still deciding on food.

"Should we just go get some Big Belly Burger after coffee?" Wally asked.

"Naah, let's just stay here. Besides, the fries here are really good." Cisco said.

"He's not wrong." Barry said. "I remember the time I ate like 5 boxes of it. Everyone was staring at me like they'd seen an alien. The non-humanoid kind." He added at the end, looking at Kara, who simply laughed.

They sat there for a long while, exchanging stories, sharing laughs.

"Okay, Wally did what now?" Barry asked, still snickering.

"He rolled over marbles and fell. Straight up cartoon stuff, man." Cisco said.

"In all seriousness, it was that meta's luck powers." Wally said in defense.

"Sure it was." Cisco said, laughter dying into smirk.

"Oh so I'm supposed to forget about the time you dropped your milkshake, then slipped on it, five minutes later?" Wally now retorted.

Caitlin burst out laughing at that one. "Oh God I remember that one. Even luck couldn't save him. He dropped it, complained about it, and then proceeded to walk directly on it."

"Bud, how?" Barry asked, putting a hand on Cisco's shoulder.

"I don't know, okay?" Cisco yelled out.

"Rau, my stomach hurts, and I'm Kryptonian." Kara said, barely controlling her laughter.

.

.

After eating to their heart's fill, the team went home, seeing it was getting late. Barry and Kara went back to the loft.

"Rau, this loft is so beautiful." Kara said. "I wish I could stay here all the time." She quickly changed into bed clothes and sat on the couch, picking up the remote and turning on the TV, while Barry changed up himself.

"Barry!" Kara called out to him as he came out in his home clothes. "Wizard of Oz is on!" she yelled as she noticed him come in.

"What?!" he asked, his eyes going wide as he ran to the couch, lightning flashing behind him, sitting close beside Kara to excitedly turn to the screen, Kara snuggling up beside him. Barry sighed in contentment, as the screen showed, in black and white, the wizard flying up in his hot air balloon.

.

Barry let out a small yawn as the movie ended.

"Ahh that was such a throwback." Kara said, grinning as she tilted her face up to look at Barry, who smiled at her.

"Yeah. So good." Barry said, before getting up and going to the kitchen.

"Gonna get something?" Kara asked, as Barry opened up a cupboard and found a pack of bagels. An idea formed in his head.

"Hey." He said to get Kara's attention, dangling the pack of bagels. "Want 'em?" he asked coyly.

Kara's eyes went wide and she quickly got up and rushed to grab the pack, only for Barry to quickly move it away from her grasp. She tried again, and again, but to no avail. Needless to say, Barry was faster than Kara, especially when it came to reaction time. Kara huffed to herself. "Stop it, Barry!" she pouted.

"Not working on me. Now come get it!" Barry said, smirking at his Kryptonian girlfriend.

Kara shrugged, before returning the smirk, speeding after him. Barry kept zipping around the loft, his lightning illuminating the place a little more, as he looked back and saw Kara chasing after him with an arm stretched out, an excited grin on her face. Barry chuckled to himself, vaulting over the couch, then running around it to avoid Kara.

Suddenly he saw Kara in front of him. She'd stopped running around the couch after him, so she could catch him as he ran round the other side. However, Barry was not to be deterred. He promptly phased through her and kept running, stopping at the kitchen counter.

"Oh that is so unfair." Kara huffed, pouting again, before resuming her chase. This time, however, Barry didn't run. Instead, she went around her, and as she turned to face him, he promptly grabbed her waist, pulling her close and kissing her.

Kara was surprised, as her eyes went wide, before they closed, and she began kissing Barry back with a passion.

Suddenly, as if on cue, Kara and Barry heard 'The Way you look tonight' playing from the apartment below them. Barry laughed. "Yeah, the family living under us? Huge Sinatra fans. Many times have I gone to sleep listening to their music."

"Well good for us." Kara said, before her eyes got dark. "Now where were we?" she added, her voice a low growling whisper.

"Let me remind you." Barry said in a similar fashion, crashing his lips onto hers, pulling her body tightly to his, feeling every part of her press up against him.

Kara pushed him towards the bed, slipping his hands under his shirt, running her hands across his well built abdomen. She felt his lips part, and their tongues collided in a battle for dominance. Shivers went down her spine as she felt Barry's hands slip up her shirt, running across her back, his fingers warm on her smooth skin.

Barry felt himself get pushed back, and he landed on the bed. He saw Kara float up into the air, setting herself down on Barry perfectly, as he proceeded to devour her soft, plush lips once again. He felt Kara's hands pull his shirt up his body, and felt the need to pause.

"Kara" he breathily said, grabbing her hands, "are you sure?" he asked sincerely, since he knew she was nervous about going too fast.

"Yeah, I am. I want you, Barry." She gasped out, but not without making her seriousness known in her tone. She wanted to be with him. In every way. She knew she'd discovered her home, and no amount of fear would stop her. They undressed each other and spent the night in bliss with each other, and the faint saxophone from the apartment below soon died into silence.
