Saint Seiya Golden Brigade Chapter 6: Skies of War

Hello everyone! Bluestar here with a new chapter! Today, the battle between the Saints and the Berserkers will officially begin! Also, remember the previous chapter? It may have been boring, but trust me to keep it in mind. With this chapter on the other hand, the serious stuff is about to begin! Get ready for more intense battles! So without further do, enjoy!

Chapter 6: Skies of War
The sun was rising for a new day. The day where the war with Athena's most ancient enemy was about to start. The twelve Gold Saints rested as best as they could in order to be more healthy for the approaching conflict, while Lady Saori came back to Japan so that she could afford a means of transport to use for reaching New Babylonia. Thanks to her noble origins, the reincarnation of Athena wouldn't have had too many troubles to do so.
The Great Pope Sion decided to remain in the Sanctuary in order to protect it. Despite not having a Cloth anymore, he still had the body of a young man, so he could still hold a great power in his cosmo. So in the end, in order to proceed better through the enemy's lair, the only ones going there were Athena and the Gold Saints. This time, even the goddess herself was going to battle, so she even took her cloth from the statue of herself soaked in blood.
While waiting for Lady Saori to come back with the means to use to reach New Babylonia, the twelve Gold Saints were all gathered at the House of Aries, the first one of the twelve houses. Everyone was sitting on a table, waiting for the breakfast to be ready. And during the wait, Chirin was entertaining the others with some stories from his past.
"And so I told him 'You may be the most dangerous bandit in this quarter…but you're a lousy tipper!'" He said while cutting some vegetables for some noodles in a soup, remembering his experience with a bandit. The other Saints listened carefully. "Really? And…how did you get out of there alive?" Hyoga asked. That question caught the Saint of Aries by surprise, not knowing how to answer. "Well, uh…I didn't really say that but…I thought it!" He replied.
"Hmmm…I don't know…this seems a little bit invented…" Ignis said his opinion. "Naaah, I can assure it's all true! Plus, normal people would die just to listen a story of the great Chirin!" The other Gold Saint answered while serving the plates of noodles. "Here you go! Breakfast's ready."
"Somehow I believe Ignis…" Seiya said with a sceptic face. "Well, you don't seem to be that different from him. Remember when you got electrified by the fence of Mitsumasa's mansion?" Shiryu asked, making Seiya get embarrassed. "D-DON'T MENTION THAT!" The Saint of Sagittarius exclaimed. "Oh yes, I remember it well." Ikki added. "IKKI!" Seiya shouted.
Meanwhile, the other Gold Saints started to eat, and the noodles were…surprisingly good. They looked like the work of an authentic chef. Everyone was surprised. "It's…really good!" Miguel exclaimed happy. Seeing the result of his soup, Chirin bursted out in a loud laugh. "See? That's one of the many talents the great Chirin can possess!" He said.
"Now don't exaggerate…" Marlyn said. "This time I have to agree…this soup is delicious!" Valentina said while eating. "I didn't know you were such a great cook!" Shun added. "I should invite you to my great buffets sometimes!" Even Miguel said his opinion. "Priamos! You should try it!" He then said to the Saint of Gemini, who was eating some ham.
"Well, just as expected from what should be one of the strongest Saints in the whole Sanctuary. The warrior of Aries is known to control the stars and use their power to disintegrate the enemy." Priamos spoke with a smirk.
Chirin looked at him and then at the plate in silence. "Well…guess I've still have to…find the…power of the stars…If I want to…turn enemies into dust…since I've got no results until now." He said before drinking the soup. By coincidence, two pieces of zucchini ended up in his front. This sight made the other Saints giggle and laugh. "What?" Chirin asked.
"Oh nothing…Pope Sion!" Ignis jokingly said while the others continued to laugh. The Saint of Aries touched his front and felt the vegetable pieces and made a giggle. Then he stood up and started to make an imitation of Sion. "Your cosmo will never reach his highest peak unless you brush your teeth at least three times at days!" He said, making the others laugh more noisy. "What's this I'm hearing? Laughs? I've never heard of them! Train well, Chirin! And maybe one day…" The young Saint continued before closing his hands with only the index and the little finger up and put it above his head. "Maybe you'll have horns like me!" The laughter continued, everyone seemed to appreciate it, but suddenly everyone stopped and had their eyes wide open, since they saw something that meant trouble.
Sion was just behind Chirin, looking at the twelve Gold Saints with a sceptic face. You could say he heard the imitation made by his apprentice. Chirin still didn't see him, since he was turned on the others. So he was confused and wondering why everyone stopped. "Horns! Get it? Cause he was a Saint of…Aries." He said.
"It's Sion!" Erwin said in a low voice in order to advise him, but of course, Chirin didn't understand. "Of course is Sion! Who else could be?" Then, the boy turned around and saw the Pope. The reaction was a yell and a jump backwards. "AH! POPE SION!" He shouted before gaining his composure back and taking off the pieces of zucchini in the front.
Sion looked at all of them and make a deep sigh. "I'll just pretend that I didn't see nothing. I came here to advise you that Athena has arrived with the means you'll use to reach New Babylonia." He then said, making everyone more serious.
"Really?" Ikki asked, making the pope nod. "She's waiting at the entrance of the Sanctuary. You'd better end and get ready." He said, before exiting the house. With that, the Saints quickly finished their delicious noodle soup and came out.
When they reached the entrance wearing their Cloths, they saw with stupor what Lady Saori came up with.
The girl was standing in front of a giant airship with many windows. Judging by the look, it could contains thousand of peoples.
"Woah…it's huge!" Shun said surprised. "So a member of the Kido family can afford this? Not even mine would have been able…" Valentina added astonished.
"But Lady Saori? Why a whole blimp? Wasn't a simple airplane better?" Seiya then asked. "It appears that New Babylonia is just like Clothos said, a dictature that isolates itself from the rest of the world. And the only way to reach it is by air. I've decided to take a blimp because in case of attack, we have less risks of getting killed. We don't know if Ares is aware of our arrival, that's why we have to be ready for every eventuality." Saori explained.
"Got it…we're ready to protect you!" Seiya replied with a smile, followed by a general nod. "Glad to hear that! Come on! Get on the Airship!" Saori told them.
With that, all Gold Saints started to go there. Everything was now ready. After seven years of piece, another conflicts for the Saints of Athena…was about to start.
Before going there as well, Saori turned on the Pope one last time. "Are you sure you're going to handle this, Sion?" She asked. "You don't have to worry for me, Lady Saori. I have plenty of experience on my back, and I've died twice. I will do my best to protect the Sanctuary along with the other Saints that are here." Sion replied with a smile. "Thank you…I appreciate it."
"You're welcome. And good luck." The pope replied back before seeing his goddess going to the airship. After that, the giant airship started to fly and go away, while the ex Saint of Aries remained there.
"Young warriors…this conflict will be your real first job as the new Gold Saints. Some of you experienced similar things in the past, but remember…the future of this world…depends on you."
A few hours had passed…and the airship was still travelling towards New Babylonia.
There wasn't that much of a distance between Greece and Iraq, so the travel would have been just a matter of a few hours. Yet the anxiety was filling everyone inside the airship. Seiya, Shiryu, Hyoga, Shun and Ikki already faced deities in the past so in some sort of way, they knew what were going to face, but at the same time, it was something completely unknown for them. Even if they were stronger now that they were wearing the Gold Cloths, they still didn't know nothing about Ares, only to be Athena's first enemy. So being in the completely unknown was a little bit scary for them. The same could be said for the rest of the Gold Saints. These were their first days in action, and being already in battlefield against such a big threat made them anxious. It's true that they were trained for situations like this, but for newbies like them, it was all different. Each one of them was scared and didn't know how things would have ended up. But they were well conscious that still, they had to do something. The order of the Saints wasn't complete yet, there were still some Bronze Saints and all the Silver Saints that still had to appear. So the 12 Gold Saints represented the only ray of hope that the earth had.
They had to defeat Ares, no matter what.
Chirin yawned while he was sitting on a chair with crossed legs. "Geez! This is starting to get boring! When do we start to do something?" He asked. "Every thing has its time Chirin." Shiryu answered to him. "Even though we should be close to new Babylonia. Get ready to descend." Saori then said to the others. "Lady Saori...are you sure you can fight alongside us?" Ikki asked to her. "Absoltuely sure. In the past I've been only a burden for the others. This time…I want to help you all. This is also my battle." The goddess said, expressing her wish to change. She remembered of all the time she was endangered. From when she was stabbed by the golden arrow at the Sanctuary, from when she was trapped inside Poseidon's pillar and when she was put inside the sacred jar in the Elysium. All those times, Seiya and the others had to save her. During the seven years of peace, she had thought so much on her behavior and realized that she had too many weak points due to her pacifist behavior. But she knew that she couldn't maintain this kindness all the time, since the enemies weren't going to listen to her. If she wanted to protect the humans she loved so much, she had to fight as well. This time…she wasn't going to let her enemies take her so easily.
"I see…we're happy to hear you say this. We'll do our best to support you." Seiya said with a smile. "Yeah! You can count on us." Ignis added. Saori smiled, happy to hear that.
"By the way, how do we proceed?" Erwin then asked. "First, we must find a place where to land safely and without getting spotted by Ares's soldiers. Then…we shall head to the castle and take down both him and his Berserkers." Saori replied. "I see…it's quite a straight plan. I like it!" Miguel answered. In that moment, Chirin stood up. "Yeah! Me too! After all, the great Chirin is enough to take down those 19 dorks!" He added.
"If you start to get hurt, don't start to say it was all predicted. It would be too ridiculous…" Marlyn said after sighing. And then…right in that moment…the pression started to grow.
Out of nowhere, a loud sound could be heard in the whole blimp. It was clearly an alarm siren. All the Gold Saints started to look around while standing on guard. "What is going on!?" Valentina asked. "An alarm!? Is something going wrong on the ship!?" Shun said. To know more, Athena came closer to one of the loud speakers in the room. "Pilot! Pilot! What's happening!?" She asked.
"Lady Saori! We are in trouble! There's another airship approaching right above us!" The voice of the pilot echoed from his room, to the rest of the blimp, alarming the Saints. What Saori thought became reality in the end. "A-Absurd…are you saying that…" Hyoga said. "They knew of our arrival!?" Seiya ended the line.
"Impossible…we met them just yesterday, they didn't have time to see what was coming! how do they know we would have planned an attack today?!" Shiryu asked, bewildered. "Perhaps…we underestimated our enemies…" Priamos said before running towards the window and look outside.
What he saw was indeed another blimp above theirs. It had six torches that were pointing down. It was smaller than Saori's one, and this is what made him get worry. "That blimp is much smaller than ours…I don't think they would try to attack us by using fire weapons…then…what is their intent…wait!" Priamos thought before seeing something falling from the other blimp.
They were clearly long ropes.
Priamos immediately understood what was going on. "What's happening up there, Priamos?" Seiya asked. The Saint of Gemini turned around and started to sweat from his head. "They…attached their blimp to ours. They intend to send soldiers in here…" He said.
"WHAT!?" Everyone exclaimed.
In the meantime, from the other blimp, just like Priamos said, soldiers who wore a simple armor, a viking-like helmet and a red mask on their faces, started to climb down the ropes and jump on the roof of the blimp, but they weren't the only one who landed. Someone else was going to do it. Someone much stronger.
A bigger warrior made a long jump to descend in Saori's blimp. He was wearing a dark brown cloth all over his body. Around his neck, he had two giant tusks, similar to the Aries Cloth's horns, but these weren't curved. Instead, they were more straight. The arms seemed to be twice as large and were even made by more artificial parts that could rotate. On his back, he had a double jet pack and his face was covered by a gas mask. He was a warrior that looked more like a sci-fi robot. When he landed on the blimp, he looked around and made a laugh that was distorted, due to the mask. "Sure Athena and his Saints love showing off themselves, if they came with this huge airship!" He said before raising his arm. "Alright, buddies. You know what to do. Enter the blimp and kill everyone inside! The forces of the Sanctuary must not enter in New Babylonia!" He then ordered to his mercenaries. "Yes sir!" All the soldiers nodded and then proceeded to invade every part of the airship.
Meanwhile, inside the blimp, the alarm started to be louder as the pilot started to detect even more presences inside the blimp. "T-This is bad! We can count at least 4000 men that have entered inside the blimp! They're everywhere!" The pilot exclaimed.
"Those assholes! They've cornered us!" Ignis shouted, holding his fist tight. "Tell me when to attack! I'll burn them all with my Scarlett Needle!"
"We must not make rushed moves! We must be as organized as possible." Priamos answered. "What do you suggest?" Shun then asked. "We must split up, pass by all the zones of the blimp and eliminate all of Ares's soldiers before they destroy the blimp." The Saint of Gemini then told his plan. "If more of us go into different places, then we can take out more soldiers possible in less time. Understood?"
"Wait, what about Lady Saori? She can't stay alone." Seiya then pointed out an important fact. Lady Saori wasn't still on her kamui, so she was more exposed and vulnerable to a possible attack, so someone should have remained there and look for her.
"I'll stay." Valentina then proposed herself to defend her goddess. "Are you sure, Valentina?" Shiryu asked. "Yes. Don't worry, I can block those soldiers with the power of my roses. Is just like Seiya said, Athena needs someone to defend her. And I'm willing to do so! Now go! We can't waste more time!" Valentina answered.
"Right. Good luck Valentina!" Seiya then said with a smile before running towards the door. "Let's go guys!"
"Right behind you!" Ikki answered. "Time for Chirin to shine!" Chirin added. Soon, almost all of the Gold Saint exited to the room, leaving only Valentina and Saori alone. "Thank you for your willingness, Valentina! I appreciate it!" Saori told to the Saint of Pisces with a smile. The girl Saint smiled back. "No problem, Lady Saori. As a Gold Saint, it is my duty to protect you." She said.
"Once this is over, I'll wear my kamui, so I can battle too." Saori said. Right in that moment, the sound of many footsteps could be heard, not so distant from them. Valentina stood on guard to be ready, and right in that moment, the door was opened by a group of soldiers. "This must be our lucky day! We already found Athena!" One of them said.
"You won't touch her even with a single finger!" Valentina countered. By seeing that reaction, the soldiers started to laugh. "Are we really seeing this? A damsel that is trying to defend a goddess? You're ridiculous! Let's get them both!" Another soldier exclaimed before starting to run against her. As an answer, Valentina started to show her golden cosmo and made a smirk. "It appears that you made an elementary mistakes. Never address an opponent as weak if you still didn't see their skills! This error will cost you dear!" She said before throwing three roses at them. "Royal Demon Rose!"
The poisonous aroma immediately took down many of the soldiers, that fell on the ground, dead. The remaining ones looked at the scene with astonishment. "Come on! Who's next?" Valentina said, confident in her skills.
Meanwhile, the other Saints scattered in couples of two to search the various zones of the blimp in order to defeat all the soldiers that entered in there.
Seiya and Ignis were running through the corridors of the second plan of the blimp, the one they were waiting on before the attack. It was quite long, with dozens of doors on both right and left. The doors probably led to other rooms, since the blimp used was one supposed for long travels. Probably some soldiers were hidden in some of the rooms, waiting to do an ambush attack in case the Saints got inside the rooms.
"Dammit! To think they would have predicted our arrival! Wasn't Ares supposed to be a barbarian deity!?" Seiya complained. "Well, probably he decided to study in his millennial slumber, to make sure he wouldn't fail a second time!" Ignis answered in a sarcastic way. "For now we must focus on getting rid of these intruders. We must be like two exterminators ready to clean a whole house full of insects!" He then said with a smile. The Saint of Sagittarius wasn't expecting that kind of answer. "That's a…strange similitude. But I'll stick with it!" He said.
Then, some of the doors of the corridor suddenly opened, revealing a group of soldiers with axes on their hands. "Kill them!" They shouted before attacking the two Saints, who avoided the axes easily by smoothly moving their bodies. "Watch out Seiya! These could make deep cuts!" Ignis advised his friend, who jumped high to avoid an attack from them. "Got it! Leave it to me! Atomic Thunder Bolt!" Seiya then proceeded to attack the soldiers with thousands of hits at the speed of light, that pierced through their armor and eliminated a good amount of them.
"D-Dammit!" The soldiers exclaimed before trying to attack Ignis. But the Saint of Scorpio knew how to easily avoid them. "You know, trying to attack a Gold Saints with weapons like that is kinda useless! Time to clean the area! Scarlet Needle!" He then threw some needles from his finger that attacked the vital points of the soldiers, making them fall to the ground. "Easy work I'd say!" Ignis then commented, but in that moment, an axe attacked him at the pelvis, making him split blood from the mouth. "BLARGH! What!?" He exclaimed before turning around and seeing the soldier who stabbed him. "This will teach you a lesson about acting all cocky!" He shouted. Luckily for Ignis, Seiya was there ready to help him. "Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken!" He threw more attacks at the speed of light, taking down the bigger enemy. "Man, thank you Seiya! You really saved me there…" Ignis said. "You know…that soldier was kinda right. Acting like that will lead you to trouble." Seiya said his opinion, making the Saint of Scorpio get embarrassed. "I can't believe I'm actually hearing it…"
After that, they decided to check directly on the rooms, if there were soldiers hiding. The first zone they checked seemed to be empty, but Seiya and Ignis weren't convinced of what they were seeing. "I know this situation…this room isn't empty at all." The Saint of Sagittarius commented. "Yeah…it's like being in a movie…but don't worry! I already know how to deal with this." The one of Scorpio answered. Then he raised his cosmo and used one of the techniques of his constellation, one that consisted in releasing powerful waves from his eyes that paralyzed the enemy. "Restriction!"
"GAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Soon, four soldiers fell in the ground, unable to move due to the attack used by Ignis. "There they are!" Seiya exclaimed, while Ignis used his Scarlett Needle to end the enemies. "This room is solved. Time to look up at the other, I guess!" The Saint of Scorpio said with a satisfied smile. "You're right! Let's go buddy!" Seiya replied. Then the two started to check one by one all the rooms. Some of them were still empty, but others hid more soldiers inside. In the end, the two Gold Saints reached the end of the dorms. "With this we should've done them all." Seiya commented. "Where do we go now?" He then asked to his friend.
"Maybe we should try to reach the top. Their boss is probably in there." Ignis replied, looking up. "Got it! Let's go!" The Saint of Sagittarius said before running along with Ignis.
Meanwhile, Shiryu and Priamos searched in the lower floors and encountered more soldiers. "TSAAAAAAH!" Priamos threw an attack made of energy to take off five soldiers. "TSEI!" While Shiryu released some of the energy of dragon to take other ten soldiers.
"If there were already fifteen soldiers in this hallway, I'm scared to see how many there are beyond that door." Priamos said, looking at the door in front of them. "The good news is that we'll get rid of a good percentual of the enemies." Shiryu answered. "Let's go."
Once the door was open, they saw a large room with tall and big shelves made in iron. The floor was colored in dark green and there was a yellow lamp illuminating the room as a whole. "This must be one of the pantries, where they keep the resources." Shiryu said, looking at the room. "It surely is huge…" Priamos added. "We better look everywhere. With a room as big as this, those soldiers coulde hide anywhere." The Saint of Libra then said to the other Saint, who nodded.
As they kept on walking, everything was normal for the moment. But, if for others this could make them take a sigh of relief, this situation was anxious for the two Saints. Way too anxious. The place was silent, only the metal sound of their clothes could be heard. What was happening in there? Was that room…really empty?
"Hey…do you feel something?" Shiryu then asked, wanting to know if Priamos could feel other cosmos aside from their own. But the Saint of Gemini shook his head. "No. Not even a trace. This situation is starting to get uncomfortable…"
This scene continued for a while…and then….
"GAH!" Shiryu shouted out for pain. "Shiryu! What's wrong!?" Priamos exclaimed, worried for the friend. The Saint of Libra looked at his pelvis, where he got hit. "I…I don't know…I felt like something just hit me right now…" He said. Out of pressure, The Saint of Gemini looked around to guess where the attack came from, but there wasn't still anything. What did that mean? Shiryu was sure he had been attacked, but there was nothing that could prove that. What was going on?
Priamos didn't know what to say or do. But right when he turned around to Shiryu, he saw them. The transparent silhouettes of three man that were trying to attack his friend. "There they are!" Priamos exclaimed. "U-Uh!?" Shiryu asked, not knowing what was going on.
"TSEEEAH!" Priamos then used his cosmo to shoot an aura attack that fully hit the three soldiers, making them fall to the ground. Once this happened, small electric waves appeared around their bodies, making them visible. "Hey! Those are soldiers!" Shiryu said surprised. The Saint of Gemini started to come closer to them and gave a better look. "Now I understand why we couldn't see them and feel their cosmo. They have a special suit that makes them invisible and hide their cosmo. A smart move indeed." He then explained.
"If you say so…that means that…this room is not actually empty." Shiryu said, looking around, having a bad feeling. "No. It's actually full of these invisible warriors. Then…there's only thing we can do." Priamos answered, raising his cosmo yet again. "Please be careful. Your Galaxian Explosion could make terrible damages to the blimp." Shiryu advised him. "Don't worry. I'm well aware of that. During my training I've started to perform some techniques of mine. This will do fine. Spacial Rend!" Priamos generated a purple swipe from his hand that remembered the Excalibur of Shura. The swipe destroyed one of the giant shelves, and the theory of the Saint was right. Many soldiers fell from there, dead.
"I see…you were right Priamos. Then all I have to do is the same! Rozan Ryū Hi Shō!" Shiryu then charged surrounded by the aura of a dragon against another shelf, eliminating more soldiers, but he didn't end there. He looked at the rest of the shelves and like Priamos, he shoot a swipe from the cut of his hand. "Excalibur!" The shelves were cut in half and the rest of the soldiers in the room was taken down. Priamos then looked at the ceiling. "Spacial Rend!" By using another swipe, he attacked it and more soldiers fell down. "There were even some of them attached to the ceiling…one of them probably was the one who attacked you at the pelvis." He said.
"There are another pantries in this zone of the blimp. Probably even more soldiers are hidden in there. Let's go." Shiryu said before he and Priamos proceeded.
They opened a door and went in another pantry. This one had the shelves more closer to each other, making the space to move much less. But this didn't prevent a large group of soldiers to still be in there and waiting for the two Gold Saints.
"Well, it seems it won't be that simple." Priamos commented while standing on guard. "I'm used to this kind of situation. I could take thousands of them all day." Shiryu added, standing on guard as well. This made Priamos chuckle. "That's what I wanted to hear. Let's do this!" He said before running towards the soldiers with his friend.
This group of soldiers was bigger than the normal and was armed with axes and nunchaku. But this surely didn't represent a danger for the two Gold Saints.
One of the soldiers tried to attack Shiryu with the axe, but the Gold Saint of Libra used his shield to defend himself and used a powerful punch to knock him down. A soldier behind him tried to make an ambush, but Shiryu just gave another punch while turned around. Many soldiers were around them, and the Gold Saint proceeded with taking them down by using attacks that resembled the hits of the martial arts, which he learned during the training with his old master Dohko. "AAAAH!" He then used an aura attack in front of one last soldier, taking him down.
Priamos on the other hand, punched a soldier on the belly, lifted him up and threw him against other soldiers. A second enemy attacked him repeatedly with the nunchaku, but Priamos blocked every attack with impeccable speed, before breaking the nunchaku, grabbing the soldier's head and making him crash against the ground. "TSEI!" He then generated a ball of energy which eliminated more soldiers. Another one jumped and tried to attack both Saints by diving. Shiryu and Priamos turned around and pushed him away with their hands, powered up by their cosmo.
"Priamos, once we have finished with them, we must head to the top of the blimp. Probably their leader is in there." Shiryu told Priamos. "Got it. Let's get moving before they get complete control of the blimp." The Saint of Gemini answered.
"TAKE THIS!" Meanwhile, in another part of the blimp, Chirin punched away a soldier, making him crash against a door. Three other soldiers on the other hand, tried to attack Shun, who created a barrier that pushed them away. "Kān!"
"Eheheheheh! Come on! It doesn't matter how many of you come! The great Chirin will always be ready to teach you a lesson!" Chirin said, all satisfied. "Yeah, but don't push yourself too far. You still don't know what could happen…" Shun reminded him. "I don't see why you get worried, Shun! I'm fine!" The Saint of Aries answered back. "After hearing what Priamos said this morning, I got all hyped! To think my constellation would have been able to do all those things! I can't wait to do them! Ahahah! Wait for me, Ares! I'm cooooming!" He then proceeded all pumped up. The Saint of Virgo on the other hand, looked at him with a drop of sweat coming down from his head. "W-Well, at least he has motivation…" He said while following him.
The two Gold Saints passed through the door that Chirin broke before and ended up in a room full of circular tables. The floor was red and had yellow decorations on it. The tables had chairs or benches depending on their position. There were some vents attached to the ceiling and the room was illuminated by a candlestick.
"Judging by the look…this must be the living room." Shun said while looking around. By hearing 'living room' Chirin already started to drool and made a childish face. "Really? That means that there is something delicious on the kitchen! All I have to do is found it, right?" He asked. "What!? Hey, there's no time for that! Plus, there's no one here except us and the soldiers! No one is cooking right now!" Shun was trying to call his friend back to reality, but Chirin was already lost in his world. "Shut up! Don't ruin everything!" He countered before starting to move around the room. "All I have to do is find a silver door and then bo-" He tried to find the door that led to the kitchen, but before he could do so, a soldier fell from the ceiling against him. "ACK!"
"Got you, Saint of Athena! Ready to die?" The soldier said before pointing a sword on his throat, but in that same moment, he ended up being taken by the Saint's telekinesis and sent against a wall. Right after that, more soldiers came out from other doors and from the ceiling. "Just as I thought…they're everywhere…" Shun said while getting ready.
"YOU…" Chirin spoke, getting Shun's attention. In that moment, the Saint of Aries, made his cosmo burn twice as he had before. It seemed that something triggered him. "I WON'T LET ANYONE INTERFERE BETWEEN ME AND MY FOOD!" He proclaimed with furious eyes. He then charged energy and shoot blasts made of stardust at the enemies. "STARDUST REVOLUTION!" Most of the soldiers got disintegrated. But Chirin wasn't satisfied yet, as he threw himself against the rest of the soldiers.
Shun remained there, looking at the scene surprised at embarrassed at the same time. "So the key that makes him awaken his potential is the food? That's…strange…I wonder how Sion managed to train him…" He thought for himself. Then, by narrowing his eyes, he could see that more soldiers were starting to go against him. Shun could not lose time and started to concentrate energy in his hand. "Ooooooooohm…Tenma Kōfuku!" Once it was ready, Shun released all the energy in a giant blast that destroyed the soldiers. When he opened his eyes, the Saint of Virgo saw what he would have never expected to see. "U-Uh!? What!?"
Chirin was following a soldier in circle around the table. Judging by the faces of the two, Shun could say that they were following each other for some minutes by now. "Just wait till I get you!" Chirin exclaimed, while the soldier kept running. "N-No…I must imagine things…he can't be that stupid…" Shun thought in astonishment. "Oh! Wait, I forgot!" Chirin then said before using his telekinesis to take the enemy and sent him against a wall. "Thank god…" Shun commented.
"There's no one left! NOW TO THE KITCHEN!" The Saint of Aries said before running towards the door standing to the left. The Saint of Virgo could do nothing more than sigh and follow him.
There was indeed a kitchen, and it was quite small. Once Chirin entered, he could see some soldiers waiting for him. "GET OUT OF MY FOOD!" Chirin said, before shooting another Stardust Revolution attack and defeating them all. "F-Finally!" The Saint was already feeling the satisfaction to find some food in there, but when he opened everything he found…nothing. "WHAT!?" He shouted.
"I-I told you…we're the only ones on the blimp. There are no chefs cooking…" Shun told him. The Saint of Aries fell down on his knees and shouted. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" "Oh dear lord…" Shun commented as he made a facepalm.
"Diamond Dust!/Sekishiki Mekaiha!" In another part of the blimp, Hyoga and Marlyn were taking down more soldiers of Ares while passing on a dark alley on the deepest part of the blimp. "I wonder how many of them are present in the whole blimp…" Marlyn commented. "We don't need to worry about that. We're not the only ones who are taking care of them. Let's proceed." Hyoga answered.
The two Gold Saints opened a giant door by lifting it, ending up in a room full of boxes made of iron. The floor was green, and there were some windows that showed the outside environment, which was only clouds. At the end of the room, there was another door to be lifted by using a manual lever. "What is this place?" Marlyn wondered.
"Could it be…some sort of store?" Hyoga tried to guess. In order to find out, the two guys went to check the boxes, and inside of it, they found many explosives, like dynamites or bombs, surprising them. "E-Explosives!? Why on heart are they here!?" Hyoga exclaimed. "I really don't know…the only ones who can give an answer are the one who made this blimp after all…" Marlyn answered. In that moment, the Saint of Aquarius turned around and saw the other door. "Do you think maybe we should go see what's beyond that door?" He asked.
"Good idea. I'll turn the lever." Marlyn said before going towards the lever and started to make it rotate. Hyoga simply looked at him while doing so. Everything for now seemed fine. There didn't seem to be dangers approaching nearby. But this is what actually put him some pressure. Before reaching that zone, the two Gold Saints had to face several soldiers belonging to Ares's army. So why hasn't someone appearing yet in there? There were two solutions: either they hadn't arrived yet or they were hiding somewhere. While Marlyn was focused on making the lever rotate, Hyoga checked well every part of that room, from the angles to behind the boxes. Apparently there was nothing. But still, Hyoga wasn't sure. Maybe he was feeling some pressure from going at New Babylonia? He couldn't know.
After two minutes, the door started to open and show the outside. Rather than getting opened, the door was actually lowering, like some sort of bridge. "It's working! I just need to lower it at the limit." Marlyn said. Hyoga in that moment, turned around, but had a shocked face when he did so.
Some soldiers entered from the windows by using some ropes, breaking them. Once they saw the two Gold Saints, they took some missile launcher. "W-What!? Fire weapons? They should know that they don't work with us…so why use them?" The Saint of Aquarius wondered, as he stood on guard. But he soon found the answer, after noticing that the soldiers were not aiming directly at them…but at the boxes with the explosives. "Oh no…" He thought before turning on Marlyn. "Hyoga! Think of what you're-" The Saint of Cancer already understood what his comrade wanted to do and tried to make him think, but the Saint of the 11th house already decided. The body acted of his own. Hyoga started to run towards them, trying to stop their weapons. The damages could have been terrible. He had to protect Marlyn. "I WON'T LET YOU-"
Unfortunately, the soldiers already shoot at the boxes. And the result…was a giant explosion that fully hit Hyoga. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" The Saint of Aquarius yelled in pain and slammed against a wall before falling to the ground. "HYOGA!" Marlyn shouted out. He then looked at the soldiers, that were already aiming at him with the missile launcher. "You bastards…you'll get what you deserve! Sekishiki Mejou Ha!" Out of rage, The Saint of Cancer released some waves of the underworld that went on the soldiers bodies, strangling them. When Marlyn closed his hand, the armor of the soldiers got destroyed and they fell down from the windows.
"Hyoga! Are you ok?" The Saint then went to check his friend. "U-Ugh…yes…don't worry about me…I'm ok…" Hyoga answered back, as he stood up slowly. "I-If it wasn't for the Cloth, I would have been probably dead…"
"You surely made a risky move there…" Marlyn commented, still worried for him. "I know…but I couldn't let them do so…they would have probably hit you as well. After all…one of a Saint's duties is to look over their comrades. I know that for quite a while now." Hyoga replied. This made Marlyn smile a little bit. "Just like Erwin yesterday…you really like to go into troubles, don't you?" He said.
After that, now that there were no more enemies, Marlyn could finish to rotate the lever and the door could be fully lowered. They could see that there was another part of the blimp on the distance, but there was nothing that could connect the two parts. Also, By looking up, they could see a big part of the blimp, meaning that they were at the very bottom of it. "So this is the end of the blimp…" Hyoga said. "Yes…it appears so…which means that…!" Marlyn then realized something.
"What's wrong?" Hyoga asked. "If we're at the bottom of the blimp, that probably means that we are close to the reactor…we have to be sure that no one is near that room…" The Saint of Cancer said. And his fear was justified. From the other side, two soldiers appear, wielding another missile launcher. "Some of them are already there!" Marlyn said.
"I'll take care of them! Aurora Thunder Attack!" Hyoga raised his cosmo and shoot two balls made of cold energy that almost reach the absolute zero towards the two soldiers, eliminating them. "There. Now we have to reach the reactor." He said before the two of them jumped to the other side. Once there, they found a normal door to open. And just like Marlyn thought, they found a room full of containers and machines, with some soldiers waiting for them.
"The reactor room! Be careful not to harm it!" Marlyn said while using blasts to eliminate some of the soldiers. "Got it! Diamond Dust!" Hyoga then proceeded on eliminating the rest with a blizzard coming from his fist. Luckily, the room didn't seem to be severely damaged. "Phew…we made it in time…" Hyoga commented. "I think we should stay here and guard it until the others get rid of the soldiers…it could be dangerous to leave the reactor unguarded." Marlyn suggested. Hyoga nodded. "I agree…I hope they're at a good point." He said.
Meanwhile Miguel was running as best as he could and went higher than the other Saints on the blimp. He found himself in a long hallway colored in green and that ended up with a staircase that led to directly to the top of the blimp. "The end! There's probably their leader up there…all right…I have to go!" He said, before hearing some footsteps behind him. When he turned around, he could see many soldiers armed to the teeth, looking at him. Miguel looked at them not frightened, but satisfied instead. "It appears that they won't let me get the easy way…fine…I'm ready to take you all down! Bring it on!" He said.
The soldiers started to run towards Miguel, who was ready to attack but right in that moment…two different blasts, one golden and one green, attacked the soldiers, taking down a part of them. "Huh?" Miguel wondered what happened, and he soon found the answer.
Ikki and Erwin jumped in front of him, looking at the soldiers while standing on guard. "Ikki! Erwin! You arrived!" Miguel exclaimed. "Indeed we did! You don't have to worry about these soldiers, Miguel! We'll take care of them!" Ikki answered. "Go to the top of the blimp! Their boss is probably there." Erwin added. "You sure you can do this?" Miguel asked. This made Ikki smirk. "You forget who are you talking to. I'm used to this sort of stuff. We'll be ok here. Go and defeat the Berserker!"
Miguel remembered the chat they had the previous day during dinner. "Happy to hear that! Show them what man you are, Ikki! Even you Erwin. I'm leaving, then! Good luck!" He then ran to the staircase and started to climb it. This left the Saints of Leo and Capricorn with the soldiers.
"Are you ready for this, kid?" Ikki asked. "Yes, don't worry. Yesterday I've understood what my duty is. I can't wait to text my blade against them! After this, Ares will be next!" Erwin answered. "Good. It appears that you know how we work here. Very well!" The Saint of Leon said satisfied before raising his cosmo.
"Slash in half the evil!" Erwin exclaimed. "Bring light in this world!" Ikki added. With that, the two Gold Saints released their special attacks. "EXCALIBUR!/LIGHTNING PLASMA!"
The filaments of lights ended up combined with the swipes made by the Excalibur, which made a devastating effect on the soldiers. Now, every one of them was on the ground. "Not bad, kid. You sure are worthy to wield Excalibur." Ikki told Erwin, complimenting him. "Thanks…but it seems we are not done yet." The Saint of Capricorn said, looking straight. When Ikki turned around, he could see that more soldiers were coming. "Ha! It seems that they don't want to end! Fine by me! I'll show them the roar of the lion!" Ikki exclaimed, more than happy to face them. "It seems you're ok with this. Therefore I'll do the same! LET'S GO!" Erwin added, throwing himself against the enemies alongside Ikki. They were more than happy to take them on. They would have done everything to let Miguel end the job, set the blimp free and make everyone go to New Babylonia safely.
In the meantime, Miguel reached the top of the blimp. There wasn't much to say. He was in the middle of the clouds, while the rain fell down his Gold Cloth. By looking up, he could see that there was another blimp that had some ropes attached to their one. "Just like Priamos said, then…" He said.
"Oh I see…so it's Taurus the first one I have to smash down." A voice then said, getting the attention of the Gold Saint who turned around. When he did so, he could see the Berserker standing up, and could see his strange Cloth. "I couldn't ask for a better opponent!" The Berserker exclaimed.
"That Cloth is really strange…it makes him look more like a machine than a man…" Miguel thought. "I suppose that you are the Berserker sent here to defeat us. Am I correct?" He then asked. "Exactly! I'm the main charge of Ares's army, the boulder that crushes every defense, and the one that will bring Athena's head on a silver plate to my lord! I'm Dynamo of the Mammoth!" The Berserker presented himself, revealing his constellation.
"I see now why you wished to battle me. We both represents big animals who charge at the enemy…very well then! I'll take your challenge! Gold Saint, Miguel of Taurus, will be your opponent! I'll make sure that you'll feel the charge of a raging bull!" Miguel exclaimed, standing on guard.
"You seem to have great confidence of yourself. Well, it's only natural after all, you still don't know what I'm capable of." Dynamo said with a smirk. "Don't misunderstand me. I'm not underestimating you. But I'm still sure I'll know how to deal with you!" The Saint of Taurus answered. "Oh really? Then I'll be more than happy to break your affirmation!" The Berserker exclaimed, starting to charge against him.
"Great Horn!" Miguel answered by sending two giant waves made of cosmo energy to him. Dynamo clashed with them, trying to pass through. "This attack is like the charge of a bull! It won't be easy for you to surpass this!" The Saint of Taurus said while continuing the attack. But Dynamo didn't seem to be afraid. Rather, he was quite sure of himself. The smirk on his face didn't leave him. "Oh, you really say so? Because this for me looks like CHILD'S PLAY!" He shouted before nulling the attack with his arm. "W-What!?" Miguel was shocked. The Great Horn was known to be one of the most lethal attacks of all Saints of the Sanctuary and almost impenetrable. Seeing someone doing it with so easily wasn't something he could see all days.
But he didn't have time to answer again, that Dynamo grabbed his head with his hand, and from it, he released a powerful blizzard that attacked the whole body of Miguel. "Ice Age Blizzard!" "HMMMMMMMMMMF!" The Saint of Taurus had to suffer with his mouth shut before getting thrown away. "Kh…this ice…is similar to Hyoga's...right…he's the warrior of the Mammoth after all…but to divert the Great Horn so easily…how did he do it?" He wondered. "Surprised, Taurus? You're not the only one who can do great things! My Cloth has been forged with the latest technology in order to give me a strength equal to that of a cyborg. With this, I'm strong enough to face a Gold Saint like you, so don't think you have an easy victory just because you are a Gold Saint, I'll show you how ferocious a Berserker can be!" Dynamo answered.
But this wasn't enough to make Miguel give up. He quickly stood up and started to raise his cosmo. "Don't think I don't know what you guys are capable of. I faced your spider friend back in Tokyo, even if only for a moment." He said with a smirk. "So you say you'll show me how ferocious you can be, right? Very well then! I couldn't ask for more! You shall be the perfect opponent to show the fruits of my training! Now get ready for this!" He then created a small field of cosmo around himself and then created a column of lightning energy. "Let's see how you handle this! Greatest Horn!" He then threw the column at high speed against the Berserker. Dynamo activated the jetpack and avoided the column, but still, a small part of his Cloth was damaged, a small part of the shoulders. "Oooooh…interesting. You're the first one that manages to harm my armor, even if you only scratched it. Congratulations! It'll be your last achievement before I'll smash your face on the ground!" The Berserker said with a smirk.
"You're getting even more self-confident than I expected. Even if I made a small damage to your Cloth, you still are sure to win." Miguel said. "Isn't it a thing that you worms of Athena always say? It's not an armor that makes the Saint, but it's cosmo!" Dynamo answered. "Ahaha! It seems you know something of us! Well, let's see who has the strongest one!" Miguel exclaimed, before running against his opponent. Dynamo could notice that despite his big dimensions, Miguel was able to run really fast and reach him in one second. The Saint of Taurus tried to give him a strong punch, but Dynamo immediately answered with another fist, powered up by the artificial parts on his arm that rotated like a drill. "GAAAH!" Miguel ended up being slammed to the ground. "Didn't I tell you, idiot? My body is like a machine! For a normal human like you it's impossible to-" Dynamo was going to mock Miguel, but the Saint interrupted him by giving him a sudden punch on the face that made his gas mask crack. "GUH! W-WHAT!?" He shouted, bewildered. "Perhaps you should know that we Gold Saints can reach the speed of light. So it's not hard for us to answer to an attack like that. And we can also DO THIS!" Miguel answered before giving a kick that made the Berserker recoil a few meters away. "Great Horn!" The Saint of Taurus then gave two giant waves of cosmo against Dynamo, who this time got fully hit and fell to the ground. "GAAAH!"
"I see now…you don't know how to answer to sudden attacks. An ironing fact, considering that you can move so fast." Miguel said, noticing the Berserker's weak point. "D-Don't think you can win just because you were able to find out an useless fact!" Dynamo shouted, irritated while he opened his jet that made him fly towards Miguel, who immediately slapped him in the face, making him slam to the ground a second time. "AAAAAAAAAAAH!"
"What's the matter? Where did your self-confidence go? Weren't you sure to smash me?" Miguel said while crossing his arms. Dynamo was laying on the ground, breathing heavily. "Y-You find it funny, don't you? Cursed Saint…I've promised to kill every last one of you and destroy this blimp. There's no way I'll let you arrive in New Babylonia! You made enough damages wit Bismarck's death, I WON'T LET YOU GO ANY FURTHER!" He shouted while standing up.
"It's your fault if that happened! You're the ones who're trying to take over the world. We only do our duty, that's all!" Miguel answered, standing on guard. "Duty, you say? I'LL SHOW YOU HOW A DUTY IS DONE!" Dynamo shouted back, before a heavy sound could be heard in the environment. Then, the Berserker of the Mammoth released a deep blue cosmo that almost reached the second blimp. "What the heck!? His cosmo wasn't as big as this before…what happened…?" Miguel wondered, before remembering something he heard from Ikki the night before. "Wait…could it be…you removed a seal!?" He then asked.
"It seems that you know…and you're correct! I've removed one of the five seals inside my body! I didn't want to come to this, but you forced me to! If smash your face doesn't work, I'll freeze you to death! Artic Battlefield!" Dynamo then put his fist to the ground, and from it, a large emission of energy expanded throughout all the battle field, while some stalactites started to emerge from the emission. "He turned the whole area into ice!" Miguel exclaimed, before the emission touched his body. In that moment, The Saint of Taurus could feel an agonizing pain made of cold, as a part of the emission turned into a tornado of ice that fully hit him. "W-WHAT!?" His body was thrown up before he fell on one of the stalactites. "Gh…what happened…"
"The Artic Battlefield is an area attack. Every time you touch even the smallest part of it, all the ice energy will come straight up for you, making it impossible to reach me!" Dynamo explained.
"Are you sure of it! I've already proved to you that I'm able to attack you." Miguel countered. In that moment, the Berserker started to charge energy from his hand and shoot various balls of ice of notable dimensions. "CRAP!" The Saint of Taurus started to run around the area to avoid the balls. It was an hard task to accomplice, since the balls were really large and so, they could occupy more space in the direction they were shoot. Many times, Miguel avoided the balls only for very short. "If you say you can attack me, then prove it! You're a Gold Saint, aren't you? Show me what you really can do, then!" Dynamo said while shooting balls. In the end, while he was still running, a ball hit the Saint, making him fall near the Artic Battlefield, making him get hit by tornado created by the emission of ice. "GAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Miguel fell once again to the ground.
Dynamo burst out laughing for seeing his opponent weakened. "That's just a premiere of what will happen to all of your companions! I can't wait to see their faces when they will all fall one after another!"
Miguel stood up having more difficulties this time. "D-Dammit…I'm starting to lose power…at this point he'll defeat me…but I can't let him take me down…the others are doing their best to defeat the enemy…I need to find a break in his defense and beat him!" He thought. "Think, Miguel…there has to be something that could help you…" He then looked better at the Artic Battlefield, hoping to find a solution to that apparently impenetrable defense. By observing, he could see that the Artic Battlefield was made of an icy air that surrounded most of the field they were standing, with some stalagmites that were merging from the ground. It were those stalagmites that caught his attention. "Those stalagmites…they're probably generated by the cold air that the attack produces…but they don't seem to do something offensive…maybe…of course!" The Saint then finally had a realization. Dynamo was already charging the next ball of energy from his energy. "What's the problem? Are you so lost that you can't even move? Ridiculous!" He said with a mocking tone before shooting the ball. But this time, the Saint of the 2nd house was ready. "I would not say this…" He said with a smirk before quickly jumping to one of the stalagmites, avoiding the ball. "What!?" Dynamo exclaimed. He tried to shoot another ball, but the Saint already knew what to do. He jumped over all the stalagmites until he was able to reach Dynamo.
"Time to pay you back! GREATEST HORN!" Miguel then created a giant column of lightning right in front of Dynamo, which expanded and generated an explosion. "GUAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" The Berserker got fully hit, and with that, the Artic Battlefield disappeared.
Once the smoke disappeared, Miguel was standing tall, while Dynamo was breathing heavily, with his Cloth that was emitting some shockwaves. "Anf…anf…anf…"
"How's that? Liked it?" Miguel said with a smirk. At this point, the Berserker of the Mammoth was at the peak of rage. "How…how is possible? My power is that of a machine…is far superior than that of a regular human…yet you are able to harm me…how is that possible!?" He exclaimed.
"I find it strange by hearing that after what you said before. Just like you said, it's a cosmo that determines the power of a warrior! Plus, the fact that you are a machine doesn't make you stronger. Everything has a weakness, including machines themselves! And right now I'm letting you know!" Miguel exclaimed.
"I've had enough of you…I WON'T LET YOU HUMILIATE ME ANYMORE! Dynamo shouted. After releasing three of the seals in his body, he charged against the Gold Saint, giving him a head attack on his belly. Miguel split some of his blood, but then he held his teeth tight and answered. He grabbed him from the hips, lifted him up and threw him away.
Dynamo stood up almost immediately and ran towards Miguel by giving him a strong punch on the face that made Miguel recoil. But the Saint didn't give up. He knew it was time to get serious. He answered with a punch on his cheek, that cracked Dynamo's mask, revealing his red eye. Then he gave another punch on the belly, a third on the chin and then he hit him on the head with both of his punches.
"GRRRR! DIE!" Out of surprise, Dynamo shoot a ball of ice that hit Miguel. The Saint of Taurus could feel his body getting weaker due to the cold he felt on his body, but he still had something to give. "GHHHHHHHHH! GREAT HORN!" He shoot two waves of cosmo from his hands that hit Dynamo. To his surprise, the Berserker was still standing, with the shockwaves on his Cloth more frequent.
"That's it…I've really had enough of you…time to go full power." He said, as he removed his last seal. This time, his cosmo grew four times even stronger. "This power! So that's the energy of a full power Berserker…" He said.
"TIME TO LET YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS A MAMMOTH CAN BE WHEN HE SHOWS HIS TUSKS!" Dynamo shouted while expanding his arms that started to rotate at high speed. "THIS IS MY ULTIMATE TECHNIQUE! DISAPPEAR FROM MY SIGHT, TAURUS! BLIZZARD OF TORMENT!" He then joined his arm that created a double tornado made of ice that went directly on Miguel, hitting him and making him go slowly out of the blimp. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" The pain was immeasurable, as he hold tight on the blimp with his feet to not fall. "T-THIS ICE IS TERRIBLE! IT'S LIKE HYOGA'S AURORA EXECUTION!" He exclaimed.
"I WON'T STOP UNTIL I SEE YOU OUT OF THE BLIMP! THIS IS THE PUNISHMENT DESTINED FOR ALL THE WORMS WHO DARE TO DEFY ARES!" Dynamo shouted.
Miguel was standing there, feeling the pain, but still having a consciousness, as he looked at his opponent. "H-He…he completely lost his mind due to the rage…he really became a Berserker…how sad to see someone ending up like him, a mindless and brutal warrior. But I cannot stand back and be defeated! We Saints of Athena will complete our tasks! If he uses all of his strength…then I have to do the same! WOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
With all of his strength, Miguel planted his feet on the blimp, so that he could not fall, and started to accumulate energy. "RISE UP, MY COSMO!" Miguel's cosmo started to become a golden flame that came out of his body and reached the sky. "W-What the!?" Dynamo exclaimed bewildered, while continuing to attack.
"My duty is to defend the ones who cannot defend themselves! Therefore, I have to defend them even from you! NOW GET A LOAD OF THIS! GREAT HORN!" By gathering many energy, Miguel shoot two giant waves of cosmo one more time. The attack was able to prevail on the Blizzard of Torment, and hit Dynamo. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" A giant explosion followed.
Miguel fell on his knees, feeling the fatigue. "Anf…anf…have I won?" He wondered. When the smoke disappeared, he could see the Berserker on the ground, moving all of his arts, agonizing due to the shockwaves that surrounded all of his body. "GAH! AAAH! M-MY CLOTH HAD BEEN SHORT-CIRCUITED! I CAN'T CONTROL IT ANYMORE!" He shouted while accidentally shooting a ball of ice that destroyed the blimp that attached itself to the Saints one. The soldiers that were still in the second blimp and that were going to descend on the first one, died due to the explosion. "AH…AAAAAAAAAAH! I…IT'S PAINFUL! S-SOMEONE…HELP M-" Before Dynamo could shout for the pain, his whole body exploded like a machine.
The Saint of Taurus looked at the scene with pity. "In the end, the machine he was so proud of was the cause of his demise…uh!?" He then noticed a terrible thing.
Dynamo's explosion caused some shockwaves to reach the blimp, damaging it heavily. It was inevitable, the blimp was about to go down and explode. "T-This is bad! The blimp is gonna blow up!"
Even the other Saints, who were able to get rid of all the soldiers inside the airship, noticed the sounds of the small explosions that the blimp was having. "What the hell!?" Seiya exclaimed. "What is happening!?" Hyoga asked. "The blimp has been damaged!?" Shiryu added. "It's going to explode!" Valentina shouted.
"There's no other solution…we need to get out of here!" Priamos exclaimed. "HURRY UP! LET'S GO!" Chirin shouted while running, followed by Shun. "Lady Saori, please hang on me!" Valentina asked to Saori. "Yes. I'm coming!" She answered. Valentina then grabbed her and jumped away from the window. One by one, the Gold Saints jumped away from the blimp.
Miguel who was still on the top, could see that the vehicle was starting to be engulfed in fire. "I hope the others will be fine…I have no choice…" He said. He looked down and started to run before making a large jump and falling down. "GERONIMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Shortly after that, the airship crashed to the ground and was swallowed by a giant explosion.
