After a while, Tish realised that something went wrong. 'Where even can we find a Guardian Pod?' She asked. 'As I know, you guys have a Guardian Pod, don't you?' Meggy asked. 'Well, I'm SMG4's clone, and since I'm a clone, I don't have a Guardian Pod,' answered Tish. 'I have one,' said SLG4, pointing a mountain far away, 'I also came to the kingdom in a Guardian Pod like my twin brother, and I remember that it landed on the mountain over there, near Inkoplis.' 'Who's your brother?' Asked Meggy. 'SMG4. And I was killed after Mario accidentally used a cannon to shoot me to the sky. Luckily, after a couple of years, Tish found me and revived me,' answered SLG4. Meggy seemed surprised about that. 'Whoa, I can't believe that it's true!' She said, while driving to the hill where the Guardian Pod was. A few hours later, 'There it is!' Pointed Tish to a USB nearby. SLG4 took the Guardian Pod and they went back to the castle.
Meanwhile, Namai was in the castle, trying to rescue the ones who were trapped in cages. 'Do you know where is the key—or even why are you guys here?' She asked. 'Well, I don't really know…' said Boopkins, who was freed since he was originally trapped in a room with Jubjub, 'The only thing I know is that when Dad left for vacation, we slept and when we woke up, we were trapped in SMG4's room. Luckily for us SMG4 has a computer and I can watch anime there!' 'Also, the mysterious guy who trapped us here left a note in the garden (where I was trapped), which said that some of us were locked in cages,' added Tari, who was also freed.
'Can you hand me your note?' Namai asked. 'Sure!' Answered Tari, handing in the note. ' It said, "You were all doomed since most of your friends were in cages."' Said Namai. 'Jubjub(But what does that guy mean?)' Asked Jubjub. 'Well, we still don't know…' answered Tari. 'Let's search every door. It's not really efficient, but this is our only choice,' suggested Namai. Everyone agreed and after a while, they finally found the rest of the gang, in a room, with the key out of reach.
At last, the whole gang was rescued, and Meggy and the others arrived just in time. They were ready to save the recoloured Marios(although the gang except Meggy refused to help since they were hungry after being trapped in the castle the whole morning)—once again.
