In the vastness of space and time, in The Universe of N-Space, there lies one of many countless space-time stations of The Great Houses of The Time Lords of Gallifrey, one of The Members of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA).

The Doctor of War, along with his two trusted commanders, Clone Commander Rex of The 501st Legion and Clone Marshall Commander Cody of The 7th Sky Corps of The STARS (Spatio-Temporal Armed Forces), are now heading there with The TARDIS in absolute haste in order to try to prevent his fellow Time Lords from making a terrible mistake.

"Councilor Voltrix, an unidentified TARDIS has breached The Transduction Barrier." said one unknown Time Lady who was at the helm of the controls who wears a green crest that was wrapped around her chest that denotes the ancient color and the ancient symbol of The Arcalian Chapter.
"Unfortunately, I can identify it all too well." said Councilor Voltrix who wears the green ceremonial robes of tradition that denotes her association with The Arcalian Chapter.
The Arcalian Chapter was a chapter on The Homeworld of Gallifrey. Time Lords belonging to this Chapter wore ceremonial robes of green.
In the pre-time travel inconsistent and contradictory days of The Gallifreyans, The Arcalians were the most prominent Chapter, with The Gallifreyan Council being all-Arcalian. After The Prydonian solar engineer Rassilon's coup, his Chapter, The Prydonian Chapter, replaced The Arcalian Chapter as the dominant one, and so it remained as The Gallifreyans made way for The Time Lords as Rassilon continued to restructure their society from the ground up.
The Arcalian Chapter was one of the six original colleges on Gallifrey, dating back to The Time of Chaos, The Second Era of The Age of The Pythias, The Dark Times. Rassilon did not give them the ability to regenerate until after The Prydonians and The Patrexes.
The Arcalian Council for Temporal Research was a scientific organization on Gallifrey.
A number of Arcalians attended The 406th President's Resignation Day in their green ceremonial robes.
By the time of The War in Heaven, The First and Earliest Phase of The Last Great Time War, Arcalian and the other five chapters were replaced in the social hierarchy by a number of ruling houses.
As The TARDIS completed its dematerialization, The Doctor of War and The Commanders of The 501st Legion and The 7th Sky Corps, Commander Rex and Commander Cody, steps out immediately with the intention to make them see reason as they were aghast at what they were about to do.
"Voltrix! You cannot do this!" The Doctor said in a horrified tone as he tries to make his fellow Time Lord see reason.
Councilor Voltrix turns towards The Doctor and his Clone Commanders with a cold look of resolve.
"I can assure you and your men that I can. Cardinal Ollistra has signed the official order herself."
"But this is obscene! This is madness! We have spent a Meta-Millennia fighting these creatures in The Dark Times! To unleash their Evil on The Multiverse once more-"
Councilor Voltrix turns back towards the screen that was projecting Dalek War Saucers.
"We are unleashing their Evil on The Daleks. There's a subtle difference."
"We'll see how subtle it is when they've bled every galaxy in every universe dry!"
"The Rifts are opening, Councilor." said the unknown Time Lady.
"Please Voltrix! Listen to me!" The Doctor said in desperation as he wanted his fellow Time Lord to listen before it is too late but Councilor Voltrix rebuffed him coldly once again.
"Save your bleeding hearts for The Shobbogans, Doctor... For this Time, The Great Vampires fight on our side."
As she said this with a cold resolute tone, One of the rifts in space-time that has opened has begun to widened, revealing the giant dark creatures of old who reside in The Spiral Yssgaroth.
Giant star-sized creatures of bat-like wings that revealed their sharp pointed claws as they scour through the darkness of space have now fully engaged The Dalek War Saucers. One of them had just struck a Dalek War Saucer with it's sharp claws in utter ease.
"EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY! FLAGSHIP UNDER ATTACK! MAXIMUM EXTERMINATION!"
The Dalek War Saucers open fired at them continuously, but to no avail as they cannot be harmed by any form of energy as the only way to kill them is through the traditional Vampire weakness of a stake through the heart. But due to their size, the stakes need to be the length of a rocket which is why sophisticated warcraft such as Bowships were invented in order to combat them.
The Darkness from The Dark Times have returned.
One of The Ancient Enemies of The Time Lords have returned.
The Great Vampires (Yssgaroth) of Old have returned.
The Great Vampires, also called The Djinn, were a species of huge vampires from another reality, The Spiral Yssgaroth, which was an alter-matter state from which they originated. Its structures and protocols were completely alien and hostile to those of The Web of Time (The Spiral Politic) which was the orderly structure of The Whoniverse Multiverse Clusters History, built and maintained by The Time Lords as it was consubstantial with the noospherse of Gallifery (The Homeworld). The Rationality-Bound Universe, as it was called to refer to The Prime Universe of N-Space, was once described by Chris Cwej, Companion to The Time Lord known as The Doctor and a recruited agent of The Time Lords, as The Linear Universe.
Central to Gallifreyan Legend and History, The Great Vampires were accidentally unleashed into N-Space during The Dark Times due to early experiments of the creation of the black holes which ruptured the space-time continuum, and were fought by The Time Lords in The Eternal War, also known as The Vampire Wars, one of the many bloody campaigns of The Ancient Time Wars, The First War in Heaven.
The Ancient Time Wars were an ancient era of Gallifreyan History that was marked by numerous conflicts wherein The Time Lords fought to ensure their full supremacy and dominion, eradicating all other lifeforms with the potential for time travel. The Ancient Time Wars were estimated to have lasted for at least 30,000 Meta-Years on over 1000 planets, becoming a "nightmare of contradiction, paradox, and death."
Campaigns of The Ancient Time Wars period included The Black Sun War, The Eternal War, and The Racnoss Wars.
Ultimately, The Ancient Time Wars ended in Time Lord Victory. These conflicts helped to lay the foundations for The Rationalistic Multiverse of The Doctor's Present Meta-Era, as part of what would later be known as The Anchoring of The Thread.
The Anchoring of The Thread was The Event in which The Great Houses of The Time Lords of Gallifrey created History with themselves at The Centre and accidentally unleashed the Yssgaroth. The Doctor in his seventh incarnation once described this as Rassilon's decision to make The Multiverse rational.
The Great Vampires were actually emanations and avatars of a force of destruction that was known as The Yssgaroth.
The Yssgaroth were to give a comparison, the cosmic equivalent of a crazed crack head breaking into your own house while gibbering and raving as they start biting their own nose of and eating it. And the worst part is that it is highly and extremely contagious to any sentient and non-sentient alike.
They went toe to toe with The Great Houses of The Time Lords during The Dark Times for the total control of The Web of Time (The Spiral Politic) and true Yssgaroth 'biomatter' was so dangerously infectious that it can infect pretty much anything in The Rational Universe, from organics all the way up to more exotic things, like The Meta-Structures of The Web of Time (to the point that numerous sentient races have Myths and Legends about them and The First War in Heaven billions of years on) and in at least one case, a TARDIS.
Case in Point: Lolita, One of The TARDISES of The Time Lord known as The Master.
They were bad enough that for a very long Meta-Time after The Eternal War, The Great Houses of Time Lords of Gallifrey would continue to cleanse whole entire planets as part of protocol if they ever found even the tiniest trace of vampiric infection and still crack down hard if they discover pockets of the numerous sub-breeds and 'bloodlines' of The Mal'akh.
Mal'akh is the term most commonly used to describe The Scions of The Yssgaroth who still bear their taint despite the excise of their masters from The Web of Time (The Spiral Politic).
The Mal'akh possess and dwell in 'Otherworlds' from which they exerted influence over normal time species.
Grotesques are Mal'akh who, in the absence of blood, feed upon themselves or their own kind, degenerating into a primitive animal state.
While this dreadful battle was happening, The Doctor and his Commanders looked utterly horrified, The Doctor turning towards his fellow commanders with a hastened look that denotes the look of a hardened general as he ordered them in full haste, "Rex! Cody! Get back to The TARDIS and make contact with The Senate immediately! Tell them to sound The Alpha-Omega Alarm in order for all of them to be notified of this incident and in order for all of our allies throughout The Multiverse to prepare themselves fully and not get caught off guard when they make sudden contact with these abominations! Make contact as well with The 501st and The 7th Sky Corps and tell them to prepare and deploy the multi-armed turret stakes throughout every Space-Time Star Destroyer!"
"Sir! Yes, Sir!" They both saluted resolutely as they both make haste towards The TARDIS in order to fulfill their orders in accordance with what The Doctor had asked.
The Clones went back to The TARDIS while The Doctor gives one final look towards The Cardinal, with his ancient face denoting sadness and disappointment, as he said in a saddened and grave tone, "Surely you must know and realize by now, Voltrix, that The Senate of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) will not leave this unanswered as they will deem this unacceptable and will fully demand an acceptable explanation for this atrocity that you and Ollistra had just committed."
Councilor Voltrix then gave a cold look of resolution towards The Doctor as she stared back at the screen as she said in a resolute tone, "I am well aware of our allies' misgivings for this operation, Doctor, and I and Cardinal Ollistra are fully aware that you would be the one to offer said acceptable explanation in The Senate. If that is all that you have to say, then leave."
The Doctor gave a saddened look at her for one single moment, as he sighed heavily with a single thought of exasperation as he knew that he will be brought in to demand an explanation, "Oh, The Senate is going to love this." Then he makes haste towards his TARDIS while closing it's ancient doors while thinking to himself with these depressing thoughts and questions for The Light and Dark Future of The Future.
He was not really surprise that Ollistra would consent to this madness for she has already attempted an alliance with The Weeping Angels of Old during The Pre-Early Days before The Second Phase of The Time War. She also had plans to weaponize The Vashta Nerada during The Early Days of The Second Phase of The Time War, during The First Segment of The Time War.
It stands to reason with him that old ancient enemies would now become uneasy allies. Or uneasy allies who have become enemies in hidden plain sight who are just waiting for the right opportunity to stab each other at the back where and when no one was looking.
If The Time Lords have no hesitation to released one of their most dangerous ancient enemies who are well known for consuming entire galaxies across entire universe while drinking the blood of both the innocent and the guilty alike, how many more of their most dangerous ancient enemies from The Dark Times would be unleashed in this Time War?
But surely, The Time Lock of The Dark Times that was put in place by Rassilon Himself would continue to hold?
But surely, Rassilon and The High Council would not break The Lock down in order to unleash all of those horrors upon The Known and Unknown Multiverse once more?
These and many other dark and depressing thoughts, doubts, and questions were very much present in the ancient complex mind of the man of many faces who was once known as The Doctor as he and his Clone Commanders prepare their Space-Time Star Destroyer War Fleets for battle against The Great Vampires (Yssgaroth) of Old in order to defend every single galaxy in every single universe from their cruel and terrible wrath once more.

One of the many gatherings of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) throughout the past, the present, and the future has now been made under way as a result of this scandalous incident that The Time Lords have just wrought upon themselves.
"Order! We shall have Order!" The presiding adviser and judge made haste to quiet the outraged cry among The Senate with his divine staff.
Many among The Senate are in outrage as a response to The Time Lords releasing their most dangerous ancient enemies from The Dark Times. Not that The Doctor could blame them in all honestly.
"Oh, this is going to be entertaining to watch," said a girl in her teens with short, blond hair and medium sized breasts. She wears a pink hat and dress and white-and-pink-striped stockings and shoes. Her dress is adorned with pumpkins and pinkish-red bows, some of which are candy-shaped. She also wears black long gloves.
This is Lady Lambdadelta.
The Witch of Certainty.
She, along with her fellow witches, was just watching the chaos unfolding across The Senate, with her right hand raised on her right cheek in order to support herself while eating her candy.
"Of course you would enjoy this, Lambda," said a girl that has long, steel-blue hair and emotionless purple eyes. It should also be noted that she has medium sized breasts. She wears a black and white Gothic Lolita dress with a blue ribbon. She has black shoes and long white socks. She seems to have a black cat tail with a blue ribbon tied on it. Her weapon is a long black scythe, which separates miracles from reality.

She shakes her head with exasperation at her fellow witches' antics and callous behavior regarding this dire situation that they have now gotten their hands on.
"My Lord Doctor! Explain this madness!" said the first unknown alien member of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) as he pointed with his alien fingers at the man that was known as The Doctor.
"Believe me Senator, I am just as frustrated with My People as you are." The Doctor of War said in irritation and exasperation while pinching his eyes with his own two fingers.
"Your People are becoming a rather consistent irritant problem, My Lord Doctor! Ever since one of your Founders (Rassilon) in The Triumvirate took over the office as Lord President Eternal! At least when Lady Romana was Lady President, she at least knew of the dangers regarding these bloodsuckers and wasn't a constant irritant like your Founder! For her benevolent and just rule was well known among us as The Golden Age of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA)," said the second unknown alien member of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA), "It is already bad enough that The Daleks and their Axis Forces have invaded many of our countless territories throughout The Known and Unknown Multiverse! Many of them with no involvement in The Time War whatsoever! And now we have to deal with these blood sucking abominations sucking our homeworlds and our homerealms dry! What's next I wonder?! Breaking The Time Lock of The Dark Times and summoning every single one of these abominations!"

"You and I both know that would be the tantamount equivalent of a mass suicide throughout My Home Multiversal Clusters, Senator!"
"But it is a possibility, knowing Your People, I wouldn't put it past them to do this inconsistent mess!" said the first unknown alien member of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA).
Many among The Senate are in full agreement once again as they cry and shout for an explanation.
"What do you expect me to do Senator! My hands are completely tied! My Own People (Read: Lord President Eternal Rassilon and The High Council) barely even trusted me with their various secret operations throughout The Known and Unknown Multiverse! What happened on many countless universal clusters explains that fact! And I have been kept out of it at every single turn no matter how hard I try to intervene on this matter! What makes you and everyone else in this Senate think that I have any more say on the matter than you all do?!" The Doctor said as he was pleading his case to the vast assembly of angry senators and representatives.
"Considering the fact that You are the one who leads The Renegades from the front lines at the heart of The War, I would have at least expected for The Time Lords to at least hear and listen to your opinion. As a matter of fact, weren't you once The Lord President of Gallifrey? Aren't you being hailed as The War Hero of Gallifrey? Aren't you the one that The Daleks and The Axis Powers truly fear? Aren't you being hailed by Your Own People as their Savior? If The Renegades, Peasants, and Children of your Homeworld (Gallifrey) follow your every word to the letter and to the number, then it stands to reason that The High Council would have at least hear and listen to your positive and negative opinion!" said the same second unknown alien member of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA).
Many among The Senate are in full agreement once again as they cry and shout for an explanation while The Doctor makes a facepalm out of exasperation as he feels as if this reminds him far too much of his annoying trial on Gallifrey during his sixth incarnation.
"Oh dear, this is getting intense." said a woman with a unique hairstyle of red that denotes from the Noh Plays intended to resemble the (usually black) legs and claws of a crab that was a specialty in Osaka, Japan. She wears a gold hairband and a purple gown with the patterns of gold, black, and orange, with green shaped circles encircling from either side.

The Greatest Scientific Genius of The Universe (Read: Multiverse)

She, along with her fellow Sisters and Choushin, Lady Tsunami and Lady Tokimi, were growing greatly concerned at their old friend and ally as they were wondering on how would he managed to get out of this delicate situation.
"Not to worry, My Lady Washu," said by a man in a voice of reassurance. His hair is grey on the sides and he has wrinkles on his face. His white lab coat now has brown and black pouches and gold trim, and underneath, he wears a black turtleneck with a white scarf, and his brown vest has gold buttons and pouches. He has a new pair of goggles around his neck, He has a metal gauntlet (The Chrono-Navigator) on his right hand and a fingerless glove on his left. His black pants now have brown kneepads, and he wears a pair of brown boots with gold straps.

He was looking towards his Chrono-Navigator Gauntlet while announcing his wonderful news of reassurance to the goddess in question, "According to space-time calculations, our old friend is about to have a wonderful defense right at this very exact Meta-Moment."
Lady Washu raised an eyebrow to the right and was just about to asked The Time Walker on what he could possibly mean by that when suddenly, a beautiful angelical voice that was full of song and harmony was heard throughout The Senate which quiets down the raging crowd.
"Please my dear Senators! See reason!" said a beautiful woman with ten angelic wings, with her hands raised in a gesture of calm, with dark brown hair, with blue ancient eyes, who wears the black habit of a Christian religious sister which was accompanied with a cross that was worn on her neck along with a black veil that was worn around her head, as she was hovering with her beautiful dove-like wings that were spread out in order to pacify the angered crowd which works just as intended as they became quiet out of reverence, fear, and awe.
She lands near towards The Doctor with grace and dignity that befits her rank among The Angelus as the winds from her wings blew gently with song and comfort.
"The Senate recognizes the presence of Lady Raphael of The Angelus." said the presiding adviser and judge in a tone of honor, respect, and awe.
Lady Raphael, a member of The Seraphim-Archangel Rank, a high ranking member of a species of that was known as The Angelus, one of the members of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA).
They are The Warrior Angels of The Light who serve under Eru Ilúvatar.
The One True Trinitarian God of The Multiverse.
The Supreme Benevolent Diety of Eä and Arda.
They are The Warrior Angels of The Light that do their solemn duty to defend Mankind and All of Creation out of love for The Creator and His Children throughout The Multiverse.
They are The Warrior Angels of The Light who use The Powers of The Force whether if it was Light or if it was Dark as she and her fellow sisters lead The Clone Troopers of The STARS into battle against The Axis Powers.
The Doctor of War sends her a grateful and respectful look which was sent back to him in turn by Lady Raphael with a look that denotes an eternal friendship for an entire worth of millennia, as she begins her prepared speech.
"My Fellow Senators, please heed my advice and listen to my counsel. The Doctor has always been our greatest ally in this terrible War that has made the countless peoples of The Known and Unknown Multiverse suffer greatly, painfully, and dreadfully. He has been our greatest ally and friend in our eternal fight against The Daleks, The Axis Powers, and all matter of Evil that has spread because of this War. He has led our Clone Army of The STARS to many major victories and to the salvation of many of the higher and younger species as a result of his brilliant tactical mind, his ingenuity, and his Meta-Millennia experience with The Daleks. So many of our clones respect him greatly and would readily fight and die by his side. So many throughout The Known and Unknown Multiverse love and respect him greatly for his kindness, mercy, compassion, and wisdom. Why should we doubt him now when he alone has given us the hope and the resolve that we truly need in order for all of us to have a fighting chance? Why should we doubt him now when he is one of many few Time Lords who still see the light of reason as they grew darker in each passing Meta-Second? It would be a terrible and foolish mistake to doubt him now for we must all stand united in the face of our common enemies, for they will not hesitate in neither conscience or remorse in destroying everything that is good, pure, and true. He has always been our greatest defender since Time Immemorial, let us not doubt him now. Please my fellow Senators, please see reason."
She said all this with a graceful tone that was full of song and harmony which managed to quell the crowd long enough to hear her out.
Naturally, they all agreed with this defense along with the two unknown alien members as they cheered and clapped their alien hands (or equivalent) at the speech that was laid out to them.
Lady Raphael looks back towards The Doctor of War, who offers her a look of gratitude at her efforts to pacify the crowd as he makes a smile in his worn out ancient face, to which Sister Raphael acknowledges with a beautiful smile of her own.
"The Chair recognizes the unanimous and consensus agreement among the members of The Senate. This meeting would be adjourned for a few Meta-Moments."
The presiding adviser and judge said all this with a grateful tone as he then raises his staff to slam it to the ground three times in order to adjourn the session.
Many of The Doctor's old friends and allies throughout The Senate made a sigh of utter relief that their old friend was in the clear for now.
"Well, at least the old man is in the clear, for now anyway," said a young man in a sigh of relief, the man looked to be in his early mid-thirties, he wears a red collared shirt, a black formal suit, and black formal pants, with a pink camera that was he was wearing around his neck, as he was observing the debate with interest and intrigue among The Members of The Senate of The Temporal Powers Alliance (TPA) regarding The Doctor's case.

After the strenuous meeting, The Doctor of War begins to thank Lady Raphael privately for defending him with a tone that denotes that of gratitude.
"Thank you for the assistance, My Lady."
"It was of no concern, My Lord Doctor," Lady Raphael said kindly towards the old man, "I simply wished to defend our most treasured friend and ally for so many Meta-Years, for you have save our people time and time again before The Time War even began, you have done my people a great service and you are loved and respected by many of my fellow Angelus, especially among the younger ones who admire you greatly, so I simply wished to return the favor in kind, out of respect and gratitude," She bowed her head towards him with a sign of respect.
"Still, My Lady," The Doctor said in kind reassurance as he bowed his head as well, "Thank you for your assistance."
Lady Raphael gave him a beautiful smile in turn.
"I will take my leave now, My Lord Doctor, for I am still needed on the battlefield as I tend towards the sick and the wounded."
As Lady Raphael took her leave with grace and dignity that befits her rank as she was most needed on the battlefield at the present moment, The Doctor looks on from a distance, with his ancient eyes growing in concern and in worry as he bids her a silent look of farewell, as he gets greeted by his fellow members of The League (The Multiverse League of Extraordinary Gentleman and Ladies) who are walking towards him.
"That was some good show that Lady Raphael had managed to pull off in The Senate, and here I was beginning to think you were done for old chum," said a man in his early mid-thirties who wears in the traditional hat, robe, and garb.
He is from a race that is called The Q.

The Doctor snorted at that little praise from the resident jester, "Of course you would enjoy my little predicament, Q."
"Now, now, Doctor," Q raised both of his hands to calm the ancient Time Lord, "I was just trying to lighten the mood a little bit seeing as the situation that we have gotten into has gone extremely dire as of late."
"Tell me something that I don't know, Q." The Doctor said in a sighing and depressing tone as he bowed his head in exasperation due to the dire situation that they are now dealing with.
"We'll get through this old friend, you don't have to worry about a thing since we'll be right beside you at every step of the way," said a tall grey haired man with a fedora western hat who looks to be in his mid-fifties as he brings his right hand towards The Doctor's left shoulder in an act of camaraderie, he wears a western cowboy vest, a western cowboy attire, with western cowboy boots on his two feet, who carries a pair of special revolvers around his waist.

"Thank you, Roland," The Doctor said in a tone of gratitude towards his old friend and comrade.
"Still though, Gunslinger," Lady Fredercia Bernkastel said in a tone that denotes caution, "We mustn't be too hasty since those two Senators that had argued aggressively earlier had made an important point that was greatly emphasized, for I greatly fear that The Great Vampires would become the least of our worries at this Present Meta-Moment."
