Welcome back. Now that all the franchises so have been introduced, this chapter basically serves to get everyone acquainted with each other. With more Stormtrooper destruction included.

I'll also add that this specific story may end soon, as this is just supposed to explain how everyone gets into this universe. The same will be true for establishing things in episodes 2 & 3, so don't expect them to be too long either.

and with that, let's continue.

Mega Man lead the group from the Agency to The TARDIS.

"Like, hold up man!" Shaggy suddenly exclaimed. "You're going way to fa-" Shaggy cut himself off. "Wait?! Is that Sonic The Hedgehog outside The TARDIS?!"

"Your eyes don't deceive you, Shaggy..." Sonic began "I'm Sonic, Sonic The Hedgehog. Currently standing outside The TARDIS."

Shaggy was clearly processing what was going on, shocked that Sonic already knew his name.

Sonic noticed everyone else catching up. "Follow me, everything will be explained when we get inside the box." He said, knocking on the TARDIS door. As if on cue, The Doctor snapped her fingers, and the doors swung open.

"Come in then, there's enough room for everyone." She said.

Mario, Sonic, Mega Man, Mystery Inc. and The Wright Anything Agency entered. The Doctor ran towards everyone, with Finn still behind the console. "Ok, I imagine you all have an extraordinary amount of questions."

Everyone said yes, basically in unison.

"Right, so I figured a few things out. These should answer some of these questions."

Phoenix placed his hand on his chin, clearly ready to ponder what he's about to hear. "Fire away."

"Alright. We're all part of separate franchises, each contained in our universes." The Doctor stated bluntly.

Silence.

Thick, awkward silence filled the console room.

"I feared this." The Doctor turned to Finn. "Bring up the diagram, and send the screen round to me." Finn obliged, and quickly sent the screen towards The Doctor.

The Diagram had 7 logos, each with a list of names underneath. She specifically drew attention to two logos. One logo read "Ace Attorney" Complete with a blue font, and a silhouette of Phoenix Wright pointing. And the other logo read, "Scooby-Doo" in a purple bubble esq font, with an orange outline. Both of these logos were placed inside a red box, The Doctor pointed to the box. "This is the universe we're all currently in, so for the people who just showed up, you're still in the same universe that you've always been."

Phoenix processed what was being said. "I'd normally never believe what you're telling me, but considering you seem to legitimately be The Doctor. And how we're in the literal TARDIS, I think I can understand what you're saying."

"Wait really? You're already convinced?" Mega Man asked. "I thought this would take us a while to accept."

"I can't deny anything she's saying, especially because we were literally just attacked by Stormtroopers and now I'm seeing you, her, Finn, Mario and Sonic." Phoenix responded.

Fred walked up to The Doctor. "I'm with him, I can't deny what we've seen or what we are seeing."

Athena spoke up. "We all saw that massive purple portal in the sky, I think it isn't hard to believe that you guys followed through after those Stormtroopers."

"There's a chance I was in one of them." Sonic began. "Infinite sucked my entire planet into a huge portal created by the Phantom Ruby. I feel lucky that I survived, but I don't know if any of my friends are around here. Or if they even survived."

"I remember you bringing that up earlier." The Doctor said.

"Actually Sonic..." Mega Man began, "There is a chance that your friends survived."

"Wait really?!" Sonic said, stunned. "Please! Everything you think you know, tell me!" He was practically begging the robot.

"I'll tell you everything I know, I'll start from my what I remember before coming here." Mega Man replied.

"It all started for me back in Smash Mansion..."

Mega Man walked out of the training room, Mii Gunner next to him.

"You're getting better, Gunner." Mega Man said. "In fact, I can feel my systems heating up a bit more than usual."

Gunner laughed. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say I've been going harder lately. Though not being in that Sans costume probably helped." She replied.

Mega Man smiled back. "I have to agree, though you always use your special moves more often in that suit. That Sans outfit must seriously make you feel powerful."

Gunner awkwardly giggled in response. "I guess." She looked at a nearby clock. "Sorry, to cut the chat short, but I'm hanging out with Swordfighter and Brawler tonight, so I've gotta get ready."

"No problem. Enjoy yourself." Mega Man replied. The two parted ways, Gunner heading back towards her room and Mega Man heading towards his room.

As he walked towards the building which housed his room, he passed the cafeteria.

Despite many of the fighters choosing to eat in their rooms to avoid conflict, many would hang out in the area given the large size. As Mega Man entered the room, he saw it was still quite empty. He only saw The Phantom Thieves on one table.

As he passed through the area, He was noticed by one of the Thieves. "Oh, Mega Man! You got a sec?"

Mega Man looked over his shoulder, and noticed he'd been called by Futaba "Oracle" Sakura. "Yeah sure, what do you need Oracle?" He responded.

"You wouldn't happen to know where Sonic is? He was supposed to challenge Joker about 10 minutes ago." Futaba asked.

"No, I haven't." Mega Man responded.

Akira "Joker" Kurusu pondered, fiddling with the pen in his hand. "It's not like him to be late, he's always on time"

"I'll look out for him" Mega Man replied. "I'm free right now, so I'll look for him."

"Thanks, Mega!" Futaba responded. Mega Man gave her a thumbs up, before continuing on his way towards his room. Knowing that Sonic's room was nearby to his, he stopped by Sonic's door, and knocked.

"Hey Sonic, Joker's waiting for you. You're fighting him, remember?" He asked.

"Wait, so this all started because Joker still wanted to challenge me?" Sonic enquired.

"Not quite. That was just the full context, I'm getting to your friends now." Mega Man responded. "Let me finish the story."

After getting no response from Sonic, Mega Man was suddenly being contacted by Luigi.

"Mega, can I ask you for a favour?" Luigi asked.

"Yeah sure, what do you need?" Mega Man replied.

"I need you to come investigate something. It seems to be a portal, and Mario went into it." Luigi responded.

"You want me to provide backup for him?" The blue bomber replied.

"If it's not an inconvenience for you." Luigi stammered out in response.

"Not at all, I'm kinda itching for a good old fashioned run and gun adventure." Mega Man responded. "I'm tracking your location now, expect me there in a few seconds."

"Perfect! Thanks Mega!" Luigi responded, before cutting the communication servers.

Mega Man tracked Luigi's location and prepared for teleportation. However, just before he fully disappeared, he saw Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow and Silver run towards Sonic's door.

Before anyone could say anything, Mega Man's teleportation field was ready, and he disappeared.

"So that's how I saw your friends, I just barely managed to see them before going through that portal for Luigi." Mega Man said. "That portal then lead me to where we are now, right when those Stormtroopers were going after you."

Sonic looked relieved. "Oh thank god! They're alive! And even if they aren't home, they're safe in the mansion!" He said.

"I have no word on the state of your world." Mega Man replied. "If there is something that could be done, then we'll see what could be done."

"Well this went off topic quickly." Finn stated, but everyone knew he wasn't being disrespectful. "I guess it's time to tell those three what their franchises consist of."

Shaggy decided to get straight to the point. "Mario, Sonic and Mega Man, like you guys are all video game franchises."

Mario and Mega Man took the information quietly, but Sonic had an unsure look on his face. "Be that as it may, what about that movie about me?" He asked.

"That's a "Live-action adaptation" as they're called..." The Doctor began. "But in your case, it's a different canon from your games."

"That does explain the different design." Sonic stated. "And it also explains why I don't recall filming anything."

"Okay, I hate to barge into the conversation..." Trucy began. "But how are you so calm about this?"

"It's simple, you guys are franchises to us..." Sonic said. "So it's not too hard to believe that we're franchises to you guys."

"This was much easier than I thought." The Doctor said. "Although, now that this is out of the way, what do we do about the Stormtroopers?"

"Me, Mario and Sonic will head back out." Mega Man replied. "You should just inform the rest about everything you know."

"Actually, Mega?" Sonic asked. "Could you teleport me back to the Mansion? I want my friends to know I'm safe."

Mega Man opened his Mega Buster arm, and took out an external teleporter. It resembled the Smash Ball. "It'll get you straight back. Make sure everyone's safe."

"Thanks, Mega Man. I'll see you later..." He pointed to Mario. "You too, Mario."

Sonic quickly vanished in a flash. At that moment, The TARDIS began to beep. Everyone looked towards Finn, who had a smirk on his face.

"Oh yeah, this thing is good!" He said.

"What did you find?" The Doctor asked.

"The First Order only sent two trooper drop ships. If we destroy them, we can then show Kylo Ren that this planet is protected." Finn said.

"Allow me." Mega Man said, getting a look at the scans that The TARDIS picked up. He then started inputting coordinates into a display on his arm, before disappearing.

Mega Man suddenly appeared in front of the two drop ships. He quickly moved into a crevasse between two buildings, camping out in the shadows hoping that the troopers wouldn't return to the drop ships.

"Alright then... let's finish this off quickly." He said to himself, as he swapped weapons, changing his suit from blue to white and orange in the process. The Crash Bomber had been equipped.

He quickly ran around to the open doors of both ships, and fired two shots into each. Upon firing, he ran away from the ships, and after 3 seconds, the two shots both exploded, taking the ships with them in a large flaming explosion.

"Down go the ships..." He said. "And now, it's time to get the remaining Stormtroopers."
