Chapter 6

'A SITREP? At the most perfect hour of the day… You're a genius Jenny.' I thought bitterly.

"Jenny, it's 6am in the morning, I'm sleeping next to a girl who snores louder than any noise I've ever heard come out of a human being, and you're calling for a SITREP. It's absolutely freezing because I was too busy having a fun time and I forgot to close the window. I'm tired and I wanna sleep!" I yelled in a pissedly manner. I forgot Ziva was still sleeping next to hme. She didn't even flinch. Still as limp as a rag doll.

Jenny was shocked by my reply but at the same time using all the will power she could muster to contain her laughter.

"Well… Tony I apologise for that. I'm glad to know that you had fun last night. I know you're tired so I will give you the day off. I will tell Gibbs you're not well. But tomorrow I expect a sitrep at exactly at 0900 tomorrow." She said kindly.

"Thank. You . Very very much Jenny." I sighed.

"Yeah. No problem Tony." She smiled over the phone and I hung up.

I walked out of the room as silently as I could possibly walk wearing nothing but my boxers. I walked into the kitchen, opened the fridge and groaned when I found nothing in the fridge. I rubbed my face hard and yawned.

"You sound tired." I heard from behind me. I flinched and turned around swiftly. I found a smoking hot Israeli chick wearing nothing but a bra and panties leaning against the doorframe.

She walked over to the fridge and stood next to me.

"There is nothing in there." She pointed out.

"I noticed that earlier. I'm going to have to get something from the bakery nearby." I whined childishly.

"If you don't mind, would you be able to pick up some clothes from my apartment?" She asked.

"Oh. If you need things from your apartment, I can borrow some of my clothes to you." I offered

"Some of… Your.. clothes?" She sounded genuinely weirded out.

"Yeah." I walked into the room to grab some clothes. I pulled out the first shirt I say along with a pair of pants and socks. I walked back in the kitchen and I found Ziva opening each and every one of my cupboards with a disappointed face.

"You don't even have a box of crackers?" She sounded legitimately surprised.

"Uh no." I said quickly. I walked up to her and shoved the clothes into her chest. She just stared at them incredulously.

"Here. We can go for coffee or something before we pick up your things." I suggested.

"Uh. I am not wearing these." She stated as a matter-of-factly.

"You sure?"

"Yes. I am very sure." She said definitely.

"Ok… ok…" I stuttered as she put the clothes on the couch in a neat pile.

"You know what? Why don't you just go pick them up. I'll just wait here." She smiled.

"Uh. Ok sure." I said hesitantly. I ended up putting the clothes that were meant for Ziva on for myself.

She handed me her keys.

"22 Silversprings!" She yelled after me as I left the apartment.

I drove to her apartment. It was about seven minutes away. I planned on getting back quickly so Ziva wouldn't be alone for too long. I sprinted all the way to her apartment. By the time I reached the door, my energy was half gone. I unlocked the door and shut it behind me. I took a deep breath and then I realised that the place smelled incredible. I stood there taking in the indescribable scent. I stood there for five minutes before realising that I had a task at hand. But I had to look around first of course. I looked in the bathroom. Reading the content of each and everyone of her lotions, toothpaste, fragrances, hair products. I never knew a Mossad officer would be so beauty conscious. I was busy reading the ingredients of her blush when I heard the phone ringing. It wasn't my cell phone because I had a different ringtone. I walked out of the bathroom and looked around to see where the sound was coming from. Eventually I realised it was the home phone. I didn't know what the hell to do. I found it on the TV stand with no TV on it. I found that strange. But I didn't think about it for too long. I had other problems to take care of. I bent over and stared at the vibrating machine. I didn't know who was on the other side. Despite what I didn't know, I answered.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Tony will you please stop pooping around my apartment and hurry up please? It is getting cold and I need my clothes."

"It's snooping. Not pooping Ziva."

"Same difference. Now hurry up before I start raiding your bathroom."
