Chapter 6 - Not Dates and Unexpected Introductions
January 18th
7:00 a.m.
Journal Entries : Milly Emerson and Liam Garmadon
Milly
"Clayton... I wonder if he'll take me out like he said he would, he seems nice, handsome, and he's one of The Young Ninja, I don't see any reason why I wouldn't like him... I just wonder if my brother and my parents will like him too. . ."
Liam
"I really wonder what this prophecy will hold for me, my family, my friends, and maybe even new allies we might come across, one thing I know, is that it'll affect my Mom in a big way, but whether that way will be possible, that I have yet to find out. . ."
Milly wasn't going on her date with Clayton until 8:00 p.m., but she was still excited.
Since she figured there was nothing else to do but wait an entire day for Clayton, she decided to stop looking out her window and get dressed.
Milly was already wearing a White Shirt and Black Pants, before she put on her White and Blue Paint Striped Hoodie, Blue High-Tops, and she also put on her Dark Blue Denim Overalls over her hoodie, and brushed her Jet Black Hair, before she grabbed her little white kitten, Moonlight, and went downstairs.
Milly saw the Cafe was doing surprisingly well, and she spoke to her father.
Milly : Hi, Papa.
Jonah : There you are Milly, I was wondering if you were going to come down or not
Milly sat down in a chair behind the display cases, near the counter, and she cuddled Moonlight in her arms, as she spoke to her father.
Milly : I was, I'm just thinking is all, I like the City, apart from when I keep making wrong turns, I guess that's why I should be glad we're on a Corner, and I can see the park from here, it's really the main place I go to before walking home.
Jonah : Well, you have a good memory to say in the least.
Milly : Thank you.
Meanwhile, 45 Minutes Earlier. . .
Jay and Nya had heard of an earthquake at Ignacia Village, and while there were no casualties, there were a few small injuries and major damage to some of the residents' houses, and to The Blacksmith Shop, and since it would take a while to repair, Nya offered to let Maya and Ray stay at their house.
There was a knock at Jay and Nya's Front Door, and Nya answered it, and saw her parents ( a/n : for those curious, Maya and Ray are wearing the same clothes they wore in Season 15 )
Maya : Nya, dear, thank you for letting us stay with you.
Nya : I don't see why I wouldn't Mom, It's not like you caused that earthquake, and are you sure Cole wasn't anywhere near the village?
Maya : None of us have seen Cole in four years, who knows what he's been doing, but that's beside the point.
( a/n For those who don't know by what Maya just said, check No Memories, and New Problems to see what happened to Cole, if not, it will be revealed in this story later on )
Just then, Nina came outside and saw her grandmother talking to Nya.
Nina : Hi, Gramma!
Maya : Hi, Nina.
Maya kneeled down as Nina ran forward to hug her grandmother, and the two hugged just as Ray came out of the car, and walked up to Jay and Nya's House.
Ray : Hi Nya, Hello Jay.
Jay : Hey Ray.
Nya : Hi, Dad.
Maya : Nya, where's Eric?
Nya : He's still inside, you can go inside and see him, just make sure you don't have Dad carry all the bags this time, if you really walked all the way up to the Monastery, i'm surprised he didn't break his back.
Ray : Thanks for the encouragement.
Nya : You're welcome.
Maya walked inside the house, and saw Eric had paused his game, but didn't see who was at the door.
Maya : Where's my grandboy?
Eric looked and saw Maya walking into the Living Room, and ran towards her with open arms, and tightly hugged her.
Eric : Gramma!
Maya wrapped her arms around her grandson, and returned the hug, Nya knew that while her mother never said who her favorite grandchild was, it was obvious that it was Eric, especially after Eric found his true potential 17 Months ago.
Maya stood up and carried Eric in her arms while she hugged him, and Eric was even shedding tears on his grandmother's shoulder.
Nya, Nina, Jay, and Ray ( a/n : It sounds like I'm intentionally writing for the names to rhyme ) came inside and saw Maya and Eric.
Nya : I didn't think he missed you that much.
Eric : Shut up, Mom.
Maya : Eric Walker.
Eric saw Maya glaring at him, though she didn't look serious
Maya : That wasn't funny.
Eric : Then why are you Smiling like that?
Maya then giggled at Eric's response, and Nya grabbed her son and let him down, after kissing his cheek
Nya : Get lost you two, and Eric, do not let your grampa play Prime Empire again
Eric : Oh I won't.
Ray : How?
Eric : Nina and I locked the game for your account before my Mom changed the password
Nya : Eric!
Eric and Nina both laughed and held each other's hands as they went upstairs to their room, and Jay playfully rolled his eyes, and shook his head
Jay : Twins...
Meanwhile. . .
Morro was at the Monastery of Spinjitzu to speak with Master Wu...
Yesterday, Monica had told Morro what she was doing at Meadow's Peak, and the agreement between Angus and Lloyd, and with growing concern, Morro decided to talk with Master Wu about finding the descendants of the Forgotten Elementals.
Morro walked inside the Courtyard and yelled out.
Morro : Master Wu!
Wu was meditating, when he heard Morro's Voice, and decided to step out into the Courtyard.
Master Wu : Morro, this is a pleasant surprise.
Morro : Surprise yes... Pleasant, that I don't know.
Master Wu : What is bothering you?
Morro : I came to speak with you about the attack on Ninjago City last week, Monica's Past is catching up to her and the Forgotten Elemental Masters, considering they attacked the city and injured Raiden, I feel things have grown beyond the control of Monica's Grandfather.
Master Wu : How do you mean?
Morro : Well the attack on Ninjago City for one, and the fact that the Forgotten Elemental Masters, are slowly showing up around Ninjago one by one, that's another thing, and Monica was at Meadow's Peak with Lloyd, talking about her past, saying it's catching up to her, and above all else, an attack at a time like this, to me it makes no sense, but in her eyes, everything is going full circle.
Master Wu : What do you think?
Morro : I think if she's afraid, I should be to, her stepfather killed her mother right in front of them all, he let us back there before my son was born, and then after seven years, he sent us out, it made no sense of why he suddenly snapped towards Monica, but since both of them lost the most out of anyone else on the island, I can't say i'm surprised.
Master Wu : What will you do?
Morro : For now, nothing, but considering it seemed like it was the Gold Princess that was the target, I was making a list on the "rulers" in Ninjago, that the Ninja are familiar with.
Morro showed Wu the list, and looked it over.

Munce Monarchy - King Murt and Queen Murtessa
Morro : The top of the list I figured were most likely to be attacked, bottom of the list are the least likely, I mean considering the Geckles and Munce are underneath Shintaro, but they still have their ways of life.
Master Wu : Yes, I see, and The Royal Shadowlands... Queen Liv?
Morro : You didn't know?
Master Wu : No, I did not.
Morro : Liv told me, upon Liam discovering his own prophecy within The Realm of Oni and Dragon, Ninjago Island, or just Ninjago, itself is ruled by Lloyd, as for the Dark Island, or "Shadowland" is now how it's called, is the Twin Sister island to Ninjago, and thus it has it's own prophecy for the darker side, meaning those who are closer connected to the Oni.
Master Wu : Which would mean Liv and her children.
Morro : Yea, so Liv discovered the location of the kingdom that was built on the Dark Island before it had gone underwater, and since the Islands been above ever since, it had been restored, and Liam's Prophecy stated that Destiny would have a ruler of a dark kingdom, bring it's land to the light...
Wu was paying attention, and Morro continued.
Morro : Despite how Paul feels about her, he can't have total control over that place, especially when Fort Lexington isn't as big as Ninjago City, but Liv's going to bring it to the light alongside Ninjago, as it's the "Twin Brother" to the Dark Island, and is run by her twin brother, who is Emperor of Ninjago, Lloyd...
Morro : Since Liv found light and good inside of her powers, herself, and this whole realm, she's leading The Royal Shadowlands as Queen, or will be once the coronation happens, and despite Paul's "Control" with the Fort Lexington Army, major places in Ninjago, from the city, all the way to the other kingdoms are talking about a peace treaty with the Royal Shadowlands, to sworn in Liv as the Queen, and if that happens, there's nothing Paul can do about it.
Master Wu : I see.
Morro : Cyrus Borg apparently came up with a teleporter to connect The Royal Palace of Secrets and The Shadowland's Castle together, so your family isn't separated from each other.
Master Wu : Well this is good to know, thank you for the information Morro.
Morro : Of course, I just needed to get this off my chest, I fear something big is coming to us all, but what will happen when it comes, that I don't know.
Master Wu : We will wait and see what happens for what is to come, but in the meantime, we shall worry about today.
Morro nodded, and let the Monastery, glad to get some of his concern out of his mind by telling Wu, and also telling him of his great-niece's new lifestyle as a Queen, then again, if Lydia could bring an Oni back to the light, after it was stated to be impossible, Liv can certainly show the brightest of light in a land of darkness.
9 Hours Later. . .
Milly was in the bathroom, trying to turn on the shower, but because of where she grew up, she didn't know how it worked.
Milly : Papa?
Jonah was had closed the cafe, and was upstairs in the living room, when he saw Milly in her bathrobe, and he spoke.
Jonah : What is it, honey?
Milly : Can you help me?
Milly walked away and Jonah followed her into the bathroom, and she pointed at the shower head.
Milly : How am I supposed to work that thing?
Jonah : The shower?
Milly : I don't know how it works, I only ever had a bath because of us living in South Rhyolite.
Jonah sighs and turned on the shower for his daughter, and she was immediately confused
Milly : What?!
Jonah : Don't worry Milly, we're not in South Rhyolite anymore, and I'm going to take care of you, and so will your mother.
Milly : Okay... I love you, Papa.
Jonah : I love you too, my adorable little daughter.
Milly and Jonah hugged, before Jonah walked out of the bathroom, so Milly could get in the shower.
20 Minutes Later. . .
It was 7:50, and Milly was finished with getting dressed after her shower, and was putting on her pale pink lipstick.
Milly also brushed her hair, and despite it was Jet Black, at the end of her hair strands, you could see it faded to a very Dark Brown.
After doing so, Milly came out of the bathroom in her clothes she was wearing for her date with Clayton... Milly was wearing a Dark Blue Hooded Shirt, Black Suspender Skirt, Black Beret, Pale Pink Lipstick, Dark Blue Nail Polish, and Dark Blue Thigh-High Boots.
Milly walked downstairs, and saw her father was cleaning the Cafe, now that it was closed.
Milly : Hi, Papa!
Jonah : What are you dressed up for anyway, Milly?
Ally came downstairs and saw her husband and daughter talking, and she kept quiet.
Milly : I met a friend yesterday, he invited me out to dinner.
Just then, Haden knocked on the Cafe door, and came inside, and Milly smiled.
Haden : Oh, so it's a Date then... hey Pops, hi Mom.
Ally and Jonah : Haden!
Haden ran towards his parents, and Milly joined, and the kids shared a tight hug with their parents.
After parting from the hug, Milly spoke.
Milly : For the record, it's not a date.
Haden : Really, a cute girl and a guy alone in a restaurant, sounds a lot like a date, and I'm sure my friends would-
Milly : Haden?
Haden : Just... over the time I was gone and before Garmadon was resurrected... again... I had a group of friends that I met during my time in Shintaro, but one of them is gone and we grew apart because of it.
Milly : I'm sorry.
Milly hugged her brother, and Haden spoke.
Haden : Thanks Mil, I guess that's one reason I wanted you guys to come to Ninjago City, I haven't seen you in so long, and I didn't want to drift apart from you too, I was gone for three years, and I didn't see you grow up more or do anything I should as your brother, I was-
Milly hugged her brother, and Haden returned the hug, and the two stayed like that as Milly spoke.
Milly : It's okay Haden, you wanted me to tell you if you should stay or go, and I told you to leave, and even before then, I was the one who chose to keep running away from my problems instead of to face them, don't blame yourself, and I'm here now, and if you don't want me to leave, then I won't, I'll let my big brother spoil me.
Haden : Great.
Haden ruffled Milly's hair, which annoyed her bit since she just brushed it, and he spoke.
Haden : Cause I'm going to spoil you, and be the most fun and annoying big brother ever.
Milly : Well that's my big brother for you.
Haden : And if it's not a date, why are you dressed up nicely?
Milly : I'm the New Girl in Ninjago City, I gotta look good, Haden.
Haden : Whatever you say baby sister, he better bring you back before 10:00.
Milly : Yes big brother, bye bye.
Milly was walking out the door, when Haden spoke.
Haden : Have fun on your date.
Milly : It's not a Date!
Milly shut the door and left, and Haden chuckled and spoke.
Haden : It's so a date.
Ally : Haden, don't tease your sister.
Outside, Milly was standing in front of the building on the curb, and waiting, she wondered if Clayton would actually come or not.
Clayton : Milly!
Milly turned and saw Clayton, and he was on time like he said he would be.
Milly : Hi, Clayton.
Clayton was wearing an Ivory Gray Hoodie, Black Pants, and Gray Boots, and he had his Polar Bear Formling Headpiece, and he had the marks on his face, but Milly kind of liked his marks as a Formling.
Milly walked over to him, and she blushed at what he said.
Clayton : Hey, you look really pretty.
Milly : Thanks.
Clayton : Right this way, I hope it's fine that I brought my bike.
Milly : I've never been on one before, looks exciting.
Clayton : Yea, I've rode tons of vehicles you wouldn't believe in my time, then again, this time has crazy vehicles from a giant tank called the "Dieselnaut" all the way up to Flying Pirate Ships.
Milly : True.
Clayton : Here, wear this fore safety.
Clayton handed Milly a black bike helmet, and she put it on.
Milly : Okay.
Clayton got on the bike, and pat the seat behind him.
Clayton : Just sit here and hold onto me so you won't fall off the bike.
Milly got on the back and held onto Clayton's sides, and spoke.
Milly : Like this?
Clayton : Not quite.
Clayton grabbed Milly's hands, and wrapped her arms around his waist so they were together in front of his stomach.
Clayton : There, now hold on tight, this thing can hit 200 on the highway.
Milly : You're kidding right.
Clayton : No, doesn't mean I'm driving that fast though, now hold on tight.
Milly : Okay!
Clayton started the bike, and Milly tightened her hold around Clayton's waist, and the bike took off, and Milly happily laughed as she held onto Clayton, and he looked back and saw her looking quiet happy, as they rode through Ninjago City.
Once they got to where they were going, Clayton stopped the bike, and took the helmet off Milly's head.
Clayton : What did you think?
Milly : It was amazing!
Clayton noticed Milly was happy and squealing with her talking, he was surprised, it seemed like she was usually this happy, but it made him smile in return.
Milly : We were going so fast, and the wind felt nice for my hair, the scenery of the city is amazing!
Clayton : You have so much energy, it's actually a nice change of pace for me, it's been depressing lately at my home, i'm glad we met.
Milly : Me too, and I'm glad my stupidity can make you happy.
Clayton held Milly's hand, and he spoke.
Clayton : Come on, I think you'll like it here, my best friend showed me this place.
The two walked inside a building, and before doing so, Clayton looked at the sign above the door, and it was shown that after the Prime Empire 2 problem was solved, the city renovated Buddy's Pizza.
Clayton : Welcome to Buddy's Pizza, best pizza in Ninjago.
Milly : Is that a Fire Oven?
Clayton saw Milly was pointing at a chef who was pulling a Pizza out of a pretty large and very wide oven, that was made of brick, and was using fire to cook the pizza.
Clayton : Yep, they also use ovens that run on Gas, but I prefer to have my flame heated.
Milly : What is that thing moving the stuff around?
Clayton : They're called conveyor belts, I'm guessing Buddy's Pizza uses them for when they don't have enough of the waiters.
Milly : That's really cool.
Clayton and Milly sit at a table, with the two waiting for their pizza, they were just talking to each other with their drinks.
Clayton : What is that, anyway?
Milly : Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, it surprises me that tea can be blue... and delicious.
Clayton : I just got Vanilla Cola, plain and simple.
Milly giggled at Clayton, and he smiled, Milly always seemed happy, and it somehow made him feel the same way.
Clayton : You remind me of my older brothers, Zach and Lucas, and some of my friends, who I also call my brothers and sisters, drive me crazy, but for some reason, you don't annoy me, when he does, it's irritating... but, you're the one who makes me happy.
Milly : Isn't that normal though, for brothers and sisters to annoy each other?
Clayton : I suppose you're right, it's been a while since I've seen some of them, and it's been a very long time since we've had to fight with each other once we've been annoyed too much, I'm sure they're okay... wherever they are.
Milly : Well, to me, brothers are family no matter what or how far apart you are, in the end, you'll always have each other's back, I know... It's been 3 years since I've seen my big brother, he's been through a lot I don't know about, and may never come to understand, but in the end, he's still the greatest part of my family, and even if it's been so long, I feel like I've never been away from him.
Clayton : For a "clutz" you're pretty wise, Milly.
Milly giggled, and waved her hand to stop Clayton.
Milly : Thank you, but I just know a few things from experience.
Clayton : If that experience came from a former mistake, you're lucky enough to learn from it, and with mistakes and experience, comes wisdom, my friends taught me that.
Milly : People in Ninjago City are different than those I've met out in the rest of the world, it's really nice.
Clayton : I'm glad, but keep an eye open, not everyone in this world is nice, you should still watch out, their's always dangerous things happening in Ninjago, and outside Ninjago.
Milly : Come on, there's nothing truly dangerous in the world.
Clayton : Of course there is, what would make you say that?
Milly : I'm saying that yes, there are situations that might seem like they're dangerous and scary, but they only are if you make them, and let your fear control you, in the end, it's you, yourself, who decides what it is you're going through, if you make the best out of the situation, and overcome your circumstances to get past it, was there ever truly any danger?
Clayton smiled at her, and after a minute, the two of them had their pizza at the table.
Milly : Pepperoni Pizza, Yay.
Clayton ( Thoughts ) : She's smart, cared, happy... it makes me feel the same way, maybe it should be.
1 Hour Later. . .
9:40 p.m.
Clayton stopped his bike in front of the Cafe, and let Milly get off the bike, as she gave him his helmet.
Milly : I had a lot of fun, Clayton, thanks for taking me.
Clayton : No problem, I had a lot of fun too.
Clayton handed Milly a piece of paper, and saw the numbers on it.
Milly : What is it?
Clayton : It's my number, I hope we can talk more.
Milly : Yes, of course!
Clayton : Great.
Milly : W-w-well I better get inside, before my big brother starts worrying too much about me for no reason.
Clayton : Okay, I'll talk to you soon?
Milly : Yes.
Clayton : Alright, well...
Clayton leaned forward and kissed Milly on the cheek, before getting back on his bike.
Clayton : Goodnight, Milly.
Milly saw Clayton ride off, and a tear left her eye as she held her cheek like an idiot, Clayton made her feel really happy, in a way she had never felt before, she thought he might be the one for her heart.
Milly walked inside and went upstairs, and saw Haden sitting on the floor in the living room in front of the couch, playing a video game, while Jonah and Ally were sitting on the couch, watching him.
Haden : So how was the Date?
Milly : It was not a Date!
Haden : Sure.
Milly : It wasn't!
Haden : Baby sister, your reaction tells me otherwise.
Milly : Papa.
Jonah : Yes, Milly?
Milly : What you and Mama talked about a few days ago... do you think I'm old enough for a phone?
Ally : We don't see why not Pumpkin, you're smart, responsible, and honest, your brother can take you tomorrow.
Haden : If you want to come with me.
Milly : Of course, thank you!
Haden : Well, I better get out of here and get back to the Dormitory before they lock the door.
Jonah : Okay son, we'll see you tomorrow.
Haden smiled as Milly walked out of her room and towards her family, as Jonah and Ally stood up, before Haden walked away.
Milly : Papa.
Jonah walked over, and Milly jumped into her father's arms, and tightly hugged him, as Ally lifted Haden into her arms, and the family shared a tight group hug, glad to finally be together after 3 years, and in a safe ( somewhat ) new home.
After a minute, Jonah still carried Milly in his arms, but Ally let Haden down so he could head back to the school dormitory, and he smiled at Milly before he walked out.
Milly : I'm glad we're here Papa, as long as I'm with Mama, Haden, and you, Papa... I'm home.
Jonah kissed Milly's cheek, and let her down as she went to her room to get ready for bed, knowing she would spend the next day with her brother.
Meanwhile, The Next Morning. . .
7:40 a.m.
Lloyd had messaged his allies from other kingdoms and important locations, to talk to Liam about the prophecy he discovered in The Realm of Oni and Dragon
( To those who don't know this, after this story ends, I will be releasing another called The Dragon Keepers which will date back to the time of The Masks of Garmadon, only it will go through the Young Ninja who were marooned in the Realm of Oni and Dragon, and how Liam discovered this new prophecy, and how it would affect Ninjago, and his family )
There, at the Palace, in a room with a long table, and a crackling campfire, Lloyd started talking.
Emperor Lloyd : I know you all have your royal duties in your kingdoms and homes, you guys, but I sent for you here because my nephew told me he found a scroll with a prophecy in the Realm of Oni and Dragon, last year, he thinks the attack on Ninjago City... well, the latest attack at least, is connected.
Lloyd had sent for Queen Vania of Shintaro, King Brenden and Queen Akita of The Formlings, President Angus Daralga of Meadow's Peak ( Since Angus knew about who and what attacked the City ) Skales and Selma, since they were the leaders of the Serpentine, and were also attacked since they were directly underneath the City, and of course Liv, since she was Liam's Mother, and Master Wu and Garmadon were there too, since his talk with Morro told Wu that they should be part of the discussion.
Queen Vania : This prophecy, what did the Scroll say.
Liam walked over, and read the scroll out loud to the others.
Liam : "Within the Prophecy of The Brightest Light, New Enemies are Rising... pain, betrayal, and death will all come in their wake, Two can save all but each lose themself, One will walk down a dark path, and spend a long time coming back to the light, One shall die and leave a light behind, One shall shine her brightest light in the twin sister half of the Spinjitzu Master's Realm, Two shall bring each savior back to themself, One will lose all but save her heart, and in the hands of One, will hold the greater good of a legend. . ."
Skales : What doesss it mean by that?
Emperor Lloyd : Liam thinks that the Prophecy is linked to him and the Forgotten Elemental Masters, and his family.
Liv was caught by part of the prophecy, stating "One shall shine her brightest light in the twin sister half of the Spinjitzu Master's Realm"
Liv : I can think of one part of this Prophecy... the majority of life that's on the other half of Ninjago now... The Shadowlands, wasn't the former kingdom that was built on by the Overlord, still standing when the land was brought back up from the Endless Sea?
Master Wu : Yes, and it still is... why do you ask Liv?
Liv : That place is still slightly covered with darkness, and large patches of Dark Matter, corrupting species of life, I can handle that stuff, it's connected to my powers, similar to how Via handled the Metal at the Golden Peaks, it was hot and molten, which is how she could withstand the metal when she was thrown into it, same with Lydia when she was at The Temple of Glass.
Selma : You think that part of the Prophecy is connected to you?
Liv : It should be... I shined my brightest light within myself by letting go of my past with my father, and unlocking my true potential, I could restore the balance in that place, and let the light shine on all of my Grandfather's Realm again.
Queen Vania : Even so, that place is a Kingdom... do you really think you could handle being a ruler, Liv?
Liv : How hard can it be, my little brother does it.
Emperor Lloyd : Aww, thank you.
Liv laughed at Lloyd's response, and Garmadon spoke.
Garmadon : It would make sense, there are still dark places and things about this side of our father's realm, if Liv were to uncover the light within it, the "Twin Sister" half of the realm, it could truly restore and keep the balance between all Light and Darkness for Eternity!
Master Wu : It would make sense, for the "Twin Sister" side of our Father's Realm, to be lead by the Twin Sister, if that side's "Twin Brother" is ruled by the Twin Brother.
Lloyd and Liv smiled at each other, that they may finally be able to restore and control the balance of Light and Darkness in not just Ninjago, but all the remaining realms, for Eternity.
King Brenden : Nice and all for the Garmadon Twins... but what about The Fort Lexington Army?
Queen Akita : My husband's right, Paul is pretty ambitious and cold when it comes to Liv, seeing her darkness is what his home is built on, and for her to rule it, he would fight to prevent such.
Emperor Lloyd : If we write for a treaty and a proclamation to restore the Royal Shadowlands, then there won't be anything he can do about it, unless he would want to get arrested.
King Brenden : Why else do you think Eric and Alex spend so much time with Kieran and Captain Holden, his age and experience in the Realm of Eternal War tells he should be leading that fort, but apparently his time during Piracy prevents such.
Emperor Lloyd : Well, even the high ranking members of his own team can vote against him, we can take this to the Court, and have our council here come to an agreement, if it's in our favor, the Royal Shadowlands can be restored.
Misako : First it's my son being Ninjago's Emperor, and now my daughter becoming Queen of Shadows.
Liv : Mom, please.
Misako : I was just kidding.
Liam : Somehow, Queen of Shadows seems to suit you, Mom.
King Brenden : The rest of the prophecy?
Emperor Lloyd : It's too early to see what it means, Don't worry about the Prophecy of The Brightest Light, I personally don't like prophecies, what's going to happen, is going to happen, Prophecies just make people try to prevent the future, usually their tampering with it just seals it, my Parents would know that better than anyone.
Misako and Garmadon understood, since the former leaving to try and prevent the Prophecy left Lloyd and Garmadon being the only ones near each other, and Garmadon constantly trying to destroy the Ninja, with Lloyd coming into contact with his father to save them, and stop his plans, sealed their destiny to fight for the Realm.
Queen Akita : Like what Lloyd tried to do with the Golden Power?
Emperor Lloyd : Yes, exactly like that, I always wonder what would have happened if I still had it, Could I have prevented all the bad things that have happened, ultimately, no, because it was ultimately prophesied, and how would be written in destiny, same with how Lydia would bring her grandfather back to the light, but how, was my Grandfather fusing The Golden Power within her Elemental Power of Creation, letting Lydia unlock her Ultimate Potential.
Master Wu : Hmm...I see the once young student, has become the wisest master.
Liv : So what we do then?
Liam : If it's true that Light and Darkness share a balance, don't they then have a connection, if Mom unlocking her true potential showed Destruction to the light, and Lydia had to once use her powers for destructive purposes, can't we connect Ninjago Island and The Shadowland?
Garmadon : Didn't Clouse try to do that once, I mean-
Liv : Dad, he was talking about a Portal to connect the Kingdoms, because if you haven't noticed, the divide between each side of the balance... is, well...
Garmadon : Very funny.
Emperor Lloyd : I'll talk with Mystake and Borg about that, but for now, we'll leave this here.
The others agreed, and left their little Royal Council meeting, to talk with the City about Liv become The Queen of Shadows, but that would be for another day.
3 Hours Later. . .
Haden : Don't get lost, Milly!
Haden and Milly were in the mall, since Haden offered to take Milly to buy her phone.
Though since Milly had never been to the Ninjago City Mall before, the mall was four floors, and Milly was ahead of her brother.
Milly : I won't!
Haden : Oh, good grief.
Haden caught up to Milly and grabbed her by the collar so she couldn't run off again.
Milly : Hadeeeeen.
Haden : Do I need to buy you a leash?
Milly : Maybe.
Haden : You little dummy.
Milly : I'm 7 years old now brother, I can handle walking around on my own.
Haden : Says the literally, little girl, who still calls me "big brother"
Milly : Are you not my big brother?
Haden : I am, you know what I meant.
Milly : Oh really, and f.y.i you're taller for you're age too, I'm slightly shorter, so that's the big difference.
Haden : I'm sorry I can't really hear you from down there.
Milly : HOW ABOUT NOW?!
Haden : Okay, you didn't need to yell in my ears!
Milly : Oh, so now we're on the same level?
Milly smirked and then she ran into the mall, and away from her brother.
Haden : Milly!
After a minute, Haden stopped and looked around, and didn't see his sister anywhere.
Haden : And... I lost her.
Milly was at the food court, eating, since she couldn't help herself, and she couldn't help it if she liked certain treats, like Macaroons and Gelatin Cake.
After Milly ate 3 pieces of pizza, 10 macaroons, and finished an entire Gelatin Cake, she was walking around looking for her brother.
Milly : Haden!
Milly : Well, I lost him, and that's what I get for pigging out on Gelatin.
After a few minutes of walking around the mall, Milly walked into somebody else and fell down.
Milly : Seriously, this is deja vu, all over again.
The boy she ran into turned around, and held out their hand to Milly.
Boy : You should be more careful there, miss, are you hurt?
Milly : Yes, I'm very sorry.
Milly took the boy's hand, and he helped her stand up, and she rubbed her leg, since she twisted it a bit from falling.
Boy : It's alright, you should just watch where you're going kid, you could get hurt.
The boy ruffled Milly's hair, and she fixed her hair, and spoke.
Milly : Hey, I'm not that young or mindless, I'm 7.
Boy : You could have fooled me, you're a bit short.
Milly groaned and rolled her eyes, and the boy chuckled.
Boy : The name's Cloud.
Milly : I'm Milly.
Haden : Milly!
The two of them turn to see Haden run over, and Cloud spoke.
Cloud : Haden, is that you?!
Haden : Cloud, it's been quite a while, how have you been?
Cloud : Good, so uh, how do you two know each other?
Haden : Oh yea, Cloud this is my little sister Milly, and Milly this is Cloud, he's one of my friends from my old "job".
Milly : Really, you're one of my brother's friends?
Cloud : Yea, Haden and I worked together closely, and how come you never told us about your sister?
Milly : I hadn't seen him since I was 4, He left home for boarding school when I was little, apparently he also had interest in becoming a Magician, I on the other hand had a bit of a different talent and wanted to explore it... alone.
Cloud : Well your big brother is definitely not a big shot little girl, he's a dimwit, and the only thing Magical about his acts, are that he hasn't managed to blow himself up.
Haden : Hey hey, I am good with tinkering, magic, illusions-
Cloud quickly clamped his hand over Haden's mouth, and spoke.
Cloud : Stop.
Milly laughed, and then spoke after calming down.
Milly : You two seem close, I'm happy my brother made good friends over his time in Ninjago City.
Haden : Yea, these guys had my back.
Cloud : We're brothers, Haden.. we'll always have each other's backs.
Haden : Right.
Milly giggled, and then spoke to her brother's friend.
Milly : So I guess you're my brother too.
Cloud ruffled Milly's hair again, and spoke.
Cloud : You better believe that kid, I should get back to shopping, I have a big day tomorrow, It was nice seeing you two, hopefully, we can get together one night, Haden.
Haden : Yea... I'd like that, Milly?
Milly : Sounds perfect.
Cloud : Great, I'll see you around.
Cloud left the story, and Haden asked a question.
Haden : How'd you meet Cloud?
Milly : I ran into him and twisted my leg.
Haden : Be careful, I don't want you getting hurt Milly!
Milly : I can't help it, I had too much energy.
Haden : Were you the one at the food court who ate the entire Gelatin Cake?
Milly : Well. . . Maybe.
Milly : Wanna Race?
Haden saw Milly pointing towards the end of the hallway, and he nodded.
Milly : See ya!
Milly took off, and Haden yelled.
Haden : Hey, you didn't even say Go!
Despite reaching the end of the hallway first, Milly kept running, mainly since she wanted to walk around the mall without Haden pestering her, she was walking around for a while when she ran into a small bank within the mall, it was convenient for people who didn't want to go to the large bank in the middle of Ninjago City, especially since it was used for acting in a movie ( hence Episode 100 - Questing for Quests )
Milly walked into the bank to see if it was possible to get money from the savings account her parents had opened for her, Milly constantly volunteered to help her friends, or do small things to make money, like helping her neighbors, lemonade stands, helping with her father's bake sales, yard sales, and a few other things, so she did have money... she just didn't tell Haden, when just then, some Criminals barged in to rob the bank.
Criminal : Drop it!
Criminal 2 : Get down!
Milly : Oh no.
One of the criminals grabbed Milly and forced her to the ground, and she was a little scared since the criminals were armed.
Criminal 3 : Everybody down now!
Criminal 4 : Everybody get your hands up, this is a damn robbery. we want to harm no one!
Criminal 2 : I said get down!
Criminal 4 : So everybody stay calm, think about your loved ones, shut up and stay down, and this will be over in no time!
Milly saw the bank employees had opened the vault in the back and were giving the people the money, while one more criminal was having an employee grab the money from the safes underneath the round counter, while the citizens were all on the ground.
Milly looking around the store before putting her hand out and her eyes glow slightly light-blue, as she opened a deck of cards, and the cards were made of Metal and they seemed to be glowing like Milly's eyes, when they went near her hand, before she heard the vent above them open, and she put her hand down.
Three Ninja in a Black and Dark Purple, a Charcoal Gray and Dark Orange Gi, and a Green Gi came out of the vent and pulled out their weapons.
Criminal : The Young Ninja!
Liam : Drop the weapons!
Criminal 3 : Yea, and who's gonna make us?!
Charlie and Liam used their powers, and got their weapons ready.
Criminal 4 : Oh darn.
The two used Spinjitzu and started fighting the robbers, while Milly just sat there in silence and watched, until the robbers were losing and one of them grabbed Milly, and lifted her off the ground, having an arm around her neck, and holding his gun to her head, and he was the robber with the money.
Montgomery : Let her go!
Criminal 2 : Don't even try, you do anything, this girl is dead!
Charlie : Okay, I won't do anything, this will though.
Charlie used his powers, and used Montgomery's Energy Power and hit the robber in the head and knocked him out, releasing Milly.
Milly caught her breath, and was glad Charlie saved her.
The last robber was trying to make it too the door by throwing Liam into the wall, and just as he did, Haden came in and kicked him in the chest, sending him over the counter.
The people cheer as Charlie and Liam took off their hoods, and Charlie helped Milly stand up.
Charlie : You okay?
Milly : Yep, believe it or not, it's not the most dangerous situation I've been in, I came from a town of Outlaws.
Liam : Well it's good that you're not hurt, thanks for the help Haden.
Haden smiled, and immediately walked over and tightly hugged his sister.
Haden : Sure, No problem, you're not hurt are you Milly?
Milly : Nope, I'm fine, big brother.
Charlie : Big brother, are you two siblings?
Haden : Yeah... Milly this is Charlie, Prince Montgomery, and Liam, guys, this is my little, or perhaps as I call her my "baby" sister Milly.
Montgomery : I didn't know you had a sister.
Haden : She and my parents didn't live in the City, I thought now would be a good time for them to come here now that the danger has passed.
Charlie : I wouldn't exactly say that after last week, not to mention that Prophecy I told you that Liam discovered months ago, he thinks it's coming into play.
Milly : More friends you worked with, Haden?
Haden : Yea, they're more of my brothers.
Milly : You worked with The Amber and Dark Purple Ninja, and The Emerald Prince?
Haden : Yes, they came to me a few times before about when I was in Shintaro, I met a member of the Upply, Fungus the Sorcerer.
Milly : I know, you've told me that story, but that's really cool!
Haden : But Milly, can you please be more careful, you could have gotten hurt, or killed for that matter, he held a gun to your head!
Milly : Okay...
Haden : You already knocked yourself into Cloud, and now you get your butt and your head saved by Master Charlie and Liam, what's next, you know the Young Ninja protect people, but this out of control.
Milly : I know... I know, I'm sorry!
Master Charlie : Don't worry about it Haden, she didn't do anything wrong, she couldn't have expected to be dragged into a bank robbery.
Haden : I'll tell you my sister is a trouble maker.
Liam : More than me?
Haden : Oh yeah, she likes to run off into trouble just like you two, and I don't even want to tell you the pranks she does, she'll get you just desserts.
Master Charlie : Reminds you of the old times?
Haden : Definitely.
Milly : Big brother, I still need to buy a phone.
Haden ruffled his sister's hair, and spoke.
Haden : Okay, calm down, I should get going, nice to see you guys though, you're doing a great job, and still rocking the Legacy Robes.
Montgomery : Hey, our parents wore them during their time against the Oni, we now have our own, and we love 'em.
Liam : You know, you can still... come back.
Haden : I made up my mind guys, you know that, I have an adorable sister to help take care of, I'll see you around, let's go Milly.
Milly held her brother's hand, and the two of them left.
Liam : What kind of person has he become?
Master Charlie : An honest one, that's all you need to hear me say.
Milly : Don't you miss your friends, Haden?
Haden : Sure I do, but you could say I'm still mad at one of them for something, and the rest of our group was falling apart without each other, so we split up.
Milly : But-
Haden poked his sister's cheek, and Milly giggled, as Haden spoke.
Haden : But now I have an adorable little sister to help my parents take care of, So I don't feel alone anymore.
Milly : I won't let you feel alone anymore.
Haden : I know you won't... I know.
Next Time on The Elemental Legion : Nearly two weeks after the attack on Ninjago City, The Court in Ninjago City has a talk about a treaty between all the kingdoms, and restoring the Royal Shadowlands, along with a proclamation from the kingdoms to swear in Liv as the Queen, with Liv taking a look at the castle's current condition, while, as for Milly, she grows closer to Clayton, and he eventually makes a decision that tells him Milly is his girl, Meanwhile... Gwendolyn Scott is a little girl, who not only seems to attract boys with her looks, but also anything Magnetic. . .

( a/n Head's up for this, but I was waiting ages to be able to write the Prophecy of The Brightest Light into my stories, and I was originally planning to write it all out before, during Masks of Garmadon, but it was scrapped for the time being to avoid spoilers, and after this story is a decent way through, I'll publish that story The Dragon Keepers to better explain how Liam discovered the Prophecy )
