1. Ya, I really think that there should be more focus in speed in MHA, There's vigilantes which focuses on speed quirks but thats a spinoff and not the main series
.
2. No that's actually not there reason, The reason is that when Kamui was in his second year at U.A Izuku was at his third year that's where he started calling him senpai (sorry if i coudn't make that clearer)
.
3. No he's not 25,I was going to do a 22 - 23 year Izuku but that would make it very hard for Izuku to explain one for all.No izuku is 20 years old and has been a hero for 1 year before canon events and Kamui woods is 19.( he is canonically 19)

1. Yeah I decided a schedule 1 chapter every 3 days
2. Weekly chapters really aren't my thing you know. U was actually thinking it doing daily chapters at the start of the series by decided against it. (chapter 0,1 and 2 were written and posted on the same day actually)

Now onto the actual story
18th March XXXX
Izuku was walking down the street with a neutral expression on his face as he recognized a another hero in costume and he waved to him.
It was a lean man with blonde hair and black eyes, He was wearing a hero costume with a wave pattern on his torso and circular support gauntlets.
Air Head and waved back.
During Izuku's first year he used to be sidekick at the Air Jet Hero agency. During his first year internship and second year work study he had taught him a lot about hero work actually.
Then he had decided to go pro a few months before Izuku.
"Hey little guy how have you been doing." Air Head said bashfully as he rubbed Izuku's hair
"Heard you made it into the top 50's huh."
"Oh yeah It just kind of happened, Well I mean I wouldn't have been able to do it if you didn't teach me during my internship." Izuku said humbly.
This was part true as both Air Head had taught him a lot thought not as much as Air Jet but he still contributed a lot on making him the hero he was
"Hey hey now no need to be humble around me you brat."
"So you're telling part in the raid too, I should have guessed with your expertises in air quirks."
"Oh yeah I was one of the first ones to join actually." Air Head says toning down a little.
"Apparently there's this cartel going on right with some sort of quirk drug and we're going to target the main base of operations. I don't know much but they're going to brief us today."
"Oh well then let's continue."
As they turned to the direction of the address they were given they fell into small chatter with Air Head asking him how his work was going and asking how Air Jet was doing.
Eventually when they reached their destination they found that it was an old run down building.
'The entire operation is organized by Underground heroes so not wanting to grab any attention to them makes sense.'
As both of them wordlessly nodded and entered they found that the interior to be rather normal.
'Is it a regular base of operations?' Izuku pondered as they walked to towards what seemed to be a counter.
There was a lady of around 27 browsing some files in the computer.
As they reached there Air Head decided to grab the receptionist's attention by knocking the really The last was sitting on.
"Hero Name : Air Head, I was told to come here for a briefing."
" Oh yes of course down the hallway , Third door to you Left. The briefing will start in about..." The ldyt searched something in her computer "3 minutes from now."
Hearing this both of them nodded and walked off.
"You excited kid? This is probably your first raid operation correct."
"Yeah, Well I did take part in one before but I was mostly there for backup actually, So yeah first raid." Said Izuku in a bit nervous tone.
"Don't worry about it you'll do great." said Air Head while patting his back.
As the reached their designated room Dekiru knocked a few times in the door before he heard a 'Come in'
As they opened the door he was greeted with the sight of a man that needed a 20 hour power nap like right now.
"Takes you seats the others will be arriving soon." The man said in a no bullshit tone,as went back into his... sleeping bag??
Not wanting to get caught up in an awkward situation both Dekiru and Air Head sat on the table.
Over the next few minutes a wide array of heroes came in and sat down with many (Including dekiru) breaking into it chatter and normal hero talk.
There were a lot of Underground heroes here which made sense because mostly wind quirks were pretty weak and those that were suitable for hero work depended more or precision and stealth then the regular power aspect that was needed for public hero work.
Izuku didn't know what to make of underground heroes yet, Though he didn't doubt anything about his own capabilities too much he still knew that he had almost 0 field experience compared to some of the heroes present here.
As all of the people that were invited arrived Eraserhead who had been dozing off in his sleeping bag got up and stood at the end of the table to start the briefing.
"Good morning today we have gathered to discuss the details for the raid
First we are going to perform a raid operation on the 24th of March in this location."He said as he took out a laser pointer and pointed to a location in the map.
As Dekiru looked he recognized that location actually. It was a rather civilian heavy so he was wondering how they would handle evacuation.
As if he had read the thoughts of everybody in the room Eraserhead spoke up
"Don't worry about evacuation and safety of civilians, The HPSC will take care of it. Next we are doing this so that we can stop the distribution of the drug that is know as Trigger."
Hearing this every hero in the room that was stiffened up.
4 years ago there had been a boom in the distribution of this drug that had caused sheer chaos on the streets of Tokyo.
Trigger was a drug that could boost any auirk to its absolute limits. To the point where mundane quirk like being able to elongate your nails became suitable for pro hero quirk.
But it would come at the cost of the users sanity as the people who used trigger usually went berserk as they consumed it and would suffer heavy mental trauma afterwards.
Even so, many people used to take this drug some to cause crime other to cause chaos and many for drug abuse.
"The drug is going to be distributed by a long running cartel simply named Burn. The leader of burn is this man." Eraserhead said as he pulled out a photo of a man.
He looked rather bulky and had an ugly scar running straight from his left eye his right cheek.
He was wearing an ugly scowl in his face and looked rather threatening.
"Meet Yu Tanaka. Over a 50 cases of arson and Multiple murders. He started the cartel about 7 years ago and was involved in the Tokyo Trigger Incidents but unfortunately was never caught. More importantly he is looking to cause the same chaos again but on a higher level. He intends to handout a new version of Trigger.
Apparently after 5 years of research they have manged to make a sample of it that doesn't cause the victim to go insane."
As soon as they heard the last sentence the entire room collectively widened their eyes in horror.
This was bad, Like really bad, Like All Might retiring levels of bad.
"The only reason that a lot of pro's were able to defeat trigger users was because is that harmful effect. If this sample gets mass produced and distributed the entire prefecture and then the entirety of the country will fall into chaos."
Over the next few minutes Eraserhead told them more about the cartel that they were raiding and told them the details.
Apparently 90 percent of Burn was made up of fire quirk users.( Thus the name) and was the reason that heroes with specifically air quirks were requested.
Eraser told them that they were going to disclose the results of the raid to the public if it went right to 'send a message'.
After what seemed like an entire day but was only an hour and a half of discussing strategies and talking about the more noticable members of the cartel the meeting was called out as Eraser without any further words walked out.
Most of the public heroes had said some words of motivation to each before walking out before going on for their day as Air Head caught Izuku in the hallway.
"Man that was intense, I really thought this was going to be some normal small time raid but I guess not." Said Air Head in his usual cheery tone while rubbing his neck.
"Yeah,I mean a new improved version of Trigger sure does sound terrifying. Well let's hope that we'll be able to get the job done."
As they got outside and said their goodbyes to each other Izuku once again went to his usual patrol route.
'Well back to hero work it is I guess.'
As Izuku got up a rooftop and crouched on its ledge he checked the immidiate area to detect any signs of crime.
As he did so he saw a man bolting down the streets at high speeds with what looked like a lady's purse.
As he charged up One for All at 8 % He took a leap as he landed down the ground and started chasing the guy.
Due to training with Gran Torino a lot Izuku had gotten a really good feel of how One for All worked.
He was now good enough with it that he could use it in hero work but was having a bit of difficulty in the strength aspect and had to still rely in his original quirk a bit too much.
As he saw the thief bolt into a long alley probably to outrun him Izuku stopped running and held his palms forward.
The speeds at which he was running at earlier must have given the criminal the impression of a speed quirk, But That wasn't the only quirk Izuku had in his arsenal.
As Izuku compressed the air,he aimed to hit the man's chest and released his shot.
Not having expected this the man made a noise of surprise before falling down to the ground.
The next few minutes were spent in reporting the crime and handing the thief over to the police as Izuku went back to talk to the lady if there was anything else.
"Oh so big time heroes like you also stop petty crimes like this do they." The lady said in a playful manner.
"Oh mam I wouldn't call myself big time you know I'm fairly new to this."
"Oh really, Even so my son's a huge fan of yours would you mind signing an autograph for him."
She says as she took out a piece of paper and a pen from her bag and handed it over to Izuku.
"I should sign it for.."
" Inasa."
As Izuku signed the paper and handed it over to her she smiled brightly and asked.
"My son's got an air quirk too. Got any tips for him?"
"Oh umm let me guess umm yes try to find a balance between control and read strength that's the best advice when dealing with air quirks."
"It when I'll be sure to pass it over to him, Well then fine let me take up any more of your time sonny."
As they parted Izuku couldn't help but smile while beaming through his route. While he wasn't much to fuss offer about popularity it sure felt good to find out that a lot of people looked up to him.
Sometime later during his shift he heard his radio crackle as he picked it up.
"Heroes required for a villiain takedown
, Immediate assistance requested.
Location: XXXXX XXX XX"
As he heard it he realized that he was only a few blocks away from the villain attack.
He crouched down sending 10 % One for All to his legs he scaled the tall building that was next to him.
As he started making his way jumping from rooftop to rooftop he saw from a distance they a villain attack was taking place in a large compound.
As he saw Backdraft holding back the civillians he decided to drop down and ask.
"What's happening right now?"
"There a villain in there with some sort of strength or hardening quirk. The heroes haven't arrived yet your the first one. Try to take him down quick if you can."
Hearing the situation he nodded as he scaled the gates of the compound (not wanting to announce his presence to the villain immediately).
He made it inside with a back door and started going towards a grueling noise that he was hearing.
A few seconds later he saw the villain in front of what looked like to him a document locker.
There were papers scattered across the getting and the villain was making a huge mess out of It.
He was a man of huge stature with his height being something comparable to All Might. He had huge bulky arms and had an annoyed scowl on his face and was constantly grumbling about something.
He noticed that his skin had what looked like side effects of a hardening quirk with hexagons covering his entire body.
'I have the element of surprise on me right now so I can get in a few good hits.' He thought and proceeded to move forwards stealthily as he put his palms together to and started compressing the air in between.
'He has a hardening quirk so it won't go through him, I'll be to get a solid hit And end this quickly.
The villain was still unaware of Izuku's presence and was searching for what seemed like papers in the compound was still working around the room.
Izuku pointed his palms to the man's chest and released the shot.
As soon as the hit landed the villain dropped to his knees and started wheezing profusely.
Not wanting to give him a chance to get up Izuku charged up One for All in his legs at 10 % and sprang forwards.
Covering the distance in a second Izuku jumped high and delivered an axe kick straight to the man's back.
As he landed the kick he checked to see if he was the criminal was conscious or not.
As he gone over his back he felt something clamp into his legs and was immediately their out of a window.
As he landed in hard concrete he manged to get One for All at 10 percent flowing through his to decrease the damage done to him.
He recovers from the damage but didn't have time to think as the villain suddenly butter or from the windows an landed infront of him.
"You've got strength kid, But don't even think about winning against me"
' He's definitely bluffing up, Convergence was steering enough to hit All Might for a bit, This guy's definitely got to suffer from some damage. Besides we are in an open area so I'm at a huge advantage here.'
Realizing that maintaining his distance at first was the best course of action Izuku charged up One for All on his hands and legs and ran to another corner.
The compound was very open which provided Izuku a huge space for maneuvering right now.
Not wanting to let Izuku get far away the man tried to follow him but he he had already put up a decent amount of distance between them.
As Izuku held both of his palms forwards he created a vacuum in front of them and then started compressing as soon as the air started rushing in.
The villain who was not getting closer shouted a way cry before punching to where Izuku was.
However he turned out to be too slow as the hero had already sidestepped him an lunged forward and smashed both his palms on the man's gut.
Receiving an Invisible Shockwave to the gut the man inevitably froze up.
Izuku seeing the did not hesitate as he delivered a flurry of punches to the man's chest ending with an uppercut to the chin.
This had resulted in the man being sent flying across the compound and promptly passing it on the floor.
As he confirmed that the villain was indeed out like a light Izuku picked up his radio and connected to the police station.
"Threat apprehended requesting for collection of criminal Location : XXXXX XXX XX"
As he hauled the villain over him (using One for All obviously while doing so) he went outside where Backdraft was now holding a bigger crowd than before with quite a few reporters in the public.
He struck a cheery pose for the reporters while holding a peace sign as he had nothing to do while waiting for the police to arrive.
After he waited for sometime he saw two cop cars pull up so he waved at then and pointed towards the now passed out criminal
As he handed the this over to the police he noticed the relieved expressions on their faces at the couldn't help but ask
"So does this guy have a criminal record??"
Hearing this their (presumably) Captain turned around and smiled at him.
"Yes young man quite the record actually, A lot of pretty crimes, one bank robbery and multiple cases of thievery of confidential documents."
"Oh so that's why, He was actually looking around for something and was pretty annoyed about it."
"Yeah this is actually an HPSC officers house." The man said as he passed and Glennie at the compound." Well I was wondering if you could tell us where he was looking around that'd be a great help."
"Oh sure let's go."
Saying his words of appreciation the officer walks into the compound with Izuku on his tail.
A few minutes later
As Izuku came out of the compund and went on with his patrol but he couldn't make sense of anything.
Apparently the guy was trying to steal a file that had this years quirk registry in it.
'Why would anyone do that?? Most of the quirk files are made public and only some minor details are left out of the public records. Unless anyone would be severely effected by this I don't see any point in someone trying so hard to get their hands on the documents.'
He still wasn't far away from the compound where the crime had occurred when he saw a purple light flash in an alley best him.
Assuming the worst Izuku ran to the area at full speed while putting 4 % of One All into his legs.
Even so he was to late as he could only catch a glimpse of what looked like a purple... portal???
As it was closing up Izuku jumped towards it but couldn't make it in time as it had already vanished from the sight.
'A villain with a warp quirk, That's concerning, Was it related to the earlier crime.. Even if it wasn't that was illegal quirk usage.'
As Izuku looked around the general area to see if the portal quirk user was nearby he found his hands empty.
'Man today's been a real mystery hasn't it. Well onto hero patrol I guess.' He thought as he knew he re really couldn't do anything as off right now.
Maybe he could ask All Might after all he has been the number one hero for a few years he might know something about the matter.
DONE.Sorry if the first user is the chapter was a bit boring anyways that's it for today.Next chapter dropping on 25th of April
