The following day, Ron was walking in the streets, he was admiring the scenery, the smell of home cooking and the cool breeze. Even though the suns out, it was not hot. He wandered around and eventually he found himself near the sea. He stopped and sat on a bench over looking the Mediterranean. He was wondering how things will play out later in the evening. The blonde managed to get reservation to a well known restaurant, which was by the sea.
'I think I have feelings for Shego...who am I kidding, of course I do...' Ron mentally said
'Well I did find her attractive before...but she was a villain...' the blonde then saw two kids running around happily screaming
'She does have a reason to be a villain.'
'Yet I'm glad she's a new person, still having some of her old traits would be nice.'
Ron then saw a couple walking hand in hand, enjoying each others company. That sight made Ron smile, he got up and continued to walk. He then saw an old couple, sitting on a bench, the old man feeding his wife chocolate and vice versa.
He walked passed them and gave a nod while smiling, as a way to show respect to the elderly couple, they smiled back as well.
'Will I ever experience that kind of love?' Ron then remembered his time with Zita
They became boyfriend and girlfriend, yet it was not that romantic, they mostly bonded through video games and movies, but he did appreciate the time with Zita.
It was now lunch time and Ron went to surprise surprise, Bueno Nacho. He ordered what he usually orders back in Middleton and ate his order of two Nacos.
Meanwhile with Shego, she had just finished eating lunch and was now currently looking at herself in the mirror, trying out clothes for later. Her phone vibrated and got a message from Ron
'Hey Shego, I reserved us dinner at this restaurant by the sea, its not a fancy just a well know place, so wear something comfortable for you. I'll be there in an hours time.'
Shego felt her heart beat faster and a blush creeping in. She then went on to finding the perfect outfit, when she did, she took a shower, then lightly added make up, she didn't need that much make up since she was blessed with a beautiful face. After applying her make up, she wore a simple mint green sunday dress which ended three inches above her knees. She then wore a necklace given to her by Betty after joining GJ, and a pair of black dangling ear rings.
When she was done, Ron entered and smelled like the sun, sea and tacos. Ron got his clothes for dinner, went to the bathroom to shower and change, not looking at Shego, who didn't mind. After he was done, he went out and finally saw Shegos outfit.
"Wow...you look beautiful Shego." Ron complimented
"Thanks, your not bad yourself." Shego replied
Ron was wearing a red checkered long sleeve, the sleeves folded, black denim jeans and comfortable slip ons
"Alright, we have an hour, wanna go now?" Ron asked
"Is it far?"
"Nah, its only a few minutes if we walked, just wanted to sight see with you." Ron then looked down to hide his blushing face, Shego was blushing herself
"Sure, I'd love that. Come on Ron." Shego said after wearing her sandals with laces reaching her calf muscle
Ron and Shego were now walking on the streets, enjoying the company of each other. They watched as the sun had set in the horizon, while watching Ron tried to place his hand on Shegos, but nervousness got the best of him. Shego though noticed it and was sad he didn't do it. They then walked to the restaurant.
"Good evening, do you have a reservation?" the waiter asked in english
"Yes, Possible." Ron said
"Please hold..." the waiter said, looking at the list "...ah, yes. Please follow me." the duo then followed the waiter
They were led to a veranda overlooking the sea, even as the sun was gone the lights still managed to illuminate the sea. They were handed the menu and after ordering, they chatted trivial stuff. After ten minutes their food arrived and started to eat. Midway through eating a commotion was heard, turns out there was someone trying to rob the restaurant. People were screaming around the two, who were somewhat relaxed.
"Really..." Ron said
"Even in our vacation, shit like this does happen." Shego said, while holding her up with one arm
Turns out there were three thieves, they forced people to put their belongings inside a trash bag. One of the thieves then noticed the duo,
he approached them
"Give me everything you have, now!" he demanded in english
Ron and Shego were calm, too calm
"Hey, do you hear me?!" the thieve hit the back of Rons head
Ron didn't react, which angered the thieve even further
"GIVE ME YOU STUFF OR I SHOOT THE BIT-" whatever he was saying was cut, since Ron stabbed a fork in his leg
The thieve fell backward screaming in pain, Ron got up and kicked the thieve in the head, knocking him out. The thieves other two companions heard the commotion and saw the downed accomplice. Both aimed their guns at Ron, they tried to shoot but couldn't, since Ron was using his telekinesis to stop the trigger. He casually walked up to the two and karate chopped them in the neck, knocking both out.
Ron walked back and looked at Shego
"Nice." she simply said
The employees and others, applauded Ron, the cops came, arrested the thieves, interviewed the people, thanked Ron and left. The duo, finished their date, when Ron was about to pay the bill, the waiter said that their food is free. Ron still gave a big tip, then the two of them went back to the hotel.
"One month hasn't gone by but trouble seems to follow us..." Ron said laying on the bed staring at the ceiling
"Shit happens, we have no control over that, superpowered or not." Shego said while sitting on a chair
"Fuck...sorry if I ruined our date..." Ron said still staring at the ceiling
"No, don't be. I actually enjoyed it, even with the attempted robbery, I enjoyed it."
"Re-really?" Ron asked after getting up and sitting on the side of the bed
"Yeah, I was proud at how you've grown in the short time we've been together." Shego said getting to sit next to the blonde
Ron was looking at Shego, processing what she's telling him
"Why?" he simply asked
"I've...seen it in you back then. I suspected you can do more than what you let the world see..." she then holds his hand
"...and I was right, seeing your powers genuinely surprised me. I mean supernatural powers, not that different with my cosmic powers, you know."
"You're going to do amazing things Ron, I just know it."
"If, you put it that way...I wanna do it with you..." Ron said gathering his courage
"Isn't that going to fast?" Shego teased
"Huh..." Ron had to process for a few seconds, then his eyes widen
"...no, no, no, not that Shego...I...I...you know...uh..." poor Ron couldn't speak properly, he was also blushing badly
Shego let out a laugh and couldn't help but notice how cute Ron is, especially when he's blushing.
Both then went silent, not sure how to continue. Shego felt her heart beat fast in her chest, she never had a serious relationship in the past, she's nervous that she and Ron, would just be team mates. Ron for his part, was scared that they'll eventually fall apart, that he'll be back to his old ways.
That moment was then broken, when Shego gathered the courage and place her hand on Rons. She low key reminded them both what she had said earlier.
The blonde then gently squeezed Shegos hand, that sent electricity through the green skinned womans back. Ron then slowly leaned closer to Shego, his hazel brown eyes staring at her emerald colored eyes.
She probably knew what was going to happen and she closed her eyes, as Rons lips connected with hers, she felt tears forming around her eyes, they stayed like that for thirty seconds. When they separated, her tears were flowing down. She couldn't believe it, her former enemy now her team mate kissed her. She could not believe it, Ron was also going through the same situation.
The person who tried to kill him years ago, was now his team mate and he kissed her.
"Wow..." Ron said absentmindedly
"Wow indeed." Shego replied while smiling
"Has anyone told you good of a kisser you are?" Ron said
"No, you're the first to say that Ron..." she then gave him a quick peck on the lips "...thank you."
"I hope I'm not rushing things though..." Ron was unsure
"Hey, baby steps. Let's do it slow okay? You're the one who has experience, so you probably know when to speed up or slow down." Shego said, trying to boost Rons morale
Ron hugged Shego and both went to sleep together. They stayed for two more days, then it was time to go back to the US.
Once back, Ron along with James and Anne worked on the adoption process, which took them two days to do, then after a week, Ron was now officially a Possible, he chose to keep his old family name.
Ron along with his new adopted parents, were celebrating at the Possibles house.
"Here's to Ron being officially a part of this family." James said raising a glass of wine
"Cheers!" Ron, Anne and Shego said
Ron had brought Shego along, they were going to surprise Rons adoptive parents.
They were eating happily, talking about what they should do as a family, Shego then gently tapped Rons lap, motioning him to tell about them, he smiled and gently squeezed Shegos thigh
"Hey mom, dad..." Ron began drawing the attention of his adopted parents
"...you both know about our trip to Barcelona..." both older Possibles nodded
James had a raised eyebrow while looking at Ron, Anne had a ghost of a smile
"...in that trip, Shego and I...uh..." Ron was having a hard time speaking, he ended up moving his arms around
Shego laughed and calmed Ron down
"What Ron is trying to say is we're now dating." she calmly said
"I knew it." Anne said
James patted Ron on the back and gave him a thumbs up.
"There's now a problem though..." Shego said "...how will Kim react to this?"
"I don't know, but I have a feeling it'll be ugly..." the blonde said
"Why Ron, tell us why you think meeting with Kim would be bad..." James asked
Ron then told them his run ins with Kim
"...then we left the mall." Ron said his story
James had a scowl on his face, he was angry but Anne...oh boy...Anne had her bangs over her eyes, she was gritting her teeth, fist tightly closed, the nails close to breaking the skin, if James was angry, Anne was beyond that.
"She is dead to me...the next time she's here..." Anne said through gritted teeth
"Can't believe Kim would stoop that low..." James said, he wanted to smash his plate out of anger
"...please excuse me..." James got up and went to his work station.
There was a moment of silence, then the sound of something being thrown was heard, Ron got up and went to James. That left Shego with the silent older redhead, who has not lifted her head.
"Ms. Possible, are you okay?" Shego slowly said
"Dear...call me Mom..." Anne said slowly, still looking down
"M-mom, I know you wanna hunt Kim down but I think you need to calm down, besides Ron gave her a kick of reality..." Shego tried to defuse the ticking redhead
"I'm glad Ron did that to Kim..." Anne said, finally raising her head
"...BUT I AM SO GOING TO RIP KIM A NEW ASSHOLE, WHO THE FUCK DOES SHE THINK SHE IS?!" the usually calm redhead screamed while slamming her hands on the table
Shego could feel the rage emitting from Anne, it was nothing like the time with Ron, but it still made her feel uncomfortable
"Mom, easy now. You might make a mistake that'll get you in a pickle with GJ..." the green skinned woman is doing her best to calm Anne down
"To hell with it, when I find her and I will, I am going to fucking drill her...I swear to fucking god..." Shego was getting nervous, she never heard or seen Anne be this angry...or swear
'I wonder how Ron is taking care of things, on his end...' Shego thought to herself
With Ron, things were somewhat manageable. After he left the two women, he went to the garage and watched as James smashed a wrench to a wooden table.
"Dad..." Ron said after closing the door
"...you might hurt yourself, put the wrench down."
"Sorry Ron, its just...I can't believe Kim would turn out to be like that..."
"Its alright Dad, I can't believe it myself."
Ron then, went up to James and place a hand on the older Possibles shoulder
"I am pissed at her dad, she has fallen. At this point, I'll just ignore her."
James was still clutching the wrench on on hand and he was staring at the marks left by his outburst.
James then let the wrench go, he pulled Ron into a hug and calmed down.
"Thank you for that...I wonder how the girls are doing..." they then heard Anne yell
They both hugged each other out of fear. They have never heard Anne yell that loud or curse like that.
"Do...do wanna go back and try to help defuse Mom?" Ron asked
"I'd rather stay here..." James said not letting go of Ron
"Actually that sounds like a great idea, right about now..."
For the next hour and a half, Shego had to use every bit of knowledge she has on psychology to calm down the raging older redhead. When Anne had finally calmed down, she had the worst headache in her life. The green skinned woman then stayed with Anne until she was finally done. The boys then went back, the air was different so they talked about the Barcelona trip again.
As the night was getting late, Anne had managed to make the two sleep in the guest room, which was Jim and Tims old room.
"So how'd your attempt at calming Mr. Possible down go?" Shego asked walking out of the bathroom inside the guest room
"Pretty okay, we ended up staying the until Mom was not trying to wake the dead up." Ron replied while lying down on the bed
"Yeah, had to psychology the shit out of that situation..." she then laid next to Ron
"Nice."
They then were greeted by silence, not knowing what to talk about, that is until Ron asked something.
"Say Shego, are we boyfriend, girlfriend now or still just dating?" Ron said looking at the ceiling
"Hmm, good question. I honestly don't know. Maybe a little more dates then we'll see, how does that sound?" Shego asks
"Seems fair to me." Ron responded
They then chatted a little bit more until sleep took over. The following day the four of them were eating breakfast, talking about things.
The tv then went to a breaking news report
"Kim Possible is making a scene with her boyfriend Josh Mankey, here at downtown L.A."
The four people then paid close attention
"Earlier today, Kim Possible was spotted with her boyfriend Josh Mankey. Witnesses claim they were not showing any form of public affection. They were talking about something, that is until Kim Possible had an outburst. This is the first time that they have an argument like this in public, who knows how long their arguments have been going in private." the news anchor said
"I wonder what their argument is about..." Ron sarcastically said
"The world is so focused on Kim, that her public argument is 'breaking news' worthy..." Shego said, equally sarcastic
"Well whatever it is, I don't care anymore." Anne said while sipping her coffee, James nodded
"Remember that a couple of days ago, Kim Possible, physically and emotionally attacked former villainess, now GJ agent Shego, videos of her doing that spread through social media. A lot of people condemned what she has done, with others saying that her head got so big, she can't see her own feet. A small group defended her, citing that Shego should be on death row, even if she was pardoned from all her crimes, after aiding in saving the human race. Also in the video was a long haired blonde that many had speculated to be her former sidekick Ron Stoppable. Some people who speculated him to be said ex sidekick, were amazed he had stood up to Kim Possible and were proud that he gave her a slap of reality. They also speculated that, there was something brewing between Shego and Ron. Now the world is wondering...what has Ron Stoppable been doing lately, that he ended up being with Shego." the news anchor said, Ron then held Shegos hand, locking his fingers with hers
They then chatted until lunch. When lunch was over, Ron and Shego bid goodbye and went home. When they got home, Ron then went to search for Brick, besides the info Monique gave, Ron checked the player database of the 49'ers, indeed he was the quarterback with a fairly good record. Ron then searched for his gym, which was an easy task, it was a well known gym in the city, people of all status came to his establishment.
"Well, looking for him was easy enough...might try his gym out." Ron said to Shego after the blonde left his room
"Really, that was quick, so when we going?" Shego said while making dinner
"Hmm, in a weeks time then?"
"Sounds good to me." Shego said while cutting onions
Ron then hugged Shego from behind and kissed her cheek
"Want me to help in cooking?" Ron asked, Shego giggled after the kiss
"Nah, you go and sit down, I'm making something special." Shego said, before kissing Ron's right cheek
After some time, Shego served dinner which was steak, along with corn and carrots on the side, she also fried onions and placed it on top of the steak. Ron was watering in the mouth and tasted Shegos cooking, he was amazed and finished his food. He then praised her, giving some suggestions to amplify her cooking of steak, which Shego took down notes. After dinner they cuddled together and watched random movies, they eventually fell asleep together on the couch.
Over in L.A. things with Kim and Josh were getting sour, every so often Kim would have an outburst, ranting about Shego and about realizing who Ron is, after going home, Josh would only stay for twenty minutes before he went out, getting far away from Kim as possible. Kim was now sitting on the couch, her hair a mess, her clothes were not far from her hair. Laid on the coffee table in front of her are the images of Ron and Shego. She was glaring at the pictures so much, she might burn the pictures.
"What are you two up to this time..." Kim said to herself
"Why were you two in Barcelona..." her frowned facial expression deepened
"I'm going to find out..." she then had a ghost of an evil smile
What Kim didn't know, she was slowly falling from grace.
Two days later, Ron and Shego were shopping in Smarty Mart, they were discussing what food they'll be eating, but they both stopped, since both felt like they were being watched, Ron used his abilities and sure enough there we like around thirty people with cameras. They chose to ignore the paparazzi and continued their shopping.
When they were buying vegetables, one of the paparazzi went up to them
"Ms. Shego, what is your view on Kim Possible after she had humiliated you?" he asked pointing the microphone extremely close to her face
Shego chose to stay silent
"Come on, you must have been so pissed." he said still keeping the microphone up close
Still Shego stayed silent, this annoyed the paparazzi and he then said something
"So, it is true that you were trying to get laid..." he said which caused Shego her left eye to twitch
"...can I get a shot? I'm great in bed, why don't you ditch this blonde dude. He looks like he lives in a box, come on, I'm clean shaven,
clean short hair..." he said, trying to look amazing
Shego was shaking at this point that only Ron noticed, he placed himself in between the paparazzi and Shego, wrapping an arm around Shego to protect her
"What the fuck bro, get out of the way, I'm talking to her." he said
"Listen here, she doesn't want to talk to you, so back off." Ron said
"Fuck you, who the fuck are you even? Her boyfriend?" he asked challenging Ron
"We'll we are dating, so does that sound good enough for you to leave her alone?"
"Bullshit, you look like a loser." that struck a nerve with Ron
The blondes aura darkened and only Shego felt it
"Listen here you little shit..." Ron held Shego closer
"...get lost before I smash that camera...try me." Ron was dead serious, he look like he was ready to murder the paparazzi
That did the trick and the paparazzi walked away from the duo, clearly showing he pissed his pants. The duo then resumed buying vegetables
"Thank you Ron." Shego said still being held close, which she enjoyed
"No, problem. I know you'd do the same for me." Ron said before kissing Shego on the lips
What they didn't notice was a paparazzi managed to snap a picture of them kissing. That picture then went viral in an hour, almost the entire globe had seen the image. The following day, Ron and Shego were greeted by the news, showing Ron kissing Shego lovingly.
"Well...shit." Ron said
"I second that..." Shego replied
Shego's phone then vibrated, she picked it up and was getting a call from Betty
"Hello?" Shego said
"Hey Shego, so when did you and Ron get together?" Betty asked
"In Barcelona." Shego said blushing
"Really? Not Paris?" Betty said lightly teasing Shego
"Paris is too cliché you know."
"Hmm, that is true, well be careful then. Both of you will be hounded by the media." Betty said
"We're aware, thanks Bets."
"Anytime, tell Ron I said hi." Betty then ended the call
"Betty says hi." Shego said to Ron
"That's thoughtful of her." he teased
They both laughed and enjoyed the day by just being inside
Hello, hope y'all are doing okay. Hope y'all enjoyed this chapter. I suck at romance scenes. I also have no idea how adoption of an adult is like, but I do know it's a tad bit different from adopting a minor. So please tell me how I did. The next chapters will have a lot of swearing/cursing, so that's an advance warning for you all.
Also any of you notice a meme reference I added. Haha, I suck.

simm36: Thank you, hope this is up to your standards as well. Well as I said to others in the previous chapter, I was about to join the bandwagon where Josh is antagonizing Ron, yet I chose to not, hence why he has a sudden attitude change.
Danilinho Ramrez: Regarding Ron's parents they might have just a single chapter, I'm honestly not going to focus on them in this story, like I said in the previous chapter, Josh had an attitude change, so expect less antagonizing. I didn't know that his middle name is Adrian, honestly thought it was Dean, will stick to Dean throughout this story, if I ever make a new one I'll make sure to put his correct full name.
