Chapter 6: Foreshadowed and unexpected changes

Sir Nighteye was in his office, he couldn't believe that he could fail someone that hard as he did. A poor girl was used as a drug source of all things!
"Centipeder!" called the Pro his Sidekick.
"Yes, Sir." replied the insectoid man.
"Did you found the notes of those rumors I've been asked?" asked the promoted fanboy.
"Yes, I did. Some of these are very accurate descriptions of bullets used on pretty thugs which could temporally cancel their Quirks. This one on the top is the third one from a good informant of mine. Is there something else you need?" answered the Sidekick as he took the folders to his boss.
"I messed up badly this time. What I need is to make a call. I'm going to talk with All Might." declared Sir Nighteye as he started to dial his idol's number. "Considering the fact it's afternoon, he probably has some time."

Yaoyorozu had a good night at the Midori Tower and she quickly learned that her young teacher is a good cook too.
She made her breakfast, put on a tray and took it to visit the Midoriya siblings, before she could try to open their door, Izuku opened it.
"Good morning Yaoyorozu-kun. It seems you would like to join us. Come in." invited her the boy.
"Good morning Midoriya-kun. Thank you. I thought to have my breakfast with you." replied the girl.
Getting in the brothers' apartment the young woman quickly found their kitchen, where Eri waited for something to happen patiently.
"Good morning Eri-chan." greeted her the older girl.
"Good morning Yamo." greeted back the child accidently misspelling and shortening the elder's name before she realized her mistake.
"Yamo? I don't mind that's nickname." told her the Yaoyorozu.
"I thought you stuck with Momo." commented the boy as he went to the toaster.
"Oh. Today you eat toast for breakfast. noted Momo.
"Yes I do." said Eri as her brother caught the flying and well done slices of bread easily.
"Wow." awed the little child on the stunt.
"After some practice others can do it too." revealed Izuku as he worked on to serve his sister's breakfast.
"The butter is bright like Rubber Ducky." commented the girlie.
"Rubber Ducky?" raised the guest her eyebrows.
"Do you mean the armor or the toy?" asked the boy from the four years old.
"The latter." specified Eri quickly.
"Do you have a Rubber Ducky armor?" asked Yaoyorozu from him.
"No, it isn't. Well, not technically or literally. I made an armored suit to work underwater, this is the second one in the line and it was named as Rubber Ducky." revealed to her Izuku.
"Oh. An interesting choice of name." noted the heiress of her family.
"It was Eri-chan's idea, and I went with it." said the greenette.
"Why do you need an armor? Will you use that as your hero costume?" asked him the older girl as the boy served the younger's breakfast.
"Yes, I'll use that as my hero costume." replied the older Midoriya and suddenly he became shyer and more nervous, maybe scared as he continued. "Because I am Quirkless."
"And I thought you had an Analysis Type Quirk." blurted out Momo in her surprise.
"You don't need a Quirk to born smart. It seems Mahoro-chan told you about my analytic skills. Rubber Ducky is one of the armors I'm going to use for saving lives among his brethren. I build all of my suits but Eri named that one." revealed the boy as he sits down to start eat.
"Thanks for the meal." said the trio before eating.

After breakfast Yaoyorozu made her studies and homework and visited the siblings again, just to see them leaving their apartment.
"Oh, what is it Yaoyorozu-kun?" asked her the boy, he wore a navy blue pullover, his sister was in an overall like at her first day on Nabu Island.
"I wonder what else I could learn from you." replied to him the girl.
I thought to start your Quirk's training at Sunday if it's good to you and Heroics would come at Saturday." told her the older Midoriya.
"Oh, and what will you do now if I can ask? Those dates are good to me." answered Momo.
"I thought to work on my eighth and ninth suits, these ones will take some time to be finished because of their complexity. The former is designed for extreme speed and the latter is for working in space. Eri-chan is accompanying me, she would like to me testing Rubber Ducky a bit later the day." revealed the boy.
"Oh. Can I join?" asked Yaoyorozu from him.
"Why not? Let's go to the Armory Tower first for picking up the armor, then we go to the next building: the Shipyard Dock. There we'll take the submarine." declared the older brother.
"Submarine?" now the heiress was surprised.

In the vehicle the girls saw Izuku swimming around in the submersible armor like someone who born in water. The submarine was red and looked like smaller Typhoon-class with large spectator windows.
"Wow." Eri was awed on the sight.
"Your suit is amazing Midoriya-kun." noted the older girl as she spoke through the radio.
"Thanks. Very maneuverable and fast, in fact I can move faster underwater than flying in the sky. I don't feel any pressure from the deep. Rubber Ducky is the best in aquatic environment." replied the boy to her as he made multiple backflips.

After the Poseidon Line Mark II's test the trio was in the Blacksmith Keep, where Izuku used the heavy equipment to work on Model 8 and Model 9.
"Are these tools being electrical?" asked him the older girl.
"Only for some minimal actions, outside of those they're manually used by me right now. For less fit users there are fully automatized ones." answered the greenette. In the building all of them wore lab coats, protective vests, trousers, boots and glasses among hard helmets, Yaoyorozu and Eri also wore something like a raincoat to protect their hair too.
"Izu is strong." said the little sister of the boy.
"How do you move those?" asked Momo from the inventor.
"These power tools are heavy. However, with my training regimen's help and fruit I can lift nine tons and my limit are ten tons. This is the current maximum of mine and it's hard to reach at first. Harder than some might think." retorted the strong teen.
"How do you plan to make your armors?" continued Yaoyorozu.
"For the Model 8, I use materials allowing it to move incredibly fast in top speed, acceleration and reflexes. This one won't have any weapons outside of the repulsors and the sonic repulsors. If it necessary, I'll make a more advanced suit than this one. And for the Model 9, I'll use some of my experiences with the earlier armor and use materials to make it space capable like a spaceship. Because of the speed necessity, Astro will be my fastest suit until I can make one even faster. He'll has a rocket pack for added power. I also plan to make some model capable to be turned into a suitcase, a model for suppressing crowds, one for stealth and one for self-defense too." replied Izuku.
"Do you have any support item idea?" asked him the heiress.
"I don't even know your Quirk yet." countered the boy.
"It's Creation." revealed the girl.
"A Scouter for a start. A hero costume made partially of your hair. And you're basically done." told her the Midoriya his answer.
"Are you sure? Honestly I expected a little more." Momo was surprised.
"No wonder. You can create a lot of things. For one, I'll help you bring out the most of your lipids which are probably the responsible for your Quirk's work. For two, your hair is the part of your body, weaving into a costume allows you produce the desired object, for example a matryoshka doll without leaving your body unprotected where you make it. For three, the Scouter is a head worn minicomputer, it's like an I-Phone. It can analyze your surroundings, opponents' Quirks, communicate with your partners, warn you about your stamina and Quirk stamina, which is important or you'll exhaust your Quirk and yours will most likely assist you to pick the right constructable object and it's molecular structure model. And if you need something extra, you still can take some handcuffs or weapons to yourself among first aid equipment. Best solution is a simple one. Is something wrong?" explained the boy until he spotted the girl being stunned.
"Momo?" tapped Eri the bigger girl.
"Oh. I was just a bit shocked, you're really good to analyze Quirks and your Scouter is an amazing support item." told them the young heiress.

All Might was surprised when he got a call from his former Sidekick, Sir Nighteye as the Number One started his self-taught lesson about teaching.
"Good afternoon Sasaki. It's Yagi. What can I help you?" asked the Pro his former friend.
"Good afternoon Yagi. It's me Sasaki. Can you forgive me for being a controlling jerk? I only wanted to help you." replied Nighteye.
"Yes, I can. But why now?" Toshinori was surprised on the situation.
"Did you hear about the Shie Hassaikai? A teenager far from a Hero School but going on a straight way to be top student of U.A. without any Quirk took them down just by meeting with a girl, a child, which was used as a source of a drug. For a Quirk-Destroying Drug. The boy was the one, who obliterated the whole Yakuza group and only one person left alive from the whole organization." told him the Ex-Sidekick.
"How did he do that?" now the Symbol of Peace was really surprised.
"He wore a heavily armed armor. Did you hear about the Agile Aegis Armor project of the Akatani Industries? The kid is the one making those and the personal suits. The used model was the one designed for heavy combat in a war. And I'm not kidding. It has a firepower to match your strength! This is the only reason he doesn't like the idea to even using it. Wearing that and the creator of it is as powerful as Endeavor and he can outlast the latter." continued Sasaki.
"Is he even allowed to do any heroism with his suits?" asked All Might curiously.
"He has a Provisional Hero License Black. He had a permission to do the action too. I also asked his supervisor, who is Katana Kamikaze." replied Mirai.
"Kamikaze, she is a tough Heroine and known for killing many Villains, who were beyond redemption. She is with the Akatani Industries' Hero Program in part because she is the member of the famous Team Draconic Force, an International Hero Team currently led by no one else than the respected and well known Global Number Four: Elemaestro. She is noted to be one the "drill sergeant" type teachers in the program." noted the Number One and the eight in the global chart.
"Do you need some help? I've got some time." asked suddenly Nighteye.
"In the next year I'll be a teacher in U.A. and I need both practice and a teacher to help me." replied sheepishly Yagi.
"When should we start? I can tutor you." recommended the younger Pro.

Katsuki Bakugo was at home, thinking on something. Unfortunately it was about Deku, that goddamn nerd could get away by staying home or somewhere else and learn there without going into their school, Aldera at all! Not only that, but he punched him in the face at the day he put him into his place twice! Okay, the second was after the Sludge Villain incident, where the weakling pulled him out of the Villain extra, not tried, he did! Bakugo wasn't an idiot and he knew the nerd is doing some workout or something like that to make his chances as a Hero being weaker. This was irritating! The geek was supposed to be a wimp and not one of the physically strongest students in their class! Annoyingly the greenette was getting stronger in a rate only Katsuki realized truly. What is the hell he is doing? Is he All Might's son or something? NO! That's impossible, cause his father works abroad and has a Fire Breath Quirk. Wait a sec. The hag mentioned once the nerd is usually hangs around Nabu Island. What the damn thing is there? Basically nothing, but the fucker must hide something. Bakugo supposed to be the best in everything, but Deku is multilingual, and the nerd's mother mentioned that the loser is supposedly won a Kendo and a Martial Arts Tournament. Good joke. Deku winning any of those are as much possible as Katsuki himself could be worse than the wimp.
He'll figure out what's going on, he'll goes to Nabu Island and he'll interrogate the nerd about the truce.

Mister Shimano was happy, his children had a friend and he helped them to improve very well, he himself also started to practice the martial art founded by that boy from the published book. However, that's not as good as the real master's teachings, but to him it was good. He wanted to meet with the teen by himself once too. Hopefully he can his holiday leave for this, Christmas sounds as the best date. Katsuma and Mahoro will be happy that's sure.

Until Saturday, Izuku trained Eri, the siblings, Kota and Yaoyorozu as well as occasionally looked after the three children who weren't his brothers and sometimes Momo assisted him. Eri also very slowly broke out her shell. However, she was the most open to her older brother and rarely talked with the others. And the formerly abandoned girl slowly adapted to the new situation of having a loving family, she also frequently saw Inko, her adopted mother, she didn't leave, but tried to visit her and Izuku as much as she could, or she was allowed. The five martial artist pupils also progressed well, the Shimano siblings were often spared with weapons, Kota and Eri were sure enough to make the need of the headgear unnecessary. The heiress also improved very well, and she needed some pointers from kendo after a few spars with Izuku. Seeing that the younglings picked up that too to learn it.

Following their first talk after the break, All Might and Sir Nighteye resumed their friendship and the latter tutored the former. The Symbol of Peace took the lessons seriously and he could practice a bit in incognito when Togata was at the Ex-Sidekick's offered internships.

Mirio Togata was surprised on the news of his idolized Pro and his internship giver resumed their friendship and he liked the occasionally visiting Yagi-san's pointers about being a better Hero.
He also once heard about a teen who could possibly skip a few grades by his skills and that boy didn't have a Quirk to compete with others. This made the blond curious and very interested to have a spar with him.

In China there was someone working on a tough project, only a few knew what that was and even less knew why it's made. Only the engineer behind it knew all of these, they knew something big is coming, they're just preparing for it.

Kamikaze Katana have seen a lot of weird things, but watching a Quirkless, ten years old boy going through the Akatani Industries' Hero Program faster than any applicant and passing the exam for the Provisional Hero License Black was what took the cake of all. She taught that boy, she supervised him too, but the kid surpassed her expectations. The only thing which made the teen's exam grade nearly fallen because most of the other students had no interest to cooperate with him. Only two, similarly aged and skilled, but Quirked participant teamed up with him, albeit the boy was very reluctant. On the other hand the girl was enthusiastic, she looked like if she just met with an old friend. Funnily enough the lad-ette and the Quirkless kid passed for the first try. Never ever Kamikaze have seen that either before or after. And the Midoriya kid was physically strong, he could hit way much harder one would expect for his frame.
When the Heroine heard the greenette plans to be an U.A. student, she was proud and nostalgic too. She was an alumnus in the school and would teach there too. Her pen friend worked there as one of the teachers, she hoped he can find her a place in Heroics.
