That night

After everyone was questioned, we were all taken back to school where we were made to wait for our parent or guardians to pick us up. While my classmates were sent straight to the classroom, I was sent to the nurse's office. I feel bad for the nurse since she had to kiss my sweaty shoulder. Although she really is a miracle worker, I mean it would usually take me about a week to heal even with my enhanced abilities while she fixed it in a few short minutes. Sadly, her quirk isn't perfect and now I am super tired.

By the time I arrived back to class I felt dead on my feet. Most of the class have already been picked up by their parents while the only ones still there were Izuku, Baku, Momo, Mina and Tsu. Tsu was the first one to notice me and pointed out my arrival causing the group minus Baku to move over to me and start asking the usual questions. I answered truthfully since they mostly asked about my general health and if I was in trouble for getting involved in the fight with Nomu without permission. They calmed down when I explained my situation to them. "Guys I'm fine really, thankfully the nurses quirk was able to fix me right up. Besides the need to pass out and hibernate I'm right as rain. As for any punishment the principal explained that he would discuss what happened with Momo's parents before any decision would be made. Besides worst-case scenario it shouldn't be that bad this time, considering this would count as my first offense."

Momo's face shifted from worry to anger in a second after I was done talking. "What do you mean? Are you actually considering breaking the rules again?!"

Before Momo could step into my face Mina held her back trying to play defense. "Whoa calm it down girl, although you do make a good point. Are you actually going to try to break the rules?"

Unlike Momo Mina had a face of confusion on her so I did my best to fix my mistake. "No, no I'm not trying to break the rules. It's just that I let them know I had no regrets in what I did and that I believe some situations are literally special situations where basic rules don't apply."

It was weird explaining this stuff to the principle while driving to the school, even weirder with the teacher of class 1B there sitting next to us. He mostly stayed quiet, only talking when the principal asked him something. When I asked about Black Cat, he said she would be held until they questioned her about how she ended up here. I asked if there was a chance, I could talk to her and was given permission, but we would be recorded. I agreed mentally feeling both happy to see her again and nervous for the exact same reason.

Turning my attention back to my friends Izuku was asking about cat. "Hey Parker, who's that girl that came through? You obviously knew her since you vouched for her."

Damn I wanted to wait until I could get Cat to agree on a background story for her before I started answering some hard questions. Alright Parker brain work your magic. "Oh, you know, just someone I knew before coming here. Mostly saw each other around every once in a while." Perfect.

Before we could continue our conversation, another person entered the room, this person being Izuku's mom. She threw modesty to the wind and was checking his body for injuries while asking about his health. While it was obvious Izuku was feeling embarrassed about the attention he was getting he couldn't hide the smile on his face. Not even a minute later Baku's mom entered and went to ask how he was doing. At first, I thought how different their personalities were until he snapped at her to leave him alone, this obviously set her off because gone was the worried mother and replaced her was the older female version of Baku telling him to show respect and threatening him. She grabbed his ear, turned towards us and thanked us for being his friends. I didn't have the heart to tell her that we more felt like his victims before she dragged him out the class by the ear. Ow.

After they left, Izuku went with his mom after wishing us a good night. After that, the rest of us simply sat down at some tables and talked. Turns out Mina's and Tsu's family were unable to pick them up for a while and sense they were the last ones Momo offered to give them a ride, since our ride was already here. Of course, they accepted and let their parents and the faculty know before leaving. When we were all in the limo Mina did the thing, I always wanted too… look for the limo's fridge. Because I was always too nervous or felt like it was bad manners, I never asked to try but when she found it, I instantly went for the soda and gummy worms. It took us a while to drop off the two girls at their homes since they would argue about letting the other be dropped off first when I knew they just wanted to stay in the limo as long as possible.

After getting both their addresses we dropped of Mina first since her house was further away from Momo's. I was feeling bad for her since she made going to her house look like a walk of shame. Tsu simply gave her a peace sign as her victory when Mina looked back at us. After that it didn't take us very long to drop off Tsu at her place, during which we used the time to talk about what we think was going to happen now. I suggested guards doing rounds since walls are useless now. Momo disagreed making a pretty good argument. "Peter, have you noticed the ratio between your average schools, number of staff and UA's?"

"I mean now that you mention it, they seem more bare bone than others."

"That's because UA is about quality over quantity. Did you know that it is the only school to staff only pro heroes? Because of that they need to raise the salary to compensate for the amount they could be losing no longer fighting crime. That's what makes UA so special, it's like a haven for heroes above the rest. In fact, I even heard that we weren't supposed to have as many classmates as we do."

After being quit and listening to Momo talk Tsu couldn't hold back her curiosity. "What do you mean by that?"

"Apparently because they had so many high scoring students, they really had to decide wither to fail someone who passed the mark because they had no room or to accept more students than normally aloud. In fact, our class was only supposed to have 20 students not 21."

That statement made Tsu go silent, probably wondering who wouldn't have made the cut if the faculty decided to stay within the line. She didn't get a chance to think very long since we arrived at her house with her family waiting for her outside. Good thing the weather is nice, also how long where they waiting for her?

After a quick goodbye we were on our way home. On the way the ride was quiet since Momo had her serious thinking face on. When we arrived back to the mansion Momo's parents were outside waiting for us. As soon as Momo stepped out, she was engulfed in hugs by both her parents. It didn't take long to remember I was there too, and Momo's mom stated checking me for injuries, asking if I had been checked out and why I would fight such a dangerous thing. Momo's dad sticked to his daughter while watching me, with a blank look that made it impossible for me to tell what he was thinking.

We quickly headed inside and decided to have our group talk in the living room or as I like to name it: the main living room. Pretty sure they have like 6 living rooms in this place. Either way it was late, so most of the staff had already left for bed with a few exceptions being the chef who I asked to make me a snack since I needed more food right now than normal. There was also the head butler and his second in command waiting patiently for us to get started. When the chef came back with some sandwiches and chips he was let go to sleep.

While I ate Momo's, dad explained that when they received a call about what happened at training they rushed back to Japan right away. They were happy to hear that Momo got away without injury, but both had their expressions change to anger when they explained that they found out about my injuries and how I received them. The anger faded though when they asked if I did what I did because of their request. It was obvious Momo didn't know about the request and asked to know what it was. I decided to ignore her for now and let them know that I didn't do it for them but because it was something I had to do. I was called out by stating they knew that I engaged the enemy instead of staying away from them and I confirmed it without blinking. I explained that I couldn't do nothing because if I stayed away from danger for fear of my own life what kind of hero would I be? It became obvious they weren't getting anywhere with me, so they stood up and started walking to their room instructing us to head straight to bed after letting the food go down. After eating and letting the food digested, we went back to our bedrooms. Actually, Momo followed me back to mine, like I expected. I just knew she wanted to have a serious talk about what happened today and about how I knew Black Cat.

I sat at in bed while Momo took a seat at my computer seat. She started the conversation of by asking about my health and making sure I wasn't trying to hold back on an injury. I was able to convince her I was fine since I was healed and even if I wasn't I had faster than average healing when given a chance to rest. Not taking the hint to let me sleep she continued questioning me about how I felt fighting my first villain and almost dying. This made me remember the last time we talked like this I lied and stated I was an orphan from an attack that left me under the radar but also homeless. It was hard for me to lie, partially because I still didn't like lying to people much less my friends and the other reason being coming up with a story that could hold strong. I'm used to just being late and not needing to worry about making a story, just an excuse. Now I have a fake life where I'm an orphan but was taken care of by a teacher who couldn't have a kid or adopt.

"Peter when you went to fight that monster did you think you could win?"

"I don't know about winning but I knew I could keep the class safe."

"What made you think it was a good idea to fight it then? Not only did you fight that thing, but you ended up fighting 3 villains at once."

"Yeah, but I made it in the end. If I didn't step in than Mr. Aizawa could have died."

"That's dangerous Peter. Thinking like that has gotten many people in trouble because they start seeing any situation as an excuse."

"For what? What excuse am I using other than seeing someone being attacked and hurt and stepping in because I knew I could do something."

"That's not the problem, the problem is that you won't be willing to follow the rules when a choice is made."

"So, who makes the choice of when I step in? A group of people who know nothing of the situation. Or a rule book that has worked so far for society because it keeps people happy? Just remember that people who use the rule book as an excuse often forget that it was made by other people in a different situation most of the time."

After that we argued for almost half an hour, only stopping because I couldn't hold back my yawn. Thankfully, we got over the topic of my health but were still focused on whether my actions made me a hero or a vigilante. Before she left for bed, I told her one last thing "It doesn't matter to me wither I'm a hero or vigilante because they are the same thing, it's just one worries more on making the population happy or liking them more."

After that we both sent to bed and rested for the rest of the night. I was out like a- well, I'm too tired for a comparison.

My phone woke me up at 8:30 AM. Turns out the principle made good on his promise and was able to give me a chance to talk to Black Cat. My ride would arrive at 9 to take me to where they were questioning her since they were still wondering why she came out a villain's portal.

I went to Momo's room and knocked. She quickly opened the door wide awake, which surprised me since we had no school today. Either way I told her where I was going, and she wished me good luck as we walked to the living room together. Waiting for us were her parents both enjoying some tea and light snacks. I sat with them and grabbed a biscuit trying to get my fill in before I leave. I had a light conversation with everyone about where I was going and who I was seeing trying to steer clear of any conversations about her or my past. Thankfully, they mostly wanted to know how long I would be gone. Since I had no idea, I just told them I would call them with updates if I took longer than an hour. Not long after that my ride arrived, and I headed out to meet my old friend.

When we arrived at the station, they did a regulated search on me. The only thing that was taken was my phone and watch. They quickly took me to a room where a small group of people were standing outside. It was Mr. Aizawa and the principle with a police officer and the female hero that left with Cat.

"Ah Parker! Just who we were waiting for. This lady here the hero Midnight and this police officer is going to be in charge of watching you through camera feed. Usually, we wouldn't let you be alone with her but since technically she hasn't broken any laws and has been good, we thought it would help her keep calm for some one-on-one time with someone she knew."

After that they went into the other room while having me wait until they were ready with the camera in the room. When the green light above the door turned on, I walked in and took my first good look at cat since we separated on bad terms. She said nothing as I closed the door and walked towards the table where she was still in her suit and without handcuffs. Not that any cuffs could hold her long.

After sitting across from her she started the conversation with a question "So I'm guessing you're the spider?"

"Huh? Oh yeah guess we never actually met face to face. Much less know each other's names huh?"

Making it look like I was making myself more comfortable I adjusted myself in my seat and with a quick sly of hand brushed my finger across my belt buckle activating the machine I had hidden inside. Even without being able to see or hear it activate I knew it was working. "Listen cat we don't have a lot of time. Long story short we are on a different earth from ours."

"That I guessed from the portal and the fact that most people I saw in the street while getting here had worse costumes than you."

"Oh well this planet is still called Earth, but some changes have been made, the biggest being quirks. That's the nickname for superpowers. Apparently now it's more abnormal to be born without a special ability than to have one."

"Thanks for the lesson but why are you acting all hush hush?"

"That's because they don't know about our situation and I think we need to keep it that way. Besides I was able to sneak in some tech that was able to cancel the sound recorder for the camera, so we don't have much time. All I told them is that I've seen you in America and have gotten to know you a bit as your hero alias. It's up to you to make a backstory that explains why there is no record of you. Also, whatever you do don't mention what you did for a living, this place hates villains and I don't know how they handle thieves."

As soon as I was done talking the door opened with Mr. Aizawa in front of a couple police officers to tell me that our time to talk is over. Expecting this I got up and left after telling Cat to play nice. Outside Mr. Aizawa explained that there was a problem with the audio and while the principle had no problem since we still had a video feed the police weren't comfortable not having audio feed.

They even took me to another room to interrogate me about Cat like I knew they would. I sat down with the officer who brought out a camera pointed at me.

"This is the questioning for Felicia Hardy aka the Black Cat. Will you please state your name and occupation."

So that's her name. Guess she really was his daughter.

"Um, Peter Parker. I am currently a student at UA academy."

"From where do you know Felicia hardy?"

"New York in America."

"How did you get to know her and how close were or are you two?"

"I would sometimes see her doing rounds in different spots and we would crash into each other a few times and talked. In fact, the only reason I knew she wasn't a villain was because I saw her evacuate people during a villain attack but as far as I know she didn't get involved."

"Do you by any chance know what quirk she has?"

"No, I never really bothered to ask."

"Do you know anyone who we could contact about her? For possible medical records?"

"No."

When he asked around the timing of meeting her, I had to rack my brain for a moment. 3-4 months before the jail incident, then another few when I got here, plus another half year. "About a year now I think."

"Is there anything else you think we should know about her, anything that make her a positive or negative in society?"

You mean other than the fact she is a jewel thief that I had a crush on, and she tried to break her father out of a maximum-security jail and was willing to let super villains escape said prison for him? "No sir."

After that the interrogation was finished and I was let go to head home. While waiting for my ride I called Momo and let her know I was on the way home. After answering a couple of questions, I finished the call and waited at the front of the station on a bench. From the station exited Mr. Aizawa who took a seat next to me. "The problem with the audio is fixed now."

That sentence made me start to feel nervous like whenever someone asked about what I did in my hero time. "Oh, that's great."

"In fact, while trying to find the problem it just fixed itself. Weird huh?"

Keep it cool Parker. "Yeah, can't imagine."

Except I was the one who made the device to target all audio equipment in the room I was in. "But that's not the weirdest thing. When we asked her about you, she called you a friend but for some reason I think it's not that simple."

Remembering our complex relationship made me a little sad. "I like to think were friends but who knows how women think."

"Ain't that the truth."

After a few minutes of silence, a car stopped in front of us, and Momo stepped out along with Tsu and Mina. In the driver seat was one of the maids in casual clothes. The first to talk to me was Mina as the small group walked over to me. "Hey Peter! Momo invited us out and since you were already here, we decided to invite you. "

Behind them was a standing set of cloths by themselves so I guess Tooru was invited. Seeing no reason not to hang out I stood up while saying by to Mr. Aizawa while he gave me a look…. was that a look of pity? Either way we headed out to the mall while they explained that they invited more people from the class but everyone else was staying with family or just didn't want to go out. It was mostly Mina doing the explaining. "So none of the guys we invited said yes! Thankfully, we still have you on reserve."

"As happy as I am that I'm your backup plan I'm surprised that Mineta said no."

"I said all the guys we invited."

Poor Mineta. Either way we quickly arrived at the mall and it was here that I finally understood the horrors of window shopping. The entire time I was following the group trying to keep up with the conversations while everyone talked about what school was like for them before UA. Turns out Mina was pretty popular thanks to her personality, although she tried to tone down how much she was liked. It was interesting to hear that her and Tsu were both normal and gained their quirks features slowly as they aged. Apparently invincible girl was born invincible and caused some freak out in the hospital room.

When we got to the actual shopping the girls talked among themselves about their likes and dislikes on the materials design. I mostly stayed in the background after they realized I wouldn't be any help for designs. All I did was suggest getting the biggest bag or purse to hold more stuff.

Thankfully, the group was diverse on the type of material they liked. When looking at the purses it was Momo with me in the back since she didn't like purses much. At the clothing section it was Tsu who kept me company since she didn't seem to have much interest in them. We did have a fun argument about who was copying who's quirk. Mina stayed with me outside the accessories section since she said, "If I'm not careful I'll end up emptying my wallet!" It was really easy to bond with her since she was a ton of laughs and had plenty of things to talk about. When we got to the games and toys part Tooru followed me around trying to ask me multiple things about myself. Since most of the questions were pretty basic and easy to answer I didn't worry about lying about my likes and dislikes.

After that since a few hours had already gone bye, we decided to have lunch at the mall. We sat together at a round table after ordering some burgers, oddly enough they deliver your food to your table. Thankfully, we didn't get very many things and what the girls did get they held on their own, different from the rumors of girls making men their pack mules. Everyone discussed what they were going to do until Monday since were supposed to be resting until then. Most would be resting at home while Mina would be going to see a movie marathon happening at one of the theaters. Apparently, it would be 9 hours with breaks in between each movie. The showing is a series about a man that kidnaps people and tests them to see if they are worthy of living or not. She invited everyone but I was the only one interested in watching. The only things holding me back was the fact both suits are beyond use and I was hoping to use these few days to repair them. But her puppy dog look made it impossible to argue.

After eating we felt there was nothing else to really do so we called our ride to pick us up. We quickly dropped everyone off with me making plans with Mina to meet up an hour before the movie starts. Apparently even in this universe people fought for good seats.

Thankfully, it seemed like today had a good effect on Momo since she lost the serious attitude, she had this morning and instead had a big smile on her as we went back home. Sure, she still asked about cat it was mostly to know if she would get a chance to meet her. Sadly, I didn't know if she would be able to since I still wasn't told myself what would happen to her. I didn't let that put me down and instead spent the remainder of the day with Momo coming up for ways for her to fight or things to make for dangerous situations. I was even able to convince her to learn how to make a stink bomb.

The day ended for us after a nice dinner with the whole family there. Even Momo's parents seemed to have calmed down about the field trip incident. Apparently, they were going to stay for another week before heading out. After dinner we had a fun talk where I explained some of the features in my suit and where I found out Momo's father could take material and create something from said material so long as he's touching it. Her mother on the other hand could use her body fat by burning it causing her to gain a temporary boost in strength. While he rather didn't feel like using his quirk her mother offered to challenge me in an arm-wrestling match. Feeling like I couldn't refuse we each sat opposite of each other with an arm on the table. When I grabbed her hand, it felt like her hand was suddenly warmer than normal. When we started, I used the same amount of strength I would use on a common criminal. Almost instantly she was able to push my hand into submission, only stopping when I put enough strength to match captain America. True I never actually met the man, much less had a chance to compare our strength but I do know in terms of strength I'm physically stronger but any knowledge about Caps strength is from news reports.

The usual fear I have whenever I grabbed someone held me back from using my full strength, instead I used about half my full strength and forced her hand down gently. She took a moment to shake her hand and while she did that, I took a quick look to see if there any other changes to her. While she didn't gain any mass nor did her muscles bulk up instead her entire body turned red as if her entire body was blushing.

"Uh are you okay?"

She was quick to stop me from worrying "Oh don't worry, just imagine I'm having a bunch of blood rush. Worst case scenario if I do this long enough, I end up having a sugar crash without the sugar."

Another hour where we discussed the strangest quirks we have heard of and me and Momo headed to bed. It took me a bit longer than usual to fall asleep since my mind went back to black cat and my New York. I couldn't help comparing my free time today to how I would spend it back home. Spending time with my friends and eating with my family while just enjoying their presence. Anyone near my room would claim that they could hear someone crying but I would just deny it.

Since I didn't schedule anything early, I was able to sleep in a little bit. When I did wake up it was just after breakfast, but I wasn't worried about eating that much since Mina said they would be having a special at the theater and selling even more option of food because of the event. I spent my free time with Momo in their family's library while her parents worked in their office. We mostly talked about the upcoming event and what kind of movies we would have liked to see instead. I'm just sad they don't have Star Wars but they do still have Godzilla so there's that. Occasionally, she would sneak a question about Mina or other girls I was friends with. By the time it was time for me to leave I had accidentally let slip about my past relationship with Liz.

After that I was given a ride to pick up Mina and even some cash for food. We enjoyed ourselves since we ate plenty and would sometimes argue if we could handle certain traps or not. Some gory moments did make me flinch but there were moments that Mina had to look away entirely, needing to grab onto me as if trying to hide from the movie. When it all finished, I quickly realized how much I really ate that day. Two Large popcorns, four hot dogs, four hamburgers, five bags of chips and seven large sodas. Oh and two water bottles. What's worse is I used up most of the money I was given, seriously why is theater food always overpriced?

Either way we had a great time and even took a few pictures together after sharing phone numbers. After that by the time we each got back to our own homes it was already late. Momo was waiting in the main living room to hear how it went and after talking for a bit we had dinner alone since her parents had to go out for a bit. Afterwards we headed to bed and enjoyed the weekend knowing we would be heading back to school on Monday.

When Monday arrived, the energy felt entirely different from normal. While it was normal to see students steer clear of my classmates because of the hate towards the hero course, this time they would point and talk about them without hiding it. Obviously, everyone heard of the attack and now it seemed like class 1A's social status is going even lower since I could hear people complaining about us stealing the spotlight and making trouble for them. While Momo noticed the new attention, it was obvious she couldn't hear what they were saying, and I decided it was better not to let her know. Don't need her or my friends getting depressed.

When we got to our class only a handful of our classmates were already there talking as a big group. Before I could even get to my seat Mineta came rushing at me, grabbing my shirt when he got close enough. I could even see he had tears in his eyes and some snot as an effect from his tears "Peter is it true?! Did you really spend the day after we almost died with a bunch of girls at the mall?!" he was shaking me the entire time he talked.

"Uh, yeah? I mean we really didn't do very much." I was starting to get kind of dizzy from all the shaking. I tried to pry his hands of me gently, but he had that emotional strength going for him right now.

From behind him Kaminari walked up to us, telling me how lucky I was. Sure, from an outside perspective I could understand how they feel, plus I did enjoy myself. But still, I feel they have something else on their minds, especially Mineta with his dirty mind.

As more classmates arrived, they steered clear of us while asking the others what was happening. This continued to be the main attraction as the rest of the class arrived, although Iida joined in when Mineta accused me of "Being inappropriate with my female classmates in public" which anyone knew would set Iida off.

"Peter, I expected this from Mineta, not you!" You know it hurt me when Iida said that, right in the feels.

"Iida, I swear nothing happened! Ask any of the girls!" He decided to investigate my words and ask the classmates, starting with Mina.

"Oh, so now they're your girls?!" How did he hear the word mine in that sentence. Was I ever this bad when it came to the other sex?

"Mineta I never called them mine, Now stop shaking me! Kaminari help me!" Mineta ignored my demands so I asked for help to the A-hole that was just standing there watching up close.

"Nah Parker, you look like you got this." He had the biggest smile, not even hiding how much he was enjoying this.

"Are you seriously being petty?!"

Turns out my savior would be none other than Mina as she walked over to calm the situation down. "Okay guys let's calm it down. We went to the mall together but that was mostly because we were all going out that day. It was just coincidence."

Mineta finally stopped shaking me as he looked at Mina with watery eyes and snot in his nose. "Really? Nothing happened at the mall?"

She gave him a smile as she shook her head confirming nothing happened, finally calming him down. When he finally let me go and turned to get back to his seat, I was still feeling dizzy from getting shook so much. Before Mineta could take his seat Mina just had to make one more comment "Although I did hold on to Peter when we were watching a scary movie the next day. Some parts I just couldn't watch."

When Mineta turned around to look at me, he had one of the craziest looks on his face with wide crazed eyes filled with jealousy and his teeth were grating in a painful manner. "YOU TRAITOR!" That's what I was going to say to Mina.

After that everyone sat in their seats after Iida announced he needed to leave the room to fix a wrinkle in his uniform. I can't believe I meet someone who hates wrinkles more than Aunt May. After that everyone talked to the people next to where they sat while Mineta continued to glare dagger eyes at me. The main subject across the class was how the news was covering the villain attack and how much screen time they were able to get. Jiro even said the school was having a tough time right now since it's being put into question if the school if losing its ability to care for its students.

Tsu turned her attention to me and asked how I was doing now that some time has passed since almost dying. Mina scolded her for being so blunt about something sensitive but also asked how I was doing. Just the mention of the Nomu was able to make Mineta's glare turn into a look of fear as her looked around, as if the Nomu was going to show up. "I'm fine guys. Sure, I got a little banged up, but I also have a healing factor added to the nurses quirk so I'm as good as new." I did my best to try and settle their fears about any lasting damage from the fight and from what I could tell from their expressions it mostly worked. I knew that Momo kept a close eye on me the whole weekend, worried I was going to fall over.

Before homeroom started Iida ran in from outside no doubt breaking a rule or two himself so that he could get us ready for class. He stopped at the podium at the font of the class trying to have the power position in the class. "Everyone class is about to begin! Please quiet down and sit at your assigned seats!" It was so sad how serious he was being and how the look on his face changed when Kirishima was the one to point out he was the only one standing. I wish I had a replay just for his reaction.

Iida was quick to get to his seat, though I'm not sure if just because he was embarrassed or to fall in line. Either way it he did a poor job hiding his embarrassment in his seat as he shook. Ochako tried to help him calm down by letting him know it wasn't a problem. Next to them Mina leaned back into her chair trying to look at Tsu who was seated behind her, almost falling if Tsu hadn't caught her. Turns out she wanted to know Tsu's thought on who the substitute was going to be.

Before a guess could be made a mummified Mr. Aizawa opened the classroom door cause everyone to gasp in surprise at his sudden appearance. At least I'm pretty sure it's the surprise of him being here, but I honestly thought he was a mummy. Iida greeted the mummified man by letting him know how nice it was to see Mr. Aizawa doing well. Ochako questioned if his current condition could really be considered well. I would ask the same question if it wouldn't have made me a hypocrite.

After making everyone quiet down Mr. Aizawa announced there were two main things to cover today. "As you all know the media have been hounding the school about the attack from last week. While we have that mostly handled your fight still isn't over." at Mr. Aizawa's words the whole class got tense, no doubt having the same thoughts about another group of villains attacking.

"The sports festival is almost here." Right away you could feel the tension in the room leave with a single breath. It became a complete turnaround from a second ago as my classmates started to talk about the festival in excitement, although I couldn't really tell what was so special about it just from what I was hearing.

While most of my classmates talked in whisper Mineta was voicing his opinion out loud how he feared the return of villains at such an event. Others agreed with him, believing it's too soon from being attacked to hold the festival.

Mr. Aizawa took this as an opportunity to take back control and explained how this festival is one of, if not the most viewed event of the world and this was the school's way of showing they have things under control. He even stated while they have our safety in mind by buffing up security this event is also very important for us students, going as far as saying that a few villains aren't a good enough reason to stop it. Mineta tried to argue against that, saying that the event "It's just a sports festival!"

Izuku asked him if he knew the importance of the festival but Mineta said that wasn't the problem. He just didn't want to be murdered. Not wanting us to get more distracted Mr. Aizawa explained what made this festival so important. Apparently while this world did have the Olympics it pales in comparison to our festival since we get more views thanks to the fact, we're quirk based while the Olympics still focus on the pre-quirk terms of competition leaving nothing is bigger than the UA sports festival.

Surprisingly, it was Momo who interrupted Mr. Aizawa next by stating that it would be monitored by pro heroes looking for potential recruits or in her words "This is where you get scouted." she's so hyped she even made a fist at the end of her sentence.

Mineta tried to comment but was ignored as Kaminari explained that after graduation many new heroes join agencies as sidekicks. Jiro rained on his parade when she also explained that some get stuck as sidekicks instead becoming a big shot because they miss their chance. She then commented to Kaminari that because of the negative effect of his quirk that's probably what's going to happen to him. He tried to turn towards me for support, but I didn't want to get involved and simply looked down at my desk and did a bad whistle.

Again Mr. Aizawa took control of the conversation by going of what the others were saying. The goal for us was to be spotted by the top heroes since that would give us the most experience. That's why it's so important for us to use this once-a-year opportunity. He even gave us the warning pros aren't just looking for potential in us but also that we have use now. That's why we must continue to train.

After he was done with the festival subject Mr. Aizawa had one more thing to discuss with us. Before he could say it though there was a knock on the door. "Ah there she is now. Come in and introduce yourself." the door opened and in walked the last person I expected to see at a hero school.

They're standing front and center was Black Cat in her usual suit with a big smile on her face. While everyone had a questioning look on them, I couldn't help but feel nervous at the sight of her. The only one handling her sudden appearance well was Mineta who had saliva coming out of his mouth and literal hearts in his eyes. While we all watched her Cat scanned the room until her eyes caught mine causing her to smile a little bigger. She looked away from me when Mr. Aizawa introduced her. "This is Felicia Hardy; she goes by Black Cat as her hero's name. Now some of you might recognize her from a few days ago so because of obvious special circumstances it was decided that it would be best to keep an eye on her. Because she has experience with villains, we decided to have her work here as a teacher's assistant. Also note she will be working with most almost all hero course teachers and not just me. "

While Mr. Aizawa continues to explain why she was here Cat rolled her eyes at him. "Of course, it's not like I can introduce myself or anything." Mr. Aizawa showed how he didn't like her interrupting by giving her a glare.

Afterwards he just said that class would be cut short so he could catch up on some paperwork, so he was leaving Black Cat here to watch us until class was over and to get to know her. After that he just walked out with his sleeping bag that I didn't notice he had.

Not knowing what to do everyone just watched quietly as Cat took her position at the head podium and addressed us. "Okay people, as much as I like being stared at by a bunch of strangers, I would at least like to know your names. So, one at a time introduce yourselves and tell me something interesting about you."

So, she would point at us one at a time asking for our name and something to entertain her. She asked most of the guys with spiky hair how much gel they use each day. Asked Tooru if she had long or short hair. Ojiro if people ever accidentally hit or step on his tail. She just asked stuff she wondered about them. Black Cat wanted to know nothing about Mineta making him cry out loud over being hated by another hot girl. I would find out later Mr. Aizawa warned her about Mineta and his pervy ways.

After introducing ourselves (I was skipped for obvious reasons, I knew from the looks I was getting I was going to have to do some lying) we did as we always do when there is free time in the class. Divide into groups and talk. The girls immediately absorbed Cat into their group no doubt trying to find out as much as they can about her. Mineta was blocked from joining them while Ochako joined my group of me, Iida and Izuku. Most of the other groups either talked about the new teacher's assistant or the upcoming festival. The most interesting to watch is Aoyama has he does a bunch odd poses in front of I swear a gold background. I'm even seeing roses bloom, it's kind of scary. Poor Kouda seems to be the main target of his attention.

Izuku was looking at those excited at the festival in wonder. "Wow, I guess people are really excited for this thing. I mean I always loved watching it on TV but never to this extent."

Iida who was still sitting in his seat writing a new training schedule what he thought was the obvious. "Of course, we are, we enrolled here to become the best heroes we can be, and this is our first major step. So of course, were all getting fired up!" to prove his point Iida even started swaying in what I could only guess was some dance moves.

"You know Iida you look like an arcade fighting character when they are trying to stay still." I just couldn't stop myself from commenting.

Iida stopped moving so he could address me and Izuku directly "Surely both of you are excited for this opportunity, right?" he did his usual thing of moving his hands while talking and I got to say I almost always get distracted by it, but I was able to respond.

"Yeah, it sounds fun I guess, just remember I wasn't much for sports stuff. While most people are watching TV's, I tried to figure out how to build them." My comment got them distracted from the conversation when Izuku asked me if I could make a TV now. I would have been embarrassed if I could make all my hero tech and not know how to make a TV and answered that.

Sadly, without realizing it we accidentally left Ochako out of the conversation, so I almost jumped when I heard her voice behind me. "Deku! Iida! Peter!" We looked at her and let me just say I think I invented a new cuss word in a moment of fear inside my head. Instead of the calm and happy Ochako that we all know, and love is instead a face so intense I did not know faces could get that way. Hell, I know for sure this world is messing up my mind because I could even see a purple aura surrounding her as she somehow started to look even more intense. "Let's do our best in the sports festival."

Along with me the other two were obviously scared of this new side of Ochako, with Izuku straight up asking what I want to know. "Uraraka, what happened to your face?!" If I wasn't so terrified right now I would be thinking about how I need to remember to use last names instead of firsts but now isn't the time for that.

Her new attitude was enough to catch the attention of everyone one in class, with Mina commenting about how Ochako is usually so laid back. Mineta was even going to say something but was stopped by Tsu slapping him with her tongue before I could even guess what he was going to say. Then out of nowhere Ochako decided we needed our spirits raised and forced classmates to scream with her that we were going to do our best. With her scary looks nobody tried to argue with her and did a much weaker cheer.

Not long after the bell for lunch rang so I told my group to go ahead of me. As I went to try to talk to Black Cat but she stopped me, telling me to wait until after school since we would have plenty to talk about. She then walked out of the room and headed to the faculty room. Thankfully by running I was able to catch up to the group as Izuku was asking Ochako what her goal is as a hero.

I was surprised along with Izuku and Iida as we were told that she was in it for the high amount of pay she can get as a hero. I was divided on how I was taking the news. On one hand I felt like I was seeing the past version of myself that just wanted money but after listening to her talk about her family's situation I instantly felt bad for having negative thoughts about her.

I did have something bothering me about her story. "Hey Ochako, I understand having financial problems but how is it a construction company can't find work in this quirk filled world? I mean I imagine the two most profitable jobs right now would be construction and insurance." She took my question in stride quickly explaining the situation.

Turns out that as soon as a villain is captured the construction companies must race to be the one to form a contract. The fact that hers is a small family owned that mostly focuses on patching up damages instead of starting from scratch since many buildings are usually left barely standing with a few walls, doesn't help.

Izuku tried to come up with the idea of having Ochako replace the lifting equipment by using her quirk instead while Iida added to the idea by mentioning that they could sell the unneeded equipment and save money on them. Ochako confirmed their idea by telling us how she tried telling the same thing to her parents, but her father turned down the idea, telling her to follow her dream.

I decided to let my thoughts about using her quirk for the company known "I don't think it would be a good idea what you two are suggesting." This quickly got all three's attention on me with confused looks. So, I quickly made my case. "It's just that even if Ochako does get her license and works at the company by taking advantage of her quirk that would mean Ochako could have no free days. If you were to ever get sick production would-be put-on halt, not to mention if something caused her to stay away from work for a while. Then they would have none of the lifting equipment then they would need, meaning they would need to repurchase what they sold. So, I think it's better that you become a hero. Save lives and make enough money to make life comfortable for you and your family."

Seeing my argument everyone's expressions started to get depressed until I got to the end of my speech where Ochako smiles again with tears. I'm just glad I didn't make her cry.

From down the hall we heard ALL MIGHT run towards us, inviting Izuku to eat lunch with him. Ochako even let out a laugh at how cute ALL MIGHT looked with his packed lunch that was tiny in his hands. After getting the okay from us Izuku walked off with the legendary hero. After watching them leave together we decided it was time to go eat. Before we got far someone ran up behind us. I didn't recognize her, but it was obvious she was a fellow student. "Um sorry for the interruption but I think one of you dropped this." She held out her hand showing us an I.D check point badge.

Grabbing it to take a closer look I realized it belonged to Izuku. Must have dropped it when he left with ALL MIGHT. Knowing how much trouble it would be if he didn't get this back, I told the others to go ahead of me. After thanking the girl for giving it to us I headed straight towards where I saw those two run off to.

Thankfully finding where they went wasn't very hard since it's hard to not notice Japan's greatest hero. Turns out they went into one of the faculty rooms out of the way of the general student population since it's mostly faculty that would be at this part of the school. About to knock I stopped as my enhanced hearing heard them talking about how ALL MIGHT is limited to 50 minutes a day. After that I knew I heard more than I was supposed to. Especially since they started getting more personal about their quirk One for All and how it works. Realizing how long I have been listening in I knocked on the door causing the two inside to hush as Izuku answered the door with a nervous look on his face. Trying to keep a relaxed look on my face I simply held out his ID for the school and told him how it was given to me.

I peeked inside the room and saw ALL MIGHT eating his lunch. After greeting the legendary hero, I was going to excuse myself, I was going to try and respect their privacy and forget anything I heard but the part of me that loved knowledge couldn't be stopped and I let out I heard their conversation. "Hey, ALL MIGHT should you really be in hero form when you only have 50 minutes?"

They both just froze, even seemed to turn a little blue. What really scared me was when ALL MIGHT suddenly spewed blood from his mouth and started to have smoke come out of his body. While me and Izuku hovered around him freaking out the smoke coming off his body maxed out and made a small cloud enveloping the legendary hero. When the smoke cleared out no longer sitting on the couch was the giant figure of a legend but instead a man who made a twig look fat. While Izuku didn't look surprised I just stared at the man, I wanted to have a wild reaction but all I did was stare at the man with my mouth wide open and repeating "Wha…Wha…Wha….?" multiple times.

I was invited to sit and explained the situation with all might's body and his shared quirk with Izuku. They even decided to ask me for an idea to help Izuku control his power since just using it causes it to destroy his limb. Deciding to help I asked them to give me as much detail as they can tell me, not just of One for All but also how Izuku uses it and what they feel is the problem when using it.

They thought that they could compare my strength and Izuku's quirk, but I turned down that idea since I always have my strength and must hold back. Meanwhile Izuku needs to summon his power in the form of a type of energy. Another difference is my strength is the classic type that lets me hold things while Izuku has to release his in the form of an attack since he can't lift heavy objects even with All for One. While hearing my theory disappointed them all might took it in stride, saying that they would come up with something to control its power so Izuku would no longer breaks his bones.

Izuku then talked about a moment where he was able to use his quirk without breaking his arm. It was when the villains attacked. Right before I arrived Tsu was about to be attacked by the leader of the villains so Izuku tried to hit him but Nomu got in the way. What was strange was that Izuku didn't break his arm when he hit Nomu. All might guessed that because it was the first time he used his quirk on a person he subconsciously controlled his quirk so as not to kill. I argued that because it was Nomu who took the hit that he absorbed all the energy built up in the hit, so there was no energy to recoil like usual. I even told them of my fight with Nomu and how I quickly realized my hits weren't doing anything not because he tanking the damage, but because he lowered the amount of damage my hits were making to near zero with his shock absorption. I felt bad as I watched Izuku start to get depressed as I took away him moment, even worse since it was in front of his idol.

All might just stood up and gave a long speech how that doesn't matter and how all that matters is that in the upcoming festival is Izuku's chance to show the world what he can do and to let them know of him by saying "I am here!" I think I read on the news that a hero is being sued for saying that by the company that advertises ALL MIGHT.

Keeping that to myself I just watched as all might posed in front of us with his hand out while Izuku had literal stars in his eyes as he looked at his idol. Feeling like a third wheel I excused myself since lunch was almost over now and I needed to head to the support class to fix up my suits. Before I left, I let Izuku know I would try to come up with some ideas for his quirk. After that I headed to the cafeteria to get me something to eat before lunch was over while also processing this worlds secret.

Having only enough time to get a premade sandwich and a bag of chips I walked to the support course while eating. I made a little list in my head as I considered what I would fix in my suit first. I also made sure to investigate ideas for Izuku. By the time I arrived too the support class I had already finished my lunch and felt hyped up to get to work. I lost that energy as soon as I arrived at the class door, in front of the usually closed door was Mei literally standing in the open doorway with a frown on her face. When she caught sight of me it just got bigger and she walked up to me, grabbing me from the arm and dragging me inside the room and to her work bench. All while mouthing off about how I was ghosting her and her babies.

I was at some point expecting her to start talking about child support since she keeps talking like I'm the father. In my head I was imagining us in THE MIGHT SHOW, with me sitting separate from Mei and the projects we worked on while ALL MIGHT tried to keep things civil between us. We were arguing wither the invention were mine or not while she got angry and screamed at my face that they were my babies also. ALL MIGHT forced Mei to calm down and to sit in her chair when the DNA results came back. Opening the envelope as slow as possible the man pulled put on a pair of reading glasses and read the paper. He turned to me and said "Parker, you are the father!"

A shove from the real Mei brought me out of my imagination as she glared at me, asking if I was paying attention or not. Not wanting her to get mad I automatically said yes, scared that if I was caught, I would be forced to test one of her "Babies" in process. Still weird for me to say. One thing I noticed while being ranted at is that the other support students kept glancing at me with strait faces, trying to hide what they were feeling. Even the ones I would sometimes talk to when not with Mei were giving me looks.

I know that some of my classmates in 1A said they were being treated differently but they could never find out why exactly. Seeing this as an opportunity I asked Mei what was going on with the others, since I knew that she never really interacted with others I knew I probably wasn't going to get a lot of information and while she didn't know what they were talking about as a group some did come over to her, asking questions about me. Because she mostly ignored them when answering them, she couldn't remember what she was asked or how she responded.

Before I could ask more questions, I could hear a small rumble coming from Mei who just told me not to worry about it since she would eat when it was time for lunch. Feeling worried for her and a little annoyed I told her lunch already passed and that meant she couldn't get food from the cafeteria. Her face froze to a show a smile while obvious sweats of dread appeared on her face, as the realization that she missed her chance to eat again connected. Feeling sympathetic for her I gave her my bag of chips that was still over half full and told her to go sit down and eat it. When she tried to protest, I told her I would take a look at her babies to see if there was anything I could do before I got started on my own work. So, while she took a snack break, I kept my promise and did some work on her projects and was even able to get one ready for testing. The entire time in support class I could feel the other students' eyes on me, but what really surprised me was when I caught Power Loader looking at me and just continued to after I met his gaze. I decided to keep what's happening to myself, knowing how some of my classmates would hate this new treatment harshly.

After support class I went back to the hero class and was happy to see how upbeat everyone was. I did get a little nervous when I saw Black Cat but was able to calm down as she waved at me with a small smile next to Cementos.

The class was pretty normal. After school was over, I asked Momo if she could wait for a bit since I needed to talk to Black Cat. I could tell she didn't like me talking to a stranger alone, but I reminded her that I know Cat from home. This seemed to be the wrong thing to say since her worried look was replaced with a scarily blank look as she told me she would tell the driver to wait a bit.

I tried to follow Momo but when I stepped outside the classroom standing nearby was Black Cat waiting for me. I instantly stopped feeling bad about leaving Momo like that but knew I was limited on time and I knew this talk was waiting to happen. We stayed quiet as we walked to one of the private rooms for faculty. As soon as we got inside and locked the door, I pulled out my phone and activated a personally made app that activated the part of my watch that blocked the audio recording of any tech in the room and made it hard for anyone with super hearing to listen in on us. I made it today for this meeting knowing that we would need as much privacy as possible.

After making sure my invention was working since it was making even my ears hurt a bit, I put in some blockers I made for it. When I was ready Black Cat was looking at me like I was weird, so I explained that I blocked any chance of anyone listening in. Obviously wanting to get to the point of the meeting she started having us introduce ourselves again. "So, my name is Felicia Hardy and I guess your Peter Parker?"

"Uh yeah, I guess it's nice to officially meet you."

thanks for reading so far! hope your enjoying my spin on the story. to tell the truth I was originally gonna use adult Peter from the 616 universe but the route I would take from it would take the attention entirely away from UA. also I would need to some world building myself since we don't get much info about the world outside of info we get from comments and things directly related to UA. if you interested in adult peter in this world comment it and after this story is finished I might give it a go.

also just please comment your thoughts. I would love to read what you think and use it to try to make my story a little better. thanks again for reading and please wait patiently for the next chapter.
