Hello.
Welcome to the chapter 5 of this commission! Just a reminder, each chapter counts as a separate commission, especially with my new Tiers.
For those wondering, I alternate between writing commissions, and my own work that is decided by polls. Right now it looks like this.
Commission A
Poll Winner
Commission B
Poll Winner
Commission C
Poll Winner
And so on so forth.
Thanks once again to SHE Super Heroine Encyclopedia for commissioning this work.
On that note, they want lemons and limes in the future, so I'm making Bell 18 years old.

Chapter 5:
When Bell was starting out as an adventurer, he had heard some veterans talk about their experience with monsters that had tentacles or tentacle like limbs. Some of them spoke of the challenges fighting such creatures, boasting of victories against krakens and such. The would g on about how they cut through the deadly limbs in heroic fashion, sometimes showing regret that the remains could not be brought back for calamari.
Others spoke in haunted tones, traumatized by their encounters. Attacks coming from all sides, party members being grabbed up by tentacles that seemed to come out of nowhere and drag them off. Some had the misfortune of seeing fellow adventurers get slammed into the walls, ceiling, and floor over and over until they were a bloody mess, some not being able to recover at all and others being straight up killed. Then there were those who were grabbed by more than one limb and pulled by their arms and legs until they were ripped apart.
Among them were stories of tentacles being more…grabby with adventures, male and female. It would creep on them, pull them into the air, deprive them of their weapons, and then roam all over their body, dragging every sucker across their form feeling it up completely. Not even thick and heavy armor could protect them from such violations. Several quit the frontlines and even retired as adventurers completely to escape such trauma.
These stories ran through Bell's head as Kura, the Kraken girl he had summoned, had all four of his limbs gripped tightly in her tentacles. Right in the middle of the church ruins that functioned as the home of the Hestia Familia, he was being grabbed by tentacles and pulled in all 4 directions.
"Is this really necessary!" He cried out, his limbs practically popping out of their sockets.
"You bet your sweet ass it is!" Kura replied gleefully. She briefly loosened her grip before practically tossing him into the air, holding him right above her as she tugged once again. "The only way to make your body any stronger is to rip apart your muscles like crazy."
"I think you're going to rip them off too much at this rate!"
"No pain no gain beansprout!" She declared once again adjusting her hold, this time forcing his arms and legs behind him, then using another tentacle to push him as far out as possible, completely ignoring the protests and screams of pain.
"Lady Hestia!" Bell cried out. "Please do something!" He begged, barely able to turn his head towards his patron goddess who was sitting on the edge of the church's platform. To his shock, she just shrugged.
"You're the one who wants to get strong quickly. Like they say, 'No pain, no gain'." Hestia retorted, resting her chin on her hands, her mouth in a half pout. "Even Hercules had to go through great difficulties."
"I thought he was born strong enough to kill large snakes!" Bell screeched as he was being twisted into a human pretzel.
"Physically yes." Hestia conceded. "But character wise, he was no hero. It took having his entire family killed and innumerous of daring adventures and tasks that defy reasoning before he could be considered a hero." She added with a bit of a huff like she often did when talking about the past.
"Now that we are in agreement, time for the real training!" Kura cheered, finally releasing Bell, after straightening out his limbs to normal directions.
"And what sort of training would that be?" He asked apprehensively.
"The most basic training of them all." Kura said with a wide smile on her face. Her tentacles positioned themselves behind her, standing up and pointing at bell, reminding him of loaded crossbows ready to fire.
"Dodge!"
And so, Bell was forced to avoid Kura's tentacles shooting at him at varying speeds and frequencies. Each strike was strong enough to demolish a church pew or part of the floor, making him sweat throughout the exercise.
Meanwhile, Hestia wasn't watching her precious Bell with the caring attention she usually used. Instead, only part of her was paying attention to what was going on in front of her. The rest was contemplating his spell.
'He clearly doesn't have control of this spell.' She thought to herself, easily blocking out the screams of pain coming from her only follower. One would think it would be hard for her, but all she had to do was go back to that old mentality from Olympus when thousand were screaming for the gods to save them. Compared to that, the screeching of a naughty child getting their just deserts was nothing.
'From what I've been told, it seems that these summons come from the same realm. But they're so different. And ice woman, a queen bee woman, and now some octopus girl. And they share awareness of what's going on with Bell's life. That not like familiars at all as far as I know.'
Hestia narrowed her eyes at Kura, as if doing so would help her see the monster girl's secret. Unfortunately, she didn't have such an ability. Even if she did, being in the mortal realm meant she couldn't use such skills.
At this time, Bell was hit by consecutive tentacle strikes and sent all the way to the walls of the church, on the verge of passing out.
"Well looks like that's all for today." Kura grinned, using her tentacles to stretch her arms a bit. "I'm already running low on Mana so I'm going to call it night." She blew a wink and kiss towards Bell prone form. "Keep up the hard work cutie." She said before disappearing in a flash of light.
"Why did it have to be women." Hestia pouted. "Couldn't he have summoned guys instead." She added with a bit of a huff. All while ignoring Bell's groans of pain. As far as she wans concerned, this was payment for flirting with another woman right in front of her.
Meanwhile…
Holding back sniffles, Lilly bandaged herself up. After leaving Bell and that Bee woman, she encountered the adventurer creditors. She had hoped that the large amount of money she had meant she could keep a bit for herself at last, but it was foolish of her to think they would show any sort of mercy now. In fact, the rouched her up even more, accusing her of holding out on them all this time. As if she would do something like that! She winved in pain as she tied off the last bandage.
"That Queen Bee is suspicious of me." She said out loud. "I don't know if she's told Bell or not, but I don't have any choice." She sighed, before steeling her resolve.
"Tomorrow will be Bell's last day in the dungeon."
Okay.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! I don't know when this will be updated again. Yes I am going on rotation schedule, but the commissioner has had commissioned any new chapters for this story. Heck, they said that it would be ok for me to not write this chapter. But I already accepted payment, and I wanted to end on a beter note before going into semi-hiatus. So for those who are fans of this story specifically, sorry.
This chapter was brought to you by my pa_tr_eo_n. To find me, just search for Composcreator on the site or enter pa_tr_eo_ / Composcreator. Just get rid of the underscore and put an actual period. The ff site won't let me type up the whole word or URL.
That's it for now. Please Favorite, Follow, and Review. But most of all, thank you for reading!
