Here I am with another chapter, this is one is dark also two character deaths are involved but NONE of the main characters you are going to start to see Harry, Luna, Cho and Ginny being more active in the coming chapters and yup this is for you Harry Potter fans, this has been a long time in the making not to worry Elsa, Anna and Kristoff do play their parts as they need to be, for Star Wars fans, the chapters will mention Anakin and Padme more to come oh this is going to be big much more than anything possible for I planned to expand both the Star Wars and Harry Potter both they are my priority, what's next you are wondering? Let me give you a small hint, I'm focusing on character development but enough talk.

Chapter 6: Fire and Judgment

Firmly under the control of the primes painted a different picture, allow them coverage under their indirect supervision within the realm of moderate boundaries any news anchor was not allowed to cross if an attempt were to be made, in a blink of an eye soon face dire consequences neither the primes nor the public forgot the incident of Rita Skeeter. Though they were allowed limited autonomy and freedom of speech.
Under the direction of the primal empress Elsa, alongside high emperor Harry created a new platform allowing everyone across the world to connect sharing their views, under the condition, they do not breach the conditions set by them, one of them specifically not undermining their authority, yet allowing Constructive criticism. Harry caught their attention upon broadcasting his new policy as the media named him the lion emperor.
This name soon began circulating from the lowest to the highest echelons of the various ranks of both within the prime castle, in the mouths of the ministers, professors, students and hard-working citizens in positions of power.
The lion emperor's new policy advocated for the eradication of crime, by pouring in more funds into the Auror's seeing the increasing numbers of new recruits joining in droves. Further expanded in a bold move combining the existing branches of Auror's from the British, American, German and French into one powerful entity, thereby, naming them the Elite Dominion Special Forces, created a special branch of elite units placed them in different three branches, police, security and special operations the advancement in Magrictech grew, becoming better by the day, under Harry's new direction granted them unrestricted access while placing them absolutely under his control. Due to the severe lack of any police presence in nearly half the world personally led the charge his Aurors dealt with any potential threats.
Small or great routing out any insurgents plotting attacks on critical government infrastructure, or the assassination of governors in the recent attempt of Hermione's life saved her from what could have been a swift death. Earned him overwhelming praises from everyone word travelled faster than he found himself complemented by the high nobility. Harry was told to avoid answering any questions of his relationship with Elsa, including the affairs of the primes and the high nobility, the six elite royal guards on both his sides in the large conference room as they took their seats maintained order.
His fame grew exponentially stole a quick glance watch rows of thirty seats filled up almost instantly formed his own elite team, Ron and two recently promoted Aurors Harry took his stand at the pulpit, it did not take long before the first question was asked.
"High Emperor Potter, do you believe it necessary for the deployment of the new Dumbledore class battlecruisers?"
The Dumbledore class battlecruisers were designed half the length of the Gorgon battlecruisers, their design keen to the role of mobile command centers and the function of carrier and battlecruiser.
"Their deployment is to ensure our safety, the resurgence of the recent attack on the prime archon minister has taught us we can no longer ignore the threat, they'll be dealt swifty" said Harry, full of conviction. Harry by the skin of his teeth caught any reprieve before the next question came.
"High Emperor! The seven schools are at full capacity and overflowing, what is your response to this?"
"Seven more schools are almost ninety-nine complete, once finished more students will be allocated there."
"High Emperor, according to the prophet you authorised the development and deployment of ten thousand Aurors, few come from pure-blood families do you think they need to be segregated?" Before Harry could answer, the newly promoted General Alexis barged her way in front of him, seized the mike from him.
"Blood relation is none of my concern, we're here to do the job and to you, enemies of the empire BEWARE we're coming for you fast and hard! There is no place you can hide where we won't find you, your days are numbered!" The royal guards took a step forward yet Harry with a wave of his hand, commanded them to stand down they obeyed.
General Alexis waved her short blunt blonde bob gold hair in elegance, adjusted her bright red-laced gold trench coat flashing her gold medals pinned on her red blazer, cameras flashed at her basking in glory momentarily aware her time was finished stepped down gracefully taking her place at Ron's side, her performance by creating a mixed impression one Ron wasn't willing to let it slide scot-free.
"What you did is against protocol you're not supposed to do that, just what were you thinking?"
"We must consolidate our place the daily prophet is the best place to start."
"Like giving them a over-exaggerated sense of us reimagined as glory-seekers you done it really well, there is a reason~"
"Oh, like you could do any better sitting around in the Emperor's shadow and~"
"General Alexis! I remind you that I'm the second-in-command behind Harry, rudeness is NOT tolerated! You WILL do well to remember never to overstep your authority, am. I. Clear?"
"Yes" Imagined herself wanting so much to punch him, held back knew her every move being watched, the elite royal guards weren't the only ones watching her.
"Yes, who?!" said Ron, glaring at her awaiting her response.
"Well?" Ron's voice changed, demanded her answer under the law section fifty-five blatant disrespect of authority higher than her, will be charged with insubordination which is a serious crime, backed to a corner she complied answered accompanied by her conviction in her answer.
"Yes Sir, High Deputy!" did her best to keep her disdain from showing, she succeeded not knowing she was in proximity of being charged by mere seconds.
"This will never happen again, repeat this again and your career is over, here are your orders you are to hunt down these particular group, they're to be charged for conspiracy theories and the high crime of spreading vile propaganda against the primes, bring them to these coordinates once you located them." General Alexis took the scroll as their faces revealed before her, she'd seen this group before last spotted urinating on the bronze memorial statues in Hogwarts.
"Illusive bunch of filth, they are not going to be too hard to find the high courts will take them out."
"Not this time, the primes want a word with them, bring them to the designated coordinates." Alexis once studied the law vigorously almost became a lawyer, yet decided against it found her true path after going back to Hogwarts completed her N.E.W.T.S, to her knowledge if the Primes involved themselves in the matters of the courts, that individuals or groups landed them in very hot soup.
"As you command Sire!" The royal citizenry ambassadorium, on numerous occasions called out for the arrest of this group, photobombing Herald, a social media platform created by the combined effort of the primes, under the direction of prime empress Anna took notice of the rising reported crimes made against them, despite the many warnings given continued their crime spree proved difficult to capture, this time the full force of the limitless might of both the primes and Aurors bore down on them, their window of escape shrank considerably.
"You" directed her gaze at the other female Auror."You are with me on this one."
Harry took more questions for three long hours straight, feeling totally exhausted excuse himself as the six royal guards followed vigilantly shielding him from the reporters, shut the toilet door behind him taking a deep breath having no intention of facing the sea of reporters again, for every question he answered more joined in caused him frustration saw this more like an interrogation, knowing he cannot hide in the toilet forever hurriedly apparated.
The recent success of her husband brought Elsa limitless joy, after five ongoing sessions of meeting high ranking royal officials on a number of subjects allow herself a two-hour break, sat down in front of the large oval mirror unravelled her braid combing it gently applying light makeup to her fair face, put on her new crimson lipstick.
One of the most expansive accessory a gift from none can afford but Harry celebrated her birthday in the fourth year in Hogwarts, a few more hours before she'd see Harry again, Elsa's love for Harry knew no bounds yet, there were still much to be done as she expected him to progress. For the full minute felt like the weight of his shoulders lifted, her presence alone captivated him placed his hands around her hips pulling her towards him, not caring for anything letting himself be lost in the moment.
"We can take this a lot further my love, are you gamed?" said Elsa, her undivided attention set on him, nothing in the world could rob her of this moment of intimacy.
"How about going all the way we have the whole evening." Harry's cheeks turned red furiously, wanted nothing other than kissing her again and again even beyond that.
"You are not leaving our bed or this room once I am done with you, my love, I am going to make sure of it!" Her right hand reached down, begun unbuckling his belt in response Harry lead her towards their queen-sized bed.
"Do it, Darling show me what you can do, let's have fun." Elsa smirk seductively.
Primal Empress Elsa spend quite some time going into the details of Cho's role and contract, in that aspect the pleasing smiles on their faces were enough reward for her, however, after going back and forth doing her to reason with them arrived only an impasse due to Cho's clothing, according to their perspective out-of-date, in response both Elsa and Anna alongside several professional tailors designed a new traditional outfit for her, after a few trials four out of the seven were selected, began immediate production aside from Elsa currently occupied primal empress Anna, filled in for her stood outside her door-knocking three times, the response came briefly as the door opened much to Cho's surprise.
"Primal Empress Anna? Come in, come in, can I offer you a drink?" Cho expected Elsa there were important questions she wanted to ask her.
"No need, I'm good thank you, how are you so far?"
"My gosh … so much to learn ... rules, protocols, management, leadership arrrgghhh … royal etiquettes, feels like I'm in ~"
"Hogwarts all over again?!" said Anna exuberantly, her mind reversing itself recalled the days they spent together.
"Yeah! This feeling is so familiar, what is that you're holding in your other hand?"
"Oh this? This… is your new outfit made just for you! Me and Elsa personally oversaw, adding a few finishing touches of our own!" Cho's eye darted towards the sparkling bright red robe wanting so much to put it on.
"Let's try this on you!" The process took five minutes getting adjusting the loose corners of the clothing, while ironing out the crumpled ends finally took a long good look at the large mirror in front of them.
"Wo~Wow!" said Cho breathlessly, from what she gathered this new red robe perfectly matched those of ancient times when Chinese empresses wore, distinguishing themselves from other court officials.
"This hanfu fits you well, and look! You've so much room for your arms to move about."
"Actually… this is a Diyi, ordinary citizens in ancient feudal period wore hanfu."
"Fascinating, one day we could've tea and you can share more, meantime we must get ready for the big event."
"Event? What is this event going to be?"
"You are going to find out soon, take my hand, time is of the essence." Both teleported arriving at the prime throne room, Anna beckon her to sit her throne before teleporting again she wasn't alone for long as Ginny soon joined her, wearing full golden breastplate, large golden dagger-like shape shoulder pads, a long white laced gold cape, golden bracelets which covered her entire arms, a large gold crown and her red hair dangled freely.
"Well, who invited trash like you here in the heart of the prime throne castle?"
"What do you mean?" glaring at her, "Well, I'm waiting."
"How dare you take your bratty tone with me!" yelled Ginny drawing her wand."
"Let's get this straight once and for all, I'm better than you in every way get this into your slutty mind, nothing you do will surpass me." tossing her red long hair out of her face and glaring at Cho.
"Take that back!" Cho's face transition from pink to red, taking out her wand.
"No" Ginny shouted, honestly do you think anyone is stupid?" Ginny towered over her by an inch Cho's anger slowly but surely building.
"The real reason why you are here is because of Harry, you want him back like it was in the past, dream on rebound girl this will never happen, in the past, you were desperate how you sunk this low I may never know."
"That is a LIE!" roared Cho, her restrains slowly crumbling directing her right arm pointed it at Ginny, an arsenal of spells, hexes and more ready all it took was the word.
"HAHAHA!" Ginny screamed with derisive laughter.
"Is it? What a real shame your first kiss with Harry was so wet, worse than saltwater he never told you did he?" That nearly push her over the edge yet thought of it turn on her heels, making a beeline for entrance of the throneroom.
"Running away is what you do best now you are no better than~"
"ENOUGH Ginny!"shouted Anna entering into the throne room, by her side followed six of her elite guards, the prime elite guard known as the Swords of Prime Terra capable of dispatching the most proficient wizards, large, powerful built men shoulders as wide as a rowboat and legs thick as tree trunks, covered in full plated armour as collared crimson cloaks hanged from their shoulders pads, nearly half of them made up of the best aurors highly trained ready on command only by the primes, at the imposing height six point four feet tall carrying powerful staffs surrounded her.
"Lady Ginny, on the deliberate provocation of a fellow noble, I hereby charge you under section three, by no means should any attempt be made to establish contact with Lady Cho, if done so, you risk a heavier charge, AM I UNDERSTOOD?"
"Why are you defending her, can you not see she is playing you for a fool?" Unknown to Ginny, hidden from sight except for a select few in charge of surveillance seened everything also both Anna and Ginny often fall out came as the least surprise for the nobility, standard protocol required every personnel check Ginny wasn't the exception.
"Ginny, do not play me for a fool, you receive your first strike if you value your career, bullying won't be tolerated here, WATCH YOUR POTTY MOUTH! If you can't I will do it for you! Take her away NOW!"
"Your highness, come with us peacefully or we'll use force the former is advisable." Ginny briefly noticed small embers in both her eyes, reluctantly let her escort her out of the throne room fortunately for her in the place of Anna, this could have gone much worse. Officials starting pouring by orders both Anna and Elsa expanded the throne room further, making it into a mini auditorium due to an influx of more staff receiving promotions five rows on the right and left, officials consisting of grand Scions and high councillors.
The high councillors hold the highest offices acting as advisors for the primes, held no say in matters of internal and affairs or any directions of the prime government, answerable to none other but the primes themselves. The Scions on the other hand held considerable power conducted tests on potential nobles due for promotion, or demotions given power by the primes on rare occasion sent reports directly to the primes, including those in the ministry of magic a single negative review potentially can put an end to any noble, minister or headmasters or glowing recommendations for promotions. The main events was about to begin as Primal Empress Elsa, High Emperor Harry, Grand King Kristoff, Prime Archon Minister Hermione and Deputy Head Auror Ron apparated into the throne room taking their seats, all four of them dress in jet black robes except Harry. Wearing an large golden phoenix on his chest alongside double golden shoulder pads, golden gauntlets and sabatons topping it off wore a bright red cloak reaching down a few meters from the floor, behind him hanging from his shoulder pads, a crimson long cape Anna took her seat the day at last arrived for a long time all three primes planned for this particular day it the main had begun.
General Alexis escorted by four aurors apparted into the throne room, facing the primes in their hands held chains bound to their necks, arms and legs forced them on their knees not gentle in their treatment, these three individuals known as the Durselys Harry's only relatives, two of them his former legal guardians, the third, his cousin for seven long painful years under their care, Harry's uncle named Vernon Dursley was the director of Grunnings drill manufacturing company, by Harry's perception physically describe him as a big, beefy man with a large purple face. He had thick, dark hair, a bushy black moustache with hardly any neck and mean little eyes that narrowed to slits when he was angry.
His second relative named Petunia Dursley described her as a thin, blonde-haired woman with a long face, lantern jaw, and large teeth and wife to Vernon.
Finally his cousin Dudley, the one who took every opportunity to make life a living hell coupled with his family whom spoiled him rotten giving him their very best, while leaving the scraps hardly enough for Harry left him malnourished, his watery blue eyes and thick blond hair, growing up, Dudley was extremely fat, at least four times Harry's size. Reached the size of a young killer whale between two hundred and sixty-five pounds and three hundred and sixty-five pounds.
"Honorable Primes before you are the perpetrators convicted of conspiracy, while attempting to spread their lies through the Herald."
"Well done General! Vernon, Petunia and Dudley Dursley, the crimes committed are numerous be assure punishment will be meted out for each of them, the world this day will hear of them." Grand King Kristoff unraveled the list reading out their crimes.
"Vernon Dudley, you are charged with violence, assault and attempted strangulation numerous times against Harry Potter and your own son Dudley.
Unlawful Imprisonment Harry potter in the dark closet for four weeks, this followed by deliberate starvation and malnourishment, both are also charged with emotional, physical and neglect~" the congregation upon hearing this mumbled among themselves, some of them starting shouting.

"Keep your head down FILTH, do not make any sudden movements, or face greater pain you got that." Anna relished at the moment, her blood boiling if not for her elder sister indirectly restraining her, she'd bash their heads in of both Vernon and Petunia as they rightfully deserve.
"Bear witness to the cruelty of this worm and her crimes, her crimes are deliberate assault, she tried landing a heavy blow on Harry's head of all things a frying pan, one can imagine Harry suffering severe brain damage or worse, death, this woman is clearly inhuman what do you say to this?" The congregation erupted into an uproar.
"EXECUTION"

"Enough, there are charges this monster will be held accountable this very day in this court, our emperor forced to work eleven to twelve hours a day under the searing heat of the sun, fed only two slices of bread and a pitiful lump of cheese, this he only ate if it was available, otherwise, he starved while working." Petunia lifted her head, shot primal empress Anna a defiant look, a price she will pay dearly, before general Alexis can react Anna took out her wand aiming it at her forehead, mustering all the hate and fury shouted one word.

Petunia collapsed yelling out in agony, pain beyond anything she had ever experienced; her very bones were on fire; her head was surely splitting pain worse than one thousand hot knives, bore into her skin pleaded to die for relief, Vernon tried to intervene yet before he could get near her felt a sharp pain in his stomach knocking him on his belly.
"AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"Ssssstttttttoooooooooopppppppppp!"
"Ppppppplllllleeeeeeaaaaaasssseeeeeeeee … ARRRGGHHHH!"
"Do you want to help her? Look at her this is retribution for everything you did to Harry, she is suffering the pain you rightfully deserve scum!" slammed her heel on his belly, her wand pointed directly at his head, Dudley just watched in horror any move he wanted to make will be met by force, subduing him will be child's play.
Primal Empress Elsa indifferently watched the whole spectacle, had known for a long time by her trusted head servant Kai on how Harry was treated extremely cruelly, Dumbledore instructed her not to get involved until the appropriate time, respected his decision until now, not a day went by she stood by at the distance watching all the power in her hands previously as queen unable to act, the tables had turn she noticed the congregation the look on their faces satisfied for the pain they inflicted on Harry, to them this is justice, however Elsa planned something worse for them, spoke in her commanding tone.
"Enough!"
"Judgment shall be decided by us, what do you say, Prime Empress Anna, not guilty or guilty."
"GUILTY"
"Grand King Kristoff, what is your answer to these charges? Not guilty or guilty?"
"By all counts, GUILTY!"
"And you High Emperor Harry, what is your judgment on them guilty or not guilty?" Harry took a quick look at his aunt and uncle then Dudley, his aunty and uncle unremorseful their faces told everything given the chance they'd do it over again, Dudley stared at Harry, there written all over his face pleaded for mercy and made his decision.
"My aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon are without any doubt, GUILTY, but Dudley is innocent hereby, NOT GUILTY." This came much to nearly everyone's surprise except Elsa, who knew precisely what Dudley did in the past, the congregation once more erupted in an uproar this time albeit fiercer tenacity.
"GUILTY!"
"GUILTY!"
"KILL THE MONSTERS, KILL THE MONSTERS! EXECUTE THEM!"
"SILENCE! Guards take Dudley away to the holding cell, keep him under guard till further notice, the sentence is EXECUTION, Vernon and Petunia Dursley, I, Primal Empress Elsa, Hereby sentence you to death!" a large black circular portal appeared behind both of them, the sun's heat slowly beginning to permeate the room, its gravity pulling them in tried to resist the pull, Elsa's kept her rage against them in check for years doing her best never to lash out, resurface filling her iris furious blue bypassing the boundaries spread into her entire eyes.
"Never again shall the world suffer your existence, DEATH is the ultimate punishment for those seeking to corrupt the world!" No sooner than her words left her mouth, two powerful icy beams shot from her palms struck them hard, knocking them straight into the sun as the portal closed behind them, Primal Empress Anna seeing her change stood in the of throne as the congregation burst into rounds of applause, raising her head high as the cheer died down.

Word travel fast like wildfire on hearing the news the world rejoiced, crime systematically eradicated much to Harry and Elsa's delight, the world at long peaceful as once hostile neighbours in the spirit of community, cooperation and compassion begin mending wounds. Once bitter enemies became friends, it did not stop there instead of bitter rivalry business and cooperation large and small forgave each other, friendly competition became the new norm erasing any existing boundaries between them.
