Oliver asked his sister Matilda before for 2 requests, his 1st request has had such dreadful circumstances on the lives of hundreds of kids, but his radical mental issues were yet to show,
"And secondly!...I need you to make a new friend!..……Carla!..." Oliver said to Matilda.
Oliver had asked Matilda before to get in touch with his sister in-law Carla, who is Amelia's and Greg's daughter, he asked Matilda to call Carla and do as follows,
"Will you attend the Course tonight?... "Matilda asked Carla
"No!...he won't give me anymore money!..."Carla replied to Matilda.
"if my dad knew he might get really angry!...you don't know him!…." Carla continued.
"You know,……..my father was a really nice person, he cared for us more than anything else,... but sadly, he passed away 10 years ago ...may god forgive him…...anyways, have you thought in what I told?... " Matilda asked.
Matilda meant each word she said to Carla, as for her, Greg was dead for her since that night of the dreadful accident.
And Matilda did as Oliver ordered her regarding Carla and they became friends,

"Yes!... this is the best pregnancy hospital in town!...and it will serve our plan perfectly……..as it is free……a friend of mine is one of the contributors in the hospital……..so it's completely trusted!….."Matilda said to Carla.
"What is it's name?..."carla asked regarding the name if the hospital.
"I don't really remember!…..but I think it was Oliva…..no!...no!…..it is Oliver!...yes!...yes!... it's 'Oliver's pregnancy hospital'… " Matilda said pretending her ignorance of her brother's hospital.
