Late afternoon…

Leia gets in to her speeder after a long day and flies over to the Alderaanian embassy to get her dress and makeup ready. She walks in to the royal family's quarters and changes in to the formal light blue ball gown. She then calls her hairstylist and makeup artist in to have them help her get ready for the ball. After they finish getting her ready, she walks through the doors of the walk-in jewelry vault. She picks out a replica of a tiara that had been passed down for generations, known as the Blue Flower Tiara. It was one of her favorite pieces and very popular with the media as well, which was an added bonus. Her com, which was concealed in a pocket rings. The caller ID reads Mon Mothma.

She answers and says,"Hi, this is Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan."

"Leia, can you take Luke, Ahsoka and your bio-dad to the Senate Ball tonight? This way Padme can meet you and spend some time with your biological father. I think it will make everyone feel safe enough if this many Jedi are attending."

"But it's a white tie event! It also makes us more of a target! None of them know how to behave at such an event likely! Ahsoka, being the legitimate Shiliian Crown Princess, needs even more training to get ready for such an event. And Anakin… Don't even get me started."

"Can you just teach them a bit so and find them all an outfit that will work? They could just wear Jedi Robes."

"I'll try my hardest, Mon."

"Thanks so much."

"Bye."

"Bye." Mon hangs up.

Leia grabs a pair of sapphire stud earrings and puts them on. She also wears a sapphire and diamond necklace that goes perfectly with the dress. After her outfit is done, she can focus on the other stuff. She grabs her com and calls the Jedi Temple.

"Hello, Leia, it's Ahsoka Tano.", says Ahsoka. Why is Leia calling? Ahsoka ponders the thought until she hears Leia speaking.

"Hello, Ahsoka, you and the other Jedi are coming with me to the Ball tonight. Everyone should just wear Jedi Robes and you, as Shiliian crown princess, should really borrow some jewelry from my family's collection. Just don't lose it, okay? You should come here now. I'm at the Alderaanian Embassy. We will pick everybody else up after you are ready to go. I'll have Winter explain to everyone how to behave around Senators. Like be polite and don't hurt them or try to harass them. Hopefully your former master picks it up quick."

"Let's hope he does. This sounds great!"

"Bye."

"Bye." Her com rings again.

"Your highness, the cookies are ready for the Ball."

"Great." The aide hangs up. Around ten minutes later, Ahsoka shows up.

She walks in to the lobby of the embassy and explains, "I'm Ahsoka Tano. Leia sent me." The receptionist checks the records and says, "Come on back with me to the jewelry vault. Leia will meet you there." Ahsoka walks back with the receptionist and enters the the vault. Leia hears the footsteps and looks up from her bracelet selection.

"Ahsoka, I'm so glad you're here!", Leia remarks.

"Thanks for letting me come over."

The receptionist leaves and the two women walk towards the tiara section of the vault. They see a wide variety of tiaras.

Leia explains, "This isn't very big compared to the collection we have back at the palace. A lot of the older and more valuable pieces are also at the palace back home." Leia's brown eyes grow distant and a bit sad for a second, as Leia is remembering her home world. Leia takes down a few tiaras from the shelves, and puts them on the table.

"Here, Ahsoka. Pick one of these tiaras to borrow."

"Really?"Ahsoka's blue eyes grow wide.

"Yes." Ahsoka points to a small tiara with large sapphires and small diamonds set in Alderaanian silver, with an intricate pattern of the smallest stones.

"Good choice. It really matches your eyes perfectly, doesn't it? Now, you'll look like the Crown Princess you truly are. You don't even need any makeup tonight. I don't have a dress that fits you, so just wear the Jedi Robes. Let's call your former Master and show him." Leia grabs her com link out of her pocket and dials Anakin's comlink. Anakin picks up.

"Hello, we both think you should see how nice Ahsoka looks. She really looks like a true Crown Princess." Ahsoka steps into the holo-transmitter's field of view.

"Wow, Snips, you look so cute, don't you." Ahsoka gives the camera a predatory grin, exposing all those sharp teeth of hers. Leia facepalms and groans. Really, Anakin, Leia thinks. Do a better job then calling a Crown Princess 'cute'. You call young Princesses cute at your own peril and you almost never call a Crown Princess cute, even as a kid. Especially not a Togrutan one, as they have too many sharp teeth to risk that.

"Um, maybe I shouldn't have said that, to you Snips. Sorry, your highnesses."

Oh, no, Leia thinks. I have to get him and Ahsoka and Luke all ready for the trip back to Alderaan for Fete in like 2 weeks, and stay up until 3:30 am making the countless traditional foods that one must make for Fete back on Alderaan.

"Apologies accepted, Skyguy."says Ahsoka.

"You look gorgeous in your dress and tiara, Leia. You look like your mother did, you know."says Anakin.

"Thanks. Has my sister, Princess Winter, explained how to behave at a formal social occasion like this? I'm going to be one on one tutoring Ahsoka on being an awesome Crown Princess, so she can do things like pull off a perfect press conference with next to no sleep for the past few days and attend a formal ball and know what to do with the finger bowl. Or even pulling off a party when you are absolutely exhausted and haven't slept in a week. I did that, at least once. By the way, Ahsoka, you don't drink the finger bowl."

"Yes, she showed up and gave us a very basic explanation. She also said that your would be able to tell us what to do and not do with the force."

"I'll try my hardest to remember to help you out. By the way, I need you to harass one person in the Senate, with absolutely no collateral damage to anyone else at the party. Do I make myself clear? I know about your pranking skill from Ahsoka, you know. And by the way, when I mean harass, I mean spill their drink on them, or make it so they can't pick it up, not try to kill them or disintegrate them."

"Yes, your highness, I'll help you out. Who is it?"

"The Bothan Senator Borsk Fey'lya. He makes his career out of being a problem to everyone else. He may have been a big help at Endor, but that sure doesn't mean that he is well liked."

"If you'll cover for us in the event we get detected, then sure."

"If I can do it without any problems, then I'll cover for both of you. As Ahsoka is an Alderaanian Intelligence Agent, it will be a lot easier to cover for her."

"Sounds good."

"I'm just about to be on my way to pick you guys up. Please don't make me regret that I took you to this party."

"Bye."

"Bye."Leia hangs up.

The two crown princesses walk out towards the speeder and get in.
