Yaaay, a new chapter!
Omg, you guys are going to love this one...I think.
It's kinda sad, bUt, good stuff happens as well ;)
Also, kind of an announcement, I will start writing My Hero Academia fanfics!
I fell in love with the show back in January, but haven't had a chance to write any since I am still working on this one.
Enjoy!
They landed on a roof a few blocks away from the akuma. She would be looking for them, they needed a place to hide. They rounded a building and flew through the window, landing and quietly as they could. Chat Noir grunted, flinching as he placed his feet on the ground. He immediately stumbled when he let go of Ladybug.
"Chat, hold on to me, you're too weak to stand!" scolded Ladybug.
"Ladybug, Chat Noir!" whispered a tiny voice from somewhere in the apartment. A little girl came out of her hiding place, only to be grabbed by her mother.
"Get back here, Josie! Let Ladybug and Chat Noir do what they need to do," The mother scolded.
"No no, it's okay! But thank you," Ladybug smiled. "Sorry to disturb you, we need a place to hide for the time being."
"Stay as long as you need," Another woman came out from behind the mother and the daughter.
"Thank you," Said Chat in a strained voice.
The ladybug hero picked up Chat Noir bridal style, ignoring the blush that formed on his face, and rushed to find a space in solitude. She entered the master bedroom, closing all the shades and placing Chat Noir on the bed. She looked at his weakened form, his breaths came out short and quick, and he looked feverous. Ladybug crumpled to the ground. She looked at her hands and found them shaking, what would she do if Chat...died?
"Hey, M'lady, it's okay!"
"Yeah, maybe you're right! Maybe the poison isn't deadly!" Ladybug choked out. Of all the akuma's they've fought, they have never faced a deadly one. She was about to look up again when she heard retching sounds.
"Chat!" She screamed. Blood covered the floor right by the bed. Chat laid there hanging over the side of the bed, a horror struck look on his face.
"L-ladybug,"
Oh god, oh god, oh god. Ladybug stoop up, what is she going to do? Her entire body shook, her heart pounding faster than it ever has. They still have the akuma to deal with. She needs to get him to a hospital. Yes, and now.
"I am going to take you to the hospital," She said, her voice quavering. As she walked over to pick Chat up he put his hands out, stopping her.
"I can't let you do that, Bugaboo." He said forcefully. "You'll die without help, I can't leave you."
Tears stung Ladybug's eyes, she has to take him or else he'll die. Forget her, he is all that matters to Ladybug right now.
"You'll die if I don't do this." She said, tears spilling over.
"It's what must be done, I'll help you until I can't anymore," He said solemnly. "Besides once Plagg gets tired enough my disguise with fail and my identity will be revealed,"
"NO," Ladybug screamed, "I AM TAKING YOU TO THE HOSPITAL WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT,"
She was sobbing at this point and fell to the ground, crawling onto the bed, cradling Chat's face in her hands. He looked pale and pasty, and his eyes seemed to lack their usual pop of bright green. Tears flowed freely down his face as he looked at her. She crawled her hand to the back of his head, sliding it through his soft hair. Her heart plummeted at his condition, and she leaned her forehead against his.
"I don't know what I'd do without you," They both said at the same time.
He leaned in and his lips brushed against hers.
This time she didn't pull away.
She pulled him closer.
For a hot second it was only them in the world. Chat trailed soft kisses down Ladybug's neck. A shiver went down her spine and she pushed him away. Chat looked up at her, a smile playing on his lips.
"Sorry, I got a little excited," He whispered, their faces only centimeters apart.
"No, I liked it…," She admits. "But we're getting side tracked, we still have an akuma to deal with, and a sick kitty to get to the hospital." She smiled, softly kissing him again.
"Not a word about this though,"
"Aww man! That's no fair," Chat Noir pouted.
She booped him on the nose with her finger, ignoring his pouts, and sat up, picking up her sick kitty in her arms. She then stopped remembering...the throw up. She placed Chat Noir down and quickly cleaned it up the best she could. It was not fun to do. Finally she picked him up, swinging back out through the window they came through. What have they gotten themselves into?
I hope you enjoyed! More chapters are on the way, please review, it means a lot!
