strolling through the Asylum, the Benicio family soon finds themselves on the second floor after climbing the double stairs in the lobby, wandering through a new set of halls in the maze-like layer of the building. They take the route leading to the left wing when they get greeted by a dark long hallway.
The left is completely covered with windows which are neatly placed with a two meter gap between each glass surface. The other side contains a few doors, which lead to therapeutic rooms, one of them labeled hydrotherapy. But what really gets their attention, is the trail of a scarlet liquid, presumably human blood, leading towards the end of the dark hallway as it guides their gazes to an old looking elevator.
The elevator has a metallic cagelike gate design with a wooden interior. One bulb lights up the entire contraption and the end of the hallway as well, as the light reflects in the blood and black and white floor tiles.
Boris whistles; "Either that's blood, or someone spilled a lot of strawberry jam in here."
The entire family stares at the wolf while he shrugs his shoulders with a cheesy grin; "What?"
"Why is there always food in ya noggin'?" Benicio gives him a questionable look.
"What can i say? Old habits don't fade."
The ink demon smirks at his oll' pall slowly shaking his head, remembering their old cartoon sketches they did together before Joey Drew studios turned into their own personal hellhole. Even back then, the wolf had one thing on his mind, FOOD! Well, that and annoying the living hell out of Bendy."
The ink demon doesn't realise he's just standing there, daydreaming while he goes through memory lane as he gets confused and worried glances from his henchmen. Until his thought train gets interrupted by his right hand man, Gizmo; "Ey boss, ye gran'? Is ye shoulder actin' up again?"
"Wait what…?" Benicio quickly shakes his head coming back to his senses and soon notices the worried stares from the family members, making him embarrassed.
Luna comes closer to him; "If zat is kase, i kan have another look at your shoulder, if you vant."
"What? no!" He quickly pulls his shoulder away from the doc her grabby hands and fastly passes the others walking further into the hallway. They don't break eye contact with the boss, as the demon walks on the blood, following the trail. Yet once Benicio gets halfway the dark barely illuminated hallway…..
*BANG!*
The mob boss his heart stops for a few seconds as he holds his breath while one of the crows outside crashes against the window next to him, creating cracks in the glass decorated with blood originating from the bird as the poor animal is crowing noisily.
It gets followed by silence as they watch the bird fall to the ground. Benicio walks to the now broken window and sees the body of the animal lying on the cold hard floor as the others stare at Gizmo, whose eyes are going wide. The poor cartoon crow gulps as the black color in his face turns to a shade of grey.
Benicio glances at him from his peripheral vision, it breaks his heart when he sees Gizmo turn pale. Knowing that the informant is upset, he tries to divert the crows' thoughts. "Come on….Nothing to see here. We have a job to do, remember?" He walks towards Gizmo, places his right hand around the informant's shoulders and gently guides him towards the elevator while he uses his left hand, gesturing to the others to follow.
The group finally makes it to the elevator and go into the means of transport as the gates close on them. Luckily for them, the contraption is just big enough to carry them all.
"Going up!" The ink demon pushes the button for the third floor, using his tail to do so.
The elevator cabin slowly makes its way up as Alice suddenly asks; "Maybe i'm being paranoid, but is it safe to use an elevator that has been out of order for god knows how long?"
The words have barely left her lips as the cabin reaches the selected floor. Yet instead of stopping and opening the cagelike doors, the elevator keeps going.
"Ya know what? She has a point, machinery does require a lot of maintenance," Boris adds as this tense feeling gets the family in its grasp.
As if on cue, the contraption comes abruptly to a halt between the third and fourth which is also the final floor.
Abel sighs; "great, now what? We're trapped like rats in a ca..."
The rebel angel can't finish his sentence as he's interrupted by a loud thud coming from the roof of the elevator cabin, making the entire thing shake as the lightbulb starts to flicker. Alice quickly hugs Boris out of fright as Diana does the same with Jack, being careful for the faun's sore arm.
It stays silent as the group aims their focus on the top of the cabin. With a loud screech, the elevator falls down as the group gets thrown against the ceiling of the cabin while orange fiery sparks are strewn around the place. Again, the contraption stops abruptly as the family falls on the floor in the compartment.
As the toons are coming to their senses, they hear a low male voice whisper; "Yeeeeees"
Benicio rubs his head; "What in the name of Satan is going on around here?"
In a flash, the elevator cabin is being catapulted up again as the family holds on for dear life when the elevator repeats the process two more times. Finally they reach the third floor, as the elevator gently arrives and the gates slowly open. Before the group leaves the contraption, they can hear that same voice creating a maniacal laugh as it slowly fades out into the distance.
They get out as Fonzy holds a hand in front of his mouth, looking as if he's about to puke; "At least, now i know how a jojo feels."
Boris cracks his back, stating; "That's it, next time I'm taking the stairs."
"Okay, family check...Everyone still in one piece?" Benicio desperately looks at his henchmen making sure everyone is alright and accounted for.
The elevator ride didn't do the demon's sore shoulder any good, neither did it for Jack's arm when pain throbs through their recovering body parts. Yet, none of them show their uncomfort as they don't want to worry the others, finding Deeralyn and the last key seems more important at this point. The others seem to have either a few bumps or scratches
but nothing too severe.
"aiaiai, at zis rate you guys are gonna bury me vith vork. At least try to not hurt yourselfs. Okay?" Luna sighs while she in turn looks for possibly injured family members.
"yeah, yeah, don't get your stethoscope in a nod. We're fine." Abel waves a dismissive hand while he blows at the lock of hair hanging in front of his left eye.
Benicio is relieved as he discovers that the elevator fiasco didn't come with additional injuries and continues their quest to complete the family and find a way out as he takes the lead once again. Afterall, he was the one leading them in, but by the inky fire from his heart, he will be the one leading them back out alive and well.
As the family wander the halls of the third floor, the rebel angel makes sure he walks at the lead next to the mafia boss while the others are a few steps behind. "Say, bossman, I wasn't the only one hearing that voice and laughter in the elevator shaft, right? What's up with that, Who was that?"
The ink demon glances at the others before he aims his attention towards the angel. "What, do I look like a mindreader to you? How should I know who or even what that was? But for what it's worth, you're still sane, we all heard that voice, it sounded like a man, a mad man."
Benicio has to admit, curiousiosity lingers in his mind. He's pretty sure those two creatures from before were out for the count, so, who was the one toying with them in the elevator shaft? Now that he thought about it, where were those creatures coming from in the first place? This was supposed to be a human asylum, but all they've seen so far are humanoid freaks and the floors and walls covered with blood. "What happened here?" Benicio asks himself out loud while he drowns himself in the thoughts.
As they turn the corner to the right, he soon snaps out of them as they all hear the sniffing of a woman crying. The group found themself in a new hallway, but at the end of the hallway stands a lone stretcher, a woman seems to be strapped to it. She seems to be a nurse, their nurse.
Luna can't help herself as she runs towards her. "DEERALYN!"
The cartoon deer slowly turns her head towards the person that had screamed her name while tears run down her face. Luna comes closer and starts reaching out for her as a smile appears on the nurse's face. Which is only short lived as her smile turns into a frown while she whispers; "Help me."
Luna's barely standing by her side, when all of a sudden the stretcher wheels fastly off in the hallway to her left. They can hear Deeralyn scream while they watch how the stretcher disappears behind a big double door at the end of that hallway, as if she was being dragged away by an invisible force, leaving a horrified family behind.
The mob boss passes Luna, placing a supportive hand on her shoulder as the others follow their leader. Benicio doesn't waste a second and dashes towards the double door, his henchmen close behind. Yet right in front of the door, the group slows down as they see a plaque next to it, reading 'theater'.
"Why in the name of all that is good, is there a theater in a mental hospital?" Fonzy is confused.
Luna rolls her eyes at the dumb remark as she's anxious to go safe her partner. "Not show zeater Einstein, zey are talking about operating zeater. Zough i have to admit, i voudn't be surprised if zey vould perform small shows for patients, even mentally ill need some enterrrtainment once in while."
Fonzy emits a cheesy grin revealing his Canines; "Oh yeah, that makes more sense."
The two soon aim their attention towards the mob boss as he uses his bad habit of kicking in doors, making them fly open violently as one of them becomes unhinged in the process and falls to the floor.
Elymas sighs while he closes his eyes as he places his index and middle finger from his left hand on his temple and his thumb on his cheek, slowly shaking his head. No matter how long it will take, he will get Benicio to stop doing that one day.
However there isn't much time to dwell on their boss's behavior, as the shock of what they see in the room consumes them. They find themselves in a giant dark room, barely lit by the big round operating lamp hanging from the ceiling. Looking up, you can see what looks like a tribune as chains dangle from the ceiling in different places. But the real eyecatcher is right in front of them. The big open space from the room is filled with hundreds of identicall brancards. Each of them had a figure lying on it with a white sheet draped over them. To finish it all off, they can hear the same cries from Deeralyn echo through the room, making it difficult to tell where it's coming from.
Luna takes a few steps closer to the brancard closest to them. "Deeralyn? Ve're here. Ve're gonna help you. Vhere are you? Say something, podruga (*girlfriend)…"
The cartoon doctor grabs the sheet from the brancard and glances at the others, seeing the family nod in confirmation, she yanks the sheet away and finally screams while she stumbles back. Benicio quickly runs towards her and tries to calm her down as the others look at the content of the stretcher, there's a human corpse lying on it, it was old by the looks of it as it's flesh had rotten away for the biggest part of its body.
Benicio feels his stomach turn and aims his vision towards the other stretchers in the room. "I think we found the humans."
"May I suggest we split up in the search for Miss Deeralyn? It could save us some time," Elymas suggests.
The mob boss nods, but they suddenly get distracted by the rattling of chains. As they look at the far right of the room they can see one of the chains hanging from the ceiling move, yet they can't see what caused it to move in the first place.
"Maybe 'tis de wind," Gizmo is thinking out loud.
Boris shakes his head. "It can't be. I don't know if ya have noticed but there are no windows in here and the room is completely intact. Besides, if it would be the wind, there should be more chains rattlin' and the sheets on the stretchers should move. No, there's no wind here."
Again a chain starts to rattle, but this time the chain is closer to them. The group takes a few steps back. Alice is about to say something but Benicio silences her. The family looks at him confused as Benicio places a finger in front of his lips, telling them they needed to stay quiet.
Eventually, he looks in the direction where the chain had just made noise. "What are ya? Why are ya doing this to us? We just came to deliver a package.
Alice looks weird at Benicio; "Who are you talkin' t…"
The angel/demon hybrid gets interrupted by a female creaking voice. "He found a new subject….. He wants you."
The ink demon's heart skips a beat hearing those words, as questions rage through his mind. "Who's this he, ya guys keep babbling on about?"
"...The mad man."
"This is an asylum, creep. Can ya be possibly any more vague?"
All of a sudden the owner of the female voice reveals itself as it's standing right in front of the mob boss his face. It looks like a woman with long black hair which covers half of her face and has bloody bandages over her eyes, her body's covered with syringes and bruises and looking at her hands, she has nails as daggers.
Benicio jumps back as his henchmen stare at the tense situation. "Dang Lady, ya can use a manicure."
The woman slowly walks up to the ink demon gently placing the back of her hand on Benicio's cheek as she gently strokes it. "He's gonna get you."
All of a sudden she turns her hand while Benicio pulls his face away, causing her to create a cut on his cheek as ink dribles from it. The woman lashes out a second time, ripping his shirt. The ink demon starts to complain "Oh come on, if this keeps up, there'll be nothing left of my shirt. Do ya have any idea how difficult it is finding a comfy shirt like this?"
She's about to attack a third time but gets stopped as a chain wraps around her wrist. Confused as to where the metallic links come from, she sees the black fox with blue pants holding the other end of the chain. "Sorry fugly, i'm going to need you, to leave our boss alone.
The female growls at Fonzy as she quickly makes circular movements with her arm, freeing her wrist from the metallic shackles. Once free and against the will of the henchmen, she aims her attention towards Benicio with an oversized disturbing smile which made his inky skin crawl. But right there and then she slowly fades in front of their eyes. the moment stays quiet, the sense of danger still lingering in the room.
The henchmen but most of all Gizmo, keep a keen eye on their leader while they see an inky sweat drip run down his face. Gizmo is about to make his way towards the boss, only for Benicio to stop him on the spot, raising his hand and slowly shaking his head. Once again he raises his finger against his lips. Eventually he whispers; "S-She's still here. We'll follow Elymas' plan. Split up, find Deeralyn….but keep it down, we can't see her but maybe we can hear her….)
The group hears the sound of rattling chains in the distance, seeing one of them wiggle from the ceiling. Other than the sound of chains they can hear her laugh as she taunts with a singing voice. "He'll get you…"
Benicio's tail droops to the ground and starts to breathe a little faster. Not that he's scared or anything, well maybe a little but he's not planning on becoming someone's plaything without a fight, not again. He gets worried glances from his family but continues; "She or he, wants me. I'll serve as a distraction while ya guys are looking for Deeralyn and the third key."
Gizmo's about to protest but Luna is just a bit quicker. " Oh niet you don't! NIET FIGHTING! I told you zat your shoulder needs to rest, it needs to recover first."
Benicio rolls his eyes; "I'm kinda running out of options here doc. Fine, have it your way, Abel, Gizmo…. protect me. Alice, Jack and Fonzy, look for the key. Boris,Diana, Elymas and Luna, go find Deeralyn."
The henchmen nod and start their assigned tasks as they split up through the room, trying to be silent to spot the enemy. Abel and Gizmo make their way towards Benicio and go stand in front of him like protective bodyguards. The ink demon stares at the ground with a sigh, whispering; "I hate this."
Abel glances at him with a soft smile; "Look Bossman, even though we warned ye this was all a trap, ye still wanted to do all this. Not a wise move, but ye have your reasons. And though ye made a bad decision, ye still trie to protect all of us and keep us safe. Now allow us to do the same for ye…...i mean, we're a family after all, we look out for each other, right?"
The mafia boss his frown turns upside down while he replies; "...Right."
Gizmo buts in the conversation; "I hate to interrupt yer fierce speech but it seems we've got incomin'." He points at another rattling chain which is hanging fairly close to them. The angel and crow both place a protective hand on their boss' chest as they use their free hand to aim their weapons towards the invisible target. Abel uses his beloved gun 'charity' while Gizmo uses his prized knife he once had gotten from the boss.
Meanwhile, the group that searches for Deeralyn has gone through quite the amount of brancards. Unfortunately, so far, they've only been greeted by rotten, bloody corpses, making Boris and Diana whine and gag as they feel their stomachs turn.
As a doctor, Luna is less bothered by the sight or smell, besides she's way too worried about her partner to pay any attention towards the human corpses piling up.
Elymas on the other hand, has no problem dealing with the smell or sight of the corpses since he's used to them. It pains him mentally, that he's immune to the stench and sight of death, all because of his creators, those humans, if you could even call them that. To him, they were more like a cult of monsters that had imprisoned him in a fake imposturous animation studio. Forcing him to kill innocent humans against his will just for their amusement as they performed their 'black magic rituals'. He'll never forget 'Faith Master Studios', nor what they did to him.
The blue demon is absentmindedly rubbing the stubs which is all that is left of his wings, while he keeps searching through the stretchers. Boris notices though as he makes his way towards him, asking; "Are ya alright Elymas? Ya look like there's a lot on your mind, not only that but ya keep rubbing the stubs on your back, do they hurt or somethin'?"
"Oh, am i? My apologies. It is not my intention to make you concerned. I am fine, my friend. I just took a trip down memory lane, that is all. But to put your mind at ease, I can confirm that my wings do not hurt. Now if you will pardon me, I will continue my search for miss Deeralyn."
Boris watches the entertainment demon go away as he whispers to himself; "...Wings….huh." Finally he too, continues his search.
Alice, Jack and Fonzy are in the meantime looking for the key. They make their way upon the tribune and search every seat, but with little success so far.
Eventually both search parties halt their mission as they Hear Benicio scream; "GIZMO NO!"
Looking towards the mob boss, angel and crow, both groups can see how the womanly creature becomes visible while she dashes towards Benicio, only for Gizmo to step in front of their boss as the lady throws the crow against the floor, rendering him unconscious and then proceeds to tackle Benicio. Yet before she can actually hurt the demon, Abel takes a leap which is followed by a facekick as he sends the woman flying.
While she's still drowsy , Abel yells; "WE CAN USE SOME HELP OVER HERE!"
As third in command, Jack takes the lead. "Okay change of plans. Alice, Borees and Luna keep searcheeng for Deeralyn. ze others go protect our boss.
"What about the key?," Alice asks.
"forget about eet for now. ze fahmeely's safety ees more eemportant."
And with that, the family members follow their new instructions as they all with exception of the unconscious Gizmo, go towards the ink demon and form a protective wall around him, their weapons at the ready.
"Keep ye ears sharp everyone, she's surprisingly stealthy," Abel informs them.
The words have barely left the angels lips when the woman appears in front of him and grabs him by the hem of his shirt as she lifts him from the ground. "Easy sweety,I'm gonna need ye to put those few remaining brain cells together and work with me here, okay?"
The creature isn't sure what the angel's talking about, until she feels the barrel of his gun poking in her chest. She roars as she throws Abel away like a ragdoll, who in turn stretches his wings, makes a loop and gracefully lands on one of the stretchers, still aiming 'charity' at her. "tsk... Now now, no need to be so grumpy, it's not my fault, someone used ye as a pincushion."
That last statement reminds her of her real target as she faces Benicio.
"Uh-uh, don't think about it toots. Keep ye claws away from the boss," Abel instructs as he pulls the hammer of his gun.
Diana and Elymas go stand in between the creature and Benicio with spread arms, forming a barrier. Out of frustration, the woman faces Abel again growling at him as she unveils her teeth.
The rebel angel feels uneasy as the woman slowly makes her way towards him as she yet again turns invisible. Abel looks frantically around him, looking for the slightest hint of her whereabouts, yet isn't able to spot her. He looks at Alice, Boris and Luna, asking with a crack in his voice; "Haven't ye found her yet?"
"Relax Halohead, ve're vorking on it." Luna doesn't even look at him as she's too desperate to find her nurse.
It doesn't bother him since he himself is too busy finding the creature, until Jack suddenly yells; "Zere, een front of you. ze stretchair moved, look out!"
With a loud roar, the woman turns visible while she jumps towards Abel's chest as she pushes him off the stretcher. With a grunt, the rebel angel lands on the floor as he accidently shoots his gun in the process, hitting the creature's side as blood splatters on his blue shirt. With the angel dazed from the fall, she fades again, only this time she leaves a blood splatter.
Abel gets himself off the ground. "Eww, grose, I got human blood on me."
"And it seems to me that you are standing on the substance as well," Elymas informs.
Yet at that same point, the creature has reached them and throws them all aside as they hadn't seen her coming, leaving Benicio vulnerable. He slowly takes a few steps back as he can hear her come o so closer, to the point where he can feel her breath on his face. "His new subject."
"umm, thanks but no thanks freakshow. I'm good." Benicio tries to find any means to help them. As long as this bitch is invisible, they are having way too much trouble to stop her.
Abel runs toward the ink demon in an attempt to help him as he runs through the blood splatter, leaving behind bloody footprints. Benicio notices and gets an instant idea. "Okay, since we've been playin' hide 'n seek for a while now, how about we change activities, how about drawin', i'll take care of the INK!" Benicio raises his right hand which emits a shower of the black liquid which covers the body of the woman entirely, turning her visible.
In a fit of confusion and panic, the woman gives an unearthly scream as the henchmen are now able to attack her as they surround the woman. Yet the creature has one last trick up her sleeve as she's not planning to give up so easily. Even though she's weakened by the gunshot of Able, she uses all the syringes on her body, injecting herself with a weird toxic looking substance which makes her mutate.
Meanwhile Alice, Boris and Luna are still going through the stretchers, finding one human corpse after the other. Yet they still haven't found the nurse. Alice and Boris are about to give up but they don't want to fail Deeralyn and the look on Luna's face is enough motivation to keep going as she was about to have a breakdown. The female wolf is still following the cries and sniffles of her best friend. Then the moment is finally there, seeing the next stretcher, she yanks the sheet away as she's finally standing eye in eye with Deeralyn. The poor deer is completely in shock as she's strapped to the stretcher tears running down her face as she whispers; "You found me, you finally found me."
Luna gives her a soft smile as she too sheds a tear, but one of happyness and relief. "Sssssh, be still. I'll get you out of here, i von't let zem take you ever again." And with that Alice and Luna open the straps, freeing Deeralyn while Boris informs the others. "WE FOUND HER! WE GOT DEERaly…." The wolf trails off as he sees the mutated creature.
Her body has grown longer as she emits a green glow her teeth have grown sharper. While she slowly stumbles towards the others.
"That's fine and dandy 'n all, but do ye think ye might wanna help us out? We're in some kind of pickle and I'm not saying that cause she turned green," Abel replies.
Yet as the creature is about to grab Benicio, she suddenly yelps out loud falling on her knees as she leans forward, revealing a now awake but pissed off Gizmo standing behind her with a bloody knife in his hands. Everyone stares at the small toon crow in disbelief as he places his knife away and slowly walks toward the woman's front.
"When' I tell yer to leave the boss alone…" He places his hand on the weakened creatures head and smashes it on the ground and then pulls it back up; "I mean to leave 'im alone…" Again he smashes the head on the ground and pulls it back up as the other can now see blood dripping down her forehead " Am I bein' clear geebag?"
The woman doesn't reply as she's practically bleeding to death when Gismo releases his grip on her head making her fall flat on the floor. Next he cleans his hands on his body when he notices the others staring at him; "Wha, i'm not the one who shot the skank. Besides, i had to protect the boss."
And with that, the crow leaves the operation theater, leaving the others perplexed.
Benicio has a soft smirk on his face as he looks at Gizmo's back; "Would ya look at that, i didn't know he had it in him. At least now i know how he gets his information."
"Yeah about that, remind me that I don't anger the pipsqueak again," Abel adds, as he's mind blown by the crows outburst.
Benicio glances at the angel from the corner of his eyes with an even bigger smirk; "What….Ya finally found ya mach in Gizmo, cherub?"
The rebel angel chuckles; "Ye whish, hornhead. He's stronger than I thought, I'll give him that but I can handle him."
Suddenly Gizmo's head pops back through the door opening. "Ye guys comin' or wha?"
"Well, the thing is… we still need to find the third key," The mob boss informs.
Next he lays eyes upon Deeralyn, he walks towards her without saying a word. The nurse isn't sure how she should react to this, but as he is standing in front of her, he suddenly hugs her tight, surprising her until he whispers in her ear; "I'm sorry I dragged ya into this mess, please forgive me."
She gently breaks the hug. "O-oh no, it's okay, you guys found me and i'm fine. There's nothing to forgive. I admit I was scared, but It's just like you said boss, you guys are here for me and I'll be there for you guys."
Luna continues; " Besides, you made big mistake, da, but ve're used to it. Ve kame vith you villingly, so stop feeling guilty. Ve kan't change past, so,ve kan only make best of present to create better future."
Jack smiles at that; "well said doc, I deedn't see you as a pheelosophair."
"vell zere's lot more you don't know about me."
Benicio smiles; "Ya see? Teambuildin'... Ya guys are startin' to get the hang of it. But we're kinda getting off track here…" Once more he aims his focus on Deeralyn. "Hey sugarlips, did ya see that woman hide a key somewhere?"
The cartoon deer slowly shakes her head. "I'm sorry, the moment I disappeared, that creature brought me to that stretcher at the end of the hall where you found me and strapped me onto it….I could only see the hallway. When she dragged me into the theater, she draped a sheet over me so i couldn't see anything."
"Shit….well don't worry about it, ya couldn't help it." It stays quiet as Benicio's thinking. Eventually he looks at Alice. "Did ya guys find something while ya were searching for the key?"
"I'm afraid not. Jack, Fonzy and I, started to look at the tribune since Boris, Elymas, Diana and Luna were dealing with the stretchers. We checked every corner but nothing, I even looked at that big lamp on the ceiling but also nothing. If the key was there we should have found it by now."
The mob boss sighs as he slowly runs a hand down his face. "Welp, back to square one. Think, the only places we haven't been yet are the fourth floor and the right wing on the second floor."
Deeralyn hesitantly spoke up; "M-May i say something?"
The mob boss gives her a soft smile. "Ya just did, but sure... Go ahead toots."
"W-When that woman brought me to the third floor, we took the double stairs to the second, she paused at the top of the stairs and I saw her glanze at the right wing, I think someone was there."
"Well, that safes us a game of heads or tails...Second floor it is."
"O-okay, when you go back to the left in the hallway you found me you can take an elevator…."
The others of the family all simultaneously yell; "NOOOOOOOO!" Deeralyn jumps at their sudden reaction, as she doesn't understand what's going on.
Fonzy eventually explains while he suppresses another puking spree as his stomach remembers the elevator ride. "S-Sorry about that… Let's just say we took that elevator earlier which gave us a bumpy trip."
"Oh, i see ….That's pretty weird...When we took the elevator, it was working just fine."
The other gave her a nervous chuckle as Benicio began; "look, we'll take the stairs to the second floor. Let's go, no time to waste. we've already spent too much time in here." And so he leads the family to their next location in search for the last key. Little do they know, the dangers that still await them.
