Rivka was standing at the doorway looking into her apartment shocked. "Someone got in without a problem and could have been in waiting. We got way too lucky," she whispered before Christine walked over and hugged her. "I'm okay."

"No you're not, but you act it. You are allowed to be afraid."

Not even wasting a moment, Rivka pulled out her phone and dialled Jo. "Hey why are you calling? Is something wrong?"

"Call the others and tell them to meet at my apartment. We had a break in and it's with an unknown intruder and unsure purpose," she informed calmly and almost methodically.

"Are you hurt?" Jo didn't care about the objects for the moment and was more concerned about the fact that Rivka revealed a break in had occured.

"I'm just fine as are Mac and Christine. The place was empty when we got back. But I know the place needs to be processed," she answered hanging up and sighing as she leaned against the wall. "Why is it when I'm ready to go, things go wrong."

"I'm going to call-," Mac began before Christine pointed to Rivka. "Called the others already?" She nodded and he chuckled at that. "Don't be shocked that you'll have to get checked by EMTs."

"But I'm not hurt."

"Your vitals still will need to be taken," he answered looking at her with no nonsense in his voice. "You will cooperate with them," he advised and she nodded at that.

When their team arrived to check over Rivka's place, Flack and Stella didn't rush inside. They hurried over to where Christine and Rivka were sitting and Rivka looked concerned. "Are you two alright?" Flack had brought EMT with them and Rivka swatted them away.

"We're fine. Whoever broke in did it hours ago. They're not here. Mac already cleared my apartment," she responded. Flack looked in to see the place was torn to shreds. "That'll be a nightmare to clean once Mac allows me to go back inside."

"We'll come and deal with this tomorrow. For tonight, you're spending the night in someone else's place," he answered walking out and looking at her. "The fact that they got in and broke the lock clean off concerns me," he answered revealing the deadbolt and locking mechanism. "How many people knew about your locks?"

"Just Hawkes. I have never had my parents at my apartment. We barely speak sans tonight," she answered honestly glancing back into the apartment. "Have you processed it so I can at least go in and see if they actually took anything?"

"Danny and Lindsay are still processing your bedroom but the rest of the apartment's been processed," he assured and followed her and Flack in as they walked through the debris. As she was about to move she grunted in pain and glanced down to see glass. "Watch your footing."

"No really?" She lifted her foot to see if it fell and luckily it did. As she glanced around the kitchen she checked it to see everything was on the ground. "Well so much for having groceries," she chuckled. Mac snickered at that and patted her shoulder before she opened a cupboard and carefully used a chair as a ladder to check things. "Nothing was touched in the cupboards. So whoever was here, knew what they wanted and had an idea about where it would be."

"We just finished in your bedroom and this looks clean compared to your room. They were looking for it in there," Danny informed looking at her. "Was there anything of great value in this apartment that someone knew about? Something worth stealing?"

"Not that I'm aware of," she responded as she sat on the counter and looked at Danny. "I don't buy valuable items for this exact reason. Just in case someone decides to try and break in. I may be in one of the nicer apartment buildings but still."

"I found this though," Lindsay answered revealing a bullet.

"Yeah it's for my 9 mm," she responded and Lindsay looked at her to watch as Rivka pulled out a gun from underneath her pant leg and handed it to Lindsay and revealed the bullets were an exact match. "They found the ammo box but not the gun. Plus that's the defective bullet. I always purposefully leave a box of defectives."

"Doesn't that risk damage to your stuff?"

"Just as much as it risks damage to the intruder. Most people are smart enough to actually look though," she admitted glancing at Mac. "By that time I've had my chance to grab my police issued gun and it scares them out or gets them arrested," she answered.

"But whoever this was, knew you weren't going to be home. What are these walls like?"

"Hawkes?"

"Paper," he answered looking to Stella. "Were you on the phone with anyone about the dinner?"

"No but I know my parents left a message," she answered and Hawkes looked around. "It could be anywhere in this debris. But let's think logically. We all know there's one person that wouldn't want Aswari Bayar to testify and one person who had been looking into Aswari's death."

"Ah," Mac responded knowing where she was going. "You think whoever the MOSSAD agent is, they're getting smarter and are watching your moves." She nodded and Mac chuckled. "Then we need to get a step ahead of them."

"Hopefully Russ has an identity for us soon," she answered.

"For tonight, I think you should go to Mac's place. You both have a shift in the morning. But if they try something Mac's in the same area as you," Stella responded and Rivka was about to argue before Stella gave her a look that shut her up. "Didn't think you'd argue."

"She's right. They busted all forms of security off this place and at least the apartment I'm in, I need to tell them if I'm expecting someone," Mac responded. As Danny tossed Rivka a bag she checked and saw clothes were already in it.

"We all agreed before we got here," Lindsay explained and she glared at Lindsay. "Hey you may be away from your parents but you're still the youngest on the team. On top of that I'm a mother off hours as well. No way would I be comfortable letting you sleep here while there's a rogue MOSSAD agent on the loose that could now have a target on your back."

"Yeah don't bring up my age thing again."

"Doesn't help you became a second grade detective at 18," Danny answered looking at her. "You had the ranks of detective by 15 and then took your second grade exam on Mac's recommendation during Forensic Science finals," he added.

"Alright if I agree to go quietly will you all shut up about my age?" Mac nodded and she sighed. "Alright I'm going," she answered grabbing her bag and walking out with Christine and Mac. As soon as they were guaranteed she was gone, Danny couldn't help but laugh again.

"I don't think she gets close to anyone family wise because she's scared."

"Her parents are Israeli and did you see how they treated her tonight?" Jo had to point that out to them and everyone shuddered thinking about how her family greeted her when they arrived. She was considered a disappointment by them.

"Which is why we always reinforce that we value her and her skills. Mac and Christine certainly look out for her whenever she's hurt."

"Well she also needs to let her feelings show for someone."

"We all know she has two crushes. It's just a matter of one of them acting first." Danny dismissed. He knew who it was going to be as Adam was showing more signs for Kendall than Rivka, but Hawkes? The two of them were closer than heck and Hawkes wasn't much older than Rivka.

"Let's see what the morning brings," Stella advised.

As everyone arrived at the lab within the few hours of sleep they were able to get, Mac noted Russ was arriving too. "Russ," he greeted and he pointed to Rivka. "Detective Bayar," Mac called and she walked over and shook Russ's hand.

"I have the authorization of the Israeli Government and MOSSAD to tell you everything. Get your team," he instructed and she glanced at Mac shocked. He nodded at her and she walked off to go get the other members of their team. "I'm warning you that Rivka will be in a state of denial when she sees everything."

"She won't be. Last night she had a break in at her apartment."

"Probably were searching for a 9 mm gun that belongs to one of them. Rivka got it from one of them not knowing that they'd be wanting to get it back." Mac looked at him and he revealed a picture of the gun Rivka pulled out of her pant leg. "That's it."

"She carries it on her."

"Wise move on her part." As Rivka walked over with the others Russ looked at her. "Is there anyone in your apartment right now?"

"No," she answered looking at him. "I don't know what this is about but I still have to figure out what happened to Abdul Bayar who was really Aswari Bayar and nobody dared to tell me. So unless you are going to get to the point," she began calmly.

"We are," a woman greeted walking in and smiling at her. "It's good to see there is a good Bayar left." Rivka tilted her head and Mac guided her into the conference room with the others where Russ looked at Rivka calmly.

"These two are from MOSSAD and the one behind them is a member of the Israeli Government. We wanted you to understand the full extents of the investigation even though you were removed from the case due to the deceased being your brother. Detective Taylor has told me you are still a member of the investigation due to you being the only one on the team that can speak Hebrew."

"Correct," she answered before the MOSSAD members showed images. "These were of a raid in 1987. My family said they were around for this raid and that it devastated whole villages," she informed casually and the one woman nodded at her.

"That's right. But here's where the story began. Our best agent, she recovered evidence and weapons. We tried members of the attacking gang a year later and got them. Nothing happens for a few years. Then in 1993 they are able to overpower us at one of our bases in a more remote location. Our security cameras show that this MOSSAD agent let them in and guided them through the place. We go to arrest her and learn she's escaped the country with her husband, son and newborn daughter," the Israeli official continued.

"What did she escape with besides her family?"

"Money, identification and a 9 mm revolver," Russ informed and then showed the image of the revolver and saw Rivka look at it shocked before lifting her leg and unhooking the gun that she got back from Lindsay. The MOSSAD members looked at her shocked and she looked to Russ. "That's correct. You are in possession of the revolver that the rogue MOSSAD agent escaped with."

"You said Aswari was coming here to testify for you."

"That's right. Aswari Bayar, or as you know him, Abdul Bayar was a Marine that was a MOSSAD liason. He feared for his baby sister's life and begged us to lie to his family and say he died. He wanted to make sure his sister was safe. The night Agent Josephson and the three of us were all to meet up with him, we find him dead and know he is still a NYPD matter due to his status being secret. Russ contacted us the moment he met you and said you were safe."

"So this MOSSAD agent that went rogue would have had to be close to Detective Bayar."

"Correct. We learned our MOSSAD agent worked with a known terrorist and her husband who was a MOSSAD tech analyst," the Israeli government official began before revealing the three pictures. "Meet Shuri Bayar, Tabal Bayar and Maha Bayar," he introduced.

"Mom, dad and uncle Maha," Rivka breathed in shock looking at the 9 mm. "What have you done?"
