Paul woke up from his phone's alarm on Saturday morning despite a late night on his computer. He begins his morning checking his overnight messages or news that he may have missed in the last 7 hours. He gets up and walks over to complete his morning routine. He was still in his pyjamas. He wouldn't be getting changed or shower until he knew what time Kim was going to be ready. For now he was organising some things around the house and completing some of his normal daily activities.

He was excited to hangout with Kim. Just the two of them...

Wait!

JUST. THE. TWO. OF. THEM!

Oh no... Paul never actually hangout with a friend that was a girl, by himself. Only a few group outings mixed with boys and girls. Paul started to develop a nervous tick in his left leg. Shaking up and down.

He has never done this before. What if she doesn't enjoy his company? She's been real distant recently. What if he says something that triggers her? She knows martial arts after all. He wouldn't ever hit a girl, unless she's an evil person.

He has never had a girlfriend before, or ever kissed a girl. He was still a young man. He wasn't the type of guy to date a girl for her body. As long as she's cute and beautiful. He would act like a gentleman, get to know her first and then take her on a nice first romantic date and see if they get along afterwards. This... Now this is a different matter. Thousands kilometres from home and actually liking a girl from this small town in America.

'(Sighs) My luck is so poorly timed. When will reality give me a break.' Paul says in his mind.

Paul whips his phone out of his pyjama shorts and starts typing a message to someone.

The Possible Residence

Kim was wide awake and fixing up her bed, she hears a text message on her iPhone. She had a Kimmincuator device which was clearly for business regarding missions and a server channel which linked straight to her close and intelligent friend, Wade. Her other device, was her Apple iPhone, which was clearly for personal use. She went towards her phone and saw the messenger ID, which was Paul with (Pink love heart emojis). She smiled at this.

Paul - 'Morning Kim, You still on for hanging out today?

Kim was excited that Paul was still keen on hanging out today. She texts Paul back.

Kim - 'Yeah for sure. Can't wait.'

Paul replies within a minute

Paul- 'Great. Would you like me to pick you up from your house at 12PM?'

Kim panicked a bit. She definitely didn't want Paul to come over to her house. Not because she wouldn't mind him coming over in the first place. Her father would freak him out with his... Black Hole talk. Kim quickly thought of something else. She had an idea and she sent her message to Paul.

Kim - 'Is it alright if we meet up somewhere instead?'

Kim waiting for his response.

Paul - 'Sure. You want to meet outside at the Starbucks on the corner inside the Middleton City Centre?'

Kim dodged a bullet there. She actually didn't mind going out to the Starbucks for a drink.

Kim - 'Sounds perfect.'

Paul - 'Great! See you at 12.

Kim - :)

Kim was excited about hanging out with Paul, despite the fact she hasn't been the best of hosts to welcome him into her lovely town. She was welcoming in the beginning, but has drifted a bit further away from Paul recently. Despite seeing each other everyday at school.

Kim was trying to brush off her crush, thinking it was one of the feeling or thoughts that floats at the back of her mind. She was hoping it would go away very soon. She then gets changed, puts on her makeup and heads downstairs and intendeds to spend the rest of her time at home with her family downstairs eating breakfast.

Kim went to the location that should would be meeting Paul at. She wore her It was still early for him to come over at her house, her dad would ask Paul a million questions and probably drag him all the way to his job at the space centre and put him into a spaceship straight into a black hole. She definitely didn't want her newly made friend Paul to get on the wrong side of herself and her family. That would be a disaster if that were to happen. Then her mum... you see, both of her parent's were quite protective of their daughter when some boy wants to date her. Her on the other hand, wasn't too fussed. As long as he was a gentleman and kind-hearted. One group of individuals would pester him and prank him so much, they would probably scare off the teen. Kim was referring to the 'Tweebs'. As known as her annoying and genius twin brothers. Jim and Tim.

Kim's family hit the perfect trifecta.

She hoped it wouldn't come to that one day. But life works in mysterious ways.

She would have to dodge her father, if Paul started to hangout with Kim more often. For the time being, it's best off meeting him outside her house. Her father hopefully wouldn't think that Paul was dating her.

Argh! Why was she even thinking about dating him? He's just a friend!

Kim wondered where he was. He said to meet up at 12PM. It was... oh, it was '11:58AM'. She was a few minutes early. She was too busy thinking about Paul and what her family would think of him. She was both nervous and excited to hangout with Paul. She hoped, everything went well today.

'Please for the love of god. Just for a few hours, please don't get a mission and ruin my chances for this hangout.' Kim prays to herself, within inside her mind.

Kim is checking both sides of the street corner to see where Paul is coming from. Still no sign of him. Kim thought if she was at the wrong location this whole time.

But then again... It's the only Starbucks within the city centre.

"Hey Kim" A voice called.

Kim turned around to see Paul. He was dressed in a navy polo shirt, black jeans and white shoes. She had to admit to herself. He knew how to dress. That's one of the things that made him cute.

….AARG-

"Sorry if you're waiting outside too long."

Kim's brain clicked backed to reality after staring at him for a few seconds.

"I-It's alright... I wasn't waiting that long."

"Cool. Shall we go inside?" Paul gestures towards the front door of the Starbucks.

Kim grinned back to the teen and said.

"Yes. We shall" as both teens entered inside the café

The two were were admiring the Starbucks and its atmosphere. Paul asked Kim what she would like, he also insisted on paying. Kim didn't want him to do that, but he insisted. Kim asks for a Chocolate Frappuccino with whipped cream. Paul heard Kim's order and asked her to take a seat. Kim waited patiently for Paul to bring her order to the table.

"Here you go Kim." Paul passes Kim her Frappuccino

"Thanks Paul"

"And I got you these." Paul places a white plate on the table filled with savoury treats.

"Oh my. Paul you didn't have to buy all of this for me."

"I wanted to though" Paul says taking a seat

"How about for yourself?"

"Don't worry, I'll have some too." Paul says giving Kim a fork.

Kim smiled and she was thankful, how thoughtful Paul was being, both teens had a fork in their hand and dug into their savoury treats.

"So, how's business these days." Paul says sipping on his Mango Frappuccino.

Kim froze for a second.

"Business? What business is he talking about?" Kim thinks panicking, to add to her nervous behaviour around Paul.

"The crime fighting business" Paul adds on as Kim not processing what Paul meant.

"Ohh... that? It's no big."

"That's reassuring. So do you lock them up in jail yourself?"

"The police mostly handle that while I take them down, but they keep on escaping."

"Well El Chapo escaped twice, so I'm sure that they know a thing or two about escaping prisons."

"Yeah. But now that you mention it... they do escape quite frequently."

"You should tell the prisons to upgrade their facilities or increase their security."

Kim agreed with that. It was kind of weird that most of her villains would escape and be out, ready to plot their next evil plans. Especially Drakken. Who constantly being a nuisance for Kim, he is easily the most eager villain to take over the world. Some of his plans are good, but he can't be successful in the end. Dementor on the other hand wasn't as frequent as him, but has far better plans than Drakken. Must take lots of time to think and plans his evil doings.

"So, tell me about your friend. Ron. Am I correct?"

Kim was a bit hesitant to talk about Ron. Especially since he left America. She wasn't entirely ready to speak about him. But she wanted a bit of closure. And she trusted Paul.

"Well... I first met Ron back in Preschool. Some of the other kids were picking on him and I scared them off, ever since then me and Ron have been best friends."

"Sounds a bit familiar. I swear, I've have heard this from somewhere else? Must have been from a show I was watching." Paul thought

"That's so nice. You protected him, from those troublesome kids."

"Exactly and he's always been... well a little... weird. But that's what make's him Ron, I guess" Kim smiles and the reminiscent of her old friend.

"I'm sure he misses you too."

"Yeah. I miss him a lot too." Kim says

"Does he contact you regularly?"

"Everyday."

"Talk about friendship. So you don't have any other best friends at school at all?"

"None that were closer than Ron and I"

"It's good to have one close friend who you get to see everyday."

"Well I hung out with him almost every day. Every night, we did a lot of things together for a long time. He's like a big brother to me."

"And are you an only child?" Paul asks.

"No. I actually have two bothers. Both younger, twins."

"Twins! Wow, didn't except that. And judging by your tone, I'm guessing you don't get along with them."

"You're spot on with that. I mean, they're both young and immature. Also their really smart. Like geniuses. But they are blood, so we've have each others backs."

"Well that's good to hear."

"How about yourself?" Kim asks curiously wanting to get to know the teen more about himself.

"I have two younger sisters. There both good girls."

"Sounds nice. Do you get along."

"From time to time." Paul looks down thinking about his family.

Kim spots Paul's head down, upon hearing about his family, "You miss your family?"

"I wouldn't be lying if I said very much."

Kim was silent for a few seconds. Kim places her hand on top of Paul's hand.

"I'm sorry you have to go through this."

"Don't be Kim. That's the circle of life. It keeps on giving and changing. And you have to adapt to those changes." Paul smiles and feels warm inside at Kim's touch.

Paul and Kim kept on talking for the next hour about their personal lives. Kim was quiet about her parents, while Paul was an open book. Paul strangely enough felt like he's heard of a certain person in Kim's life before, only thing that it sounded like from a different point of view. Paul brushed this as a coincidence. He also didn't want to blabber on all day and ensuring that Kim didn't think he was a nuisance. After finishing off their desserts both Kim and Paul stood up from the table. Kim broke the silence.

"So what you wanna do next?"

"How about you decide. You know this town better than me after all."

Kim thought about what to do. An idea popped into her head, "How about a movie?"

"That sounds good. I would love to see the differences between an American movie theatre, compared back at home. Let's go."

Both exited the Starbucks and headed towards the cinema.

Paul was really into his movies. He enjoyed action, adventure, comedies and crime films the most. After a slow start to the film, drama, guns blazing, explosions, more drama, plot twists and the usual good ending to a typical film, the credits start rolling on the big screen, as the theatres light's begin to switch on slowly. Paul turned to Kim, "I thought it was a pretty great film, if you asked me." Kim nodded in agreement, "It was. The plot kept me hooked all the way until that major plot twist. But the ending was satisfying."

"Couldn't agree more with you on that one. Shall we head outside?" Paul says.

"Definitely." Kim says

Both teens exited the theatre and were outside. The sun was a bother for a few seconds. Feeling like they've haven't seen any sunlight for a few days.

"Huh, it's only 4 o'clock"

"Only?" Kim says

"I'm not saying that we should stop hanging out for today. We can do something else."

"Umm... The mall? Arcade? Mini-Golf? Walking and talking? Up to you."

"Well, I already went to the mall yesterday."

"Okay then. How about... Oh! How about exploring the town?"

"That sounds like a great idea. I didn't even think of doing that."

"It will be even better to have a local around with me too."

Kim and Paul walked around the whole town of Middleton. They spent the last 3 hours exploring Kim's beloved town. She showed him all the notable locations. Some he already knew like, the Smarty Mart, . Her mother walked inside the hospital. Her father worked at the space centre. Paul thought it was a cool job for him to have. She didn't specify want her mother did. Probably a nurse at the hospital.

They also went to the mall. Paul admit that it had such a amazing modern design, though there was many stores in the mall with weird names.

Victoria's Circuits. Earring World. Pickle on a Pike. Steve's Hats. Club Banana.

Paul never heard of these names before back at home. He knew about most fast food places around the world, with his extensive research. But never Pickle on a Pike.

They went around, the Bueno Nacho. Kim mentioned her friend loved to come here everyday. Something similar to a Chuck. E. Cheese. A tip. A university. Or college and a zoo.

Afterwards both bought ice cream on the way home.

Both teens were walking back towards the neighbourhood.

"I had a great time today" Kim says eating her ice cream. Both hardly said a word since they left the ice cream parlour. She actaully enjoyed her time with Paul today.

"Me too. We should do this again sometime. Well... other activates as well. Walking and talking is nice too."

Kim suddenly smiled, she felt a giddy feeling in her body. She couldn't help it, but she was excited. "Definitely!" Kim eyes widened, she didn't what the teen to think she was over the moon about how today went. "I mean, that's if you want to of course."

"Yeah for sure, Kim. This is my street. I'll take you home first."

"What a gentleman" Kim said playfully.

"I know. They should give out medals for this." Paul responded back playing along.

They both walked a few meters towards the Possible Residence. Kim would love to invite him inside. But her father would ask 1001 questions to him. He wasn't ready to let go of his daughter yet. Despite being 14 years old.

"Well this is me." Kim says gesturing towards her house.

"I can see that" Paul says slightly chuckling.

Both silently stare at each other for a few seconds.

"I really had a lot of fun today. I really needed this since Ron left.

"Me too."

"I felt talking to someone for hours made me feel more comfortable after these past few weeks."

"It's okay to go through changes Kim. Plus it's sometimes hard to let go. Trust me. I know that similar feeling."

Kim grinned at him, and she did something, he wouldn't except. She hugged the teen. Paul was taken back at this. A girl was hugging him. And it was Kim! Paul was panicking a bit, but he hugged her back. He didn't know how to react, but he grinned at this. Hug was short lived though.

Kim really needed this. And he delivered. Somehow...

Both now finished off with the hug, they were back to staring at each other silently. Kim broke the silence, although she was brave, but also nervous after she hugged him.

"I, uh... I should probably go inside now,.. uh see you on Monday, bye!" She stammered to him and quickly went up to the pathway to the houses entrance. She quickly, opened up and closed the door.

She felt bad for leaving Paul standing out there. Her heart was racing after she hugged him.

Really Kim! A hug! We're not trying to make this boy fall in love with you. He's only here temporarily! Her heart said yes, but her brain said no.

"Kimmie-Cub, how was your day?"

Kim stared at her father, he was on his laptop on the family couch.

"Itwasgooddadcan'ttalkrightnow. I have to... do... Homework. Bye." Kim quickly went upstairs into her room.

"Okay Kimmie-Cub. Homework on a Saturday night. I remember those days."

"Was that before you started growing grey hairs honey." Ann calls out from the kitchen

"I don't have any." James says, before asking his wife in a quieter tone.

"Do I?" He says going throw his hair.

"A little silver won't hurt anyone."

"Oh honey, you always cheer me up." James says to his wife before kissing her.

Kim opened her door, quickly closes it, throwing herself onto her bed. She put her hands over her face in exasperation. Why did she hug him. It was really no big. But she didn't want to send the wrong message to the teen. But she couldn't help herself. He was so nice, friendly and cute.

'Argh! This boy will be the death of me'

'BRINGGGG BRINGGGG BRINGGGG BRINGGGG BRIN-'

Paul stops his phone alarm and begins his day. The weekend flew past, it's currently Monday morning. It was time for another day of school. He completed his usual morning routine and off he went to school.

As Paul was walking, he was thinking about last Saturday, when he spent time with Kim. He really enjoyed the day with Kim, It was a great time getting to know the redhead more personally. He would love to do that every weekend with her. Get lunch, having a laugh and talk.

Although Kim hugged her, she quickly scrambled inside. He thought he did something wrong, that made her leave him abruptly outside.

Girls were confusing.

Sunday was a busy day with some homework, research as usual and casual time playing games during the remaining hours of the day. Monday was back to reality with school. He couldn't wait to start off another week at school with Kim... and of course his newly made friends. Josh and Monique.

Kim was walking to school in an unusual grumpy and tired mood. Last night, she went on another mission and unbelievable, failed yet again. This time it was that drastic Professor Dementor. She was...

Flashback to Sunday 7PM

At A Museum in Wyoming

Kim manages to sneak inside the Museum, thanks to a tip off from Wade. She is currently crawling through the vents, she is getting final instructions from her friend.

"Alright Wade, anything else I need to be aware of."

"Just be aware of his henchman. He has 4 alongside him. Oh and good luck Kim."

"Not the drama Wade." Kim says confidently in a low tone, before logging off

Kim kept crawling through until she found an opening through the vents. She found her opportunity.

She kicks in the vent and lands on the floor. She made a lot of noise due to the vent hitting the ground at such a height. She looks around to find Dementor. She goes through a room and see Dementor in a room, getting a bone of some sort.

"Dementor, when will you learn."

"Ah Kim Possible. Or I should say Kim Un-Impossible." Dementor turns around with a smug smile, speaking in a German accent.

"Have we been practising our vocabulary? You know the internet isn't usually a reliable source."

"Oh not at all Miss Possible. I've heard zat someone is having a hard time with her duties."

"I'm not having a hard time!" Kim says angrily. She didn't have the time for games. Especially when Shego got inside her head last time.

"I beg to defer Miss Possible. Da news, travels fast. No?"

"What News?"

"That Kim Possible, is. How you say?... Falling on her hind quarters." Dementor laughs at this, referring to her fall against Shego. That little scoundrel squealed to everyone!

"That didn't happen!" Kim was angry at this. She glared at the supervillain.

"Oh Miss Possible. Don't deny it. Anyway... Henchman! Get ze girl!"

Henchman appear in front of the teen. They charge at her, as Kim positions herself into her battle stance.

Kim proceeds to crescent-kick the side of one of the henchman's head, knocking him to the ground, the henchman tried to knock her down, but Kim was too quick and throws a jab at him.

another one throws a punch, but she easily dodges. And she kick him.

After a few minutes of battling his henchman, all 4 were down and out.

"You're too late, Frauline Possible! I've got what I needed from here. Now off I go. See on da flip zide." Dementor hits a button as a hatch opens up from the ceiling, while using some slang that the young hooligans use these days, before heading to the opening in the ceiling in his jetpack.

Who the hell installed that there in a public place anyway?

"Not for long!" Kim shouts back, before running to push a red button to close the hatch.

It was closing slowly and it was enough time for the villain to get away from Kim.

"Farwell Kim Possible (Erratic Laughing)" Dementor shouted back to the girl on his jetpack, before narrowly escaping the closing door.

Kim stares at the now closed hatch on the ceiling in disbelief, before stomping on the floor in frustration. Another one bits the dust! 2 times a villain has escaped her grasp. She hit something hard and she felt the pain a bit, but was more worried about Dementor escaping.

Kim was clearly agitated now. She knew that her reputation was on the line and made it even worse now.

Thinking about last night made Kim think that is she really capable to take on bad guys by herself? Ron was out of the picture for the time being but 5 years is a really long time. Eventually she will need some assistance. Even her friend Wade suggested to bring in another partner. Wade was never wrong, but Kim's stubborn nature, will get the best of her.

And she's two missions in a row, where the bad guy escapes. And Kim did all the right things and to the best of her ability. Usually they escape once, but Kim usually puts the blame on Ron's tomfoolery, but he lacked experience in fighting. She's too much of a egoist to take the blame for how they plan out their missions. For every plan, there's an action and that action has to take full affect. Many things can go wrong, so you have to think of a Plan B or think of something on the spot.

But in all fairness, Kim had less experience than Shego. They've battled multiple times in the past. But she couldn't edge over her during their last meeting. While as for Professor Dementor, she easily defeated his henchman. But he escaped before she could get her hands onto him.

Kim wasn't really into a talking mood this morning, hopefully she gets better as the day progresses. Right now she can't stop thinking about how she let Drakken and Dementor get away, and so easily as a matter a fact.

At least his henchman were arrested by the police. But now was the time for school.

Kim arrives to school and she heads straight to her locker, she doesn't see Monique or Paul anywhere. She's relieved, she just wanted a quiet morning to get over what happened yesterday.. Until...

"Good Morning Kim" A male voice calls out.

Kim's eyes lit up. She can recognise that voice from anywhere. She turns around and sees Paul smiling at her.

"O-oh. Morning." Kim tries to put on a fake smile, but was too late, Paul knew Kim wasn't having a good morning.

"Everything alright Kim?"

"Everything's good." Kim says opening her locker

"Are you sure?"

"Yep" Kim says gathering her books for the day.

"Positive?"

"Positive"

...

Paul knew he would be pushing it, if he kept on pestering about Kim's well-being. And he did!

"O..Kay. Because, if there's something you wan-"

"WHAMMMM!"

"I SAID EVERYTHING'S FINE!" Kim yells out, as the whole hallway hears her outburst.

She then quickly covers her mouth, realising what she said. She feels so embarrassed and ashamed. She yelled at the boy, who's a new student in her country and her crush. The guy she hanged out with just days ago.

"P-Paul. I'm... I'm so sorry. I don't know what came over me." Kim says with a bit of insecurity in her tone. She looked like she was going to cry.

Paul was silent for a few seconds before speaking up.

"It's okay Kim. I understand. You're going through some things. I'll let you be." Paul says with a disappointed face, before walking the opposite way.

Kim stares at the teens back, as people in the hallway stare at her, before continuing their normal routines.

"Well Kim, it looks like you scared off another boy away from you. 2 for 2. Not bad." Bonnie comes up behind the red head in an attempt to get under her skin.

Kim was silent, she was trying to hold back.

"What's the matter Kim cat g-"

"I thought I told you to leave her alone." A voice calls, both teenage girls stared at him. It was Paul

"Well? Bonnie? Got anything intelligent to say?" Paul says as he crosses his arms.

"...No!"

Paul watches Bonnie walk off. He then walked to his first class. Kim tried to catch up to him, but she realsied that he still might be upset after her outburst. She felt guilty. It was something out of the ordinary for her to do that.

Kim was feeling like a total ass after she told Paul off. He even stood up for her when Bonnie was about to make Kim even more embarrassed.

Kim knew she screwed up big time. Paul was just worried about her wellbeing. She was all calm and chilled on Saturday when they hang out, she enjoyed it. Sunday was her relaxing day, until Dementor decided to ruin it, escaping with a bone!

A bone to create an evil plan for world domination.

.And what made Kim more agitated was that he escaped. That's two in one week!

She was losing her touch. She would always win nearly every fight against every villain she faces. But ever since Ron left, she has struggled with the more difficult missions. Despite her athletic nature and her experienced martial art skills. 16 different types of Kung-Fu for crying out loud!

She was on a losing streak. She would quickly need to recover from this. But first things first, she has to apologise to Paul.

It was currently lunch time at Middleton High. Kim was sitting at the usual table, were herself and her friends would sit at.

"Hi Kim" Monique says

"Oh. Hey Monique."

"What's the matter?"

"Oh nothing. It's just I went off at Paul. He was just making sure everything was okay with me."

"And is it?...

"... No" Kim places her head into both of her palms, both elbows on the cafeteria table, "I can't believe I snapped at him like that."

"We tend to make irrational decisions when we're upset." Monique says taking a seat next to Kim.

"I don't know what came over me."

"Maybe your venting out your frustrations on him" Monique places an arm on Kim.

"He was just checking how I was going. And I responded harshly."

"You still have time to make amends. I don't think Paul is the type to hold a grudge on someone. Especially you."

"Why especially me?" Kim asks confused by what Monique meant by that.

"Because he likes you."

"Mon! Stop it. He doesn't like me."

"Girl you've got to stop denying that. You two together are cute!"

"He's probably into other girls." Kim says.

"I doubt that. He's totally into you."

"Monique. I know you're only saying that to cheer me up."

Oh how Kim was wrong. She kept on denying that Paul wasn't into here. But he totally was! Both teens think they are out of their leagues. Which in reality, they really weren't. They've had a good talk about each other, especially Paul, he was very open.

"Hey Monique. Kim, what's with the gloomy face?" Josh arrives at the table.

"Hey Josh, Kim did something that she couldn't even forgive herself for doing." Monique explains.

"Oh... I actually heard a lot of people gossip about what happened today."

Kim puts her face in-between her palms in embarrassment upon hearing that the entire school probably knows what went down earlier today.

"Don't worry Kim. I've known Paul for a week. He'll forgive you. He's a very open person."

"I know he is. We hangout last weekend."

"You did!" Both Monique and Josh said surprised at this.

"How did it go?" Monique says keen on hearing every detail.

"Where did you go?" Josh says curious.

"Did you kiss?" Monique says, as both teens look at her funny, Kim was blushing, "What?"

"Great. Starbucks, movie theatre and walked around the town. And No!"

"But you thought about it. Didn't you?" Monique says, grinning at Kim.

Kim sighs in defeat.

The cafeteria door opened and it was a bit louder than usual. It was nonother than Paul.

He was surprisingly in a good mood after he was yelled at from Kim.

Must have had a good few hours after the incident.

Paul proceeds to walk to his usual table. He sits down next to his newly made friends who continue to stare at him.

"You know I've learnt something here today." Paul takes a seat and begins to open his brown bag filled with food.

"Here it comes. At least can we do this in private" Kim says to in her mind ready to face the music.

"I'm amazed how companies like McDonalds, Walmart, Kentucky and Amazon, expanded all into overseas markets to increase their capital. If none of these companies expanded, the world would be left behind at these marvellous brands. Thousands of businesses are like this in China, America and scattered throughout Europe where they're only located within their home country. Growing it's capital without offloading into overseas markets, because they're concerned about quality control and management overseas. Ms Carlson was explaining this to me after her class. You know where she gave us that report to search up a millionaire and write about their early life, how they earned their wealth and rise to fame. It should be interesting to do!" Paul says eating his sandwich.

Everyone on his table stared at him. Kim was most surprised that she didn't get a handful from the teen.

"...Isn't there... anything else you wanna say." Kim says now bewildered how Paul didn't ignore her.

"Oh, I learnt that the State Liberty was a gift from France. Didn't even know that. Especially since they were allies." Paul says grinning.

All three teens continued to stare at the teen, as he eats his lunch. Paul looks up at the others

"What?" Paul says

"Nothing." Monique and Josh say at the same time.

Kim was silent, but she had to ask Paul something. She was utterly confused about why Paul didn't ignore her or even sit at the same table as her.

"Actually... Paul." Kim speaks up.

"Yes?"

"Can I speak to you?"

"Alone?" Paul says guessing.

"Yeah."

"Sure. I don't see why not."

"Thanks." Kim stands up and excuses herself from the table. Same as Paul.

Both walked outside of the cafeteria and inside the hallway. It wasn't that busy. It's better to have less eyes than in the cafeteria.

"Look Paul." Kim starts off, "I'm sorry for snapping at you earlier today."

"Apology accepted Kim. You know I don't hold grudges. I understand your predicament... It had to do something with... your mission? Correct?"

"Good guess. But it was no reason for me to yell at you. You're only checking up on my wellbeing." Kim smiles, "And I appreciate that Paul. It's just I'm having a rough patch with taking down villains ever since Ron left the team."

"I can understand losing a partner is hard to deal with. Especially riding solo." Paul understood what Kim was going through. Despite less than two weeks ago had no idea that a person or teenager is willing to risk their lives to save the world from baddies. An idea was floating around his head, but it wasn't the safest idea. But it benefits Kim by ten-fore if it were to happen.

"Say... I've got an idea. Why don't I help you with your missions?"

"No way. Absolutely not." Kim says immediately.

"Why? You said yourself you've had a streak of villains getting away."

"Because I want you to be safe."

"How thoughtful Kim. I appreciate the concern, but I think I can defend myself pretty damn well." Paul says recalling last Friday's outing with those young thugs. At... At least he thought they were young.

"Still. I need someone with experience."

"Ah check please." Paul says lifting his hand up.

Kim chuckles, "I don't know Paul."

"Tell you what Kim. Sleep on it, and get back to me about it."

Kim smiled, she was relieved Paul wasn't mad at her from before. She was glad and flattered he was willing to help her out. Especially only knowing her for less than a week.

"You ready to go back and finish the rest of our lunch time?"

"Yeah. Thanks for forgiving me."

"It's all good. Please don't relieve your anger on me though. If you need someone to talk about it, I'm free to talk to."

Kim happily grinned at the other teen, she gave him a short hug. Paul was surprised Kim was hugging him. FOR THE SECOND TIME! He grinned happily and hugged her back. Kim only hugged him for a short time, before saying thanks. Both headed back to the cafeteria and finished their lunch period with Monique and Josh.

"Good effort Sam. Good hustle Ralph. Martha, try and keep the ball as close to your feet as possible. Other than that, great work" Paul says as he walks around the soccer pitch. Everyone is completing a set of training drills. The rest of Paul's week flew by quite well. Kim and Paul were on good terms, and Kim was being less distant around him, like she did during his first week. Both are warming to each other as good friends. Both secretly have crush on each other.

Paul really liked Kim, but every week was the same thing. Would it workout? Paul shook these thoughts and continued to concentrate what was happening in front of him.

Paul wanted to see how the twin boys were doing. Last week both got off big time because of him.

He saw them kicking the ball to each other. Much better than last week. Today it looks like they want to be here.

"Hey boys." Both stopped passing to each other and looked at the teen, "Keep up the good work" Paul gave them a grin and thumbs up.

Both grinned amongst each other, both were still in a guilty mindset about setting off the rocket last week, both decided to not cause a scene and let things playout until the end of this month.

After the training drills were fully completed by the group of young kids. A match began. Mr Milton was on the touchline keeping an eye of the kids, while Paul was officiating the match. He's been a big hand recently. After 40 minutes later the match ended in a draw. Both teams shook their hands and packed up their things ready for home time. Jim and Tim where about to leave until Paul called them out.

"Hey Jim and Tim. I don't know which is which yet. You guys played better this week. And you finished off the whole game!"

"Thanks." Both twins said.

"I wanted to give you boys something." Paul says as he holds something behind his back. "Here." Paul hands Jim or Tim, a DVD relating to soccer.

"A video?" Both said at the same time. Both forget that Paul was going to give them something during next soccer session. Apparently this was it.

"Yeah. Watch it over the weekend. It might change your mind about soccer. Remember boys we have two sessions until the end of the month. Our deal is still on. Have a good weekend boys."

"Thanks"

"Take care."

Both boys walked to a car in the parking lot. There mum was picking them up today, "Hey boys, how was school?" The redhead asked her two sons.

"It was good." Tim says looking at the DVD he received.

"What have you got there?" The redhead turns around looking at the object

"This? Our assistant gave us a DVD to watch."

"Oh. How thoughtful of him."

"Yeah." Tim was looking at it before he gave it to his brother Jim

Both looked at each other and thought why not. After all, it was for free.

Kim returned home after her mission tonight. It was a fairly easy job. Nothing from her 4 main villains.

She was still waiting for Drakken to make his move over in Nevada. Kim knew he wouldn't go back to his other lair in the Caribbean. It would be too obvious. But Drakken is considered to be soppy in his plans. Kim wouldn't be surprised if he was back there already.

For the moment everything was on standby and Wade would contact Kim in a heartbeat.

She was itching to get square with Shego after she fell on her behind against her. But she really wanted to capture Drakken after he escaped.

Although, she knew going by herself wouldn't do here much favours, due to her recent dip in form. She hoped it was just unfortunate timing. I mean... some of her villains escaped, but she managed to get them in the end, before their plans are successful.

But... She was always with Ron when she foiled their plans.

Kim shook her head. Thinking it was nonsense what she was thinking about.

After all. Her last name ended in Possible. Anything was possible with her. She hoped this bad streak would end soon. Maybe she will keep herself full rested and practice some extra moves on her next big mission.

All Kim knows at the moment that...

She had to be ready!
