QUICK NOTE: I'm very sorry if the fighting scenes are absolute trash...
[3rd P.O.V]
"Celestial ray of holy light!" Lucy chanted, her eyes glowing a golden colour as she raised her katana and sliced through the air, a large current of celestial light forming from the tip of her sword and soaring through the sky towards Angel, but to counter the attack, she summoned a silver celestial spirit key named Caelum, and in sword form to which a strike from it caused the celestial current to fade into nothing. Lucy raised her eyebrows, intrigued by the key and how it can be used. A weapon. One where it can change its forms. "Say, this celestial key, it can change forms, and fight for its user, yes?"
"Of course. I would have thought that you, a professional of celestial spirit magic would know of this particular key. But I will use this key to defeat you, whether you like it or not." Angel replied but Lucy sighed, a nostalgic expression upon her face as she rooted the sword deep into the ground, the sword now staying up on its own. Her facial expression changed, her hood only just managing to keep the expression unnoticeable.
"I don't think you realise just how nostalgic this is, Angel. You said this the last time we fought, and this will be the same way your downfall shall begin. Let's just get this over with," Lucy sighed, laying her fist onto the rooted sword, and beginning to chant the words which would surely bring doom and gloom towards Angel, whom at this point had already realised what was going to happen.
"Survey the Heavens, Open the Heavens...
All the stars, far and wide...
Show me thy appearance...
With such shine.
Oh Tetrabiblos...
I am the ruler of the stars...
Aspect become complete...
Open thy malevolent gate.
Oh 88 Stars of the heaven...
Shine!
Urano Metria!"
Lucy chanted, the both of them taken into a completely new World, surrounded by planets and constellations with a light blue background. Angel stood there, paralysed, as she recognised the very spell, she had used on her to take her out back then, but it had gotten stronger, funnily enough. The 88 constellations shot out and began to speed towards her, taking her by complete surprise the same as it had done that time. A scream left her lips as she was attacked and then she was slumped to the ground, almost unconscious.
"You have quite the ways to go, Angel." Lucy spoke, a small amount of blood dripping down her lips from the price of the spell which should normally be magic energy, but for her, it was blood loss and small injuries. Angel nodded, all her celestial keys peeping out of her pocket, falling onto the ground. "But I do wonder why you felt the need to be so mean to your celestial spirits. I know what you've done to them in the past, and I just have one question. Why? Why treat them like they're scum when you yourself know that they are all their own people. You know they have feelings, so why...?" Lucy asked, her back turned.
"... Because they are not angels. And if you're not an angel, like you, then I don't care. Why can't you see that I just don't like this way of living? I want to be free. I want to be free like an angel, don't you want that, too?" Angel asked, reaching out for the fluffy clouds in the sky as Brain called her pathetic over the thought sharing magic. "Just because I'm telling you my reason doesn't mean I like you. You're very annoying, and I know there are many out to get you for corrupting their families and their way of thinking."
"I see... Then let me tell you that I am not corrupting them, and instead turning them to the light. It may seem like I'm corrupting you since you've been in darkness for so long, but it's true, Angel. Not every life is perfect, and everyone has some sort of past that is filled with darkness, and I, too, can testify to this. But if you want to leave the darkness and finally see the sun, then I'd suggest you take the advice I gave you the last time we fought." Lucy spoke, standing up and brushing the dust off her cloak. "If any of you want a rematch, to get out your feelings, you know where to find me."
With that said, she left in a whirl of her cloak, after grasping her sword and returning it back to the Celestial Realm, towards Hibiki who was staring in amazement. Probably one of the shortest fights he had ever seen, but he remembered this particular spell that she used. After all, he gave it to her when he had seen her struggling a few years ago. He felt Deja vu from the way she limped towards him. A slight smile formed on his lips as he walked towards her, his magic activated and had already been in contact with Natsu and a few others, who reported they were fine, and on their way towards the "Nirvana" which is where they agreed to meet.
"Lucy-San―" Hibiki began but was cut off by a large amount of blood sliding freely from Lucy's lips to which he almost cried out from shock. It had already created a small puddle underneath her boots. But just as he was about to reach his hand out, wanting to help treat her, time around them froze completely. He himself had been frozen but he didn't know it, and everyone else was frozen too except for two select individuals; Lucy and Ultear Milkavich. Ultear was curious but also cautious as to what this time being frozen was all about whilst Lucy was confused. Everywhere around her was blue and held constellations in a dome all around her.
"Uh, Hibiki-San..." Lucy muttered until the ground beneath her began to rumble and a large hole formed, her form falling as a short scream left her lips. She was confused, but most of all, worried. Was this her time magic becoming awakened...? If so, then where was she going? Would she be able to get back? Will they all be frozen forever? What will become of her when she sets foot in the new World, she will be forced to get used to...? What if she can't get back? What about Fairy Tail? Mirajane? Master? Mavis? It was all so confusing and concerning.
The ground had swallowed her whole, just like a man-eating beast who had been starved for days and was now even hungrier than it was before. Luckily, it didn't hurt when she tumbled through the earth that she had once found comfort and solace in. Yes, she loved laying on the ground and looking up at the beautiful clear and blue sky. It was one of her hobbies, which she took pleasure in. The experience of getting swallowed by the ground wasn't very exciting since it was dark and all she could see was the slight glow of her keys who were confused by the sudden change of Dimensions.
I must be far away from Earthland by now. Lucy thought as she continued tumbling through the empty space of air and oxygen. There was surprisingly little Ethernano which she needed to regenerate and gather more magic energy. But even though there was little left in her system, the little in the air could still repair her injuries even though the process would be very slow. She could feel the Ethernano particles working away in her magic container as it worked to replenish her magic reserves as well as the bruises the spell had caused. I must be in another Dimension. If the Celestial World exists, and the Parallel Dimension, Edolas exists, then why can't others...?
Just then, she suddenly stopped tumbling until she was shot into the sky, straight into Space where she was standing upright in a dome like the one that had appeared before when time had first frozen around her. Each of the 88 constellations glistened brightly and a door opened to her right. Lucy cautiously stepped towards it, confused as to what was going on until she was flung straight through the door, falling down until she crashed down some sort of glass dome, scratching her face and drawing blood in the process. She lay down on the ground, dazed until she realised there were people around her, staring.
There were many people who were staring at her, both from shock and anger. After all, she did just fall from the sky and crashed into them. Quite literally. There were a few who looked to be gangsters, and low-levelled dark mages, but she overlooked them, turning her attention to where a fully grown man stood, his hand over a small kid's face and a scowl present on his own face from the interruption. That man, why does he look like an evil and psychotic man-child who doesn't what's good for him...? I'll just assume he is the enemy in this case, because why else would a grown ass man hold a hand over a kid's face with evil intent? You don't see this everyday...
"You. Let go of the kid, and all will be well," Lucy stood up, brushing her cloak off, and repositioning the mask that hid her face, her brown eyes glinting slightly in the sun's light. Her eyes bored into his, her expression turning stoic, no emotion present at all, and by now, this was a skill she had mastered. But just as her expression turned stoic, an almost evil expression crossed her face for the briefest of seconds, her lips curling up as she snarled a warning that would be sure to keep a lot of them up at night, terrified.
"Or else, the next time you breathe, I'll cook you to tiny smithereens until all that's left of you is a pile of fragments, limbs and organs. I'll then feed you to my friend, Cerberus, who'd be happy to eat you, whether alive or dead. You hear that, human scum...?"
"Are you a Villain of some kind...? Because if you are, then why are you targeting me? I'm a Villain, and you seem to have a lot of potential, but maybe not as much potential as my Nomu here." Shigaraki Tomura sneered, seeming to be unfazed by the very much evil look she had just given him, along with the warning too.
"I am no Villain. You want me to give you some information as to what I do exactly? I'll give you it, because you're the type of guys who I chase, sending them to the Magic Council immediately, but I have their permission to get rid of them if I want, so good luck on trying to escape the fate I have decided upon you. Loke-San, Virgo-San, you heard me, correct?" Lucy replied, her evil expression fading away until she was back into her stoic and expressionless face once again.
And much to their surprise, a bright golden light shone upon them, a man with orange-coloured hair and cat ears stood in the light's place as it faded away into nothing, a smirk on his face, directed at the Villain and a woman with pink hair in a maid's outfit appeared beside him, her usual stoic expression still in place.
"You called, Lucy?" Loke smirked, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.
"Hai, Loke-San, but could you please get your paws off me? It's uncomfortable and embarrassing..." Lucy replied, shaking his arm off and was received with a pout from the Celestial Spirit, who sighed, his smirk still in place at her usual antics of rejecting him.
"Punishment, Hime-Sama?" Virgo asked innocently, her chains clinking together as she raised her arms, hopeful for punishment. But by now, they had a schedule of what kind of punishments, and this time it was a powerful flick to the forehead. Virgo bowed in greeting at Lucy, who then sighed and did what she wanted, flicking the maiden Celestial Spirit on the forehead, who blushed crimson red and sighed, happy. "Then, what may you require of our services today, Hime-Sama?"
"Ah, Virgo-San... Well, as you may have noticed, we're not in Earthland anymore. I landed here and see this man with a hand over the kid's face with evil intent. Need I explain more, or should I go into more detail, and waste the time of being able to be the predator?" Lucy explained briefly, an enormous sword in the shape of an enlarged crocodile clip appearing in her hands at will. Then, she turned to face the Villain who had an incredibly strong ally by his side.
With that said, Lucy and her Celestial Spirits dashed straight into the battle between a Villain and the Heroes. What will happen in their battle, the one that she unknowingly changed? Will the Heroes win, or will the Villains somehow win? What about All Might? When will he arrive?
To Be Continued...
Hello~!
I've just had a few ideas whilst re-watching the U.S.J arc of My Hero Academia, and I have to say, I was really hyped to write this chapter because of how awesome the fight scenes between the Nomu and All Might was!
By the way, is Lucy too OP? Because I've already decided on her magic, which I won't spoil, and I'm hoping that you don't see her as too OP just yet. If she is, I've tried my best to write in some character flaws like her stoic expressions and how she's sometimes too blunt or just emotionless altogether.
Um, I kinda don't really want comments on how she's a "Mary Sue", so I did my research, and I don't think she's that OP. Because Acnologia is way more OP than her, he who can eat all magic types, and she isn't as OP as the 'Queen-Of-All' Tropes that I've read. I don't mean any sort of offence because I love reading those kinds of stories as long as the grammar is alright.
She will become more OP as the story goes by, which I saved for Character Development and getting stronger! :D
About how she reacted to suddenly falling into a new Dimension, I wrote her as not that fazed, and I don't think she would be in this fanfiction, after all, I did write her as emotionless, so not much should be able to faze her. But in your opinions, was it too fast-paced? Should I work on lessening the pace down, or was it alright...?
Thanks for reading this story and taking these questions into consideration if you do!
