TMNT 2003 Universe
In the sewers of New York three turtle brothers are in their lair either training or looking into what happened to their master and brother. After Rapheal breaks his punching bag he walks over to Donatello.
RAPH: Donnie, have you figured out what the shell happened to Leo and Master Splinter?
DONNIE: It's strange, these readings from that vortex is like nothing I've ever seen before. This is something new.
MIKEY: But can it help us find them Donnie?
DONNIE: I can try, but it will take awhile.
Raph then punches the wall.
RAPH: We should've made it into that portal, we should be there with Leo looking for Master Splinter!
DONNIE: Raph, right now all we can do is wait. Once I figure out a way to find them, we'll rescue them.
Meanwhile in Central Park a group of reporters and civilians are surrounding a Keystone that impacted the park. Behind them however is Sauron. He walks up to them and a Police Officer notices him.
POLICE OFFICER: It's not Halloween yet, is it? You'll have to stay back, sir. It isn't safe here.
SAURON: You are right.
POLICE OFFICER: Wow. "A" for effort.
Sauron then smacks the officer with his mace and he hits a tree, knocking him out. As officers come to back him up, one is stabbed by a sharp hand claw. The Shredder then knocks him out and walks next to Sauron.
THE SHREDDER: Is this it?
SAURON: Yes it is.
THE SHREDDER: Excellent. Shall we begin?
SAURON: We shall.
Sauron then picks up the Keystone and then in place of the Empire State Building, The Dark Tower rises and the Eye Of Sauron looks over New York City.
THE SHREDDER: And so, the end begins! Hahahahaha HAHAHAHAHAHA!
10 Minutes Later
A rift opens up in the middle of the city where everything looks devastated.
LEO: This is New York!
SONIC: Looks like something went down here, something big.
Gandalf then looks in horror as he sees the Dark Tower.
GANDALF: Sauron!
SONIC: What is that thing, Gandalf?
GANDALF: The Dark Tower, where Sauron dwells. if he is here, all is lost! We cannot hope to defeat him without Frodo. Without the one ring…
Iron Man then flies above the city and sees two figures entering the tower.
IRON MAN: I see him and a guy in a very pointy armour.
It was Leo's turn to then look in horror.
LEO: SHREDDER!
SONIC: Shredder? I'm assuming that's bad.
LEO: Very. If he's working with this 'Sauron' then we're in trouble.
IRON MAN: They have the Keystone.
BATMAN: Then let's go! The city in chaos! This… 'Sauron' and 'Shredder' need to be stopped right away!
LEO: Guys we are short on equipment. Lucky for us, I know a place we can get some.
Leo then opens a sewer hatch in the middle of the road. The others look at him.
IRON MAN: Yeah I'm not going in there.
A few minutes later they were walking through the sewers on their way to the Lair.
IRON MAN: How much further do we have to walk in this shit.
LEO: Not much further. Why? Is your armour getting dirty?
Leo smirked.
IRON MAN: Yeah and it smells. I'm rich, I shouldn't be walking in this. Sonic how are you okay with this, we are in water.
SONIC: Oh I hate this, I'm just not complaining.
They then walk to a metal door, Leo then activates a keypad and types in the code. The door opens to reveal the Lair.
SONIC: (Whistles) Not bad.
DONNIE: Leo?
They then look over to see Leo's brothers.
MIKEY: LEO!
They all then run over to him.
RAPH: Where the shell have you been?
LEO: Saving the Multiverse.
DONNIE: The Multiverse?!
LEO: Yep, with them.
He then points over to his new allies.
LEO: Everyone, this is Sonic, Batman, Iron Man and Gandalf. I've been helping them save the Multiverse.
They all either wave or nod in acknowledgement. Iron Man then walks over to Donnie's equipment.
IRON MAN: Not bad, not bad at all.
RAPH: Leo, have ya found Master Splinter?
LEO: Not yet, but we're close.
GANDALF: Leonardo, we must not waste time. We must stop Sauron.
LEO: Right. Everyone grab what you need. We will move out soon.
DONNIE: Wait, you know who caused that tower to rise?
GANDALF: He is the ruler of the land of Mordor and has the ambition of ruling the whole of Middle-earth, or anything he wants.
LEO: Shredder's also with him and they have a Keystone.
RAPH: SHREDDER?!
MIKEY: Uh, what's a Keystone?
SONIC: Still figuring that one out.
BATMAN: They make our gateway more stable to travel to other universes.
LEO: And gets us one step closer to finding Master Splinter.
DONNIE: Then we are going to help.
SONIC: Cool.
LEO: Alright, get everything you need.
A few minutes later they exit the Lair and enter the streets of New York. They make their way through alleyways to try and avoid the armies roaming the streets. They are always avoiding Sauron's gaze so he doesn't see them coming. They arrive near the entrance of the tower where there is an electronic gateway guarded by Foot soldiers in Foot Mechs and Orcs.
BATMAN: We have to hurry and deactivate that gateway.
SAURON: If we do not hurry, Sauron will enslave all mankind.
BATMAN: Not on my watch.
They then charge at the soldiers. Sonic spin dashes a Foot Mech into pieces while Mikey knocks out the Foot Soldier with his nunchucks. Batman and Raph knock out some Orcs, Gandalf uses his magic to take down a Foot Mech. Iron Man, Leo and Donnie all charge and take down the last Foot Mech. Donnie and Iron Man then deactivate the gateway and enter the tower. Once they enter the tower, they arrive in a battle chamber. The turtles then hear a familiar voice.
HUN: Well, well, well.
They look up to see Hun jump down from a balcony.
RAPH: Hun.
HUN: And I'm not alone.
From the stands, Two-Face arrives with a tommy gun in hand.
TWO-FACE: Well, well, well. If it isn't our old friend Batman.
BATMAN: Two-face!
MIKEY: Eww! Dude half of his face is like, melted off!
TWO-FACE: Shut your mouth turtle!
HUN: I can't wait to crush your shells!
RAPH: Bring it!
TWO-FACE: How do you want to die?
He brings out his coin.
TWO-FACE: Heads or Tails?
He flips the coin and it lands on heads.
TWO-FACE: It's heads!
DONNIE: And what does that mean?
TWO-FACE: It means you lose yours!
He then fires his gun while Hun charges in at them. He jumps in the air and smashes his fists into the ground, creating a shockwave which pushes them back. Donnie and Mikey jump in the air with their weapons ready but Hun catches them mid attack. He doesn't realise that Sonic was prepared for that and spin dashed him right in the face, which in turn released the turtles.
HUN: You filthy rat!
SONIC: I'm a hedgehog, what part of that does no-one get?
He rushes to Sonic but he just moves to the side, dodging him.
HUN: You're fast.
RAPH: And you're dumb! Raph then punches him in the face and swipes at his legs, knocking him down.
Hun gets up but is quickly pummeled into a wall by Iron Man.
IRON MAN: Hi, I'm Iron Man. And I'm about to kick your ass!
Hun then charges at him but the turtles and Sonic all charge into him, pushing back into the wall. Iron Man then fires his unibeam at Hun which causes him to break the wall and fall out of the building.
HUN: CRUUUUUUUUUUUD!
Hun crashes into a car, knocking him out. Meanwhile Two-Face is firing his weapon at Gandalf, who is blocking it with a magic shield. Batman and Leonardo try to get up there but he sees them coming and doesn't let them.
LEO: This isn't working!
GANDALF: Then we should turn the odds.
Gandalf then projects his extreme illumination which blinds Two-Face.
TWO-FACE: AHH. MY EYES!
Batman and Leo see this opportunity and use their grapples to get up there and end this fight, Once Two-Face gets his vision back, he sees them and starts firing bullets at them, but they dodge them with extreme acrobatics. Once they reach him, they both kick him in the face, knocking him out.
MIKEY: Alright dudes, what now?
GANDALF: Now, we face Sauron.
LEO: And we stop The Shredder.
SONIC: Alright, let's go!
They proceed to the throne room. They enter to see Sauron sitting on his throne and Shredder watching the chaos outside.
SAURON: He said you would come. To save the weak.
SAURON: Who said…
GANDALF: Silence, fiend! You've fallen far, "Lord" Sauron. Serving another, now are you?
SAURON: I serve no-one, Gandalf Stormcrow! All serve me!
Shredder then notices the turtles.
THE SHREDDER: The turtles, at last. I have been waiting for you.
RAPH: Feeling's not mutual Shred-Head.
MIKEY: But we have waited to finish our little dance for good!
DONNIE: Your reign of terror is over!
LEO: Today, it ends.
THE SHREDDER: Mwhahahaha! The only thing that will end today, will be your pathetic lives! And then I will deliver your shells to the rat! And I will finish him myself!
SONIC: Not happening chrome dome!
THE SHREDDER: Ah, another rat who dares challenge The Shredder!
SONIC: I'm not a rat!
SAURON: It matters not, This world will fall!
THE SHREDDER: And once I'm finished with you freaks, I will return to the Utrom homeworld and finish them as well!
The floor then begins to rise up to the top of the tower. Once there, everyone prepares for battle.
THE SHREDDER: I see before me, children and freaks. I will slaughter you all!
SAURON: Come, Gandalf Stormcrow. Face me!
Everyone charges at the two villains and they charge as well. The turtles engage with The Shredder. Leo swipes at him with his katanas but is blocked by his claws. Mikey tries to whack him with his nunchucks but Shredder grabs them and kicks Leo away and wraps the nunchuck around Mikey's neck and proceeds to throw him at Raph, knocking them both down. Donatello jumps high and tries to surprise him but Shredder simply breaks the bow staff and jabs him in the throat and kicks him away.
THE SHREDDER: Fools! You waste your efforts! You are no match for The Shredder!
BATMAN: Then allow me to introduce myself.
Shredder turns around to see Batman.
THE SHREDDER: Who dares?
BATMAN: I am vengeance. I am the night. I AM BATMAN!
Batman then charges at Shredder and kicks at him but is blocked, but Batman ducks down and swipes at his legs, which knocks him down. Shredder moves away and slashes at Batman with his claw, but is blocked by Batman's arm guards. Batman then knees him in the chest and headbutts him. He then throws several Batarangs at The Shredder but he just slashes them to bits with his claw. Shredder then charges forward at the caped crusader throws a punch but is blocked by Batman's forearm. Batman tries to throw a punch but is blocked by Shredder's forearm, Shredder then kicks Batman's knee, while Batman is distracted Shredder breaks away from the hold and upper cuts Batman with his palm. Batman quickly recovers however and throws a smoke bomb to distract Shredder. While his vision is obscured, Batman attacks Shredder from multiple sides and then knocks him back with a roundhouse kick. He then throws another Batarang at Shredder but he catches it.
THE SHREDDER: HAHAHA! You think this could harm me?
Batman just smirks, the Batarang then explodes, stunning Shredder. Batman then fires multiple punches at Shredder, then he kicks him once, and then performs a roundhouse kick, sending him back. Meanwhile with Gandalf and the others. Gandalf fires lightning bolts at Sauron but he blocks them. He fails to notice Iron Man firing missiles at him, they do some damage on impact, but not much.
SAURON: BEGONE!
Sauron smashes his mace onto the ground which knocks him back. Sonic spin dashes Sauron in the back which makes him stumble. Gandalf then reaches for his sword and proceeds to do battle with the deceiver. The sword and mace clash as small sparks ignite from the clash of the two weapons. As they are battling, Iron Man fires a repulsor blast at the dark one, which pushes him right into Sonic's spin attack. This knocks him away.
SAURON: YOUR EFFORTS ARE FUTILE!
SONIC: That's what they all say.
Gandalf then uses the light of the valar on Sauron, which ignites him on fire. Iron Man then charges into him while flying. As they fly through the air, Iron Man throws punch upon punch until he throws Sauron right back into his throne, which breaks upon impact. Back with Shredder, they seem to be at an impasse. That is until the turtles rejoin the fight.
THE SHREDDER: DO...YOU...FREAKS...THINK...YOU...CAN...HARM...ME?!
MIKEY: Oh you know we can.
They all charge at him, working together. Shredder attempts to hit Mikey, but he wraps his nunchuck around his arm so Donnie can hit him with his bow staff which knocks him down. As he gets up, Raph stabs his armour with his sai, While Leonardo strikes him with his swords. Batman then throws multiple explosive Batarangs at The Shredder, which damages his armour. Mikey then strikes him with his nunchucks, then Raph hits him with his sai, then Donnie wacks him with his bow staff, then Leo slashes at him with his swords and Batman then finishes him off with two punches in the face and then roundhouse kicks him away and he lands on the floor, defeated. Shredder then gets up.
THE SHREDDER: THIS….IS...IMPOSSIBLE! I AM THE SHREDDER. I AM!
Batman and the turtles then jump up mid air and kick him right off the top of the tower, ending this battle for good.
THE SHREDDER: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Shredder plummets all the way down the tower and lands on the street, creating a massive crater in the middle of the road. They all then approached Sauron.
SAURON: How… Is this possible?
GANDALF: this is not your domain. You have no power here, Sauron, the Deceiver.
SAURON: I….Shall….Rule….All!
BATMAN: Not today.
A rift then opens up behind him and he falls through it. The same happened to Shredder down below. All of their forces retreated, the day was won.
MIKEY: We did it dudes!
ALL (EXCEPT BATMAN): YEAH!
Leo then grabs the Keystone from the broken throne. A rift then opens up for the heroes to leave.
SONIC: Well, that's our cue.
BATMAN: Leonardo, if you wish to stay with your brothers, we understand.
LEO: No, I'm seeing this to the end.
MIKEY: But Leo.
RAPH: If you're going, we're going.
LEO: No, New York needs you to protect it. I'll be back with Master Splinter. I promise.
The brothers then share a hug before saying farewell.
LEO: Ready guys?
They all nod and wave to the turtles before the rift closes, ending this reunion.
Foundation Prime
Sauron and Shredder arrive through a rift.
DR. EGGMAN: My, my. You two look a bit bent out of shape.
Doom scolds at their failure.
DR. DOOM: It would seem the mice have escaped from my maze. And for some reason, I cannot locate them. So, Joker, what do we do if we can't find them?
JOKER: Uh, make them find us?
DR. DOOM: Precisely. And I know just the person to help with that. Mwahahahaha!
