A few weeks later Cody woke up from his coma and was sent home- when he got home he saw a welcome home Cody sigh and was greeted by graham and Dani- Charlie went to hug him, but he went to his room.

Cody's POV- after my accident I thought everyone would hate me, but instead they were trying to make me forgive them. I still wanted to leave.

Charlie's POV- when Cody ran away it tore my heart, I think it was because i played with his siblings instead of him, I was going to make it up to him.

I walked inside his room found him laying in his bed

Charlie: Cody

Cody:hmm

Charlie: I'm going to the museum to see this exhibit do you wanna come

Cody: no thanks dad, I'm too tired

I frowned, he was bad, I couldn't blame him, I sat down in the hallway back against his door

Charlie: I am a awful father (sighs)

Dani's POV- Dani: ok, Cody's back but he's avoiding me, I need to fix this, luckily that notebook I found was his, I can bring it back to him, he'll have to talk to me.

I managed to bump into him

Cody: ahhh (he panicked)

Dani: sorry Cody it just me

We went silence for a minute

Dani: uhh I found your notebook (I hand him the book)

Cody: thanks Dani

He takes it

Dani: I saw you drawings their pretty cool

Cody was shocked

Cody: YOU LOOKED INSIDE, YYoU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO SEE

Her and away

Dani: Cody (I yelled) it's okay I like them (sighs) stupid

I wasn't preferring to Cody I was telling me that, but now he hates me

Graham's POV- Graham: ok ever since Cody cane back, he hasn't talked a lot and I liked it when the little squirt talked (sighs) it made me feel happy. So I did everything in my power to get him to talk, cause the silence was killing me.

We were on the couch, watching tv, I started with a little ice breaker.

Graham: so Cody, did you have a good morning

Cody:...

A dinosaur monster movie came on

Graham: wow I wonder how much it cost to built that (I laughed) probably zillions (I laughed again hoping it will get Cody to laugh)

Cody:...

Still nothing

Graham: oh come on you used to laughed at that one

Cody was still silence, I couldn't take anymore, so I grabbed Cody by the shoulders

Graham: come on Cody Cody can say something please, we can talk about anything just you and me

Now I was desperate to get him to speak

Graham: heck I'll tell you want my problem say

But before I could say anything he got up walked upstairs

Graham: (sighs) I really screwed up

Kade's POV- ok this needs to end now Cody wasn't eaten a lot lately and it scares me I'm afraid he'll do something awful like commit suicide, No!! Don't think like that kade that's never gonna happen, I almost Cody, I'm not gonna let it happen again.

We were in the kitchen together, I was making Cody something, he rest his chin on the table, I carried a plate with potato chips and a hot dogs with all the condiments I placed it in front of him.

Kade: eat up squirt (I patted his shoulder)

Cody: I'm not hungry (he turns to leave)

But I blocked him by putting both my arms over him, I grabbed his shoulders and pushed slowly straight back to his seat and wrapped my arms around his small little chest, he was cold so I have to make warm again, I then rubbed his chest.

Cody: you hate me don't you kade

I was shocked to hear what he said

Kade: what? No squirt I don hate you,

Cody: but you said--

Kade: forget what I said Cody, whatever I told you I didn't mean it, it hard with mom gone and I can be be very emotional about it and I can make it a big deal about, I took my anger out on you when I was mad at me, I don't wanna lose you like I did with her. (I buried my face in his soft blonde hair)

I then heard Cody crying

Cody: (sniffs, sniffs) it's my fault mom is dead isn't it (sobbing)

Kade: no Cody it was never your fault

He got up from his chair and buried his face in my chest, I wrapped my arms around him, I brushed his hair.

A few minutes later I took him to my room, we layed down in my bed, I cuddled with him, until he felt asleep, I put wrapped my arm around him, he hugged it.

I slept peacefully tonight knowing, I made peace with Cody. I leaned in his ear and whispered

Cody's POV-

Kade: I love you Cody

Those four words, I smiled knowing my family still cared about me, and there still always going to one person that loves him.

Tomorrow I was going to talk to everyone

Cody: I love you too
