Big Time by Peter Gabriel plays as fireworks go off at the entrance area with the crowd bursting into cheers. "Here we are at our first big Pay Per View Event of Multiversal Elite Wrestling: Genesis! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!" Boomstick said.
"We will be crowning our champions right here tonight and we will start it off with the first round of the MEW Championship Chase!" said Wiz.
"Wrestling fans, this is your opening contest of the evening and it is the first round of the MEW Championship Elimination Chase! Here are the rules, this will be a fatal fourway match with the pinned or made to submit superstar eliminated and the remaining competitors going on to a triple threat match later tonight!" said the ring announcer.
One of a Kind by Breaking Point plays as the crowd cheers.
"First from Bludhaven: Nightwing!" said the ring announcer as Nightwing makes his way to the ring.
"Light Yagami, Lie Ren and most amazing of all Lord Drakkon are the opponents that Nightwing has defeated to get to this point." said Wiz.
"The former Boy Wonder has definitely proved himself by getting himself to this match and he has the chance to win championship gold along with his hot alien wife." said Boomstick.
Dragon Soul by Sean Schemmel plays as the crowd cheers.
"Next from Dragon World, Universe 7: Son Goku!" said the ring announcer as Goku flies down to the ring.
"Goku has beaten Lucario, went away with an easy bye by beating Deadpool and then defeated Samurai Jack to get here tonight." said Boomstick.
"Goku is certainly one of the best favourites to leave here tonight the MEW Champion." said Wiz.
Infection Perfection by Brandon Yates plays as the crowd boos.
"Next from Abel City: Sigma!" said the ring announcer as Sigma walks down to the ring wearing his cape as he casts off before entering the ring.
"Terry Bogard, Kano and Luke Cage are the ones that this behemoth of a machine has defeated to get here." said Wiz.
"Let's not forget that he made sure that he was the last one standing in the ending of the last episode of ShutDown!" said Boomstick.
Danger Zone by Cherlene and Kenny Loggins plays as the crowd gives a mixed reaction.
"Finally from New York: Sterling Archer!" said the ring announcer as Archer comes down to the ring.
"Archer got a disqualification induced victory against the Mask but legit beat Nicholas Angel and then Little Mac to get here tonight!" said Wiz.
"Archer has shown himself to be out for himself here in MEW." said Boomstick.
The bell rings and the match begins with Sigma staring down all his opponents, they all ganged up on him as he went and attacked them all. This continued on as Archer attacked everyone while Goku and Nightwing did their best to tag team Sigma. Sigma got a few Maverick Drivers onto everyone while Nightwing had managed to hit Sigma with the Night Fall only to get tossed over the ropes by Archer.
Archer got himself pushed back by Sigma when he tried to pick him up for the Danger Zone, Sigma then started clobbering onto Goku but then Goku shocked him by going Super Saiyan! He then striked fast at Sigma and then hit a 3rd Spirit Bomb onto him. He was about to go for the pin but Archer hit him from behind only for it to have little effect and Goku hit him with the Spirit Bomb. He then pinned Archer for the 1-2-3!
"Here is your winner Goku, Sterling Archer has been eliminated from the Elimination Chase!" said the ring announcer as Goku gives a thumbs up to Nightwing who gets himself up and back into the ring as they stare down Sigma who is grunting as he gets up. Archer is furiously stomping onto the ring.
"Wow, Goku has gone Super Saiyan into the ring and now Archer is eliminated! The super spy is not happy!" said Boomstick.
"Regardless if he's happy or not he is eliminated and now Nightwing, Goku and Sigma remains with Nightwing and Goku realising they may need to eliminate Sigma later on." said Wiz.
Zitz the Battletoad is seen arriving in the arena, "I am here at Genesis and this is my first appearance on actual programming... It doesn't matter because I will prove that I am god!" Zitz says before walking into the arena.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall!" said the ring announcer.
Friends by Hyper Potion Plays.
"First from the planet Mobius: Sonic!" said the ring announcer as Sonic dashes out to the stage and smiles as he dashes down the ramp and around the arena before making his way back up the ramp and then down to the ring.
"Sonic is using the Sonic Mania and Baby Sonic theme!" said Boomstick.
"Sonic tried to help cheer up Conker backstage but he lashed out only for the tables to have turned on the squirrel..." said Wiz as they notice Conker coming from the crowd area and entering the ring and trying to attack Sonic from the back only to get a Spin Dash in return when he turns around.
"Conker has a lot riding in this match, if he loses then he can expect to have to fight 3 opponents in a 2 on 1 handicap match which he brought onto himself when he got himself on Mr Gold's bad side by charging a large alcohol bill to the company." said Wiz.
"Squirrels are good for nothing except for eating." Said Boomstick.
Conker gets up and the bell rings with the match beginning. Sonic then hits a Spin Dash onto Conker and follows it up with an easy cover for a 3 count. "Here is your winner Sonic!" said the ring announcer as Sonic celebrates an easy squash match.
"Sonic wins here in record time, I have seen speed runs and Youtube videos longer than this match." Said Boomstick.
"Well Conker can now expect to be squashed in a future handicap match." said Wiz.
Archer is seen shouting at something at Mr Gold in his office, "I don't want to hear you're ranting and demands to have the result overturned or the match restarted! You are now out of the running for the MEW Championship as least as far as the inaugural crowning is concerned so we will talk about future contenders on the next ShutDown but until then... Get out of my office!" Gold demanded and Archer left in a huff.
"The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!" said the ring announcer.
Sealab 2021 theme plays as the crowd gives a mixed reaction.
"First the team of Dr Quentin Quinn & Stormy: Sealab!" said the ring announcer as Quinn and Stormy comes down to the ring.
"Sealab are making their in ring debuts as they confronted their opponents in the ring only to be humiliated." Said Wiz.
"But now here comes their opponents..." muttered Boomstick as he and Wiz were dreading this.
Goodbye, Chimmichanga by Therewolf Media plays as the crowd cheers.
"And their opponents the team of Deadpool & the Mask: the Masked Misfits!" said the ring announcer as the Mask comes out driving a red party wagon with Deadpool standing on top waving a flag with a pair of heart boxers attached to it.
"The bane of our existence teaming up with that traitor after Deadpool's aspirations of becoming MEW Champion failed, they were put in this match with a debuting tag team with them making a horrible threat to get them to face them..." Boomstick muttered as he and Wiz shared a shudder.
"Well let's not think of that at the moment..." Wiz said with Boomstick agreeing as the bell rings and the match begins.
Stormy and the Mask started the match as they had had a dance off with the crowd laughing and Quinn shouting at Stormy to take it seriously. The Mask took Stormy down and then started hitting with a few punches before pulling out a sock and putting it on hand with him hitting Stormy with the Cobra. From the ropes Quinn tripped the Mask as the match continued on with Deadpool and the Mask teaming extremely well as Quinn growing frustrated by Stormy.
Quinn and Deadpool were soon both the legal men as Quinn managed to hit Deadpool with the Underwater Discovery (BK Facebuster) and tags in Stormy to finish the job. Stormy does the Worm making Quinn face palm but Deadpool gets up and hits Stormy with the Chimmichanga. The Mask was outside the ring and pulling onto Quinn's legs to stop him from interfering as Deadpool pinned Stormy for the 3 count!
"Here are your winners the Masked Misfits!" said the ring announcer as Deadpool and the Mask celebrated in the ring by doing DX styled crotch chops as Quinn was on the outside with his face in his hands.
"Sealab loses their first match and Quinn doesn't like it!" said Boomstick.
"Despite our feelings towards the both of them, the Misfits managed to win their first match as a team here tonight." said Wiz.
In a locker room a coffin is seen before it opens up and out comes Dracula, he then walks out to where Frankenstein is using wires from a circuit box to charge himself up. "Come my friend, we have history to prepare to make." Dracula told him as Frankenstein closes the circuit box and they leave together.
Enter the Battletoad by Atlas & Celldweller plays as Zitz makes his way to the ring.
"I don't blame you for forgetting but Zitz is a part of the roster, him arriving is the first time he has been here on official MEW programming." said Boomstick.
"So far all he has managed accomplish is being eliminated from the 1st round of the MEW Tournament by Samurai Jack." said Wiz.
Zitz gets a mic and faces the crowd, "You have gone too long without being shown my Excellency! My series has been suffering in irrelevancy for decades before Microsoft gave us another game and I am not letting that happen to me here in MEW! I am calling anyone out for I am a future MEW Champion and... I am God! I am God! I am..." he said...
Xenoblade Chronicles Medley plays as Shulk comes down to the ring to a large pop from the crowd.
"So what are you doing here? The guy who is only remembered thanks to Smash, you got a single game and couldn't even return for its sequel! What a joke you are!" Zitz said laughing. He goes for an attack only to be hit by the Chain Attack (Dirty Deeds) by Shulk .
"I decided to come here to scope out the competition after being signed, when I saw someone call out for a challenge I had hoped you would be tougher than you turned out to be." Shulk said before leaving.
"Shulk has surprised us by appearing and we should be looking forward to his in ring debut!" said Boomstick.
"Indeed we shall Wiz." said Wiz.
In his locker room Nightwing is punching a punching bag while Starfire comes up to him after finishing putting on her boots. "Good luck out there against both Catra and Neo, Kory. I will be rooting for you but be careful as Neo seems like a mute Harley Quinn without the redeeming stuff without her.
"Thanks Richard but focus on preparing for the next Elimination Chase match, neither Goku nor Sigma will be easy to beat even with Sigma in his weakened state." Starfire told him.
"We shall be focused on eliminating Sigma, MEW will be in a bad place if he becomes our first world champion! Goku and I have spoken before the match and it's a priority that he gets eliminated and stopped from plunging doom onto MEW, in his weakened state the next Round is our best shot." Nightwing told her.
"Things will turn out Richard, I know they will." Starfire told him before blowing a kiss as she exited through the door.
The referee is showing off the MEW Championship belt which is a replica of the 2002-2010 design of the WWE Womens Championship only with a red strap. "The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a triple threat ladder match for the inaugural MEW Starlets Championship! The only way to win is to climb the ladder and unhook the championship hoisted above the ring!" said the ring announcer as the belt was hoisted above the ring.
Turn the Page of Broken Dreams by Eric Minnesota plays as the crowd gives a mixed reaction with Catra coming out.
"First from Etheria, she is the Wildcat: Catra!" said the ring announcer.
"Catra has defeated Titania and Twilight Sparkle to get here!" said Wiz.
"She has made it no secret that she isn't here for friends even as Starfire tries to keep things friendly with eachother." said Boomstick as Catra goes around the ring and to a certain area in the front row are sitted Scorpia, Entrapta, Bow, Glimmer and Catra's girlfriend Adora. Catra does smile at them before entering the ring.
"Wow, Catra's friends and girlfriend got tickets. How do you think we missed them being there?" asked Boomstick and Wiz shrugged.
Fight Song by Rachel Platten plays as the crowd cheers.
"Next from Tamaran: Starfire!" said the ring announcer as Starfire comes out waving and blowing kisses to the crowd. She shares a smile at Catra as she enters as Catra just stares with her arms folded.
"Jade and Envy Adams are who Starfire beaten here tonight and even tonight she wants to show nothing personal against one of her opponents." said Boomstick.
"We have seen her husband continue on in the Elimination Chase so they have a chance to leave here tonight both as Champions." said Wiz.
One Thing by Jeff Williams plays as the crowd boos.
"Finally from Vale, Remnant: Neopolitan!" said the ring announcer as Neo comes out wearing her scarf, Roman Torchwick's hat and holding her Hush parasol.
"Neo won this spot by beating Palutena and Shantae." said Wiz.
"You see that scarf she is wearing, that is made from a piece of Palutena's dress that she ripped up and took as a trophy after beating her." said Boomstick.
The bell rings and the match begins, Neo is quite vicious attacking them both and Catra is equally vicious in attacking her. Starfire took the chance to get a ladder to bring into the match which she used as a weapon against them both. The match continued on as they attacked eachother with the ladders and had their chances to climb and try and unhook the championship belt. Neo had even taken her scarf and used it to strangle Starfire with it until Catra attacked Neo from behind and started using her claws to tear into the scarf.
Starfire had used the Tamaran Blast onto both Catra and Neo at the same time from the top of the ladder but Neo got up first as she climbed up (after hitting the Hush-Hush onto Starfire) but Catra pushed it back sending Neo down. Catra set the ladder and started climbing it along with Starfire as she got up. They started punching at eachother onto Catra got the upper hand and pushed Starfire off. She then grabbed a hold of the belt as Neo got up and pushed the ladder back with Catra still holding onto it. Neo pulled Catra's leg and got her down but Catra had unhooked the belt which was close to her chest!
"Here is your winner and the inaugural MEW Starlets Champion Catra!" said the ring announcer as Neo is shocked and angry as Catra flashed her a smug look. Starfire offered a hand to help her up with a smile and Catra sighed as she accepted it. She then held the belt up high as she walked out of the ring being embraced by her comrades in the front row. She smirked as she reached Adora and let out her trademark 'Hey Adora!' they then kissed as Catra let go letting Adora return to her seat.
"Catra is not only our inaugural MEW Starlets Champion but our first ever Champion crowned here in MEW!" said Wiz.
"You have to hand it to Catra as she did exactly what she set out to do!" said Boomstick.
Lord Drakkon is seen standing with Finster-5, "It should be me in the Elimination Chase here tonight but I will be leaving the Regional Champion..." Drakkon said only for Light Yagami to approach him. "What do you want?" Drakkon asked.
"A mutually beneficial alliance, you see I have a plot to take over this company but it shall take time to implement but I promise you the end result will be worth it! You are the first one that I came to as you are right as you should be leaving here tonight MEW Champion, you should have beaten Nightwing. He is nothing more than a sad Boy Wonder mentored by a failure of a vigilante who couldn't stop his city from being the sad state it was always in and should have snapped the Joker's neck long ago. You however, I admire above all other MEW Superstars and you are the first one that I come too with this plan. You brought peace and order to your Earth, a utopia that I hope to turn my Earth into. So what do you say? Actually don't tell me just yet, please just think on my proposal and I shall return to you for the answer and by that time you will be MEW Regional Champion." Light told him before leaving.
Nightwing, Goku and Sigma who is looking worse for wear are already in the ring. "The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is Round 2 of the Elimination Chase! The superstar who is pinned or made to submit will be eliminated leaving the final 2 superstars to advance to the finals in our main event!" said the ring announcer as the bell rang and the match begins.
Nightwing and Goku are double teaming Sigma who fights back still quite strong, he endures several Night Falls from Nightwing and Spirit Bombs from Goku but fights back with the Maverick Driver onto them with some near falls from the superstars. At one point Nightwing is setting up for the Night Fall but Sigma grabs him from the turnbuckle and slams him to the ground only to be met with the Spirit Bomb from Goku. He goes for the pin but from the ramp running is Sterling Archer when Goku hit the Spirit Bomb.
When Goku went for the pin the referee counts a two count only to be attacked from behind by Archer using the chair. The crowd is booing Archer as he then attacks Goku with the chair and then hits the Danger Zone onto him. He then leaves with the chair as Sigma gets up.
"Wow, what a sore loser Archer is!" Boomstick said.
"Wait Sigma is getting up..." said Wiz.
Sigma then gets up and hits the Maverick Driver onto Goku and pins him with his foot for the 1-2-3! "Here is your winner Sigma, Goku is eliminated!" said the ring announcer as the crowd is pouring with boos. Sigma is looking smug and stares down at Nightwing.
"Goku was all set to eliminate Sigma but thanks to Archer he is now eliminated!" said Wiz.
"Doesn't matter now since it's now official, Nightwing meets Sigma in our main event... the ultimate final of the MEW tournament and to decide the first ever MEW Champion!" said Boomstick.
Archer is seen backstage looking proud of himself with a smile, "Welcome to the Danger Zone!" Archer says as he walks off.
