Harry continues to read the thick tome.

"What is this?" he mutters.

"The transcript of Light vs McGregor".

Harry focuses his flashlight on the next page.

PROCEEDINGS

The Clerk: All rise.

The Court: And good morning again, everyone. Please be seated. Now calling for the record the case of Light vs McGregor, it's magical law number 13-0523. And if Counsel would identify themselves for the record.

Ms. Flint: Good morning, your Honor, Mary Flint on behalf of the plaintiff, Albus Dumbledore for the Light.

Mr. Houla: And, your Honor, Frederick Houla for the defendant, Kevin McGregor.

The Court: okay.

The Court: And, um, are we ready to proceed or are there any preliminary matters?.

Mr. Houla: I believe there are some preliminary matters, your Honor.

The Court: Okay. And will the preliminary matter affect Jury selection?

Mr. Houla: One of them will.

The Court: Okay. Let's take that one up, 'cause the other I can - let's, we can pick the jury and deal with at an appropriate time.

Mr. Houla: We are dealing with a defendant that leaked access to the Intuition Obelisk for a Dark Lord to capture and hold hostage for twelve years. Specifically the Intuition Obelisk under Munich, Germany. It was compromised in 1933 until 1945 from the German magical government to the Dark Lord.

If I may approach the bench, I have copies of German certificates.

The Court: you may.

Mr. Houla: I call to dismiss the case based on grounds that it should be held in Germany, and not here.

The Court: Overruled. The conditions of the victory of the war places legal super-cedes of this court over any German court. Do you have any other item to add, Mr. Houla.

Mr. Houla: None, your honor.

Ms. Flint: I bring forward movement to opening arguments.

The Court: You may go ahead.

Ms. Flint: I argue that McGregor did with malice and intent unleash the Dark Lord on the German Intuition Obelisk. This allowed the Dark Lord to control the base intuitions of the German people for twelve years, driving a global crisis that resulted in over one hundred million deaths.

This is no simple intuition stone, which only can sway several thousand, a hundred thousand to a couple million at most. This Intuition Obelisk swayed the opinions of tens of millions not only in Germany, but in France, Sweden, Finland, and in central and eastern Europe. This obelisk swayed government to corporate decisions to elections "

Above the page, and hovering, is a three dimensional image of a very large stone obelisk, a mixture of pure black marble and white streaks of granite.

Continuing to read the book, the hovering image turned back to a scene of a moving court room.

"Ms. Flint: The Obelisk can be used to influence intuition for business as usual, or for a massive drive for war. I argue the McGregor knew that once the Obelisk was to be fallen into the Dark Lord's hands, that he would use it for a massive drive for war and death.

In my support for my accusations, I will bring forward Albus Dumbledore as a plaintiff and interview him before the court.

I close my opening arguments.

The Court: Noted. Mr. Houla, do you have an opening statement.

Mr. Houla: Yes, I do your honor. I argue that..."

Harry moved his face away from the page, scanning the page for when Dumbledore is called to testify.

"The Court: You may proceed with the questioning.

Ms. Flint: Mr. Dumbledore, what can you say of the nature of these Intuition Obelisks.

Mr. Dumbledore: You were quite right when you said that they can control the government and corporate decisions of multiple nations; tens of millions if not more. But what is less known is that they can be used in Dark rituals, as conduits for mass sacrifices. That is what I believe the Dark Lord intended to use it for; a conduit for the mass sacrifice of millions of lives for his Dark rituals to empower himself.

Mr. Houla: I object your honor. This is not common information. How could McGregor know what he was unleashing.

The Court: Sustained. This is most unusual information.

Ms. Flint: Then I have nothing further to ask Mr. Dumbledore.

The Court: Then he may leave the stand. "

The scene plays in front of Harry of a younger Dumbledore, skipping out of the witness box with a hop to his step.

Harry closes the book, and stays contemplative before going back to bed.

The next day, Harry woke up with a shout "Harry, get down here" in a booming loud voice Uncle Vernon commanded.
Harry got up and walks down stairs. "What is it" he asks.

"Do you know what has happened to the clocks downstairs. They have all stopped working. "

Harry fidgets before answering, " I don't know, maybe the gears broke down".

Uncle Vernon cast a suspicious gaze towards Harry. Aunt Petunia hurried past Harry and started to unlock the kitchen door. "I'll check to see if any of the leftovers have been taken. "

Harry holds in his breath, while he waits for Aunt Petunia to check the fridge.

"No, the leftovers are all here." Here Harry lets out a sigh, something is finally going his way.

"Well, don't just stand there, start making breakfast for us."

Harry shot upright at his Aunt's words and makes his way to the kitchen. He takes out the bacon and eggs and places them on a frying pan, before putting them on the element and heating them up.

As Harry is taking out the orange juice, he mumbles "maybe some intuition stones could make the Dursleys' give me a break."
