Zach's POV
I woke up in some sort of run-down and old plane. I was in a cage and I saw Blu and Jewel in a cage and hundreds of other birds in cages. There was nothing I could do. The only thing I can do is try and wake up Blu or Jewel and see if they have any ideas. "Hey Blu, Wake up!" I said trying to wake up Blu."
Blu's POV
I heard a faint voice calling my name I woke up to see Jewel in a cage with me and Zach in a cage next to ours. "Z-Zach Where are we?" I asked. "I don't know but if we want to get out of here, we'll have to get out of these cages, do you have any ideas how because I don't," Zach said. I looked around looking for something to help us get out. I saw a bungee cord and a fire extinguisher.
I looked at the lock seeing if those would be of any help. I remember it is the same one I had when I moved in with Linda. Linda did not trust me back then so I used to smash the cage against the wall so I could get out. But I knew with Jewel in here I cannot do that. But after I got out, I used to read about all kinds of locks so I can break this lock with the tools I have.
I started making a contraption that would use the population of the fire extinguisher to pull of the lock. Zach was watching in amazement and interest. "Oh, I see what you're trying to do," He said. I noticed Jewel was starting to wake up I would have seen if she was ok, but I was so close to being done.
Jewel's POV
I woke up to a ton of racket. Only to see Blu pulling a cord to a lock. "Blu? What are you doing?" I asked. "I am going to pop this cage open like a soda can!" Blu shouted. He pulled the pin out of the fire extinguisher and put it back in and the door opened wide. "Hurry Let the other birds out" I looked to my left and saw Zach in a cage next to ours.
Zach's POV
I saw Jewel look at me and was thinking 'Why isn't she opening the other cages?' Then she flew up and opened my cage. Without hesitation, I flew right past Jewel and started to open the other cages. After the birds flew out of the cages. The cages fell in front of the door to the cockpit.
The door was banging and slightly moving the cages and becoming more and more open. Enough to the point that Nigel could get through. Before he had the chance to stop me, I opened the door, and the birds flew out. I was smacked into a wall by Nigel. "I am really going to enjoy this," Nigel said followed by his maniacal laugh.
