"Man, that new teacher is really something, huh?" Kirishima asked.
It was lunch time for the classes of U.A and the news of a new teacher for Class 1-A reached everyone. Most were curious about the new teacher. However, the class themselves were of different mindsets.
"He's certainly different from Aizawa." Momo agreed as she ate some shrimp sushi.
"I'm just glad that creepy pervert got kicked out." Jiro said as she twirled one of her ear jacks around her finger.
"I can't believe he had all that baggage hidden... How could they let him in with that?" Kaminari asked to which Shoto answered in monotone.
"Because someone made sure that record stayed buried."
"But who would defend that little creep?" Jiro asked to which Shoto hummed.
"Perhaps his parents. If they're powerful, then they can do that."
"But what about Bakugo?" Kaminari asked as he looked at Midoriya. "How did he get away with what he did?"
Momo's eyes softened at the sight of Midoriya. If what Dracula said was true, then who knows what Midoriya may be feeling. "I imagine the same thing with Mineta. Interference from the school or his parents."
Shoto watched Midoriya as it reminded him of his training with his father. Nothing but hurt.
Izuku Midoriya played with his rice by poking it with his chopsticks. He sighed as he thought about Bakugo. He still felt conflicted about his former bully.
"Hey Deku!"
Midoriya looked up to see Ochaco Uraraka along with Tenya Iida and... Mina Ashido?
"Oh hey guys." Midoriya said before Mina sat down in front of him and asked "Are you ok!?"
Midoriya blinked as he barely register the others sitting down as he looked at Mina's worrying face. "Uhh yeah I'm fine."
"We heard what Professor Tepes said. Bakugo bullied you for ten years?" Iida asked with a hint of worry.
Midoriya shrunk a bit as he answered "He... Said he needed to put me in my place. You see, I didn't get my quirk for a long while. People believed me to be Quirkless. So I was subject to a lot of hurt from others. Bakugo himself was... The main person who put me down a lot."
Ochaco balled her fists and growled "Bastard."
It shocked them all to hear her curse but Mina shook herself and asked Midoriya "Why didn't the teachers do anything to stop it?"
Midoriya pursed his lips "Because... They didn't care."
Mina put a hand to her mouth in shock and tears began to threaten to spill. She reached over and hugged Midoriya tightly. His eyes widen from the hug before tears were on the brim as he hugged her back. Ochaco and Iida joined in for the hug.
They stayed there for a while before Mina whispered "We're here for you, Midoriya. Just come to us."
Midoriya shut his eyes tightly as he hugged them all and gently cried as he nodded "Thank you..."
Dracula dropped onto the bed like a sack of potatoes while panting heavily. His skin was coated in a heavy layer of sweat. The body next to him panted as well with a heavy layer of sweat covering her dark skin. Except it gave her a nice beautiful shine.
She looked at him with a satisfied expression before grabbing two cigarettes and lit them and handed one to Dracula. He took it and inhaled some before blowing it out.
"Well, I guess being a vampire has a lot of perks." Miruko said as she took smoked a puff. Dracula chuckled "Oh believe me, it has its pleasures and downsides."
Miruko flicked her cigarette above the ash tray. "So... This may be sudden but would you be willing to go on a patrol with me tonight?"
Dracula looked at her before offering a little smile "I will be sure make some time. But what brought this up? When we started this little spat, we agreed to keep it strictly sexual. Also, if I recall, you don't do team ups."
Miruko pursed her lips before releasing another puff of smoke. "Yeah. Maybe I want to get to know you more. And... I may be opening up to the idea."
Dracula hummed as he looked at his necklace that held a ring. He clenched it before closing his eyes. He opened them and putting his cigarette in the ashtray and squished it. He sat up straight and looked back at her and smiled "I'd be glad to know you more." He placed his hand on her knee gently in a gesture of comfort. Miruko shivered from the stone cold skin on his hand.
She gave him her mischievous smirk "Be sure to keep up old man."
Dracula chuckled and stood up as he collected his clothes. He started to get dressed before feeling her arms wrap around his midsection. He placed his hands over hers "What is it?"
One of Miruko's ears twitched as she asked "Do you have to leave? We could keep on going." Dracula twisted his body to wrap an arm around her waist. He smirked at her "Sorry dear, I have to get back to work. But... After our patrol, I believe we can continue."
Rumi had a smirk as she stared into his eyes "9 o'clock. Don't be late."
Dracula nodded before kissing her lips gently, making her moan as she kissed back. He let go of her so she begrudgingly let go as well before Dracula said "See you tonight, dear Miruko."
Her heart fluttered at how he said her hero name. He began walking away in a small puff of black mist. Miruko watched before going to grab her costume to go out on patrol.
Dracula reappeared in his class room and wiped himself down to make sure nothing seemed out of the ordinary. The bell began to ring so the King of Vampires waited.
Soon all the remaining students of Class 1-A walked in and took their seats. Dracula looked at Midoriya to see his eyes a bit puffy with the redness fading. "Midoriya" He called out. The student looked up in slight fear that he'd done something wrong.
Midoriya noted the softness in his new teacher's eyes as he asked "You alright?"
Midoriya wiped away whatever tears were there as he nodded "Y-y-yes sir."
Dracula looked at him for a bit before nodding "Good. Now before we begin, I will say this straight away."
The students watched him, awaiting his words.
"If you are struggling, or feel alone. Lost or afraid. If you feel like you have no one to talk to. Come talk to me. I can help you all in any way I can. Unlike Aizawa's harsh teaching methods, I can give you advice on how to better control your quirk, or fighting methods. I will also set up tutoring schedules some time after the U.A Sports Festival."
"One thing you'll have to understand about heroes, in trying to save and help everyone, there is never anyone to help them. That's why I want you all to understand. Asking for help doesn't mean you are weak or stupid. Acknowledging that you need help and asking for it is the bravest thing anyone can do. So I implore you all, ask for help when you need it."
The students felt rather happy to see him say this. So far, they saw a teacher that expelled two students because of their harsh treatment of others and could tell exactly who someone was by looking at them.
But here, they heard him speak like a supporting father figure. Someone you can actually talk to and he'd help you. Midoriya especially felt like he was safe around him. Unlike how he felt around Aizawa. He felt like one wrong move or a bad step would see him thrown out.
But with Dracula, he felt safe.
"Now with that, let us begin. We spoke about your government's strict and harsh treatments of its heroes. Now we will be looking at the opposite end of the spectacle. Villains."
The students became uncomfortable as they remembered the villain attack at the U.S.J.
"I understand you all faced off against villains. You all stared at Death and it blinked. This will give you traction for being the youngest heroes in training to face off against villains. If this starts to become too hard for you, tell me and I will stop the lesson. Your health and well being will always be my first priority."
"Now to begin with, what is a villain?"
It was a simple question that should have a simple answer but the way it was said, made it seemed like a deeper question that it should be.
Iida rose his hand and Dracula nodded "Sir, a villain is someone that uses their quirk illegally."
Dracula hummed "That's not correct."
This made the students confused. "But Sir, it's against the law for someone to use their quirks without a license." Momo said.
"And that is correct, however, it is much more complex than that." Dracula said. "Let me elaborate on villains. As I see it, there are three types of villains."
Dracula used a chalk to write on the board. The first type was called "Low Level Villains". The students wrote it down in their notebooks.
"The most common villain you'll come across are low level villains. Mainly criminals and thugs that use their quirks to steal or other small crimes. They're usually easy to take down and sent off to the police."
Dracula wrote the second type known as "Involuntary Villains". The students watched with confusion. 'How can someone be an involuntary villain?' Nevertheless, they wrote it down and listened to their teacher.
"These villains are tricky as they are what your society depicts them as when that is not who they are. These "villains" are the ones who need the most help from heroes. I'm showing you these villains because I want you to be not just heroes to the public... But to be their hero. They are someone is confused and scared. They need someone who will help them be who they can be. I will elaborate on them further but let's move on to the final type. The most dangerous type you'll face."
Dracula wrote down the final type of villain which showed "Organized Villains." The students immediately thought of the League of Villains.
"The organized Villains. They are very dangerous as they have something to prove and a message that they wish to spread. Wether it to be to spread chaos, or to prove to society who they are, they are exceedingly dangerous because they all one thing in common..."
"They have nothing to lose and everything to gain."
The way he said the last part made the students shiver. They could already tell the League of Villains belonged on that list.
"The best example is Stain, the Hero Killer." Dracula said which massively confused the students.
"But Sir. What about the League of Villains? Wouldn't they be under that category?" Shoji asked through one of his arms turning into a mouth
Dracula chuckled "I do not mean to sound condescending, but the villains you fought were disorganized. Just there to fight and failed. They were nothing but low level criminals. No, a villain like Stain... He has motive. That's what makes him very dangerous. From the surviving heroes, they've all spoke about how Stain has talked about purging society of "Fake Heroes." It's clear he's seen the very darkness of society and wants to purge it to make it available for better heroes. Heroes like All Might who truly cares about saving people. Unlike the heroes who care about rising to the top of the list, or money and fame."
"That's what makes a villain, a villain. Their motivation. Understand their motivation, you'll learn how to stop them."
This made the students silent. For much of their life, they believed villains to just be mindless law breakers of society. But they learned more about them from Dracula than they did through the attack at the U.S.J.
"Now I want you to write down what you believe the League of Villains motivations are. There is no wrong answer, just what you believe through the interactions you've experienced. You have the remaining twenty minutes to write down the notes here or to make your little essay."
So the students immediately got to work in writing down what they believe the League's motivation to be. Many of the students found it rather interesting to see these definitions of Villains.
With five minutes to go, everyone turned in their paper with their definition of motivation for the League of Villains. Dracula cupped it all together before telling everyone.
"Now, the remainder of the two weeks will be spent on you all training for the Sports Festival. I will be tutoring you all so if you have questions or require help, ask me and I will help you all. Have a good day."
After a unison of "Good Day, Sir." was spoken, the final bell rang. Allowing everyone to leave. Momo stopped a bit before looking at her teacher "Professor?"
Dracula looked at her "Yes Yaoyorozu?"
She pursed her lips and asked "I... I was curious if... You would help me design a new costume?"
Dracula's eyebrow cocked up "What brought this up?"
She answered "Well, I wanted to be able to use my quirk without showing much of my skin because... Well I'm afraid of being ogled more, despite Mineta being gone."
Dracula nodded in understanding "I will see about what I can do tonight. I'll figure something out."
Momo smiled and bowed before him "Thank you sir."
Dracula bowed as well before she left the classroom. He couldn't help but think of Momo as similar to Weiss. He shook his head before compiling everything and walked out of the classroom towards the teacher's lounge.
He had a date to get to in a few hours.
