I-Island Brawl Part 1
Medusa meets up with the Heroes first in I-Island.

All Might's POV
"Me and a few UA Heroes are coming to I-Island because Medusa is there, we are not only going to fight her we are also getting some answer she never answered me during our first battle, that question is what did she mean she idolizes me. It's likely we will find the League of Villains there too due to All For One will be looking for revenge for his defeat at her hands in the first battle."
"What I can remember in I-Island is my friend and former sidekick David Shields lives there with his Daughter Melissa, David himself is responsible for making my new costumes including the current one I have right now, he is also aware of my condition too since my beginning with that condition since I informed him of it. I just hope they are alright, what else is what is that object that Medusa is after anyway in I-Island."

I-Island Present Time
"I feel you all here", Medusa said sensing the presents of All Might, the Heroes and the League of Villains in I-Island.
"I'll be waiting for you to be here in the tower where I standing in the tower", Medusa using the speaker phone informs both Heroes and Villains that she'll be waiting for them in the tower.

On the Streets
"We know where she is located, in the tower there!" All Might pointed at the big Tower where Medusa was broadcasting previously.
"Let's be warned that the League of Villains are coming for her too."
"RIGHT!"

Tower
Medusa looks around the vault and smashes each one with her fists until she found the one she want and pull out the briefcase then breaks the lock to get it open. Then she pulls the headset out, "the Quirk Amplifier huh? I wonder why David Shields would invent something like this and what's going on with All Might that I don't know of?" That's because Medusa has not yet seen All Might's weaken form yet when she was still Izuku Midoriya.
Earlier Medusa receives another new Memory that's from I-Island and where it brought her is in the Vaults which is the main reason why she is here in I-Island in the first place.

Then All Might arrives with the UA Heroes and David Shields along with his daughter Melissa. "About time you all arrive all except for the League of Villains who are not here yet", Medusa said holding the Quirk Amplifier in her hands then she turn to David Shields for a questions that's needed to be answered. "David Shields, tell me what is this Quirk Amplifier for?" But David Shields says nothing not wanting to let All Might know about at all.
"Fine don't answer me!" Medusa than threw the Quirk Amplifier on the floor and stomps on it thus destroying it.

"David is there something your not telling me?" With All Might now asking David might as well tell him even in front of the UA Heroes and Medusa.
"You remember what you told me before about your injury that's started to weaken you which you sustain from your last battle with All For One? You told me because of that injury, your Quirk begins to fade and disappear so I began worry that Crime will go higher once you disappear. So I invented the Quirk Amplifier in order for you power up but after I showed this to the sponsors they took it away from me out of fear of what kind of damage it can do and prevent it from falling to the wrong hands."
"You know what David Shields, your almost just as bad as all of the Villains put together, but I know you can redeem yourselves", Medusa mocks David for being like a Villain but accept the idea that he can redeem himself.
"Medusa you haven't answer what did you mean you idolize me?"
"Your asking me that because it's the same like Izuku Midoriya wasn't it", everybody pause when she mentions the name Izuku Midoriya.

"Do you know Izuku Midoriya?" Kacchan ask and Medusa shows another toxic smirk on her face.
"That will be a question for another time!" Medusa is not in a mood to answer that or even reveal her true identity of the past then pulls out her Nameless Chain Daggers and charges head on.

Battle Time
Kacchan is the first one to go down after Medusa bashes him into the wall very hard after ramming him. Denki and Mineta are the next 2 after Medusa made Denki fires a bolt of electricity at Mineta which fried him. "I"M SORRY MINETA!" Denki apologies for that before Medusa appeared behind and knocked him with a single karate chop to the back of his head, "Mineta accepts your apologies Denki", Medusa said before turning her eyes to the rest of the UA Gang.
Shoto use his Ice Quirk at Medusa but she punches the Ice breaking it to millions of pieces and her fist remain unharmed, "whoa! Her fist doesn't seem to have a scratch!" Ochaco shock on what they just witness with Medusa's fist. Shoto tries his fire Quirk at Medusa but she comes out unharmed as well, "NOT EVEN FIRE!?" Ochaco becomes even more shock that fire didn't even scratch her. Medusa dispatches Shoto with a single hit to Shoto's face with the Chains that she use as a whip, Tenya attacks her next but Medusa counters by grabbing and tossing him and he crashes into a wall knocking him out but also breaking his glasses too.
Eijiro was going to attack next but Medusa made him faint after appearing in front of him out of nowhere. Kyoka attacks next but Medusa grabs both of her Earphone Jack and spins her around, while she was doing that she hits Momo using Kyoka which takes her out before throwing Kyoka sending her crashing into a wall knocking her out for good. Medusa turns her eyes to Ochaco next but she falls down on her knees and passed out.

"I like your decision Uraraka", Medusa smiled before turning to All Might next while David and Melissa just move away from the battle between her and All Might.
"Now it's just you and me now my All Might."
"You say that like if I'm your property", All Might said but Medusa licks her lips as her response.
"You know what Medusa, I think I want you to see this for the first time, I haven't shown this to Izuku Midoriya yet", since everyone is knocked All Might reveals his weakened form in front of Medusa and this is her first time, seeing this caused Medusa to pause.
