"Who are you?!" Raikage shouted as he stared at the intruder who had emerged right on top of the desk.
"Madara Uchiha..."
"Tch, here to blame us for not getting the job done!?" Suigetsu exclaimed as Madara stared at the captured shinobi.
"Where is Sasuke?" Madara asked.
"Goruto is discussing things with him... I don't know where." Jugo replied.
"I see.. in any case.." Madara said as he used his Sharingan and made the captured members of Taka disappear.
"What have you done with them?" Gaara asked.
"Their safety is none of your concern Kazekage. I have come to tell you of my desires." Madara said.
"We've already talked with someone about desires, and we would prefer to talk with him not you," Mei stated as she stared at Tobi.
"Ah, Goruto's plan... the completion of that plan would be a big thorn in my side."
What exactly does the Akatsuki want with the tailed beasts anyway?" Ōnoki asked.
"Well since it is going to be a long tale let me take a seat..." Madara said as he took a seat at the head of the table.
"Well go ahead... speak!" Kankuro said making the others stare at him before turning back to Madara.
"My goal is to unite the world under one banner... my banner."
"Unite the world? Goruto had a similar idea, but something tells me your way is different from his." Gaara said.
"And you would be right Kazekage..." "Project Tsuki no Me is my end goal."
"Project Tsuki no Me?" Raikage asked."
"The Uchiha have a stone tablet... on the stone tablet are many things that only users of the Sharingan, Mangekyō Sharingan and Rinnegan can decipher where only the Rinnegan can read all of it while a user of a Sharingan and or Mangekyō Sharingan can decipher parts of it."
"And what is stated on this special tablet may I ask?" Mei said.
"Seeking stability, one god was divided into yin and yang, these opposing two together obtain all things in creation. When someone who possesses the power of Saṃsāra approaches the moon, an eye will open that is reflected on the moon to grant the eternal dream."
"So I see there are some steps to completing your plan," Gaara said as Madara/Tobi stopped talking.
"However due to the Kyūbi now being out of reach I have to resort to a more dangerous means of controlling this world," Tobara said. (Just rolls off the tongue don't it?)
"Why would the lack of Kyūbi affect the outcome of your plan?" Ōnoki asked.
"Let me tell you the story of a man... no a legend and the first jinchūriki."
"So this was destined..." Sasuke said as he backed away from Goruto.
"It looks like someone is pulling the strings of the Akatsuki that even they are not aware of," Goruto replied as he had seen the history of Sasuke's ancestors as Sasuke had seen the history of Naruto's and some of Gohan's. "So what do we do... if what are blood memories say is true, then we are destined to fight for power," Sasuke asked
"I have an idea, though it will take some time... and if it works will throw destiny a curveball," Goruto smirked.
"There's the idiot I grew up with.." Sasuke smirked back.
"Well he has good ideas and I respect those," Goruto said as he looked up at the statues. 'To think that their bloodline goes back so far...'
"Do you intend to let the villages use you?" Sasuke asked.
"Yes... just like the Sage of Six Paths wanted I want to share my energies with anyone and everyone, and if your okay with doing the same that would be great," Goruto replied.
"What teaching other clans techniques that were meant for my clan alone!?"
"No... creating your clan again. And besides chakra was not meant for fighting anyway."
"The world won't stop fighting just because of this new knowledge."
"No it won't but perhaps... perhaps we can still use it the way it was meant to and still be able to train with one another," Goruto replied.
"What you mean like with Ki?"
"Yes, just like Ki." Goruto smiled.
"Your a worse dreamer than Naruto... but I'm glad he was able to find someone like you," Sasuke muttered.
"I'm sorry what was that?" Goruto said as he rubbed his ears in mock confusion.
"I said I'm glad he met someone like you!"
"You know... you could come back with me and explain that you were being manipulated, as long as I vouch for you it should go over okay."
"But what about Danzo?"
"Ah... Danzo... from what I can tell he had the villages best interest in mind."
"So did Itachi and he died for them!"
"Look, you saw my memories as well right? Well, you saw how people could be redeemed."
"Like that Vegeta character?" Sasuke said as he immediately saw where Goruto was going.
"He killed far more than your brother and this planet has ever done and we still took him in."
"But he still turned on you."
"He wasn't trying to protect a village, he wanted to heal his pride and ego."
"Danzo is a problem I won't deny that, however he must truly believe that this is the only way to get things done for him to have lived this long."
"You know It won't be easy for the village to take me back." Sasuke replied.
"We'll sort out that problem when we get to it.. the main question is do you want to come back?"
"I don't know.. I've had a good time following my own rules and now that I know that Itatchi was trying to help the village it makes it even harder to return."
"You would have set it on fire if I hadn't fused with Naruto.." Goruto stated.
"Yes."
"Then let's change how the ninja world works together from this point onwards so that history doesn't repeat itself. So that another clan doesn't have to go extinct because of fear of a revolt." Goruto said in earnest.
"You can't be serious!" Gaara exclaimed as Tobara declared the Fourth Shinobi War.
"I can't revive the ten-tails without the chakra of the Eight and Nine tails so I'm just going to have to beat this world into submission, and since this Goruto has no intentions of getting involved in the wars of another world then it would be a great time to launch a full-scale assault with what I do have."
"You think that Goruto would ignore this?!" Tsunade exclaimed.
"Why wouldn't he? He's not a shinobi like us and he would prefer us all to shake hands and let go of our differences, I believed in that once... not anymore."
"Fighting with us will not go as simple as you think even with your resources," Mei said.
"Then I look forward to seeing you on the battlefield."
