Here we are again! It's chapter time! This time I haven't just ripped a challenge off from canon I swear! At least I don't remember this being in canon so that's a plus! I hope you all enjoy this one! Make sure to leave a review at the end because it would make me very very happy :)

I know where we are, you know where we are, the hosts hopefully know where they are at this point. We're at the top of the dreaded Wuwunukwu mountain where so far three contestants have met their grizzly yet completely compliant with Canadian health and safety guidelines, end

"Last time on Total Drama Audacious Alpines!" Don started this time, rather pleased to have been given the opening line for once, "Chris and I were rather hungry, so we set the totally not rip off from the original season challenge of cooking us a three course meal!"

"Along with Chef, we sat down to what I would call a very hit or miss dinner with both teams delivering dishes that were great, and both teams delivering dishes that were definitely great." Chris laughed, "Seriously I mean, who puts mayo in a lasagna?"

"In the end it was the Felines who took the win this time with just a single point in it." Don continued from his co-host, "Meaning that it was the Snakes who would be joining us for the elimination that night."

"The elimination looked set on Boris once again, spearheaded by Nick in a bid to keep the team strong and avoid losing further challenges."

"But one should never underestimate a man with his back against the wall, and Boris managed to flip the vote onto Nick himself and cut the head off of the snake who threatened to eat him."

"A truly glorious ending to the tale, but it's just one small part of a tale even larger than us; Will the girls continue their sense of camaraderie into this challenge? Or are they doomed to fall apart?"

"How will Kahlin react after losing his closest ally in the game this early?"

"And will Boris continue to weasel his way out of being eliminated? Find all of this out and more, this time on Total-!"

"Drama-!"

"Audacious Alpines!"

(Theme Song)

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine.

The title sequence begins with Nick looking at himself in the mirror in the confessional, he is fixing his hair before the door opens, scaring him and causing him to jump and fall onto the toilet. In walks Ashe who looks horrified and quickly runs out with his head in his hands.

You guys are on my mind.

Luciana is in the living room, enjoying a quiet read by the fire when Alyssa comes running down the stairs with two snowboards that she found. She throws one to Luciana who catches it with a grin as the two run out of the cabin.

You asked me what I wanted to be.

We now see the two girls skateboarding down the mountain, wearing the appropriate safety gear of course, they board past Boris who has somehow managed to get himself stuck in a tree, he calls for help as they ignore him.

And now I think the answer is plain to see.

Kahlin and Yvette are enjoying dinner together, they are both chatting incessantly but it appears that neither is actually listening to the other, they're both in their own worlds. The camera pans to show Amelia rolling her eyes and looking exasperated at the both of them.

I wanna be famous

Chef is in the kitchen cooking up dinner for the campmates, Yves is behind him, watching what he does carefully, Chef wipes some sweat off his brow and continues cooking as he does.

I want to live close to the sun

Damien is trying to have a nap in his bed when Adrian bursts in and starts singing to himself, Damien takes the pillow and places it over his head, trying to drown out Adrian's noise.

So pack your bags cause I've already won

Aleena is filming something in the distance, she is taking it very seriously, a furrow in her brow when Miles appears in front of her camera. This causes her to jump and throw her camera behind her, she growls at Miles and pounces on him, throwing them both down the mountain.

Everything to prove nothing in my way-

As the two of them fight and roll down to the bottom of the mountain, they land in a heap in the end and are soon joined by Alyssa and Luciana who cheer as they reach the bottom of the mountain.

I'll get there one day-

Iris is sitting by an open fire, rubbing her hands together and warming them slightly. She is soon joined by all the other members who gather around the fire to keep warm. They're all wearing their jackets and start whistling together, showing more camaraderie than before.

Nananana Nananana

Chris and Don arrive with a tray of cocoa, all in their own little takeaway cups. They begin handing them out to the contestants.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

Marnie can be seen behind a camera glaring at Chris and Don, writing something down in her notebook.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

All of the campers, plus Chris and Don smile happily as Marnie snaps her pencil in annoyance nearby, watching the scene with disgust.

(End Theme Song)

(Confessional)

MILES: I couldn't be happier at this moment, I managed to take out the biggest threat to my game, and I didn't even take any of the heat for it! When I started roping Boris along, I thought he would just be a dead weight shield that I'd drop to protect myself, but here he is doing all of my dirty work. Does that mean he's smarter than I thought? Absolutely, and that means his threat level is higher than I originally anticipated, but I don't think he's going to be able to do anything that poses a danger to me.

(The Cafeteria)

Miles, still high off of his victory last night was sitting in the cafeteria, turns out that Chef was now using the ingredients bought for the cooking challenge to actually create edible food this morning, so he was gratefully enjoying some French toast with assorted berries and a maple syrup He was sitting alone until a plate was put on the table opposite him by an unknown hand.

"Mind if I join?" Iris asked with a raised eyebrow, her plate showing that she too was eating some of the French toast made by Chef.

"Please go ahead!" Miles said with his mouth half full, covering his mouth so as not to show the contents of it. The girl followed his approval and sat herself on a seat opposite him. She began eating too, although at a slighter slower pace than her dining partner.

"So why come sit with me?" Miles asked with a raised eyebrow, "Every other table in this place is free."

"You looked lonely." Iris answered honestly, shrugging as she did. "Just thought you might appreciate the company."

"Oh. I mean I wasn't lonely but I'll never say no to having someone to chat with." Miles shot Iris a wide grin which made her smile too as she continued to eat her food.

"Well now you've got someone." Iris smiled at him, "Of course as long as you're fine with talking to the enemy." She laughed, referring of course to their different teams.

"Makes no difference to me, might even be better because I won't have to vote you off." Miles laughed, eating another mouthful of his breakfast.

"That's a very fair point." Iris agreed with another giggle, "Although we'll end up merging soon. And then anyone is fair game."

"Another very good point." Miles agreed with a nod, "We'll just have to wait and see what happens once the merge hits then won't we?" He asked with a cheeky grin, the redhead smiled and nodded in agreement as the two continued to chatter and eat their breakfast.

(Confessional)

MILES: Iris is right of course, we're going to end up merging, which means that I'm going to need allies on both sides of the game to make sure that I'm not a target when we all come together, Iris just so happened to put herself right at the top of my list, thanks for coming to sit with me. (He smirks at the camera before leaving)

IRIS: Miles always seems so happy to be here! He's just always smiling and laughing, it's the kind of energy that really keeps me going. I don't know how he does it on the boys' team, with people like Boris I reckon it would be a right drain on your energy just to even be in the same room as him.

(The Girls' Bedroom)

In the girls' room, Aleena and Alyssa were sitting next to each other on the former's bed, looking through her camera together. Alyssa wasn't allowed to touch it but she gladly looked over the girl's shoulder.

"Oh I like that one." Alyssa said, pointing to a picture of the setting sun over the vast snowfields around them.

"The colour looks funny." Aleena critiqued, continuing to scroll through the images.

"What about that one?" Alyssa stopped the girl again, looking at a picture of the underwater cavern from the first challenge, "You even managed to get a little fish there."

"The focus isn't right, the wrong parts are blurry." The filmmaker once again sighed.

"Right." Alyssa sighed, turning away from Aleena, her input clearly wasn't appreciated.

The two sat in silence for a moment, ALeena continued to scroll through her pictures before raising her eyebrow, she turned to look at Alyssa, now noticing that the girl was no longer paying attention to the camera.

"Sorry if I was boring you." Aleena sighed, the disappointment clear in her voice.

"Not boring, just clearly wasn't looking for my input." Alyssa grumbled, her displeasure becoming clear. "Shooting down everything I say like my taste is awful."

"Oh…" Aleena grimaced, "I wasn't intending to come across that way - I guess I'm just overly critical of my work, I would do the same had anyone been sitting there with me. I guess it's just a curse when you create things."

Alyssa didn't look back at Aleena but her posture relaxed marginally as the filmmaker continued.

"It's just like, you always think that you can do better. I see all the flaws immediately and it feels awful knowing that you've made something that well ugly looking… you probably don't understand…"

"Have you tried asking if I do?" Alyssa asked with a raise of her eyebrow.

"No…" Aleena admitted as Alyssa got up and walked to her own bed, reaching under it and grabbing her notebook. She brought it back over to Aleena and dropped it down in front of her, the filmmaker gave her a quizzical look.

"It's my notebook, open it." The tall girl instructed. Aleena did as she was told and opened it to the first page, it showed a page completely covered in aggressive scribblings, completely covering what would have been a drawing. "Keep going." Aleena kept looking through the pages but soon found that every single one of them were scribbled out in the same way or just blank.

"Every night, I look through that book and start to hate everything I drew." Alyssa informed her teammate. "Every night I sit there and scratch out everything I've made so no one else can see it; so don't assume that you're the only person who has some sort of problem because you don't." The girl crossed her arms but her face was softer, clearly having got whatever was on her chest, off of it.

"I'm sorry…" Aleena mumbled, looking down at the notebook in a stunned silence.

"Don't apologise. Just don't do it again." Alyssa said as she walked out of the room, leaving the filmmaker to think about what had just happened alone.

(Confessional)

ALYSSA: I don't mean to come across as aggressive, but it really gets me going when people just assume what you've been through and what you feel. Just because some people aren't vocal about it doesn't mean that it isn't there.

ALEENA: Alyssa is obviously a lot deeper than she looks; I guess that I judged her far too quickly on her cover when her pages were much more engaging.

(The Games Room)

Ashe, Kahlin, Luciana and Yves were currently all in the games room together, all huddled over the foosball table. The boys were playing the girls in a little two vs two match.

"Take that!" Luciana cried as she spun her players around to aggressively smack the football towards the opposing teams net. Ashe tried valiantly to move his goalkeeper to a position where it would stop the ball, it was in vain as the small ball rocketed straight into their goal. The heiress and her partner let out loud cheers as they racked up another point for their team. They turned to a makeshift scoreboard on a whiteboard which revealed it to be eleven goals to the girls compared to two for the boys.

"I didn't realise you were so good at this Luciana." Yves laughed, high fiving her teammate in joy.

"I've spent my fair share of time just playing this game at parties." She laughed, feeling awkward after having now received a compliment, she rubbed the back of her neck as her cheeks darkened.

"Yeah I think we know that you guys are the winners." Ashe laughed as well, "I think I've bruised my hands with how hard I was gripping those handles."

"It was a total and thorough defeat." Kahlin sighed as he took a sip from a water bottle that he had on the floor.

"It's just a bit of foreshadowing for the challenge today." Luciana winked at the boys, flicking her braids behind her shoulder. "I hope you guys know who you want to vote for." She giggled as Yves let out a hearty cackle. The dancer reached down to take a sip of her own drink as Ashe took in a deep breath.

"Yeah well, we're gonna destroy you guys today." He said, crossing his arms and puffing out his chest in an attempt to be tough.

"Hell yeah we are!" Kahlin cheered on his friend, standing by his side and crossing his own arms.

"Don't get so confident." Yves chastised them with a wiggle of her finger, "We've got more people than you now."

"Didn't stop us before did it?" Kahlin responded with a cheeky grin. The mood was very clearly playful in the room as the four people all let out a little laugh - Yves looked around the room just to make sure that no one else had walked in without them noticing and lowered her voice, looking between all of them.

"I don't know about you guys, but I really like what we've got going on here - I don't want to presume, but maybe when the merge hits, we just agree to look out for each other?" The dancer proposed, quickly turning the discussion strategic.

The others all thought for a moment, Kahlin was the first to agree, nodding slowly as he did. "I think that can be arranged, Ashe and I will look out for each other." He smiled as he pulled Ashe into a sidewards hug, "And you two stay safe on the girls, then we'll meet up when we all connect."

"My thoughts exactly." Yves agreed.

"If Kahlin is in, then so am I." Ashe smiled giving the boy a small squeeze in support. The three of them all looked at Luciana who for the first time looked almost unsure of what to say.

"I guess it can't hurt to have each other's backs." She conceded, the other three all cheered as she did, solidifying this budding alliance.

"Hands in the middle!" Kahlin said as he placed his hand in between all four of them. The others all soon joined, placing their hand on his. "On three!" The boy instructed. "One… Two…-"

"Three!" All of them shouted together, throwing their hands up as they did, the universal sign of a team.

"We've got this." Yves smiled as she began to walk out of the games room, "Stay safe you guys." She said as she walked out smiling to herself, she had managed to get some sort of stability back into her game.

(Confessional)

LUCIANA: I don't want to appear ungrateful or anything for a lifeline in the game, but we literally saw just two challenges ago that alliances can lead to people getting mad and forming vendettas against each other… And I really don't want to have to vote off Alyssa.

KAHLIN: A cross team alliance is something I hadn't really thought about; it's good to know that once we merge I'll have some steadfast allies on the other team that I can work with though. This game is a numbers game at the end of it all so as long as I have the numbers, I can't go home.

YVES: I've been looking to make allies on the other tribe for ages now, and especially seen as my back is against the wall of the girls' tribe, it's as good a time as any to do it now. I would hate to end up clawing my way to the merge only to be taken out because I was an easy lone target. It's not happening, not if I have anything to say about it.

(The Living Room)

Boris was lounging on a sofa while Damien sat neatly on another one - the rich boy was snoring loudly as he was deep in a nap. The actor looked over at his teammate with a bemused smirk as his mouth lay wide open. He decided to respect the boy's privacy, turning back to his book, it's weird to watch someone sleep after all. Boris didn't make it easy to ignore him though as he continued to snore all the while. The actor, now growing bored of the noise, picked up a pillow from his own couch and threw it at the other boy, who was suddenly startled away from the smack to the face.

"Who dares challenge Sir Bennington?!" The boy declared with a start, still half asleep if his almost closed eyes were any indication. Damien had to conceal a giggle as the newly donned sir slowly came back to the world of the conscious. Boris looked around shakily before his eyes settled on Damien, his eyes now firmly back in his book to avoid the blame.

"Did you see who threw that at me?" Boris asked with an accusatory glare, Damien looked at him with his best (and it was pretty good) confused look before shrugging and shaking his head.

"Sorry bud, had my eyes glued deep into this book, didn't see a thing." Boris sighed and accepted the answer, deciding not to push it any further.

"Rather rude of them too, I was having the most wonderful dream in which I owned the largest castle in all the land, and all the other Lords were jealous of my huge castle." Boris sighed happily, thinking once again back to his dream.

"Sounds absolutely glorious." Damien replied dryly with a small roll of his eyes, Boris was too engrossed in his own story telling to notice however.

"Truly the most!" Oblivious to the sarcasm laced in Damien's voice, Boris continued on telling the story of his dream, which Damien tuned out rather thoroughly. This continued for a rather long time as Boris described in very vivid detail, the unicorn that he owned in his dream.

(Confessional)

DAMIEN: Boris literally never stops talking, even when he was asleep he was muttering about the absolutely ethereal Princess Sparklefluff for a solid ten minutes. I heard it all in great detail, she had the most luscious golden hair, and the most wonderful azure eyes. Or so he said anyway.

(In Front of the Cabin)

Our contestants were gathered with their hosts in front of the cabin once again which can only mean one amazing and magical thing was about to happen, that's right! Challenge time!

"Hi guys!" Chris greeted them all with a smile, "I know we only started with like fourteen of you, but it's already feeling like the group is getting so small!"

"That's because you keep making us vote people off." Amelia shot back with a small smirk.

"And if you didn't, then you wouldn't win the money would you?" Don quickly shot back with a smirk of his own, Amelia didn't respond.

"Enough of the banter." Chris groaned, feeling left out of the conversation, "It's of course time for today's challenge, which will require a bit of a road trip, if you'd all like to follow me." Chris and Don led the contestants down the hill for a little while down a small path. There stood two buildings, one painted blue and one painted pink; if you have been paying attention then that should tell you that it's one for each team, but what could they possibly be doing?

"Welcome to mine and Chris' bedroom!" Don announced as the competitors looked at the two hosts with looks of confusion varying from slightly bemused to just straight up bewildered. "You may be wondering why we brought you here, and the truth is that Chris and I are bored of our little rooms, it gets so boring filming these seasons when your living quarters are so drab and plain."

"Yeah you're telling me." Boris rolled his eyes at Don

"So we've hired both teams as our interior designers!" Chris announced, "Each team will get one bedroom and the rest of the day to completely redesign it into a room fit for a world renowned TV host or his B-List co-host." Don clenched his jaw at the snide comment but decided not to make any further comment on it, instead being the ever professional that he is, he continued on with the hosting. "You can find various paints and furnishings in the rather convenient storage van that is parked right behind us." Chris pointed to what was indeed a storage van, just chilling in the snow; Chef popped his head out of the cockpit window and waved at the contestants.

"The Felines will have Chris' room, painted blue on the outside here for you, and the Snakes will have my own, the pink one. Sound good?" Don didn't get any responses from the contestants but moved on anyway. "Well get to it then! You haven't got all day!" The teams immediately began piling into the rooms, ready to start their next, hopefully slightly more relaxing challenge.

(The Confessional)

AMELIA: First they make us cook them dinner and now they want us to become designers? I thought this was Total Drama not Total become a slave to two B-List celebs. (She scoffs at her own joke before returning to rant) Also no one actually spoke to me this morning so what's with that? I was just sitting in the kitchen and not even Iris came and said hi! Are they plotting against me or something?!

BORIS: Of course my team are now thinking that they are so lucky that they didn't vote me off, after all I'm the one with the most impeccable taste left on our team, dare I say in the whole game! This challenge is going to be a breeze for us - because I'm here to do it.

(The Girls' Room)

The six girls had all gathered in Chris' Room, although you wouldn't be able to tell just looking at it, it contained what could only be described as the bare minimum. There was a double bed with a plain white bedsheet, a chest of drawers and one wardrobe. That was all. The girls all looked around the room and looked pretty stumped on where to begin. It was a big task to undertake to redesign an entire room in only six hours, but with six pairs of hands to do it, it should have been a pretty simple task.

"Where do we even begin?" Alyssa asked with a frown,

"What about settling on a colour scheme?" Iris asked with a finger to her chin, "If we look like we're cohesive I reckon that we'll get more points."

"I like that idea." Yves agreed, nodding along with the redheaded girl, "Chris seems like the type who would notice something like mismatched colours so we really need to avoid that."

"Well then let's go for something Chris would love." Amelia said with a grin, "Something classy that also says 'I have money but I'm also way past my prime.' Like gold, gold feels like that."

"And he won't even know that we're taking a dig at him." Luciana laughed, "I love it!"

"So we go for gold as the primary colour." Yves said with a smile, happy to see her team once again working well together.

"We could use black as an accent, it gives it that chic sort of feel." Aleena noted with a raise of her shoulders, not entirely sure."

"That's perfect!" Iris said with a happy grin, "I say we paint the walls gold, and we look for something like a black rug to put in the center of the room to really get the two colours connected."

"Have you done this before?" Alyssa asked Iris with a smirk, "You sound rather experienced."

"I've watched a lot of DIY shows in my spare time." The girl giggled, "I guess I've just sort of absorbed what they all say."

"Well I for one am very appreciative of the fact." Yves chuckled, "Why doesn't Iris go and look for paint while Luciana and I go and pick up new furniture to use?"

"Can I come too?" Amelia asked with a smile, "I think I could help make sure we get those colours perfectly right."

"Of course!" Iris smiled, "The more the merrier!"

"And what are we meant to do?" Aleena asked, realising that only her and Alyssa were left unaccounted for.

"Maybe you guys could plan out the room?" Luciana said with a smile, "Like where things could go?"

"I think we can do that!" Alyssa smiled at Aleena, the girl returned the smile but still had the memory of earlier that day still fresh in her mind as the others all left the room to go and search through the van of supplies.

(Confessional)

YVES: Here I was hoping that I would be able to get some alone time with Luciana and Iris and really solidify us as a three person group. I don't know what the other three are like but clearly they hold some sort of power, having sent Yvette home. And now Amelia has decided to tag along that makes it literally impossible without her knowing, and I don't trust that girl as far as I can throw her.

AMELIA: Who me? Making sneaky plans? I have nothing against Yves as a person, but for my game I need her to go sooner rather than later, which means I can't let her get hooks into Iris and Luciana to the point where I can't convince them to vote her off. So if that means that I have to suffer through their company for this challenge then so be it.

ALEENA: I can't help but feel like Alyssa is just relishing this opportunity to be alone with me. I know that what I said earlier was insensitive - I just really hope that she's more forgiving than she looks and this is all water under the bridge…

(The Boys' Room)

The boys were not in a similar predicament though because Boris had decided that this was his challenge, he was going to lead this team this challenge as their normal leader Nick had of course now been eliminated from the game.

"Alright boys, listen up." Boris began with his air of usual authority. "Seen as it was I who won us the last design challenge, it seems only fair that I lead us to victory during this one, does it not?" The others couldn't actually fault his logic, it was Boris' castle which had won the snow fort challenge just a few days prior. "Perfect, now of course, when designing this room, we need to speak of only the utmost of chicness and glamour, I'm talking a chandelier, a mini fountain feature in this wonderful unused corner."

"Are they really going to have all that in the van?" Damien asked with a raised brow,

"Yeah… it seems a little bit excessive." Ashe agreed quietly, trying not to incur the wrath of Boris.

"We'll never know if we don't try." Miles added with a smile, "If we can't find it then we'll have to change plans, that's the way it works sometimes isn't it."

"True." Ashe conceded, looking down at the floor with his cheeks tingling red from being corrected.

"So if Boris quickly draws up a plan, Miles and I can go into the van and look for the bits he needs. I say that Damien and Ashe quickly get started on painting, after all you're the tallest and the shortest so you can reach places the other one can't." Kahlin smiled to himself, clearly happy that he had figured that out.

"I think we can do that." Damien smiled as Boris pulled out a notepad from his pocket and immediately began sketching a floor plan for his design.

"Then let's get to it." Miles said as he left the room with everyone bar Boris, who had his tongue sticking out in concentration while he sketched his masterpiece.

(Confessional)

MILES: Spending some time with Kahlin couldn't hurt, he's definitely the person left on the team who I feel least connected to, which means that I don't know what he's thinking of doing, which means that he's dangerous. I don't like leaving things up to chance.

ASHE: I've always wanted to paint my room, but I can never quite decide what colour I want - so it almost feels like I'm living out my little dream here in the challenge. (He chuckles slightly to himself) That sounds so stupid…

(The Van)

The four girls: Yves, Iris, Luciana and Amelia all arrived at the van at the same time as Miles and Kahlin. The boys immediately felt outnumbered as they jumped up into the storage unit, which, as promised, was indeed full of furnishings although most of it felt like old junk. There was that old lamp that your grandma definitely had on her little table, as well as some really tacky rugs, like one who looked like a bear but obviously wasn't real if the badly sewn on eyes and goofy grin were any indication. The boys also noticed the paint that was on the floor before the horrible realisation hit them.

"Shit, we told Damien and Ashe to paint… but they don't have any paint to paint with!" Miles whispered rather audibly into Kahlin's ear. The other boy grimaced as he too remembered.

"Leave it to me." Kahlin nodded as he suddenly picked up three cans of paint into his arms and hopped out of the van, leaving Miles alone with the girls.

"Afternoon ladies." He smiled, tipping his imaginary hat to them as they all looked at him with steady eyes.

"Hi Miles." Iris smiled at him warmly but kept her gaze on him as she walked over to the paints that Kahlin had just used, Amelia followed as the two of them soon realised that they had run into a little problem.

"Oh the bastard took the labels off." Amelia groaned, "We're going to have to pop the cans open to see inside." She rolled her eyes as she quickly scanned the van. Her eyes settled on what one would probably not consider the perfect paint can opening tool but it would do. She quickly reached and picked up a large wedge shaped doorstop. She put it's flatter side against the edge of the first can of paint and used her strength to pop the lid off. It showed a lovely pink colour, but it wasn't what she was looking for so she pushed it away and began opening another can.

"Okay well while she does that-" Luciana began as she started shuffling through the literal mountain of things in the van, "I say we get a head start on getting this stuff. She immediately pulled out what looked like a large full length mirror, complete with gold feet and an embellished edge.

"Oh that's good!" Yves agreed, taking it from her and running it the short distance back to their room.

"Hey I wanted that!" Miles called out as the dancer left the van.

"You snooze, you lose cupcake." Luciana shrugged as she continued to look through the furniture, Miles now joining her in the large mass.

(Confessional)

AMELIA: We sat there for the longest time finding the right paint… do you know which ones were the colours we were looking for? The ones right at the back, because the world thinks it's funny to laugh at us.

MILES: It might have been a small oversight to forget about the paint that we needed for the room, but in all honesty how bad could it actually be?

(The Boys' Room)

"Hmmm… that's a very interesting combination." Damien said with a furrow in his bow, looking at the interesting choices of paint

Kahlin had dropped off the paint and soon ran right back to the van to help Miles collect actual things. He had apologised profusely to Ashe and Damien for forgetting the paint but had said that that should be all they needed. They had brushed it off before opening the cans but now it seemed like the combination of hot pink, forest green and lemon yellow weren't exactly what they were thinking when they thought of chic.

"I'm sure there's a reason for it…" Ashe wondered with a similar look of discomfort, "Maybe Kahlin is a colour master and they actually work well together."

"Yeah I'm not holding my breath." Damien sighed as he picked up a paint brush that was thankfully left by the hosts, Ashe picking up the roller. They poured their paints into cans and began to roll the forest green on one of the walls.

"Oh these colours are speaking to me." Boris said with a smile as he looked over the choices, "Yes I think these will do perfectly."

"Your taste continues to be interesting." Damien grumbled to himself as he and Ashe continued to paint the wall.

They were soon joined by Miles, now carrying his own full length mirror, although nowhere near as fancy as the one that the girls managed to secure, it was still in good condition and would indeed serve as a mirror. The athlete looked at the paints and shook his head.

"No that's not gonna happen." He said definitively, picking up the unused yellow and pink paints and chucking them into the snow, painting them nice colours.

Don't eat yellow snow, especially if it's poisonous paint.

"The girls managed to open all the cans so I'll look for some different colours, maybe a nice brown to go with the green, we can have a more woodland theme.

"Not very chic." Boris scoffed, "It wouldn't work at all."

"Beggars can't be choosers princess." Miles snarked at the rich boy who looked absolutely destroyed by the attack. He gasped in shock, placing a hand over his mouth in indignation.

"You are so lucky that I have a challenge to win. The audacity is unparalleled." Boris cried as he turned away from Miles, who had already begun to run out of the door and back to the van for some better paints.

(Confessional)

DAMIEN: Well it's good to know that at least someone is going to change those paints, I wasn't going to because I couldn't really be bothered if I'm honest. It wouldn't have been my fault so it's not my problem,

BORIS: The nerve, the gall and the gumption of Miles to talk to me like that, I saved him last elimination and he should be eternally grateful for it because I might not be so merciful again.

(The Girls' Room)

Back in their room, Aleena and Alyssa were placing furniture around in their heads while Amelia and Iris were painting the walls their chosen colour of gold. It looked rather gaudy but then again that's what Chris likes so maybe they're onto a winner.

"If we're making this to appeal to Chris…" Alyssa mused to herself while staring at the walls.

"Whatever you're saying can you hold the dresser while you do it please." Aleena struggled, her teeth clenched as she spoke. Alyssa quickly apologized and picked up the slack, taking more weight that Aleena as she was indeed stronger.

"Well… what if we had pictures of him on the walls? There's nothing he likes more than to stare at himself." The girl laughed as Aleena's eyes widened like she had been awakened to something.

"Alyssa, that's totally genius!" The filmmaker announced, almost letting go of the dresser in the excitement but managed to contain herself. The two girls placed it where they wanted it to go and quickly ran over to Aleena's camera to look for pictures of their favourite host.

"Wait… but how are we going to print them?" Alyssa looked immediately defeated as Aleena gave her a knowing look.

"I carry a little portable printer with me at all times, just for situations like this." The filmmaker smirked, clearly rather proud that she was coming in clutch today. The girls spent some time looking through the camera as Amelia and Iris continued to paint the walls.

"Do I actually not have a single photo of that man?!" Aleena asked herself, "I know I don't like him but I would have at least taken one."

"Well… if we don't have any… why don't we go take some right now?" Alyssa asked with a grin, "Come on! It'll be fun!"

"I'm always here for a photo op!" Aleena agreed as the two girls quickly ran out of the room. Amelia and Iris didn't even notice they were gone until they turned around and realised that they were all alone.

"Huh… weird." Iris shrugged as she continued to paint, moving on to another wall.

(Confessional)

ALEENA: Well, looks like she's at least forgiven me enough to spend the day with me. I'm glad because Alyssa is basically the reason I'm still even in the game, so I owe her a lot for it…

IRIS: No one told me how long it takes to paint a wall, especially when you've only got two brushes. It felt like Amelia and I were there for absolutely ages, my arms, my shoulders, my entire body just aches.

(The Boys' Room)

Apparently the boys had now collected all of the furniture that they had wanted because all five boys were now gathered into the room. Damien and Ashe continued to paint the walls brown and green and were about three quarters of the way done between them. The other three boys were working out the way that the room should be furnished. Keeping in touch with the jungle theme that they were apparently now creating, there was a collection of plants as well as natural wood furnishings to make the room feel more livable.

"So we could have the mirror there in the corner, just near the door so that you can quickly check yourself before you leave the room, that's what I would do." Miles said with a nod, the other two agreed and Kahlin moved the mirror to just on the left hand side of the door.

"Yes, I think that works, now we just need to install the jungle vine all around the tops of the walls just to really get that sort of feeling. Oh Damien!" Boris called out to the tall boy who was currently in the process of painting along the tops of all the walls. He turned around to the boy who called his name and raised his eyebrow, motioning him to continue. "I require you to use your unnatural height to hang these vines from the rafters."

Damien rolled his eyes and nodded, "Yeah I'll get to it when I've finished the walls, and every other thing that you need my unnatural height to do." He grumbled, clearly feeling like a bit of a workhorse during this challenge due to his height.

"Don't worry too much Damien, it's all for the team." Ashe smiled at his friend, he was instead using his shorter stature to reach down and paint the spaces near the floor.

"I'm still a person, not some tool." He complained in response.

"Well…" Ashe mumbled, he petered off as he decided what would be the best thing to say to defuse the tension in Damien, hoping to avoid a fight on the team.

"It's whatever, I've finished painting now anyway." Damien walked off and snatched the vines off of the floor by the bed and began the process of stapling it into the wall with a stapling gun that the team had managed to find in the van.

(Confessional)

DAMIEN: I'm not the kind of person to get worked up over a lot of things, but is it really so much to ask not to consider my height 'unnatural' and to treat me like a human instead of an animal? I really don't think so. (He simply sighs) It's hard enough having my height influence everything I can do in my job, I don't need it to influence how I'm playing some game on the TV.

KAHLIN: I wonder if people living in the jungle have houses that are city themed? Filled with smoke and pollution…

(Somewhere in the resort)

Aleena and Alyssa were now on their mission - the two girls were on the hunt for Chris somewhere in the resort so that they could take candid pictures of him for his room to really win him over. Aleena was holding her camera in her hands as Alyssa moved on ahead in the hopes of spotting him. The two of them eventually found him sitting in a chair around a fire, he seemed to be talking on the phone to someone about something, although he was talking in too quiet a voice to be heard by the two girls.

"We can't just go up to his face and snap a picture, it'll ruin it all." Alyssa lamented, seen as Chris was facing away from them, it would be very difficult to get the shot that they want.

"Climb that tree." Aleena pointed to a tree that was to the side of Chris, if they were far enough away, he probably wouldn't notice them in his peripheral but they'd still be able to get a decent picture of his face. The tall girl didn't need a second word and was immediately walking towards the tree to begin the climb. She pulled herself up a few branches and turned around to help Aleena up as well. The two stopped on a thick branch, strong enough to support the both of them.

"Oh the angle is wrong." Aleena grumbled as she looked through the camera, the branch was indeed slightly higher than Chris and didn't give a straight on angle. Aleena though, always one to be prepared, pulled a small amount of rope out from somewhere and handed one end to Alyssa. The filmmaker then began to tie the rope around her own waist, tying it tightly so it wouldn't come undone. "Just hold me, and lower me down slowly alright?" The filmmaker asked, her partner just nodded with a huge grin on her face.

"Dude this is so epic!" The girl announced, making sure to keep her tone hushed so as not to alert Chris to their presence, she's thoughtful like that. Taking a hold of the rope, Alyssa nodded to Aleena that she was ready and the girl let herself drop off of the branch. She laid out like she was on her stomach, giving very much spy vibes. She signaled for Alyssa to lower her slightly more, which the girl quickly obliged. Aleena alerted to stop and then began to line up her perfect shot; Alyssa had no trouble holding the girl up for the minute or so that it took her to collect her shots and found it just as easy to lift her up when she signalled to return to the branch.

The two girls quickly clambered back down the tree and headed off to the bedroom to print these pictures off for Chris.

(Confessional)

ALYSSA: That was so epic! Oh my God! Like, Aleena was all James Bond! And I was her partner! And we just like, did some totally epic stuff! I'm gonna be buzzing off this for three days!

(The Boys' Room)

The boys had now managed to get pretty much all of their furniture placed and the walls were entirely painted, Ashe was just going over some of it again to make sure that none of it was patchy. Damien was currently fitting a lampshade onto the light which hung from the ceiling as Boris instructed him on the correct way to do it. Miles and Kahlin were just adding finishing touches to the room to make it absolutely perfect.

"Oh this is perfect." Boris gushed as Damien finished the light fixture and let his arms rest for a moment.

"Maybe these design challenges are our strength." Ashe smiled from his spot painting.

"We've definitely done better at those than the other ones." Kahlin laughed.

"We still don't know how we've done here though." Miles said to the others, his arms crossed. "For all we know,, the girls have created an entire castle in that room."

"I wouldn't be surprised, seen as they stole all of the classy furnishings I wanted." Boris grumbled for a moment.

"But the jungle is way more inventive if you ask me." Damien added his input in. "We totally get points for creativity."

"Yeah I sure hope so." Came Ashe's voice, "I've had enough paint to last my entire life, never going to decorate again ever."

"I feel you there." Kahlin laughed, "My shoulders are absolutely killing from all that lifting."

"Oh… well I feel fine." Boris smiled as his teammates all gave him a withering look.

"That would be because you didn't move an inch." Miles snarked, rolling his eyes for what probably felt like the hundredth time today alone.

"Well it takes a lot of brainpower to manage you all." Boris retorted, "You would all be useless without me."

"Yeah whatever." The athlete replied as he turned away. Let's just get this challenge over with now."

As if on cue, the air horn went off, signalling what everyone knows is the end of the challenge. The boys all breathed sighs of relief as they walked out of their room.

(Confessional)

MILES: It's not that I'm trying my hardest to cause trouble or anything, but Boris really makes it difficult to actually be civil with him. They're all insufferable really, but I know that I need them to make sure that I get far into this game - which I will.

(Outside the rooms)

Chris and Don had gathered the eleven contestants outside in the snow, both teams looked rather confident in their work as they looked between each other, hoping to suss out what they had managed to do.

"Well done guys on completing your fifth challenge with us!" Don announced with a smile, "That's pretty impressive so you should all be pretty proud, but for one of you, your journey is going to end tonight. Shall we find out which team they're on?" The two hosts began walking to the girls' room, the two of them opened the door and allowed the two hosts and the boys in. Chris walked in first as this was 'his' room in the confines of the challenge.

They were immediately hit with what can only be described as a golden barrage. The walls almost seemed to glow in the light of the now setting sun; the curtains and a rug in the middle were a nice dark black which contrasted nicely with the aggressively shiny nature of the gold everything else.

The kicker however, was the pictures of our wonderful host himself, looking youthful and carefree in the candid photos that Aleena had taken from the tree. Printed out and hastily shoved into picture frames that she had managed to scrape together from the can, it was then hung up on nails at various places around the room, so that Chris was everywhere that you looked.

"Hmmm. I like the choice of decor." Chris smirked as he walked into the room, "It's very… on brand." He smiled as Don rolled his eyes at his cohost's obvious narcissism. "I like the colour too, I think it's a little gaudy but it's not totally offensive to my eyes. What's letting you down is your furniture; it looks sparse and doesn't feel like I could use it just like this to its full efficiency." Chris told the girls, who nodded at the criticism, hoping that the criticism for the boys would be worse.

"Well let's move on shall we?" Don said as he walked out of the girls room with Chris in tow.

"Can I take this?" He asked the girls, pointing at one of the pictures Aleena took, the girl nodded and indicated for him to do as he wished, which he did as he unhooked it from the wall and carried it out to the boys room.

"Well I think that went well." Yves grinned as the girls all hugged, their friendship becoming even stronger.

(The Boys' Room)

Now in the boys room, the hosts took scope of their room. It was indeed themed impeccably like a jungle, the walls were a deep shade of green that felt exotic yet still welcoming, and one wall had been painted brown as a contrast to the green. It was on that wall that Damien had strung fake vines along the time to give it that even more authentic vibe. The furnishings were kept rustic, there were no pieces that were perfectly kept, instead it felt very much like furniture found in the jungle with pieces of wood chipping away from and the varnish having been rubbed off.

"Wow…" Was the first word that left Don's lips. "This certainly is an eyecatching room." He told the boys with a smile. "And I love that you've managed to use pieces from the van that weren't at their best and still managed to keep them looking like they belong without drawing away from the feel of the room." The boys all beamed with pride as Don talked.

"The paint job is also really good." The kinder host praised, "This room just feels like it's fully conceptualised… However…" That word made a lump form in the throats of all of the boys. "This room doesn't feel livable on a daily basis - it feels more at home in a novelty hotel than it would for your everyday average person. This is my room at the end of the day, and I don't think I want to live here…" The boys all started to slap themselves as they seemingly forgot the entire brief of the challenge.

"Thank you boys for this, if you'd like to come outside while we announce the results." Don said finally, leaving the room with the boys in tow, the girls had now already been moved outside and waited together in a small huddle.

"Really good showing you guys!" Chris announced with a smile, "Both teams made really cool looking rooms; however, only one of you can win today!"

"And that team is… The Freezing Felines!" Don announced much to the cheers and delight of the girls who all once again formed a group hug, the boys looked utterly defeated once again as they were announced the losers. "Boys you did well, but I just can't get past the fact that the room wasn't as habitable as the Girls'. So we'll be seeing you at elimination tonight. A good effort today though." Although the words were kind, their effect was lost on the boys as they left the challenge area with the knowledge that once again they would have to eliminate one of their teammates.

(Confessional)

IRIS: I'm glad that we managed to pull off the win today, as a team we're really starting to come into our own and I can't imagine voting anyone else off. I just hope that we can push this through until the merge and stay as one single unit.

MILES: And we've lost again… I know I said that I would be happy to vote people off whenever we lost but I really didn't mean that I wanted to lose every single challenge. This is starting to get ridiculous now.

ALEENA: I'm not going to blow my own horn or anything, but I'm definitely saying that I won us the challenge with those pictures. I mean, Chris McLean now owns one of my original pieces. I even put a little signature in the bottom so he wouldn't be able to copy them without giving me some of the profit. (The girl gives the camera a little cheeky smile as she laughs to herself)

BORIS: Um… we all know that wasn't my fault right? I want it to be known that that room is not at all associated with the Bennington name and or brand. I take no ownership of it at all. And that's final.

(The Living Room)

Boris and Miles were sitting in the living room together, the two allies were discussing tonight's vote as it loomed over their heads.

"That was not the best performance from us." Miles laughed mirthfully, laying his head back against the sofa.

"No, I suppose not." Boris sighed, "I was expecting us to do much better."

"At least it means that we'll have the opportunity to trim the fat even further than we have already."

"Well, how much fat should we have to trim before we become useful... " Boris wondered, "Maybe we're trimming the wrong fat."

"Then let's correct that." Miles smirked, "I don't know about you, but Damien really isn't bringing a lot to the team minus his height, and it's not like we couldn't just have used a ladder to do all of those jobs he did." The rich boy took a moment to think, tapping his chin in thought as he went through the vote in his head.

"I can see the benefit of that, yes." He agreed.

"Well that's good because it's what I was doing." Miles said off-handedly.

"Ah perfect, well done for setting the plan up for us." Boris smiled as he looked at Miles, "I doubt we can lose three challenges in a row." The boy laughed, although it was probably more from the sheer embarrassment of losing three challenges then being anything remotely funny.

"Don't jinx it, we really don't need that kind of bad energy." Miles laughed as Boris raised his eyebrow.

"I didn't take you for someone who believed in all that stuff." He said with a smirk.

"I don't - but I also really don't want to make this worse than it is. So best not to tempt fate just in case." The boy laughed, "I sound like Kahlin here." He chuckled as Boris joined him.

"He sure can be a little bit mystical." Boris agreed as the two of them sat for a while, thinking over their plans for the evening.

(Confessional)

MILES: Bless little Boris, he really was a good catch, he can think for himself but knows when to fall in line when someone with more authority tells him the plans. It was all well and good letting him take the reins last time, but now I need to step back up and do what's best for my game, and that means getting rid of Damien. He's the most outspoken person left on the team, so with him gone, my control is almost a foregone conclusion. And that's good for me.

BORIS: Hmmm, rather presumptuous of Miles to expect me to bow to his every whim. Although I do agree that Damien needs to go home sooner rather than later, would now be the best time to cut the head from the proverbial snake so to speak? Is now the time that it's worth voting Miles out? Well that's for you to find out.

(The Cafeteria)

The girls were gathered in the cafeteria together, enjoying a meal of chocolate bars, pilfered from the kitchen stock room by Amelia. She had brought them all out for the girls so that they could enjoy some good food to celebrate their win over the boys for the second time in a row.

"It's so crazy that we've only lost one person so far." Iris smiled, "I'm glad, even though I miss Yvette, this group is really strong and I'm glad that we all get to stick together."

"Me too." Alyssa smiled, "This is only the beginning as well, I say we ride it right out to the end, us six as the final six to really show some girl power."

"I'm so here for that." Luciana grinned, "We make it to the final six and duke it out like powerful women. The best one of us wins."

"We could do it." Amelia said with a small smirk, "I think the merge is coming anyway, and as long as we stay strong like a majority, there isn't anything the other team can even do."

"A nice blowout." Aleena smiled, "That would really show what we're made of."

"As long as the next challenges aren't totally stacked against us." Yves sighed, "You never know with this show, I'm sure they'd find some sort of way to knock us out. Bring back people at the merge or something."

"I mean I guess they could do that." Luciana shrugged, "Wouldn't be all that fair in the competition though, once you've lost, you've lost, you don't get second chances."

"I don't think Chris has ever cared about fair." Alyssa said with a little grin, "Do you not remember all the stunts this show has pulled before? Bringing in entirely new contestants halfway through, sending people home in bogus votes. The list is practically endless, bringing someone back is probably the most normal thing they could do."

"Well I'd rather they didn't" Amelia said with a frown, "This game is already long enough." She earned a couple of chuckles from her teammates as they continued to eat their chocolate together, cute.

(Confessional)

YVES: As cute as this talk of going to the end together is cute, I know that I can't let that happen because once we get to six, I'm immediately on the bottom and the next one to go. I can't let that happen, especially when I will have gotten so far. I'm going all the way to the end, I'm not getting so close only to have iit ripped away because cliques were formed without me.

AMELIA: Yeah we all know I'm not sticking girl power all the way if I don't have to. Leaving your options so closed is not the kind of game that I'm looking to play - I need to keep all the channels open so that I can move in anyway that I need to ensure that I come out on top.

(The Bathroom)

Ashe was having a shower after the challenge, his hands were covered in paint and he was having a tough time taking it off even with soap and hot water. Kahlin was also in there, washing his face before the elimination ceremony to make sure that he looked his best should he be eliminated tonight. He wouldn't if he had anything to say about it however.

"Hey Ashe." He called over the rushing water to his friend, not looking away from the mirror as he spoke.

"Yeah?" Came the boy's response.

"What's your plan for tonight?"

"I don't really have one... "

"What if we voted for Miles?" Kahlin asked with a raised brow, "I know that it's not the most obvious choice, but I really feel like the guy is trouble."

"How do you know?" Ashe asked with a raised brow of his own, he couldn't prevent the doubt from appearing in his voice as he spoke.

"I mean… I guess it's just his vibe." Kahlin said, careful with his words so as not to blow everything up just in case he had read the situation wrong. "There's just something about him that really puts me off."

"I mean… I guess his smile never quite seems to reach his eyes but I don't think that warrants him being voted out." Ashe said with a concerned look on his face, "But then again I don't think anyone left really deserves to be voted out - I can't vote for you, and I won't vote for Damien either so we're currently rather stuck for options."

"That we are indeed." Kahlin agreed, "I know that I'm asking a lot of you but I really think that he will only cause trouble if he's kept in the game any longer."

"You're really sure?"

"Absolutely positive." The conviction in Kahlin's voice was true, certain that this move was the right move for both of them. "I want to work with you Ashe, truly I do, and I believe with all my heart that this is the right move for the both of us." His sincere words touched Ashe, who although unseen by Kahlin, nodded in the shower.

"If you're so sure, then let's do it." He agreed, which caused Kahlin to immediately smile in gratitude, again unseen by Ashe but it was there all the same.

"Thank you Ashe, it means a lot." Kahlin said as he left the bathroom having now freshened up. "See you tonight."

(Confessional)

ASHE: I really like Kahlin, he's confident, but he's calm and he knows what he needs to do. It's everything that I wish I was to be honest. I just really struggle to make decisions of my own - I get in my head a lot and don't really know what to do. Even now I'm not sure if I can even go through with voting for Miles… but I gave Kahlin my word… Do you see the issue here?

(The Boys' Bedroom)

Damien was here with Geoffrey, his pig, who was currently sitting on his bed, rolled onto his back as Damien rubbed his stomach, eliciting happy oinks from his pig. Their time was soon interrupted by the arrival of Boris; the rich boy walked into the room with his usual swagger before laying eyes on the pig that Damien had adopted. His face darkened a small bit but he carried on anyway, walking over to the actor and smiling warmly at him.

"Hello Damien." He said with a smirk, "I just wanted to let you know something that came to my attention recently that you may wish to know about."

"Right?" The boy responded with a raised eyebrow, "What is it then?"

"I do just want you to know that whatever I say doesn't reflect upon my own opinions, my plans for the game and what I intend to do going forward into the game - I do just feel that I owe it to you as a teammate to share what I know."

"Boris, just spit it out. I really don't have all day." Damien rolled his eyes at the rambling.

"Right." Boris narrowed his eyes at Damien, "I'm just saying that Miles said your name and called you useless. Of course not that I agree with him. I just really felt that you should know when someone was slandering your wonderful good name."

"Right…" Damien took a moment to actually process what the boy had said before nodding. "Thank you Boris." He said with a small smile, although his eyes remained conflicted. The rich boy nodded and took his leave from the room, leaving Damien and Geoffrey to think about the night. "That sure is interesting isn't it Geoffrey? Whatever will we do now?"

(Confessional)

DAMIEN: I don't want to be someone that doesn't trust a single thing someone says, but I really don't want to trust a single thing Boris says - this could all be some master plan to throw me off course and make sure that whatever he wants goes through. But then again, what would he gain from that? Is he really just looking out for me? All questions that only he knows the answer to I suppose.

(The Elimination Ceremony)

Chris and Don had gathered the boys at the elimination with four snow globes between them for the four contestants who would be surviving tonight.

"Hey boys, sorry to see you here yet again." Chris started with a frown, "Better hope this doesn't turn into a streak because you're already looking rather thin as it is."

"After tonight only four of you will remain on the Snakes," Don continued with a frown, "You're starting to trail, and you don't want to fall behind."

"You know the rules - if you're safe, you'll receive a snow globe. The person with the most votes will not receive a snow globe and will take the Ski of Shame, where they will be eliminated." Chris explained the rules once again, even though everyone knows them by now. "So let's get it started! Ashe you're up first." The shortest member on the team stood up and walked to the voting confessional, ready to get this whole thing kicked off.

(Voting Confessional)

ASHE: I'm still not sure what's going to happen tonight, but I have to stick with what my heart tells me to do, it hasn't steered me wrong just yet so no point doubting it now.

MILES: I'm voting for Damien, his contributions to the team, and to my game are already covered by everyone else, so really he's just dead weight holding us down, and that means he's got to go.

KAHLIN: I think we've done the work this time - Miles, your time is up in this game my friend. I hope you'll forgive me but it's what you get when you play so sneaky. I believe they call this karma.

(Back at the Elimination)

"An interesting vote guys." Don smiled as he held a snow globe in his hand. "First person safe tonight is Ashe." The host threw a snow globe at the boy who caught it with a huge smile on his face.

"Boris." The rich boy had a knowing smirk as he caught his own globe.

"Kahlin." Likewise Kahlin caught his globe confidently, expecting this outcome if he was honest.

"Damien and Miles, you two received votes tonight, but one of you received more." Chris started, building up the tension as much as he could. "The person who received the most votes, who will not receive a snow globe and who has been eliminated and must take the Ski of Shame is…

...

...

Miles." He said as he threw the globe at Damien who caught it with a smile of his own. Miles looked shocked but didn't blow up anywhere near as badly as Nick had.

"You know what…" He said while nodding, "That's totally fair play, I got done and at least this means that I'll be able to get out of the cold. It's been driving me insane the whole time I've been here. Play strong guys and I'll see two of you at the finale I hope." He nodded as he stood up and walked over to Don and Chris, who proceeded to lead the boy up the mountain to the Ski of Shame.

(The Top of the Mountain)

We all know what this is - it's the Ski of Shame. Miles was kitted out in his gear and ready to take the plunge.

"Oh this is kind of cool." He grinned as he bent his knees ready for the descent, "I've never been freehand skiing down a mountain but I guess there's a first time for everything." He let out a cheer of joy as Don gave him a solid push down the mountain.

"Well there you have it." Chris said with a shrug, "In another victory for the Felines, the Snakes decided that now would be the time to take out Miles, who was shaping up to become quite a villain on the show."

"It looks like he didn't have a strong of a control on the game as he originally believed as his closest allies were the ones who proved to be his undoing." Don continued.

"But we've still got ten people left in the game vying for the grand prize!" Chris raised the energy once again, hyping up the air. "Will the girls continue to be a dominant force in the challenges and keep themselves tight until the merge like they plan?"

"Or will the boys perform a huge comeback and keep themselves safe from elimination after having been to three of the four so far?"

"Find all of this out and more, next time on Total-!"

"Drama-!"

"Audacious Alpines!"

There we have it! Another chapter for you all! I think this is my least favourite one that I've written so far but I'm still happy with where it is - I think it gives us some nice building for the coming chapters. I think people followed my exact thought process with Miles being an early strategic force who fizzles out too early with smaller teams meaning that he had less people to hide behind with his nature. A big thank you to TheAllTimeGreatest for submitting him, I hope that you enjoyed his portrayal either way!

We're now at the final ten which is crazy! I know we only started with fourteen but I'm still incredibly happy with where we've come so far! I want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has continued to loyally review my work! It truly makes my day to read all of your words so all I ask is that you continue to review with your honest thoughts! Let me know where you think the story is going next, who's going home, who do you think has a shot at winning the whole thing? It's all up in the air so who knows where it'll all fall ;)

Thank you all again!

Much Love

Illuvian
