Three weeks later...

Hilda is seen inside the Sparrow Scouts Hall looking outside for Frida, but she found nothing.

"Looks like no Frida again," she said, approaching David. "Have you seen her lately?"

"No. With school being out, I haven't heard from her in..." David counted his fingers up to three. "...a while."

"This is the third week she's missed. Needing some time alone is one thing, but this is badge work we're talking about," Hilda pointed out.

"Do you think she still blames herself for releasing Bill, who's your grandfather bent on ruling the world or worse, destroying the world?" David wondered.

"Come to think of it, I haven't heard in a while of what my..." Hilda realized the next word she's going to say as if it's going to take some time getting used to the revelation. "...grandfather was planning."

"That guy's a maniac in my book. A real psychopath," the boy gives out his opinion of the triangular demon.

"Psychopath or sociopath... which one do you think he is?" a young man in blond hair approached them. He is wearing a white lab coat and black pants, and he seems to be in a good mood. "Oh, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Bilci Pher, genius," he pulls out his business card for Hilda and David to see.

"Oh, you're a real doctor. What do you do?" Hilda asked.

"Psychology, as in the study of the mind and behavior," was his reply before adding a detail. "You know what they say, the mind is the most powerful weapon."

"But I thought the most powerful weapon is the..." she said in confusion.

"Sparrow Scouts! Sparrow Scouts!" Raven Leader called the Sparrow Scouts for attention in her upcoming announcement.

"How about we talk more later?" the doctor said before taking his leave from Hilda and David's side.

Raven Leader announced to her fellow Sparrow Scouts of the badge ceremony as well as the end-of-year camping trip. As the announcements were finished, everybody went outside.

"So you're planning to visit Frida next?" asked the doctor.

"How did you know that, doc... uh...?" Hilda is surprised on him knowing what she's going to do next, and she's confused on what to call him as.

"You can call me sir, doc, Dr. Pher, or if you want Bil," he suggested.

"Bil? That nickname seems familiar," David is getting suspicious of his nickname.

"Ah, you're having deja vu, my boy," Bil puts his arm closer to him in assurance, and David immediately drops the matter. Then he lets go of him. "Anyway, I'll be going now to conduct my studies."

"Um, don't you want to come with us and meet Frida?" Hilda suggested.

"Sorry, but I got other things in mind," Bil said.

"Oh, okay," she said, looking a bit down.

"You better make some time if you want to make up for missing all the badges you haven't got aside from the Botany Badge," he said.

"How did you know that, too?" Hilda is surprised that he knows she doesn't have any badges so far.

"Like I said, the mind is the most powerful weapon. I like to know things, even at moments you least expected," Bil takes his leave.

"Is it just me or is that guy eccentric?" David wondered.

"Eccentric? What does that mean?" Hilda asked him.

"Eccentric is used to describe a person with odd behavior," was his reply.

"Oh..." she understood what the word meant.

"Anyway, we should go to Frida's house right now," David reminded her.

"Right..." and off they go.

Meanwhile, in the library...

The librarian is just minding her own business by the front desk.

"It looks quiet today," she observed the people inside, and they seemed to be behaving well, especially maintaining silence.

"Maybe some fire will help brighten things up," a familiar voice said as a single blue flame is being thrown to her direction. She quickly dodges that, and the figure behind the attack appeared. "Hello, Kaisa. Miss me?"

"Bill..." Kaisa uttered his name with horror on her face. She took two steps away from him before trying to run towards the door that led to the secret passage. Unfortunately for her, he just teleported himself in front of her before she could reach the door.

"Leaving so soon?" he asked. Unable to lose him, Kaisa has no choice but to fight back. In fact, she pulls out a wand from her hand to zap energy towards him, but Bill is able to block it with his hand. Confused, she tries to zap him again three times, only for him to block them with his hand in every turn. Before she could make another attack, Bill zaps her with his energy beam coming from his finger. "I'm impressed. Despite the fact that you can't remember the spells Tildy taught you, you sure know how to put up a fight."

"You know Tildy?" Kaisa is surprised with his knowledge of her old teacher.

"She visited the Second Dimension when she was a young lady," Bill admitted.

"What do you want, Bill?" she asked.

"You, helping me get access to the Witches Tower, that's what," was his reply.

"If you think I'll help a lunatic like you, you better think again," Kaisa refuses to help him, and she noticed his hand doing a gesture in a form of snapping his fingers. "What are you going to do, throw another fireball?" she taunted him, and before she knows it he snaps his fingers which causes her face to be erased from her head. Not only is she blinded from this, but also suffocated as she goes down to the floor looking for air to breathe in.

"What's the matter, Kaisa? You can't see. You can't breathe," Bill started taunting her through this kind of torture. "I won't let you die this easily. I can just leave you like this gasping for breath with a mouth that isn't there. If you want this stop, give me access to the Witches Tower."

With no other choice, Kaisa gives in to his request, and he snaps his fingers to bring her face back to her head. She can see and breathe again, much to her relief. Who knew Bill could be a sadistic jerk?

In the Witches Tower, an old woman is seen returning a book that she borrowed for a long time. Also, she's in the presence of the Committee of Three. Suddenly, she saw Kaisa being thrown to her feet. Bill came out of the portal that led him to this place which surprised the committee because they knew him.

"No way..." the witch on the middle said her reaction.

"Bill..." the old woman react with a non-surprised expression on her face; a glare to be exact. Of course, she knows who he is.

"If it isn't my old friend, Matilda 'Tildy' Pilqvist! So good to see you!" Bill reacts with joy on seeing her.

"Tildy... I tried to stop him," Kaisa weakly tries reaching her hand to her teacher.

"You did, Kaisa. You did," Tildy reassured her. "Now, let me handle him," she said before stepping in to confront the demon himself. "So, how's your reunion with her?"

"A good one, to be exact. I loved how shocked she is in learning our... connection," Bill replied.

"She may have powers of a Second Dimension being from her father, but she won't use it for evil like you did, her grandfather," Tildy bantered.

"That... will be determined."

Bill zaps an energy beam from his finger towards Tildy, who forms a shield through her hand to defend herself from the attack. He uses his other hand for telekinesis to send a boulder nearby being thrown from behind her, but she stops it with her other hand before snapping her fingers to make it disappear from their presence.

Next, he threw two blue fireballs at her from his hands, but she levitates to her left and right to dodge each of them. Next, she shoots a powerful energy beam from her hand, and he did the same. The beams collided and struggled with one another to see who will triumph, and after a few seconds they exploded due to them unable to handle how powerful the other is.

"I'm impressed that you can still put up a fight, despite how old you are now, Tildy," Bill complimented.

"Don't underestimate me because of my current age, Bill. I'm still one of the strongest witches in the world," Tildy replied back. "Anyway, you won't have Hilda fighting for your side."

"That, I beg to differ when my recent plan will give her no way out of the situation."

"That's enough!" the Committee witch on the right yelled to put an end to this fight. "It's obvious you two are equal in power, so we should put an end to this in our terms."

"Right..." the witch on the middle agreed to the suggestion. "Bill Cipher, you may have escaped your prison below Trolberg, but you can't escape being fed to the Void of No Return. Lloyd!"

With a nod, Lloyd makes use of his guitar to open the gate to the void, and three tentacle hands with eyes and mouths emerged. What they didn't expect next is Bill laughing out loud from what's going to happen next.

"Ahahahahahaha!" he laughed so hard that Kaisa looks disturbed from it, but Tildy remains calm as she knows fully well what his laughter in this scenario is about. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Why do you think that's funny?!" the Committee witch on the left is indignant about this.

"Oh, Abigail... haven't you three learned? The void is my pet," Bill explained as he calmed down from his laughter. The creature calmed down as it recognized its master. "Good boy. Do you miss me? Yes, you do," he patted one of its tentacles, and it enjoyed this feeling like how a pet would.

"And this is why we don't do that thing anymore," Tildy chided the committee for keeping the creature to be used for punishing offenders.

"That reminds me," Bill gets an idea what to do next. "Boy, are you hungry? You sure are. I got a tasty snack for you to eat, and here they are!" he pointed his finger on the Committee of Three, making them realize the trouble they're in. "Bon appetit!"

The creature then advances towards the three, attempting to devour them before they teleported away from their spot.

"Trying to escape, huh? No matter. Twintail!" Bill snaps his fingers to give command to his trusted Marra minion.

"As you wish, master," her voice is heard from the hallways as sounds of a fight just broke out before the middle witch is seen being thrown to the ground. Twintail approached her as she unveiled her hands from her very long sleeves and binds her using green energy emitting from her hands. Two Marra, one with a hairclip and the other who wear glasses, followed with capturing Abigail and the right witch respectively.

"Good job, my minions," Bill congratulated. "Now it's time to feed my pet here," he pointed at the void with his thumb.

Twintail tossed the middle witch to the circle, and the two Marra followed her with Abigail and the right witch. The tentacle hands grabbed a hold of them and dragged them inside the circle where they will be eaten alive. Bill is in glee to see this, and so are the Marra especially Twintail.

"Come on, Kaisa. There's nothing we can do at this moment," Tildy told her student as she uses a powerful spell to teleport themselves away from the tower.

"Huh? They escaped," Bill said.

"Should we go after them?" Twintail asked.

"No need. I got everything I needed. Taking over this tower should do for now," was his reply, and he noticed the witches cornering them with their wands. "What's this, a rebellion? Let me arrange that."

Lifting his hand in the air, he uses his power to turn a few witches into decorations of his new hideout and the rest are being turned to stone. Not only that, but he also combined them altogether to make a throne for himself. A spinning chair, that's what.

"Soon, this whole world will have another Weirdmageddon that no one will stop especially when I'm no longer bound by Gravity Falls' weirdness magnet. I gotta thank Axolotl for accepting my invocation to start this whole thing again!" Bill declared as he sat on his throne and laughed while spinning the chair like he's a bratty child who gained victory for himself. The Marra are standing there, feeling satisfied of their master's joy. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Author's Note: What do you think of this chapter? Anyway, I'm putting season 2 elements in this fanfic when it actually took place in the first season.
