Gordon entered the Gotham police precinct, he was immediately met by a fat man, he was wearing a brown trench coat with a red tie, eating donuts while discussing with the other officers. Gordon walked towards the man and said,
"Bullock, the progress!"
"The interrogation is in progress. But the guy's in shock, it would take some time." Bullock replied with a strong American-Italian accent. "That bat guy really did a number on him."
"What has he said so far? If he's said anything."
"He said that the new bat-monster forced him to sing. And is going on and on about how the demon scared him shitless."
"I wouldn't blame him. Were there any signs of torture?"
"He has a ton of bruises but no signs of torture. I think that the guy just scared him hard, if you look at his pals you'd realize that he was the lucky one but none of them appear to be in a shock."
"I thought they looked pretty bad."
"Oh don't worry, they aren't fine but still in better mental condition than that guy."
"Right, when he calms down tell me. I would love to have a private chat with him."
"Got it. Oh, and Gordon, this- uh, Batman, what about him?"
"We'll deal with him soon, but for now these dealings are our first priority."
With that, Gordon walked off. Although, the city lacked good cops, Gordon trusted Bullock and new he wanted what's best for this city than him. Gordon entered his office, he sat down and began looking at the records.
Bullock walked towards the interrogation room, and then a female officer walked out.
"Did he say anything?"
The officer, a possible detective, said, "No, but he has calmed down significantly and has started answering some of our questions."
Bullock opened the door, inside was a dark room with one source of light illuminating the table, and behind it the man sat. Bullock approached him, he slammed his hands on the table and said,
"Okay kid, I'm gonna ask you once. Answer them right, you'll be fine, if not, then prepare for the worst."
The man stared blankly, than said, "I've already seen the worst! You can't do nothin' to me!"
Bullock walked over to his side, and slammed his head on the table, "Oh, you haven't seen anything yet."
"If you saw what that thing did to me, you'd know you can't do anything."
Bullock goes silent, and than lifts up his wrist and grabs his finger. And than snaps it.
The man screams.
Bullock than said, "Tell me, it doesn't matter what you've seen, pain is pain. Tell me everything you know!"
"I-I can't tell you a-anything!"
"TELL ME!" He says as he breaks the other finger.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?!"
"Everything. Where were the guns from? Who hired you and where did you met them?"
"All the guns are already destroyed!"
"Not all. Most of the guns went missing. Give me the details."
He lets go and the man sighs heavily as he holds his fingers tight.
"Fine! Most of the guns were from Wayne enterprises. The remaining ones belonged to Falcone and Daggett industries."
"What's your boss' connections with these companies?"
"I don't know! Our boss must have some beef with those guys!"
"Why the hell did Maroni just backstab the Falcones? I thought they were pals?"
"I don't know that many details; I don't even know the name of our boss!"
"Than who gives the orders? Who was the guy that brought you here?"
"We weren't even told who our boss was, all that they told us were our paychecks and our role!"
"Where was this meetin held?"
"Near the narrows, that was where it was held."
"Is that the truth?"
"Yes, that's the-"
His finger snaps!
"THE TRUTH!?"
"AHHHH! STOP!! THEY WERE HELD AT PARK ROW! PARK ROW!"
Bullock let go, smiling. He asked again.
"So, I'm gonna ask again, one last time. What the hell happened to the other guns."
"Like I said, they were blown to bits."
"Give us everything you know! The total amount of the guns we tracked were never found amongst the ashes."
"The bat-creature blew guns sky-high and he must've kept the rest."
"Is that all?"
"YES! Now please leave me alone."
Bullock was about to walk out but then remembered something.
"What did you see about this Batman?"
Gordon was flipping through documents, but somethings didn't make much sense: If there was a power struggle happening inside the Falcone crime family, how come no one else got the news but the alleged mob boss, Salvatore Maroni. Gordon was unsure about any rational explanation that came to mind but he didn't know what else to do. A lot of the evidence was destroyed by this Batman and everything else that was retrieved was not enough. Suddenly, the lights went off. Gordon knew what this meant, he was about to get his gun but a voice called out,
"You should've listened to me when I said, 'don't get in my way'." A voice asked, same as the creature.
"Is that why you destroyed the guns? Because I didn't heed your warnings?!" Gordon replied, still looking ahead.
"No. I destroyed the guns because some of them were stolen from people who gained them through unfair means."
"You mean Rowland Daggett?! You destroyed his guns?!"
"Daggett has had a history of selling his pharmaceutics to big corporations time and time again! He has made several dealings with LexCorp for his guns and is trying to get a scoop on Bruce Wayne."
"Daggett has been accused multiple times, but that's all that they are, accusations. Nothing has been proved or can be proved."
"Don't lie, it doesn't suit you. Lieutenant Bullock has been investigating the Daggett industries and their medical company for months now. Everyone in Gotham knows of everything he's done and all of you want him brought in, but you can't because a large portion of Gotham depends on his medical products. There was a similar case with Carmine Falcone and is the case with the others, like Rupert Thorne."
"Yes, it's true. Everyone of us know the truth about these crime bosses running rampant but we can't do anything about them because-"
"Because your bound by the law. They have prepared against you and have made sure you can't get to where they are, whereas I don't have that barrier and I can get to places where you can't!"
"If you're saying that you aren't bound by the law than that makes you just another criminal, and one for us to take down. I don't know where he got those guns or from whom, but you still destroyed his property and will be held responsible!"
"Don't mourn for his loss, he got what he deserved. Besides, if I returned them to you, he'd send someone else to steal them. His company has been in a decline and is in desperate need of people who buy his drugs, he's been making trades with big corporations. He has powerful friends, and trust me that they won't be happy about you. You are a family man Gordon, I fear for your wife and your kids. Drop the case, I'll let you have them once they've been neutralized."
The lights turned on and everything returned to normal. The door opened the officer entered,
"Commissioner... who were you talking to?"
Gordon looked skeptical, he thought for a moment and said,
"Nothing Montoya. Why are you here?"
"Lieutenant Bullock has started the interrogation."
