"Do you wann join our sleepover Cadence", Twilight asks excitedly. "Oh I'd really love to honey but I have some paperwork to do and a report to file with the schoolboard, but how would you like some hot chocolate to go with those cookies before I get started, well you know I never turn down hot chocolate but I don't want you to put yourself out, it's no trouble sweetie I promise", she assured with an easy chuckle and smile. "I can make it for her if you two don't mind of course it's just that hot chocolate is my girlfriend Rosie's favorite snacktime drink too and I do make a good one if I do say so myself, I know she certainly does", Fluttershy admits with a blush and flashing Twilight a gentle smile. "I appreciate that, but you're the guest and I don't wanna take advantage..., Fluttershy puts a warm finger to her lips with a melodic laugh, Twilight honey you've gotta stop thinking of yourself as a burden because you're anything but, now I'm making you hot chocolate because I want to and for no other reason and I don't wanna hear anything more about it understand", Fluttershy gently asks with a wink. "Yes ma'am, good girl, Fluttershy praises with a gentle kiss, I'll be back in a few minutes ok sweetheart feel free to start the movie if you want". Oh do you want anything Cadence, Fluttershy asks never breaking her stride, I'm good but thank you dear", Cadence assures giving Twilight a kiss and wishing her good luck with first sleepover as she went to her study. Nervously but still very excited Twilight ran to the living room to get the movie started and just as it was starting Fluttershy came in with a tray of hot chocolate and warm cookies, "here you go sweetie, she says setting the tray on the coffee table and handing the girl her hot chocolate thanks you're most welcome", she assures with a loving smile as she sips her own, and watches as the girl examines her cup in adorable confusion before taking a small sip as she swallowed she flashed one of the beautiful smiles that Fluttershy had ever seen. "This is amazing, not to mention that hot chocolate is usually so blisteringly scalding you can't even drink it but this is like a soothing hotness, I don't like that either honey I can't imagine anyone really does but that's why I add extra milk and even some honey when I make my special Fluttershy hot chocolate of it does help if I have someone extra special to make it for", she teases beeping Twilight's nose making her let out a precious little giggle. As they watch the movie and it gets to the "show yourself" song (my favorite song btw) Fluttershy hears some stifled sniffling and notices Twilight trying to hold back her sobs, "Twilight are you crying, Fluttershy gently asks with an understanding smile, I'm sorry please don't hurt me it's just that this song so emotional to me Elsa truly discovers where she belongs and she just sounds complete it's just so beautiful", Twilight sobs as she turns away and covers her mouth with the blanket that the girls were wrapped up in. "Sweet girl you don't ever be afraid to cry in front of me ok", Fluttershy coos as she turns her face gently towards her and kisses away the tears she has because I think your tears are one of the most beautiful things about you", she assures". "Y y y ou do, Twilight sobs anew of course I do princess why would you ever think you have to hide from me let alone that I would ever hurt you", Fluttershy coos as she gently pulls her into her lap. "Because they did, Twilight shivered and subbed as she hid in Fluttershy's chest they who baby", Fluttershy nearly cried herself seeing this special little girl in so much pain as she stroked her hair gently. "When I was growing up we were taught that crying was a weakness and never solves anything, especially me who cried a lot because I just wanted someone to love me and I was just emotional, but was told by both the bullies and the caretakers that were there that nobody would ever love a pathetic and broken girl like me", she sobbed loudly into Fluttershy's chest. Fluttershy was rightfully horrified as she tried simultaneously to comfort the poor girl and to contain her rising anger, how dare people talk to anyone, especially her perfect babygirl like that? "Sweetheart, she began, lifting her tear filled eyes to face her you are a sweet, funny, smart, beautiful, and amazing girl who is worthy of love, Fluttershy spoke as she wiped the girl's tears away with a finger replacing each one with a warm kiss, but never forget the most important thing that you are Twilight Sparkle, she whispers gently what is it she wonders a hint of a smile playing on her lips. "That you're all mine", Fluttershy winks with a wide yet mischievous grin as laughter suddenly feels the room with Fluttershy's tickling assault all traces of sadness soon forgotten.
