The red eyed ruff walked into the courtroom ignoring the presence of his enemies and formal brother , everyone was shocked including the judge himself , no one expected this sudden turn of events.

If fighting was allowed , Buttercup would have killed him the moment he stepped there , instead she turned her gaze to Butch, his eyes showed too many emotions , there was anger , shock , and betrayal.

The courtroom was silent before Brick's voice broke it :

" I apologize for being late , your honor , but there was a traffic on my way here ."

" It's alright , now let the trial begin , Ms Utonium you go first. "

" Your honor , my client here is going throught a terrible experience , first , he was betrayed and kicked out by the ones he trusted the most just because he chose to raise his son Ben Jojo , and I believe everyone knows that a single parent must receive child support to be able to get him all the necessities . That's why my honor , I demand that Miss Elena should at least pay 1000 dollars per month."

With that , Blossom sit back down ; and the judge nodded his head , convinced with the puff leader's defense , then he turned to Brick telling him it's his turn to speak , the ruff leader got up and begun :

" Your honor , I am afraid that I have to disagree with Miss Utonium, after all there is no proof that Ben is indeed Elena's son , for all we know , Butch might just claim that only for material good , not to mention that Butch was one who still stuck to his old ways , which is why my honor , we should take his background into consideration."

At this point, Butch felt like getting up and laying the most powerful punch to Brick's face . How could he do this to him ? He knows that he messed up but why make his life a nightmare ?

" Miss Ferris , what is your relation with Butch ?"

Butch slowly turned to Elena only to find her staring back at him with a blank expression before answering :

" None your honor , we never even talked to each other."

" Is that true , Mr Butch ?"

"No , she's lying , we used to date a year ago and when she gave birth to Ben , she left and I haven't seen her ever since ."

" If that's true Mr Butch " Brick said , pronoucing the last part in a sarcastic way . " Then would you like to show us the proof ."

Butch gritted his teeth as the smirk in Brick's face widened.

" I decide " the judge said " that there will be a second trial one from now , to do a DNA test ."

With that , the trial was done and the courtroom was getting empty .

Brick slowly approached the trio , and said with a smug face :

" You've fall so low Brother , that's why you should have listened to me ."

Butch didn't responed as he quickly got up and left the courtroom with Blossom and Buttercup following him.

"BUTCH ! WAIT UP !!"

Elena slowly approached Brick and asked :

" You think we will win this case ?"

" Yes honey , I'll make sure they will all fall to the ground , I promise. "
