Chapter 6: Garden of Gloom
Sora, Mario, Donald, Goofy, Goombario, Kooper, Bombette, Parakarry, Bow, Watt, and Sushie continue through Toad Town but as they keep moving they find the same female Toad gardener with a sad Bub-ulb.
"Hey, what's wrong? Whay's it sad?" Sora asked.
"Oh, this poor Bub-ulb is telling me the flowers in Flower Fields are in trouble." The female Toad gardender said.
"Ya think it's the Heartless?" Goofy asked.
"Maybe." Kooper said.
"If so, then we should go to Flower Fields. How do we get there?" Sora asked.
"To get to Flower Fields, you need seeds that only Bub-ulbs possess." The Toad gardener said.
"What about these?" Sora asked as Mario takes out four different colored seeds.
"Hey, those are the Bub-ulb seeds! You actually have some!" The garden Toad said taking seeds and starts planting them into flowers and just then a door appears.
"Wak, look! A door!" Donald said.
"You should be able to get to Flower Fields from here. Mario, Flower Fields needs you help!" The garden Toad said.
"Don't worry! We'll save it!" Sora said and Mario nods.
Sora opens the door and the group go through it to go somewhere else.
(Field Theme: Flower Fields in Gloom)
(Flower Fields)
The group leave the door and find themselves to be in a grassy field full of flowers but the sky is all cloudy.
"This is Flower Fields?" Watt asked.
"What ho? How might you be?" A voice asked.
"Who said that?" Bow asked.
"Ho ho ho ho! Up here!" The voice said and they look up to see a tree.
"A talking tree!" Sora said.
"Who are you?" Goombario asked.
"They call me Wise Wisterwood. I am the oldest tree here in Flower Fields, the land of trees, flowers, grasses, and plants." Wise Wisterwood said.
"It's nice to meet you, sir." Goofy said.
"And you must be Mario and Sora. I've heard a lot about you two." Wise Wisterwood said.
"You know of us and we just met?" Sora asked.
"Ho ho ho ho! Indeed. You're trying to save the Star Spirits and the rest of your world. How very noble. Your arrival must also mean a Star Spirit is here in our land." Wise Wisterwood said.
"I guess so." Parakarry said.
"Can you help us find the next Star Spirit?" Donald asked.
"I wish I could, but alas... Flower Fields is in trouble." Wise Wisterwood said.
"I mean, it's another reason why we're here." Sora said and Mario nods.
"So, what's going on in Flower Fields?" Bombette asked.
"I am glad you asked. You see, a creature named Huff N. Puff and his followers invaded our fair land not long ago. These creatures brought clouds to our sunny sky. It has been dark and cloudy ever since. It's so dark, the sun doesn't even bother to rise in the sky anymore. We are all weak and fading..." Wise Wisterwood explained.
"That's awful..." Sushie said.
"Oh, but wait! I do remember there is a rumor Huff N. Puff is holding someone captive." Wise Wisterwood said.
"You think it might be the Star Spirit?" Goombario asked.
"It must be!" Wise Wisterwood said.
"Well, in that case, we're gonna teach that Huff N. Puff a lesson and free that Star Spirit!" Sora said and Mario nods.
"Well, that would make the wishes of Flower Fields come true...but it's not easy." Wise Wisterwood said.
"Why not?" Kooper asked.
"Huff N. Puff is up in the sky on we call call Cloudy Climb." Wise Wisterwood said.
"But is there a way to get up there?" Watt asked.
"Well, you might be able to reach it if you find a Magical Bean." Wise Wisterwood said.
"Okay, is there a Magical Bean around here?" Bow asked.
"I think there IS a flower that has a Magical Bean somewhere." Wise Wisterwood said.
"Who?" Goofy asked.
"Her name is Petunia. She must be in the east. It wouldn't hurt to visit her and ask her about it." Wise Wisterwood said.
"Okay, we'll east and ask." Sora said and Mario nods.
The group begin moving through the fields to find Petunia and they find a flower with buck teeth.
"Hey, where're you going?" The flower asked.
"We're trying to find Petunia." Sora said.
"Petunia, eh? She's straight west from here." The flower said.
"West?" Goofy asked confused.
"But Wisterwood said east." Bombette said.
The group continue moving through Flower Fields to find Petunia and while looking around they find a flower who looks angry.
"Excuse me." Sora said.
"Do you have a second? Listen to my sad tale! Ever since the sun went away, I've begun to droop. I have no energy at all. Without the sun, it just seems like the world is sad. Now, these things are attacking my roots! My seed collection will be lost if this keeps up. You seem strong and capable. Could you get rid of these things for me?" The flower asked.
"Wait, what things?" Watt asked and just then something pops from the ground and it's a Heartless that looks like a dark blue mole with yellow eyes, red claws, and the Heartles symbol on its underbelly.
"Heartless!" Donald said taking out his staff.
"Somehow, this doesn't surprise me." Sora said taking out his Keyblade.
"We'll handle the Heartless for you!" Sushie said.
The group confront the mole Heartless known as Dread Diggers and Sora delivers three attacks with his Keyblade while Mario delivers jump attacks but the Dread Diggers go underground and rise from the ground to attack with their claws but Donald casts Stop to freeze them allowing Sushie to use Belly Flop while Bow uses Smack but the Dread Diggers move underground and deliver rising claws attacks but Kooper uses Dizzy Shell stunning them allowing Parakarry to use Shell Shot while Goofy uses Tornado but the Dread Diggers keepp moving underground to attack but Bombette uses Mega Bomb while Goombario uses Multibonk while Watt uses Electro Dash but the Dread Diggers go underground and attack with their claws but Sora uses Stun Impact stunning them while Mario attacks with his hammer and they defeat all the Heartless.
The group go back to the flower.
"We got rid of the Heartless for you." Sora said.
"Yiipppeeeeee! Hooray! Yahoo! Thank you, thank you! To show you my graditude, I'll give you this Magical Bean!" The flower giving them a bean.
"So wait you're Petunia?" Sora asked.
"Why yes I am, dear. Most call me the Seed Maniac. By the way, you shouldn't plant that Magical Bean." Petunia said.
"Why?" Bow asked.
"Because as a seed, it will always enjoy freedom! If it's planted, it won't be able to move again. So please don't plant it with Fertile Soil and Miracle Water." Petunia said.
"Oh, brother..." Donald said.
The group continue moving through Flower Fields and later arrive at a different area where they find a red flower in front of a gate.
"Hello, strangers. What do you think of my bright red coloring?" The red flower asked.
"It looks...nice?" Sora said.
"Look, we're trying to pass through here." Goombario said.
"No, sorry. I can't let you pass." The red flower said.
"What, why?" Bombette asked.
"Well, I might let you pass if you gave me something to eat." The red flower said and just then Mario takes out a red berry and gives it to the flower who eats it. "Oooh, delicious! This is it! Great color and full of flavor! You're a real champ for this tasty snack! You may pass!" The red flower said.
"Thank you." Sora said.
The group move pass the gate and go through a narrow path and they later arrive at an area with a yellow flower and a shiny tree of crytstals.
"Look at this Crystal Tree! Have you ever seen something so beautiful?" The yellow flower asked.
"It looks nice, I guess." Parakarry said.
"Oh, excuse my manners. My name is Posie." Posie said.
"What's wrong with your mouth?" Sora asked.
"It's my nose!" Posie said.
"Sorry..." Sora said sheepishly.
"Anyway, it was this Fertile Soil that made my nose grow so long. I happen to like it. Say, you have nice noses. They could stand a bit longer if you have this Fertile Soil with you." Posie said giving the group Fertile Soil.
"Uh, thanks..." Goombario said.
"Ya think we could use this?" Goofy asked.
"Not for our noses!" Donald said annoyed.
The group keep exploring Flower Fields and they find a yellow flower in front of another gate.
"Good day to you, friends. If you're here to get through, I'm afraid I don't let many people pass." The yellow flower said.
"Well, what if we brought you something to eat?" Bow asked.
"I suppose, but I have excellent tastes in foods." The yellow flower said and Mario takes out a yellow fruit and gives it to the flower who eats it. "Magnificent! So sweet, such subtle flavor with a delicate finish! Such marvelous coloring! It makes me think of the sunlight I yearn for. You may pass." The yellow flower said opening the gate.
The group get through the gate but find thorns on the ground and so with Parakarry they fly pass the thorns and they arrive at an area with a blue tree and what seems to be an empty pool and they find a sad flower.
"Hey, what's the matter?" Sushie asked.
"Oh, how horrible! Spring went dry! This can't happen to me! Not to poor Lily! The horrible thing that looks like a cloud took our precious Water Stone! Water flows from that magical stone. Without it, spring will never recover! I will be crushed by my own weight and wither!" Lily said.
"That's really sad..." Sora said.
"Don't give up, Lily! Maybe a handsome prince will arrive and help you soon!" Lily said and turns to the group. "Oh, princes. Well, actually, the man looks more like a plumber and the spiky one doesn't look like much, but beggars can't be choosers. My name is Lily. I'm a beautiful and fragile flower, who lives in this spring. Do you think you help me?" Lily asked.
"You mean find your Water Stone?" Goombario asked.
"Yes. It was taken away by an awful cloud like creature!" Lily said.
"Don't worry. We'll get your Water Stone back!" Sora said and Mario nods.
"Oh, happy day! You're dreams come true! Please find it and bring it to me." Lily said.
The group start moving again to find the missing Water Stone and they later arrive at a different area where they find a blue flower guarding another gate.
"Sooo hungry... I hate guarding this stupid gate... Sooo hungry... Hey, do any of you have anything good to eat?" The blue flower asked and Mario gives out a blue berry and the blue flower eats it. "Wow, such a splendid taste! There ARE good blue things! I'm filled with hope again! Go one and feel blue!" The blue flower said opening the gate.
The group pass the gate and they later arrive at a hedge maze area where they find what looks like a giant black cloud with yellow eyes, cloud like fists, and the Heartless emblem on its cloudy body.
"A Heartless?" Goofy asked.
"Could that be the cloud creature Lily was talking about?" Parakarry asked and the cloud Heartless comes flying at them.
"Here it comes!" Sora said taking out his Keyblade while Mario gets ready to fight.
(Boss Theme: Shrouding Dark Cloud)
The group confront the cloud Heartless known as Storm Bringer and Sora delivers three aerial slashes with his Keyblade dealing damage while Mario uses Power Jump and delivers a big jumping attack but Storm Bringer uses its cloud fists to punch at both Sora and Mario but Goombario uses Multibonk while Donald casts Fire while Bow uses Smack but Storm Bringer unleashes small lightning bolts around itself and sends them to attack at the group shocking them but Parakarry uses Shell Shot while Goofy uses Rocket while Watt uses Electro Dash but Storm Bringer uses its cloud fists to punch at the group but Mario uses Power Bounce and jumps on the cloud Heartless many times and dealing damage while Goombario uses Headbonk while Bow uses Outta Sight to make the group invisible as Storm Bringer sends out lightning bolts to attack and then Sora uses Strike Raid and throws his Keyblade four times and then delivers the final Keyblade throw while Parakarry uses Shell Shot while Sushie uses Belly Flop but Storm Bringer uses its cloud hands to create a giant ball of lightning.
"Uh oh..." Goofy said.
"Brace yourselves!" Sora said.
Storm Bringer throws its ball of lightning at the group causing giant lightning damage but Sora casts Cure while Donald casts Gravity while Watt uses Electro Dash but Storm Bringer unleashes a powerful whirlwind around the group causing them to spin wildly and take damage while Kooper, Bombette, and Sushie are dizzy but Goofy uses Tornado while Parakarry uses Sky Dive while Bow uses Outta Sight to make everyone invisible as Storm Bringer unleashes another powerful whirlwind but nothing hits and Sora aerial attacks with his Keyblade while Goombario uses Multibonk and bonks on the cloud Heartless many times while Watt uses Electro Dash but Storm Bringer creates another giant ball of lightning only for Bow to use Outta Sight as it throws its ball of lightning to attack but nothing hits and Mario uses Power Jump and deals great damage while Parakarry uses Shell Shot while Sushie uses Squirt but Storm Bringer attacks with its cloud fists only for Donald to strike back with casting Thunder while Goombario uses Headbonk while Bow uses Smack but Storm Bringer unleashes bolts of lightning to attack but Goofy uses Rocket while Sora casts Fire and finishes off Storm Bringer who flies out of control and then a big heart flies out of the Heartless and disappears in thin air.
"We did it!" Watt cheered.
"But look!" Kooper said pointing at something falling into the hedge maze.
"Come on. We better go find it." Sora said.
The group go through the hedge maze to find the lost item but after searching through the entire maze they find a different area where they find a rose.
"Oh, hello! It's been ages since I've had a visitor. I'm Rosie the Rose Spirit. I'm ever so glad to meet you. Here I am in full bloom and there's nobody to look at me. Please admire me all you like. Aren't I just beautiful?" Rosie asked.
"Yeah." Sora said.
"Really? I'm that beautiful? You're so honest and charming. I can see your handsomeness a mile away, young man. And you, underneath your scruffy mustache, I bet you're handsome. I like you and because I like you, I'll show you this." Rosie said showing a blue stone. "This stone is so beautiful. I found it dropping into the hedge. I couldn't resist its gorgeous glitter so I made it mine." Rosie said.
"Uh, listen, Lily's in big trouble and she needs that stone." Sora said.
"I see. How sad. Well, it can't be helped. It's mine, you see." Rosie said.
"Hey, she's gonna wither if she doesn't have it!" Donald yelled jumping up and down.
"I see, it's rather pitiful, really. As hard as it is to believe, that Lily acts like she's prettier than me. She may be dumb, but she's not a bad flower. If she's gone, there'll be no other flowers to set off my beauty. How about this, find me something more beautiful than this stone and I'll trade it." Rosie said.
"Oh, boy..." Sora said.
The group begin searching for something beautiful for Rosie and they return to Posie and her Crystal Tree.
"Uh, hello." Sora said.
"Hi there. What can I do for you?" Posie asked.
"We're tryin' to find somethin' for Rosie and we think your Crystal Tree's the very thing." Goofy said.
"Oh, I see. That Rosie loves beautiful things above all else. She's self-involved. I think I can help. This tree and I are connected by our roots. Maybe one or two Crystal Berries will fall down if I shake the roots." Posie said as she starts shaking the root causing a slight quake and just then a crystal berry falls. "There, but that was a little unladylike." Posie said.
"Thanks, Posie!" Goombario said.
"Rosie better like this." Bow said.
The group later return to Rosie.
"Have you found anything?" Rosie asked and Mario takes out the crystal berry.
"Oh, how pretty! I love it! It's more nicer than this stone. Give this back to Lily. Make sure she knows that she was saved by me." Rosie said giving the group the Water Stone.
"Ugh..." Donald said annoyed.
"C'mon, let's hurry back to Lily." Bombette said.
The group make their way back to Lily.
"Hey, we got your Water Stone." Sushie said.
"Quickly, put it in the hole." Lily said and Mario places the stone into the hole making water rise and making pools of water. "Oh, water! Sweet water! The spring is full of water! I'm floating again! Thank you for helping me! Here, have this Miracle Water!" Lily said giving thr rgoup Miracle Water. "With the Miracle Water, anything you plant will grow big, but not now because the sun's gone." Lily said.
"How are we gonna get the sun back?" Watt asked.
"I'm sure we'll find a way." Sora said.
The group continue moving through Flower Fields and they come across an area full of thorns and they find what looks like a light blue flower.
"What flower are you?" Donald asked.
"Hi! My name's Bubble Plant! You wanna know why my name's Bubble Plant?" The Bubble Plant asked.
"Because you can make bubbles?" Goombario said.
"That's right! All you gotta do is give me a Bubble Berry!" Bubble Plant said and Mario gives it a bubble berry. "Awesome! Good going! Get a load of this!" Bubble Plant said as it blows a bubble. "There, isn't it great?" Bubble Plant asked.
"That's cool. Thanks." Sora said.
The group get inside the bubble which floats across the thorn grounds and they reach the other side and keep moving through the fields and they later arrive at what looks like a castle like tower and they find a rock and so they use Bombette who destroys the rock making steps fall allowing the group to climb up the stairs and they reach the top of the tower where they find a sun like figure.
"Um, hi." Sora said.
"Oh, hello. I never thought anybody would come all the way up here." The sun said.
"So, you're the sun we're looking for." Parakarry said.
"Well, not entirely. I WAS the sun. The clouds that came out of the Puff Puff Machine that Huff N. Puff built... The clouds keeo me from reaching the sky. I'm a complete failure as a sun. All the flowers and plants are suffering..." The sun said.
"Well, where can we find that Puff Puff Machine?" Bow asked.
"You want to know where it is?" The sun asked and Mario nods.
"Yeah, we wanna help Flower Fields." Sora said.
"So where is it?" Kooper asked.
"I think it's east of here. The clouds seem to come from over there." The sun said.
"Perfect. We'll smash it!" Donald said.
"Nah, there's no way... Don't strain yourself. Just go home..." The sun said.
"Gawrsh, the sun sure is sad..." Goofy said.
"That's it! Let's find that Puff Puff Machine and smash it!" Sora said and everyone nods.
The group start moving to find the Puff Puff Machine.
"Hey, hey, hey! Hold up! Wait, man!" A voice said.
"Now what?" Sushie asked and someone comes flying down and it's a Lakitu with shades and green hair.
"A Lakitu!" Parakarry said.
"Hey, man! I don't think we've met before. I mean, you're Mario, right?" The Lakitu asked.
"Yeah he is and I'm Sora." Sora said.
"What do ya want?" Donald asked.
"My name's Lakilester... Er, no... It's Michael, I mean, no. Um... Yeah! Spike! I'm Spike! Well, whatever, never mind." Spike said.
"Okay, Spike or whoever you are, why are you in our way?" Goombario asked.
"Look, I don't have a problem with you guys or anything, but I've got orders from Master Huff N. Puff." Spike said.
"So you're working for Huff N. Puff?" Bow asked.
"That's right and I'll have to beat you guys up. Sorry." Spike said. "Did I sound cool?" Spike asked in his mind.
"Okay, Spike. We don't wanna fight ya either, but you're not givin' us much choice." Sora said summoning his Keyblade.
"Here it comes!" Spike said.
The group confront Spike and Sora casts Thunder while Donald casts Gravity while Mario uses Power Jump but Spike takes out a spiked ball and throws it at Mario but Goombario uses Multibonk and bonks Spike many times while Goofy uses Tornado while Bow uses Fan Smack but Spike throws two spiked balls at Sora and Mario but Watt uses Electro Dash while Parakarry uses Shell Shot while Sushie uses Squirt but Spike throws more spiked balls at Mario who retaliates with Power Bounce and jumps on the Lakitu many times while Sora aerial attacks with his Keyblade and after enough attacks they push Spike back.
"Had enough, Spike?" Donald asked.
"Man, you guys are tough as nails! I give up!" Spike said.
"Really?" Watt asked.
"Go on...do your worst. I'm not scared..." Spike said.
"Hey, cheer up. If anything, you gave your all." Sora said.
"Yeah, well, do what you guys do to guys you've defeated... Fire Flower, POW Block, magic, whatever." Spike said.
"WAIT!" A voice shouted and they see a female Lakitu with orange hair.
"Who's this?" Sushie asked.
"Lakilulu, what're you doing?" Spike asked.
"Please, have mercy on my dear sweet Lakilester." Lakilulu begged.
"Don't call me that! I told you, I changed my named last month! You always embarass me like this... Still, it makes me like you even more for some reason. Look, I lost to 'em fair and square. Lemme face the music." Spike said.
"Mario, please forgive him. Lakilester was just following Huff N. Puff's orders." Lakilulu said.
"Look, we weren't gonna finish him off." Sora said and Mario nods.
"So, you'll forgive him?" Lakilulu asked.
"Yes." Goombario said and Mario nods.
"Stop calling me Lakilester! It's a stupid name! My name is SPIKE! Ugh, I'm starting to think this whole deal is stupid." Spike said.
"So, wait, why were ya workin' for Huff N. Puff?" Goofy asked.
"I was working for him to be a part of something big, but all I've got was nothing but getting into pointless fights. This wasn't what I wanted... What I really wanted was... Actually, what're you guys fighting for?" Spike asked.
"Easy, we fight to bring peace to the world!" Sora said and Mario nods.
"But why go for Spike?" Kooper asked.
"If anything, Lakilester is not a bad name..." Donald said.
"It's a stupid name! Spike's way cooler! It fits a perfect rebel like me." Spike said.
"Well, I like Lakilester." Sora said.
"Look, this doesn't matter, but I've decided something. I'm goin' with you guys." Spike said.
"Huh?" Parakarry asked.
"You guys are the real deals! I bet goin' with you guys is gonna be as cool as it gets!" Spike said.
"You really wanna go with us?" Watt asked.
"No, please, Lakilester! Don't leave me! Please take me with you!" Lakilulu begged.
"Chill, Lakilulu. You gotta understand, I'm doing this for you. I gotta be a man. Just wait for me and I'll come back a much more manly Lakitu!" Spike said.
"Okay, just be careful, Lakilester, but you'll be sorry if you don't come back in one piece! Don't make me worry or I'll get a Spiny and..." Lakilulu was cut off.
"Okay, okay! Guess I gotta make sure I'm tougher than you when I get back. Bye for now." Spike said.

"Welcome aboard, Lakilester." Sora said grinning.
"C'mon, let's find that Puff Puff Machine." Kooper said.
"Lakilester, I'll wait with a smile." Lakilulu said flying away.
"She must REALLY like you." Goombario said.
"Just call me Spike from now on." Spike said.
The group continue their search for the Puff Puff Machine and with Spike's help they get across the thorns and go east of the fields and use Spike to get across more thorns and find blocks and after pressing some switches they get across and go through logs and they later arrive at a different area where they find Magikoopas working on a machine.
"Come on! We need more clouds! We gotta make them fear the power of the Puff Puff Machine!" One of the Magikoopas said.
"Yes, we'll cover the world in clouds and Huff N. Puff will..." The other Magikoopa was cut off.
"Sorry, but your cloud covering days are numbered!" Sora said.
"What?! Mario and his friends!" The third Magikoopa said.
"Quick defend the Puff Puff Machine! Send in a Heartless!" The first Magikoopa said as they cast a spell to summon a giant Heartless that looks like a giant flower with red, blue, and green razor petals, yellow eyes, dark green tendrils with black thorns, and the Heartless emblem on its black bulb.
"Another Heartless!" Bow said.
"Destroy them for King Bowser!" The second Magikoopa ordered as they fly off.
"Looks like we'll have to take out that Heartless first!" Donald said.
"Good enough!" Bombette said.
(Boss Theme: Destiny's Force)
The group confront the flower Heartless kown as Poison Ivy and Sora delivers three attacks with his Keyblade dealing great damage while Mario attacks the Heartless with his hammer while Goombario ises Multibonk and bonks on Poison Ivy's bulb many times but Poison Ivy uses its thorn tendrils to attack Sora and Mario causing poison damage on the two but Donald casts Fire while Spike uses Spiny Flip and throws a Spiny Egg at the Heartless' bulb while Watt uses Power Shock but Poison Ivy unleashes razor petals and sends them raining down to attack the group but Parakarry uses Shell Shot while Goofy uses Rocket while Bow uses Fan Smack but Poison Ivy plunges its thorn tendrils into the ground and sends them rising to attack but Kooper uses Power Shell to attack plant's body while Bombette uses Power Bomb while Sushie uses Squirt but Poison Ivy rains down razor petals to cause damage on the group but Mario retaliates with Hammer Throw attacking the bulb while Sora casts Fire causing great damage to the flower Heartless who retaliates with using its tendrils to fire multi thorns damaging the group.
Sora casts Cure while Donald casts Gravity while Parakarry uses Sky Dive but Poison Ivy plunges its tendrils to the ground and unleashes poison gas to poison the group but Spike uses Spiny Surge and throws multi Spiny Eggs at the bulb casuing great damage while Sushie uses Belly Flop on the bulp while Bombette uses Mega Bomb but Poison Ivy rains down razor petals to attack the group causing damage but Kooper uses Dizzy Shell to cause stun while Goofy uses Tornado while Mario summons Skolar who uses Star Storm and damages the Heartless who recovers and Poison Ivy attacks with its tendrils to cause more poison damage but Watt uses Electro Dash while Goombario uses Headbonk on the bulb causing damage while Sora aerial attacks with his Keyblade to attack the bulb while Bow uses Outta Sight to help the group as Poison Ivy uses its tendrils to fire multi thorns at the group but nothing happens and Mario uses Power Bounce and multi jumps on the bulb while Donald casts Thunder while Spike uses Spiny Flip but Poison Ivy plunges its tendrils on the group and unleashes poison gas but Goombario uses Multibonk on the bulb while Bombette uses Mega Bomb while Sora uses Strike Raid and throws his Keyblade four times and then delivers the final Keyblade throw at the bulb and finishes off the flower Heartless who disappears as a giant heart flies out of it.
"With that Heartless outta the way, we can destroy that Puff Puff Machine." Parakarry said and Mario nods.
"Hahahaha, just look at that chump beaten! Was I cool or what?" Spike asked.
"Yeah, good for you." Donald said.
Sora and Mario start attacking the Puff Puff Machine and after enough attacks the Puff Puff Machine is destroyed and the clouds start to disappear.
"Wow! The clouds are gone! Time for a little sunshine!" The sun said going for the sky.
"Oh, precious sunlight! Ho ho ho ho ho! Mario, Sora, you've done it. Flower Fields is saved!" Wise Wisterwood said.
"The sun's back! Yipee!" Posie said.
"The sun's back! Once again, I can gaze at the sparkles of light on the water." Lily said.
"Oh, it's about time. The sun! Flower Fields is saved! Of course, the sunlight can add my beauty." Roise said.
"The sun, the sun! The heat feels good! Maybe being stuck in place isn't so bad." Petunia said.
"We did it!" Goofy cheered.
"The clouds are gone and the sunlight's back in Flower Fields!" Sora said and Mario jumps for joy.
"Ya know, helping folks...feels good. I think I'll get used to it." Spike said.
"Being good is a cool thing." Kooper said.
"Mario, Sora, whevere you guys go, I'll follow." Spike said.
(Field Theme: Flower Fields Sunlight)
The group make their way back to Wise Wisterwood.
"We did it, the clouds are gone." Goombario said.
"Well done, you've done a tree-mendous job. The sun has risen once more. It's joyus to see Flower Fields full of light again. Now, you should be able to plant that Magical Seed. It will grow well." Wise Wisterwood said.
"Hey, that that soil over there oughta be a good spot to plant it." Goofy said pointing at the dirt soil.
Sora and Mario go for the dirt soil and place the fertile soil on the dirt and then place the magical bean and then use the miracle water to water the bean and just then a giant beanstalk starts growing high in the sky reaching the high clouds.
"Wow!" Sora said.
"We did it!" Watt said.
"Ho ho ho! Success! Look at that sprout! Now you should be able to go to Cloudy Climb! Best of luck to you all." Wise Wisterwood said.
"Well, up we go." Bow said.
"To Cloudy Climb." Kooper said.
The group get on the beanstalk and they start going up high into the sky and reach a different area.

The group are now on Cloudy Climb and find themselves on yellow clouds.
"Wow, we're really high up..." Donald said.
"Now we should find that Huff N. Puff and take him on." Parakarry said.
The group start moving through Cloudy Climb and they find what looks like a light brown cloud which causes a shake.
"What's going on?" Bombette asked.
"Are you a man named Mario and did you or did you not break one Puff Puff Machine?" The light brown cloud asked.
"So YOU'RE Huff N. Puff!" Sora said.
"That's right, now answer me." Huff N. Puff said.
"We might've had something to do with it." Goombario said.
"Now what possessed you people to do that? You completely ruined my plan to cover Flower Fields in clouds!" Huff N. Puff said.
"Why did you do that?!" Donald asked.
"I was going to turn that sunlight-blasted place into a cloud covered paradise!" Huff N. Puff said.
"That brought nothing but darkness and it attracted Heartless! You really ARE evil!" Sora said.
"Tch, I wouldn't expect a brat of your feeble intellect to understand." Huff N. Puff said.
"Yeah well...we broke your Puff Puff Machine, so there!" Spike said.
"Spike, is that you?! You DID betray me! You will be punished! I was given this Star Spirit by King Bowser and I'll never give it up to the likes of you! You fools will pay dearly for your crimes!" Huff N. Puff said as he comes out of the clouds revealing himself and having red eyes.
"You're gonna regret causing misery on the innocent flowers and plants!" Sora said summoning his Keyblade as Mario gets into his fighting stance.
"It's time I brought you down skyhigh!" Huff N. Puff said.
(Boss Theme: Huffin' N. Puffin')
The group confront Huff N. Puff and Sora aerial attacks at Huff N. Puff with his Keyblade making smaller versions of him known as Tuff Puffs appear while Mario uses Power Jump on Huff N. Puff making more Tuff Puffs appear while Goombario uses Headbonk.
"Uh oh... It looks like smaller versions of Huff N. Puff are appearin'." Goofy said.
"Master Huff N. Puff! I wish to pummel Mario too! Permission to attack?" One of the Tuff Puffs asked.
"Yes, take them!" Huff N. Puff said.
The Tuff Puffs surround Mario and Sora and try to crush them but the two manage to get them off and Huff N. Puff sucks the Tuff Puffs back into him healing himself.
"This isn't good. If we leave the smaller ones alone, he'll absorb them back." Bow said.
"We need to be smart about this." Goombario said.
Mario uses Spin Jump on Huff N. Puff making more Tuff Puffs appear while Sora aerial attacks with his Keyblade making more Tuff Puffs appear and Donald casts Thunder on the Tuff Puffs getting them while Spike uses Spiny Surge to throw multi Spiny Eggs to attack Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs but the Tuff Puffs try to crush Sora and Mario again but they get the small clouds off but Huff N. Puff delivers a big blowing attack at Mario and Sora only for them to remain but they take damage but Bow uses Fan Smack on Huff N. Puff making more Tuff Puffs appear while Watt uses Electro Dash making more Tuff Puffs appear and Goofy uses Tornado to attack all the Tuff Puffs but Huff N. Puff tries to blow away Sora and Mario again only for them to remain but take damage but Parakarry uses Shell Shot at Huff N. Puff making more Tuff Puffs appear while Goombario uses Multibonk to make more Tuff Puffs while Sushie uses Belly Flop to make more Tuff Puffs appear and then Sora casts Thunder to get Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs.
"This is one tough cloud..." Sora said.
"Don't gove up! We're getting him." Spike said.
"You're asking for it now. Witness the full power of my storm!" Huff N. Puff said.
"Master Huff N. Puff, leave them to me!" One of the Tuff Puffs said.
The Tuff Puffs try to crush Mario and Sora only for them to get the small clouds off and Huff N. Puff turns red as lightning appears around him and Bow uses Outta Sight to make the group invisible as Huff N. Puff unleashes lightning to attack but nothing happens and Watt uses Power Shock while Goofy uses Rocket while Spike uses Spiny Surge to get Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs but the Tuff Puffs crush Sora and Mario while Huff N. Puff delivers a body slam attack on Mario but Parakarry uses Sky Dive to make more Tuff Puffs while Goombario uses Headbonk to make more Tuff Puffs while Donald casts Thunder on Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs but the Tuff Puffs crush Mario and Sora as Huff N. Puff tries to blow away Mario and Sora but they remain and Sora uses Strike Raid and throws his Keyblade at Huff N. Puff four times as more Tuff Puffs appear while Bow uses Smack to make more Tuff Puffs allowing Spike to use Spiny Surge and throws many Spiny Eggs while Goofy uses Tornado to get the Tuff Puffs but Huff N. Puff turns red again and covers with lightning.
"This again?" Sora asked.
"Hold on." Bow said as she uses Outta Sight.
Huff N. Puff unleashes lightning to attack but nothing happens and Watt uses Power Shock to make Tuff Puffs while Parakarry uses Shell Shot to make more Tuff Puffs appear while Spike uses Spiny Surge to attack Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs but the Tuff Puffs crush Mario and Sora as Huff N. Puff tries to belly flop but Sushie uses Belly Flop to make more Tuff Puffs while Goofy uses Rocket allowing Donald to cast Thunder on Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs but Huff N. Puff tries to blow the group away but they remain while taking some damage and Goombario uses Headbonk mkaing more Tuff Puffs appear while Bow uses Fan Smack to make more Tuff Puffs appear allowing Bombette to use Mega Bomb to attack Huff N. Puff and the Tuff Puffs but Huff N. Puff tries to belly flop only for Mario to use Power Bounce and multi jumps on the evil cloud and making more Tuff Puffs appear while Parakarry uses Sky Dive to make more Tuff Puffs appear and then Sora casts Thunder on both Huff N. Puff and his Tuff Puffs and finishes off all the Tuff Puffs as well as Huff N. Puff himself who falls to the cloudy ground.
"You won't hurt those flowers and plants ever again!" Sora said grinning.
"NO! I can't lose!" Huff N. Puff cried as he blows up and disappears.
"Sorry, Huff N. Puff, but you're not my boss anymore!" Spike said.
Just then something appears and it's another card with another Star Spirit that's yellow and carrying a book.
"Oh, boy!" Donald said.
Sora and Mario go for the card and they free the sixth Star Spirit.
END OF CHAPTER!
"So it is that Sora, Mario, and their friends defeated the cruel cloud Huff N. Puff and set free the sixth Star Spirit. The thick clouds that once cast dark shadows have gone, and Flower Fields is bathed in sunshine once again. A single Star Spirit waits to be rescued, waits to take its place in the Star Sanctuary. Perhaps Mario will finally see Princess Peach soon... Perhaps... Just wait and see. Kammy Koopa, who watches impatiently from Bowser's Castle, is waiting too...for you to try and save them." Jiminy wrote in his journal.
Meanwhile in Peach's castle and Bower's lair Peach is in her room talking to Twink.
"Say, Twink, you know the Sneaky Parasol I won from the quiz show? I can change into someone else when I use it. Let's use it to get out of here." Peach said.
"Yeah, I bet you can. Go ahead and try it." Twink said.
Peach uses the secret passage to escape her room and is back at the castle foyer where she finds the Koopatraols still patrolling the foyer and uses her Sneaky Parasol on one of them and transforms into a Koopatrol and starts moving through the castle foyer and talks to one of the Koopatrols.
"Oh, you're patrolling? Okay then." The Koopatrol said standing aside allowing Peach to get through.
Peach enters the castle's hallway and keeps moving while passing more Koopatrols and finds one standing in front of the door.
"Where's my relief already? My shift has been over for ages! Hey, see if you can find that slacker and get him over here! He's a Clubba! He's goofing around somewhere outside the castle. Take this." The Koopatrol said giving Peach a castle key.
Peach goes for the castle entrance and uses the key to unlock the castle entrance door and arrives outside where she finds a sleeping Clubba and so Peach uses the Sneaky Parasol to transform into a Clubba and makes her back to the upper castle halls to meet with the Koopatrol.
"Finally! You're late AGAIN! Don't you even read a shift schedule? Whatever, I'll let it slide this time, but watch it. Good shift. I'm off." The Koopatrol said leaving but stops. "And no goofing off! You're on thin ice!" The Koopatrol said leaving.
Peach opens the door taking her to the next room which is another hallway and enters the next room with stairs and climbs up the stairs and finds a door taking her outside high up the castle's bridge and just then Kammy Koopa comes out.
"Okay, everything's ready! Even if Mario and Sora show up with all of those Star Spirits, we'll still be at the top! It pays to expect the worst." Kammy said.
"Absolutely! Affirmative! You're always right, Kammy Koopa!" One of the Koopatrols said.
Kammy starts moving but stops and turns to the Clubba.
"You! You're doing a fine job! Keep up the good... Wait a minute... Something seems...off about you. You smell too...nice." Kammy said as she casts a spell on the Clubba revealing Peach. "You...! Why you little...! How does the princess keep doing this?! Guards, take this runaway back to her room!" Kammy ordered.
"Yes, ma'am!" One of the Koopatrols said as they escort Peach back to her room.
Back at Flower Fields the group are talking the Star Spirit.
"A pleasure to meet you all at last. My name is Klevar. Thank you for saving me. Huff N. Puff is gone and Flower Fields can be at peace again. If you hadn't come, I fear that this place would never again see light." Klevar said.
"So now there's just one more Star Spirit to save, right?" Sora asked.
"Correct, young Sora! I know you and Mario can do it. Here, allow me to grant you a new Star Power!" Klevar said as he gives Sora and Mario a new Star Power.
(Learned Star Power: Time Out)
"Thanks, Klevar." Sora said and Mario nods.
"Do ask for my assistance should you ever require it. Don't become too overconfident. Bowser still has power and the Heartless are becoming more of a threat to the kingdom. Stronger enemies await you. I hope our Powers will provide assistance. We're all counting on you! I shall make my way back to Star Haven. I've been terribly worried about everyone there..." Klevar said leaving.
"Mario, Sora, well done! You have saved the Star Spirit! Thanks to you all, Flower Fields is beautiful again! It was worth living so long to meet a man and a boy of such courage. Do visit Flower Fields again. I'll be looking forward to it." Wise Wisterwood said.
"You got it." Sora said.
"Well, time to go." Bow said.
The group open Wisterwood's door and they leave Flower Fields and make their way back to Toad Town.
"Six Star Spirits!" Goombario said.
"I can't believe we're THIS close!" Kooper said.
"I'm sure we'll finally see Princess Peach in no time." Sora said and Mario nods.
"And stop that palooka Bowser!" Donald said.
"Still, we should watch ourselves." Sushie said.
"Sushie's right. Bowser's still goin' outta his way to try and stop us." Goofy said.
"Whatever he has thrown at us, we'll topple it!" Sora said and Mario nods.
"I guess we gotta find out where that last Star Spirit's bein' held." Spike said.
"I'm sure we'll find out." Sora said as they start moving through Toad Town.
