I DON'T OWN THE SHOW!

Marinette and the rest of the gang sat down at the Agrestes' huge dining room table with Jason and Andrew.

"Go ahead," Jason says.

"Okay, well um, should I start from the very beginning?", Marinette asks.

"Yes, of course," Andrew says, taking out his notepad.

"Okay so, 3 years ago, Juleka introduced us to her older brother, L-Luka Couffaine," Marinette starts, her voice shaky.

"Who's Juleka?", Andrew asks, scribbling something down.

"That's me," Juleka says from her spot at the table.

"Did you know your brother was like this?", Jason asks, tapping his pen against the table.

"No, no I didn't. The first I heard about this was when Adrien sent a message in the group chat," Juleka informs them. Andrew writes this down.

"Alright. So Adrien, how did you know about this?", Jason asks.

"Yesterday, in the afternoon, I found Marinette sobbing her eyes out on a park bench. When I arrived she said she needed to leave, so when she tried to leave I grabbed her arm. She made a pained sound so I rolled up her sleeve to see what happened. I saw multiple cuts and bruises. She then ran off but later in the afternoon I saw her coming out of her apartment building crying. I saw blood and bruises on her face. She confided in me that Luka did it. When she left to go back into her apartment with him, I stopped her and brought her back here, away from him," Adrien says. Gabriel frowns from his spot leaning in the doorway. 'That's not what he told me last night,' he thinks.

"We still have some loopholes. Marinette, continue," Jason says.

"A few months later I started liking him. I told my best friend Alya this and she set us up," Marinette continues. Andrew looked over at Alya.

"I assume you're Alya?", he asks.

"Yes. I set up the two because I thought that Luka was a good guy. I now realize that wasn't a good idea," Alya says guiltily.

"Okay."

"We started dating a little while later. Then about a 6 months ago ago when I turned 18, he asked me to move in with him. Since he was my boyfriend I agreed. Up until that point he was the perfect boyfriend. Even my dad approved and he never liked any of the boys I dated," Marinette says, her hands shaking in her lap. Adrien notices and takes her hands in his. Marinette looks up at him. He smiles softly at her. She smiles back and then continues her story.

"Once I moved in, that's when everything started to change. It started off with him picking up random argues with me. Then he started being more possessive with me. He didn't let me hang out with any of my male friends and he rarely let me go out with the girls," she says.

"Is that true?", Andrew asked the guys.

"Marinette stopped coming to art club with me," Nathaniel says.

"Oh, and she stopped coming to the family dinners with Kim and I that we've had since we were 5," Nino says.

"She said it was because she was busy with commissions," Alix adds.

"Commissions?"

"She's a designer, but come to think of it, she hasn't been drawing in her sketchbook or sharing her designs lately," Myléne ponders.

"Why didn't you question it?", Jason asks.

"We thought it was just art block," Ivan says.

"Hmm."

"Then he started physically hurting me," Marinette shivers. Adrien pulls her closer. Andrew glances up at them.

"How?", Jason asks.

"He would c-cut me and hit me. S-sometimes he'd take a hot p-pan or something and b-burn me with it," Marinette whimpers. Rose gives her a sad smile. Adrien soothingly strokes her hair.

"What's up with you two?", Andrew asks.

"Oh um, I used to have feeling for him and they resurfaced once L-Luka started, you know," Marinette says, blushing.

"And I always liked her. We confessed this morning," Adrien smiles.

"Well you look cute together," Jason smiles.

"Thanks," Marinette smiles.

"Let's not get sidetracked. What happened then?" Andrew asks.

"Oh um, I hid it from everyone because he would threaten to hurt my friends," Marinette continues.

"But you told Adrien?", Jason asks.

"When Adrien f-found me at the park, Luka s-saw and when he got h-home, he s-slapped and cut me then f-forced himself onto me," Marinette recalls.

"I realized I'd had enough so I ran out of the apartment into Adrien. I confided in him and he brought me here. Then he told Mr. Agreste who called you two," Marinette finishes.

"Okay, while I believe you, we don't have proof so I don't know if the judge will," Andrew says.

"Yeah uh, about that, we do," Chloe says.

"What!?", Marinette exclaims.

"I was suspicious so I set up a few cameras in your apartment the last time I visited. I haven't had time to look at the footage yet though," Chloe explains.

"That's illegal though," Jason says.

"I got Daddykins to give me permission. He's the Mayor," Chloe continues.

"This could work. Show us the feed," Andrew says. Chloe opens up her phone to the camera app and hands it to Andrew.

"Kids, we're taking this guy to jail. Let us just set up a court case. We'll call Mr. Agreste with the information," Jason says. Standing up and shaking hands with Marinette.

"I'll walk you out," Nathalie offers. Andrew and Jason follow her out of the room.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!", Marinette squeals, hugging Gabriel.

"Oh. I'm sorry," she says, jumping off once she realized what she did.

"No, no. It's fine. Besides, you're going to be my daughter-in-law," Gabriel smile.

"I what?"

"I saw the photo Nathalie took," he smirks.

"Um, Father can you stop before Marinette faints?", Adrien asks.

"Sure. By the way, I need to ask you something. Follow me." Adrien follows after his father sending Marinette a confused glance.

My dad needed to use my computer so this took longer to type then usual. Or it might just be a longer chapter. There's still one more chapter for today. What do you think Gabriel wants to ask Adrien. Also, yes, this is a nice Chloe one, like usual. See you in a few hours. Love y'all! Kittykat out!
