After what he had just witnessed between Raph and Casey and the anger and attitude he'd gotten afterwards, Leo wanted nothing more than to talk to his brother and get some clarification but decided against it as he didn't want to anger Raph further. He also didn't know what stage of their...relationship they were in, maybe this was just some experimentation or maybe they didn't know what it was and Leo did not want to ruin anything between them.
Instead, Leo spent the next several hours meditating to clear his mind and then practising his katas before joining his family for dinner, during which both Raph and Casey refused to meet Leo's eyes and were seated apart from each other and him.
Just as he was beginning to sort out and have the relationship he wanted, his brother was struggling through his own. Being selfish for once and not wanting to ruin things for his brother, he would ignore things between Raphael and Casey and focus on Karai and Donatello, with Karai being his main focus at the moment as the two were going to be spending the night together.
He busied himself after dinner, trying not to seem too eager to Karai or for anyone else to think that something was happening.
When it was late enough for Leo to retire for the evening, he did so, saying his goodnights to everyone before heading upstairs. Karai had already turned in a half hour before, saying she was going to do some reading, so Leo went into the room that she was staying in.
"I was wondering how much longer you were going to wait." Karai teased as she placed her book on her nightstand.

"Well, I wouldn't be, but most of the men I approached weren't interested, mostly because I was the daughter of the Shredder."
"Were they worried they'd wake up missing body parts?" Leo said and Karai laughed as she rid Leo of the last of his gear.
"Something like that...now, don't you want me out of my clothes?" She asked and Leo blushed as he pulled her top over her head and his face darkened further when he realised she wasn't wearing a bra. She chuckled at his expression and laid down on the bed, lifting her hips so that Leo was able to take off her shorts. "I didn't even think about that."
"I guess you were thinking with your other head." Karai joked and it took Leo a minute to realise what she was saying.
"So, do you have any...condoms?"
"Lucky for you I do." Karai grinned and retrieved a box from a hidden spot under her bed. "Biggest size they did, and a large pack of 35...that should last us awhile." She said as she opened the box and retrieved a single condom, opening it and pulling out the piece of latex as Leo watched, intrigued.
"Do you want me to put it on or do you want to do it yourself?" Karai asked, grinning widely as his face grew darker.
"Um, I don't know how to put it on," Leo said, "but, I can try?"
"It's okay Leo...I'll do it." She said.

After a few minutes of fumbling around, Karai had taken over and taught Leo how to take off and dispose of the condom before they returned to bed, cuddled up close together.
"Are you okay?" Leo murmured into Karai's hair.
"I'm great." She said and Leo smirked.
"Yeah...that was pretty great." Leo replied and Karai tilted her head up so that she could look at him.
"Shut up you dork." Karai smiled as she pressed a quick kiss to his lips before resting her head against his plastron again.
"Karai can I ask you something?"
"Can't we just sleep?" Karai yawned.
"...okay." Leo said and Karai sighed.
"Fine, what is it?"
"Nevermind, I don't want to ruin the mood." Leo said but Karai sighed louder and pushed away from him.
"Leo tell me."
"Well...now that I've been with you and I've been with Donnie...I kinda want to...want to um…" Leo started to stutter and Karai rolled her eyes.
"You want to be with both of us...at the same time." Leo nodded.
"Only when the two of you are comfortable...and after you have been with each other." Leo said.
"I think that might happen sooner than you're thinking."
"Really?"
"Given Donnie's changing feelings towards me...I wouldn't be surprised if he and I get together in the next few days...in fact I might just talk to you tomorrow and don't worry…" Karai added as Leo frowned at her, "I'm not going to pressure him into anything...I'm just going to talk to him."
"I'll take the others on a training run so you and Donnie can be alone to talk." Leo said before he and Karai fell asleep.
Donnie rose later than usual and was surprised to find that there was no one in the kitchen when he went to get some breakfast, but the note on the table from Leo explained that he had taken everyone out on a training run and hadn't wanted to wake him.
Donnie settled down at the kitchen table with a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee and had barely taken a sip when Karai walked in. The scent of Leo was strong on her, although it wasn't unexpected as he knew she had spent the night with his brother. He also noticed the way she was walking and that she was wearing baggy shorts. Donnie couldn't help himself.
"Sore?" Donnie teased, smiling into his drink.
"Weren't you?" She asked, pouring herself some juice before joining Donnie at the table.
"Not as much as you appear to be."
"Well, I am smaller and not a turtle." She said.
"I'm sure you'll get used to it."
"Hm, I dunno I kinda like how it feels." She said, wiggling in her seat whilst looking at Donnie, making his face heat up.

"Yeah...so…" Karai dragged out her sentence, moving slightly closer to the lanky turtle.

"Okay..." Donnie said, putting down his coffee and pushing aside his untouched bowl. "Um, your room or mine?"
